The present study was performed to record new definitive hosts of Isthmiophora hortensis, and to describe morphological characteristics derived from a variety of worm samples for clarification of its taxonomic validity. Morphological characteristics with dimensions were observed in worm samples (n=21) from naturally infected wild animals, including a raccoon dog Nyctereutes procyonoides from Gimhae-si (City), Gyeongsangnam-do, stray cats and a striped field mouse from several localities, and a wild boar Sus scrofa, from Gurye-gun (County), Jeollanam-do. In addition, adult flukes (n=45) recovered in albino rats experimentally infected with the metacercariae from a freshwater fish species were also subjected to morphological studies. The mean ratios of the body length (BL) to body width (BW) were 5.86 and 5.76 in worms from wild animals and experimental rats, respectively. Those of the ventral sucker to oral sucker were 2.92 and 3.01 in worms from 2 groups. The mean percentages of the hindbody length (HBL) to BL were 42.1 and 41.2 in 2 groups. Those of uterine fields to BL were 9.8 and 12.2 in the 2 worm groups. By the present study, the 2 species of wild animals, the raccoon dog and wild boar, have been added as new definitive hosts for I. hortensis. The morphological characteristics of adult flukes derived from a variety of host source were redescribed to support the taxonomic validity of this echinostome species.

Objectives: To understand the personal experiences of mine workers that have experienced job relocation due to silicosis at the Andina Division of Corporaci$\acute{o}$n Nacional del Cobre (CODELCO), Chile. The purpose of the study was to provide useful information for the development of new local, business and public policies for the care of workers with silicosis. Methods: A qualitative study based on a practical case study of 5 workers. The information was collected by means of structured individual interviews. The method of analysis was phenomenology. Results: The corporal axis was the most commented upon. It included awareness of the illness, body pains, fatigue, and antagonistic mood disorders (sadness, or the difficulty in finding meaning in life). As far as personal relationships, there was evidence of strong relationships with family, coworkers and friends, as well as extended family. Over all, the experience of relocation was positive with periods of impatience and uncertainty. The job reassignment provided a new and pleasant context for the relocated workers and in the process improved their perception of their quality of life. Conclusions: A multidisciplinary team should attend mine workers relocated because of silicosis by addressing the mental and physical aspects of their disease, along with the integral participation of close family members. It is suggested that this investigation be maintain over time to record the personal experiences in the medium-term, adding new cases with the intention of shedding more light on the phenomenon being studied. As a preventive measure, continual workshops are needed on the proper use of respiratory protection in addition, a group of monitors is required.

본 연구는 기록관리 전문가를 교육 및 양성하는 주요 학문영역의 하나로서 문헌정보학의 교육과 연구의 현황을 분석하고 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 전국 35개 4년제 대학 문헌정보학과 교과과정과 기록관리학 분야 교과목의 변화를 검토하고 국내 문헌정보학과 기록관리학의 7개 학술지에 실린 문헌정보학 교수의 기록관리학 학술논문들을 대상으로 출판 동향을 조사 분석하였다. 문헌정보학의 한 영역으로서 기록관리학의 연구동향은 새로운 학문분야, 교과목 개설의 증가, 학회의 창설과 학회지의 창간, 관련 법률의 제정과 개정, 학문의 학제적 성격 등에 영향을 받는 것으로 파악되었다. 이를 기반으로 새로운 기록관리학 교과목의 개설과 융합적 연구, 그리고 타 학문 영역의 기록관리학 교육과 연구에 대한 조사 등이 필요함을 제언하였다.

A $Mariannaea$ fungus was isolated during investigation of an elm tree infested with unidentified beetles. Based on morphological characteristics and molecular analysis of the internal transcribed spacer rDNA sequence, the fungus was identified as $Mariannaea$ $elegans$ var. $elegans$. Fungal growth was better on malt extract agar than on potato dextrose agar and oatmeal agar. Optimal temperature and pH for growth of the fungus were $30^{\circ}C$ and pH 7.0, respectively. The fungus was found to have the ability to produce extracellular enzymes such as amylase, ${\beta}$-glucosidase, cellulase, and protease. This is first report on $M.$ $elegans$ var. $elegans$ in Korea.

Three marine fish species are recorded for the first time from Korean waters: a molid (Ranzania laevis, 1 specimen, 279.8 mm SL) and bramid (Pterycombus petersii, 3 specimens, 95.3-214.0 mm SL) collected from a large purse seine off Jeju Island, in the southern sea of Korea, and a carangid (Carangoides dinema, 1 specimen, 194.5 mm SL) from a set net in coastal waters off Busan, in the southeastern sea of korea. R. laevis is characterized by a wedge-shaped body and truncated clavus; P. petersii by the dorsal fin origin above or behind the posterior margin of eye, and dorsal and anal fins depressible; and C. dinema by a row of black blotches along the second dorsal fin base, the curved part of the lateral line longer than straight part, and 18 and 16 dorsal and anal fin rays, respectively. New Korean names are proposed for all three species.

본 논문에서는 DICOM 영상 내에 이미지 기반의 주석을 생성/삽입할 수 있는 새로운 DICOM 객체를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 주석 처리 방법은 이미지 자체를 주석으로 사용하기 때문에 사용자가 입력한 다양한 형태의 정보(문자, 스케치, 그림)를 주석 내에 쉽게 저장할 수 있다. 주석 영상은 원 영상과는 독립적으로 저장/관리 되기 때문에 원 영상에는 전혀 영향을 주지 않고 삽입/추가/변경 등이 가능하다. 또한, 제안된 주석은DICOM영상 내에 직접 저장되기 때문에 PACS/EMR이 설치되어 있지 않은 중소 병원에 매우 유용할 것으로 기대된다.

Nannizziopsis mirabilis (KNU17-67) was isolated from a field soil sample collected from Jejudo in 2017. This fungal isolate was identified and described by its morphological characters and the internal transcribed spacer rDNA gene sequencing. Potato dextrose agar medium was used to study its macro and micromorphology. In addition, a molecular phylogenetic tree was constructed for its precise confirmation as N. mirabilis. This fungal isolate has not officially been reported previously in Korea.

한국의 양식 전복에 공생하는 3종의 단각류가 발견되어 이들을 보고한다 이들 단각류는 볼록손참옆새우(Ampithoe valida Smith), 사마귀멜리타옆새우(Elasmopus rapax Costa), 두발가락멜리타옆새우(Melita rylovae Bulycheva)이며, 이 중에서 사마귀멜리타옆새우는 한국 미기록종으로서 상세히 기재하였고 다른 두 종은 주요 형질을 기재하였다. 이들 단각류가 공생한 전복은 Haliotis discus hannai Inc, H. discus discus Reeve, H. diversicoior aquatilis Reeve, 그리고 H. siebolidii Reeve이다. 관찰한 단각류와 전복들 사이에는 종 특이적 관계는 보이지 않았다

1986년(年) 5월(月) 제주도(濟州道)에서 채집(採集)한 통구멍과(科) 어류 중 체장(體長) 242.2 mm 되는 1개체(個體)를 동정한 결과(結果) 지금까지 우리나라에서는 서식(棲息)이 확인(確認)되지 않은 미기록종(未記錄種)인 Ichthyscopus lebeck sannio으로 동정(同定)되었다. 본 종은 외부(外部) 형태적(形態的)으로 등지느러미가 1개이고 입술에는 돌기가 발달되어 있고, 체표면에는 커다란 하얀 반점(斑點)이 많이 있으며 쇄골돌기가 없는 점 등이 본종(本種)의 주요(主要) 특징(特徵)으로 나타나고 있다. 본 종의 한국명(韓國名)은 체표면에 흰무늬가 크게 나 있는 것이 눈에 잘 띠기 때문에 "큰무늬통구멍속(屬)"의 "큰무늬통구멍"이라고 명명(命名)하였다.

1997년 10월 14일부터 10월 17일까지 독도의 동도와 서도 및 물개바위의 조하대 3개 지점에서 SCUBA 잠수하여 대황 (Eisenia bicyclis) 군락의 부착근 사이의 죽은 홍합껍질 내부에 서관을 붙인 대나무갯지렁이과의 한국 미기록종인 사방연통대나무갯지렁이 Axiothella quadrimaculata Augener, 1914를 채집하였기에 이를 기재하고, 우리 나라에서는 처음 보고되는 속이므로 대나무갯지렁이과의 속 검색표도 재작성하였다. 본 종이 새롭게 보고되므로 한국산 대나무갯지렁이과는 모두 13속 18종이 된다.
