As more and more the social environment change, the companies try to improve industrial structure. The role of enterprise changed direction from position power to communication power. Social contributed activity - representative of social responsible activities in companies - is means of communication with the community and new marketing strategy. The most important element of successful social contributed activity is member's volunteering minds. Volunteer mind based on practical behavioral philosophy. This is right people for company. In this paper, we discussed company social responsibility and suggested standard guide line for voluntary record reflection when the company hire new employees.

제주도 북부 연안에서 농어목 학치과에 속하는 어류 1개체 (표준체장, 59.3 mm)가 채집되었다. 본 종은 아직 국내에서는 보고된 적이 없는 한국미기록종인 Lepadichthys frenatus로 동정되었다. 본 종은 체색이 적갈색으로, 등지느러미와 뒷지느러미 후단이 꼬리지느러미와 연결되어 있으며, 등지느러미와 뒷지느러미의 기조수가 각각 17개, 13개인 특징이 있다. 본 종의 신한국명은 '큰입학치'라 명명하였다.

제주도 남부 연안에서 망둑어과에 속하는 Asterropteryx semipunctata 17개체 (표준체장 29.1~50.7 mm)를 채집하였다. 본 종은 아직 국내에서는 보고되지 않은 한국미기록종으로, 배지느러미가 유합되지 않고, 전새개골 상후연에 5~8개의 거치가 있으며, 두부, 체측, 그리고 제1등지느러미를 제외한 홑지느러미에 청색 반점이 산재하는 특징에서 동속의 유사종과 구별된다. 본 종의 신한국명은 '청별망둑'이라 명명하였다.

우리나라 남부연안에서 채집된 1개체 (전장 350.0 mm)의 표본을 근거로 흉상어과에 속하는 Scoliodon laticaudus를 한국미기록종으로 기재 보고한다. 본 종은 머리가 매우 납작한 삽모양이며 주둥이가 길고 납작한 점 가슴지느러미가 삼각형이며 제 1 등지느러미 후단이 배지느러미 중앙부분까지 도달하는 특징이 있다. 본 속과 종의 신한국명으로 각각 "납작주둥이상어속"과 "납작주둥이상어"를 제안한다.

Adenostemma madurense DC. (Asteraceae, Adenostemma L.), which is known to be distributed in Japan, Taiwan, Thailand and Nepal was recently found on Jeju Island in Korea. It is morphologically allied to A. madurense but distinguished from A. lavenia (L.) Kuntze by having such characters as broadly ovate or ovate to oblong leaves, $15-21cm\;long{\times}7-12cm$ wide and smooth achenes with slightly muricate at the upper. Furthermore, A. madurense is found in dry mountain slopes in evergreen forests while Adenostemma lavenia occures in the wetland and side of pond. This taxon was named 'San-mul-meo-wi' in Korean based on its habitat. We provide a description, illustrations, photographs, and the key to the related species in Korea.

Three species of the family Biphyllidae - Biphyllus japonicus Sasaji, 1983, Biphyllus loochooanus Sasaji, 1991 and Biphyllus oshimanus Nakane, 1988 - are reported for the first time in Korea. Descriptions, photographs of the adults and line drawings of the diagnostic characters are provided for all the species recognized in this study.

A noctuid species, Avitta puncta Wileman is reported for the first time from Korea. One male of A. puncta was collected from Island Gageo-do, which located at the most southwestern part of the Korean Peninsula. The issue of how to manage the existing records at an archives is very important from the aspects of principle and practicality in record management since it is deeply related with the system of managing new records. Although there are a few studies on filing and criteria on organizing records, they do not often help in the actual site of record and archives management. Therefore, we need to raise the issues that could develop in actual sites and find the ways or resolving these issues, other than the general criteria proposed. Refiling is a very important task for recovering the original order and needs to be a task that should be done according to the overall system and process of record management at an archives. Furthermore, it is very important to objectify and regulate the contents and methods of the task of refiling through the refiling criteria with the content of criteria being specific. From the arguments presented until now, we could tell that refiling falls in the area of record management at an archive directly related with the department of reproducing records at public organizations. Moreover, the role of archivists relates with the task of refiling is critical. Especially, distinguishing job according to chief object is a critical issue in the status and role of archivists at record and archives institutions. This process is important not only at the level of simple job makeup but also in record management. Archivists should be responsible for preparing refiling criteria, reviewing of problems developed in job process, classifying records for refiling, reviewing and refiling of catalogs and key words, selecting equipment and tools, and establishing various forms.
