The following composition establishes a nonlocal strain gradient plate model that is essentially related to mass sensors laying on Winkler-Pasternak medium for the vibrational analysis from graphene sheets. To achieve a seemingly accurate study of graphene sheets, the posited theorem actually accommodates two parameters of scale in relation to the gradient of the strain as well as non-local results. Model graphene sheets are known to have double variant shear deformation plate theory without factors from shear correction. By using the principle of Hamilton, to acquire the governing equations of a non-local strain gradient graphene layer on an elastic substrate, Galerkin's method is therefore used to explicate the equations that govern various partition conditions. The influence of diverse factors like the magnetic field as well as the elastic foundation on graphene sheet's vibration characteristics, the number of nanoparticles, nonlocal parameter, nanoparticle mass as well as the length scale parameter had been evaluated.

The aim of this study is to apply shape optimization technique for the repair of aging airframe components, which may extend fatigue life substantially. Free-form optimum shapes of a cracked part to be reworked or replaced are investigated with the objective to minimize the peak local stress concentration or fatigue-damage. Iterative non-gradient method, which is based on an analogy with biological growth, is employed by incorporating the robust optimization method to take account of the stochastic nature of the loading conditions. Numerical examples of optimal hole shape in a flat plate are presented to validate the proposed method. The method is then applied to determine the reworked or replacement shape for the repair of a cracked rib in the rear assembly wing body of aircraft.
Local reinforcement in dowel type timber joints is essential to improve ductility, to increase load carrying capacity and to reduce the risk of brittle failure, especially in the case of using solid dowel. In many types of reinforcing materials available today, DVW (densified veneer wood) has been demonstrated to be the most advantages in terms of compatibility, embedding performance and ductility. Preliminary studies show that using appropriately sized DVW discs bonded into the timber interfaces may be an effective way to reinforce the connection. In this paper, non-linear 3-dimensional finite element models, incorporating orthotropic and non-linear material behaviour, have been developed to simulate structural performance of the timber joints locally reinforced by DVW discs. Different contact algorithms were applied to simulate contact conditions in the joints. The models were validated by the corresponding structural tests. Correlation between the experimental results and the finite element simulations is reasonably good. Using validated finite element models, parametric studies were undertaken to investigate effects of the DVW disc sizes and the end distances on shear stresses and normal stresses in a possible failure plane in the joint.
The accuracy of satellite-observed sea surface salinity (SSS) was evaluated in comparison with in-situ salinity measurements from ARGO floats and buoys in the seas around the Korean Peninsula, the northwest Pacific, and the global ocean. Differences in satellite SSS and in-situ measurements (SSS errors) indicated characteristic dependences on geolocation, sea surface temperature (SST), and other oceanic and atmospheric conditions. Overall, the root-mean-square (rms) errors of non-averaged SMOS SSSs ranged from approximately 0.8-1.08 psu for each in-situ salinity dataset consisting of ARGO measurements and non-ARGO data from CTD and buoy measurements in both local seas and the ocean. All SMOS SSSs exhibited characteristic negative bias errors at a range of -0.50- -0.10 psu in the global ocean and the northwest Pacific, respectively. Both rms and bias errors increased to 1.07 psu and -0.17 psu, respectively, in the East Sea. An analysis of the SSS errors indicated dependence on the latitude, SST, and wind speed. The differences of SMOS-derived SSSs from in-situ salinity data tended to be amplified at high latitudes (40-60°N) and high sea water salinity. Wind speeds contributed to the underestimation of SMOS salinity with negative bias compared with in-situ salinity measurements. Continuous and extensive validation of satellite-observed salinity in the local seas around Korea should be further investigated for proper use.
E-Card Service for Child Nutrition Program is one of the main public policy services nowadays. In case of inconvenience during the use of the e-cards, it is recommended to cooperate with related organizations in order to promptly handle and provide guidance, and thoroughly manage child feeding service such as hygiene, nutrition and kindness etc. To do so, it is very important to provide food service that meets local actual conditions and children's needs in a cost effective manner for the underage who are worried about the poorly-fed by understanding the pattern of child feeding e-card service. Hence. this paper aims to investigate how child feeding e-card service efficiently provides meals according to the local situation and children's needs through big data analysis and to propose a method of identifying welfare conditions according to the purpose of service with actual application examples. The results suggest that, first of all, this study is able to judge appropriateness of public institution's policy in a timely and repetitive manner through non-standard data analysis such as Naver News and transaction data. Secondly, this paper proposes a multi-layered analysis framework, which performs online open data analysis to detect policy issues, visualizes retrieval and preprocessing of real data, and performs abnormal pattern recognition. These will be worthy of reference to other similar projects.

Two phase flow phenomena are observed in many industrial facilities and make much importance of optimum design for nuclear power plant and various heat exchangers. This experimental study has been investigated the classification of the flow pattern, the local void distribution and convective heat transfer in swirl and non-swirl two phase flow under the isothermal and nonisothermal conditions. The convective heat transfer coefficients in the single phase water flow were measured and compared with the calculated results from the Sieder-Tate correlation. These coefficients were used for comparisons with the two-phase heat transfer coefficients in the flow orientations. The experimental results indicate, that the void probe signal and probability density function of void distribution can used into classify the flow patterns, no significant difference in voidage distribution was observed between isothermal and non-isothermal condition in non-swirl flow, the values of two phase heat transfer coefficients increase when superficial air velocities increase, and the enhancement of the values is observed to be most pronounced at the highest superficial water velocity in non-swirl flow. Also two phase heat transfer coefficients in swirl flow are increased when the twist ratios are decreased.

The purpose of this study is to present the implications of the rural living area setting and rural spatial structure analysis of the rural spatial strategy plan through case analysis. Following the decentralization of autonomy and the promotion of the transfer of state affairs to local areas, some of the general agricultural and fishing village development projects of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs were transferred to local areas. In addition, in 2020, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs introduced a rural agreement system for 113 cities and counties. However, since the understanding of the field is still low, this study attempted to present implications through a case analysis of the structure of rural space and the establishment of rural living areas in three local governments in Chungcheong. As a result of the study, in the stage of establishing the living zone, it is necessary to comprehensively review the contents reviewed in the analysis of the current status and conditions. However, the two local governments had insufficient interpretation of the axis by function and the establishment of the base area, or were using the upper plan as it was. Second, the source of the data used in the survey on the distribution status of living SOC facilities is unclear. Since the distribution status of living SOC facilities overlaps with accessibility analysis, OD data analysis, and resident survey results and is used as the basis for setting living areas, the data source should be clearly marked, and verification should be possible. Third, amenity (facility) resources were classified and analyzed according to the conditions and characteristics of local governments. The local government that applied the guidelines as they were was A local government, and the remaining local governments conducted surveys and analysis according to the current status. Forth, since the establishment of the rural living area is the minimum unit supported by government policies through future rural agreements, it is necessary to distinguish them based on quantitative standards in the process of establishing them. Only one case area presented clear grounds and standards, and the rest of the case areas presented standards but are based on non-quantitative standards. In order for rural agreements to be sustainable in the future and benefit local residents, it is necessary to use or establish a government-level institution that can collect and produce objective data. In addition, it is necessary to find ways to specify and standardize the standards for setting the living area and specify them in the guidelines.

Since the enactment of "Mobility Promotion Law for Transportation Vulnerable", each municipality has been various efforts to improve the transportation vulnerable's the right of movement. However, the effectiveness of mobility promotion policy for the transportation vulnerable is awfully inadequate because circumstances which associated with operation of transportation of the handicapped such as local conditions and transport characteristics have not been considered. Thus, in this study investigated traffic characteristics of the transportation vulnerable through the data of regional slope, non-step buses and handicap vehicles operating conditions and so on in Busan Metropolitan. Also, we proposed to introduction of the 'mobility index' which is based on local condition analysis of Busan. And we suggested that how to improve the convenience of transportation vulnerable's movement.

The objective of this study is to propose a color plan for rural villages that seeks harmony between natural and artificial environments in consideration of the fact that as new and renewable energy businesses increase drastically, problems of landscape color occur in rural areas. To this end, the current color conditions over the target regions are examined in context of energy businesses; a land simulation is developed; a survey on the preferences is conducted with the result analyzed; and finally, a color plan for villages where energy businesses and non-energy businesses are conducted. For the survey, 40 photos including simulation photos and original photos of villages were used: the photos before and after the simulation was applied were shown to village residents. The validity of the selected colors was then evaluated accordingly. The survey was conducted among 15 residents in villages where energy businesses were conducted and 15 in villages where non-energy businesses were conducted. As new and renewable energy methods such as solar energy panels are utilized over rural villages in the future, selecting artificial environmental colors that can better represent the region's identity and that are in harmony with natural environments will be an important factor in community center or housing remodeling projects, local community development projects, and so forth. It is expected that the present study can be utilized as the basis for village color plans that seek to consider actual local conditions based on objective data rather than selecting colors uniformly or based on subjective judgment.

There is the possibility that internal tin processed Nb$_3Sn$ wires are locally heated during the drawing process and the jacketing process. It is important to know the variations in J$_c$ of internal tin processed Nb$_3Sn$ wires caused by local heating. Internal tin processed Nb$_3Sn$ rods were cold worked to 2.28 mm, using the appropriate reduction ratio, and then cut into several pieces. At this stage, wires were locally 50 mm heat zone heated up to 360$^{\circ}C$. The locally heated Nb$_3Sn$ wires were drawn to a final diameter size of 0.81 mm. Others were cold worked successively to 0.81 mm and locally heated with the same conditions. 2 types of locally heat treated wires were wound on Ti-6Al-4V barrels and heat treated for the Nb$_3Sn$ reaction. Local heating of internal tin processed Nb$_3Sn$ wires after the J$_c$ of these wires. However, local heating at an intermediate stage of the drawing process caused a decrease in J$_c$. When the local heating temperatures were higher than melting point of Sn, non-Cu J$_c$'s decreased significantly. A Sn-Cu alloyed boundary appeared after local heating over the melting point of Sn, and caused work hardening and a decrease in the workability.
