The present study describes Philodromus paiki sp. nov., which was previously misidentified as P. fuscomarginatus (De Geer, 1778), P. poecilus (Thorell, 1872), and P. spinitarsis Simon, 1895 in Korea, as a new species with diagnosis, detailed descriptions, and taxonomic photographs. Additionally, P. spinitarsis is also described to correct previous misidentifications of Korean records of the species.

Adult caddisflies were collected from 11 sites in Cheongdo-gun (Gyeongsangbuk-do) and Miryang-si (Gyeongsangnam-do) in the southeastern part of the Korean Peninsula. Collections on August 28 to 30, 2015, by aerial sweeping and light trapping, included one new species and four newly recorded species from the Korean Peninsula. Description of the new species Paduniella unmun Inaba and Park (Psychomyiidae), and re-description of the four species (Polyplectropus malickyi Nozaki et al., 2010, Tinodes furcatus Li and Morse, 1997, Cheumatopsyche tanidai $Ol{\acute{a}}h$ and Johanson, 2008, and Diplectrona kibuneana Tsuda, 1940) are provided. Additionally, we recognize that a larva described as Diplectrona KUa is the larval stage of D. kibuneana.

A new multiple description selective coding is proposed to overcome noisy channels. Our algorithm adopts an embedded coding scheme, in which subband coefficients are encoded one bit plane at a time using a non-adaptive arithmetic encoder. According to the importance ratio for each region, we code interest regions with more passes than background in order to reconstruct interest regions with higher quality. To overcome channel errors, we adopt multiple description scheme which adds controlled amounts of redundancy to the original data during the compression process. Proposed algorithm achieves better qualify compared with other algorithms especially in the circumstances where very low bit rate coding is required and some regions are more important than other regions.

Documentary credit transactions are judged by the principle of strict compliance. The compliance of the tendered documents with the credit's teams ensures the proper completion of the underlying transaction. But if the documents tendered by beneficiary differ, a discrepancy of documents occurs. Such a discrepancy raises difficult problems for the bank to which the documents are tendered. It has to decide whether to reject or accept them or to accept them under a protective mechanism. Therefore, this study is to examine the case study of complying presentation of the description of the goods in documentary credit through the Korean Supreme Court Cases. The objectives of this paper are as follow : 1. To examine two point of views on document compliance such as strict compliance and substantial compliance. 2. To analyze Korean Case Law which challenges the legal conclusions, standard for examination of documents and New ISBP. 3. To draw out the criterion for conformity and discrepancy of description in invoices and WC and to provide the guidelines for determining the nature and extent of an issuing bank's duty of documentary compliance. 4. Finally to suggest some implications through the Korean case law. By using the examination standards for description of goods suggested in Korean Case Law and New ISBP, the traders will be able to prepare documentation more perfectly and document checkers will be able to examine the negotiation documents more easily.

This study is based on the practical use for distributed resources considering growing network rapidly. The focal point of this study will be argued on semantic interoperability for sharing of resources, not be emphasized the technical issues of network. The aim of this article is developing the model of Collection-Level Description(CLD) for sharing of resources. The present article consists of a definition of collection in relation to the scope, objectives, and agents of the collection and an analysis of researches about CLD strengths and standards. Lastly, it was intended to construct the model focused on relation which was needed to be strengthened the existing CLD's function, thus, this study attempted to use the concept of ontology. The model of CLD based on ontology suggested the description could represent new relations inferred between classes and properties. Distinguishing class and property, furthermore, this study suggested properties were separated the characteristic of class and the relation with classes.

A new copepod species, Cletocamptus koreanus, is described from estuaries and salt marshes on south and southwest coasts in Korea. Cletocamptus koreanus n. sp. evidently belongs to C. deitersi species group in sharing 6-segmented antennule, 3 setae on antennary exopod, leg 1 with endopod shorter than exopod, and 2+1 inner setae on the third exopodal segments of legs 3-4. However, C. koreanus is distinguished from its allied congeneric species by different setal armatures of mandibular palp, antennary exopod, endopod of female leg 2 and the third exopodal segments of legs 3-4, and relative length and shape of apophysis of male leg 3 enp 2. Description and taxonomic accounts of the new species are presented herein, with detailed illustrations and scanning electron microscope photomicrographs. Discussion on the affinities with other species of C. deitersi group are provided, along with brief comments on the morphological discrepancies between the new species from Korea and other Asian species from China and India.

Linyphiidae Blackwall, 1859 is one of the most diverse and largest families within the order Araneae Clerck, 1757. Of the currently 60 valid species of the genus Neriene Blackwall, 1833 worldwide, 10 species are distributed in Korea. The males of the new sheet-web spider Neriene bovista sp. nov. were recently collected with a sweep net between the shrubs of mixed forests from the hilly valley with well conserved nature in Uljin-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do (the middle east coast region) during a seasonal survey of the spider fauna in hilly terrains in 2017-2018. The present study describes a new sheet-web spider, Neriene bovista sp. nov. with a diagnosis, detailed description, morphological illustrations, and a distribution map from Korea. The new species has a characteristic mushroom-like tip of the terminal apophysis, the truncated tip of anterior projection, and the bifurcated lateral projection of the lamella compared to the congeners of the genus Neriene Blackwall, 1833.

Interactive DMB contents are provided by MPEG-4 scene description. The abundant interactions of the user bring on the high bit rate of MPEG-4 scene description. But DMB system has low bandwidth and limited bit rate. So we need new authoring method for MPEG-4 scene description. In this paper, we proposed a seamless authoring method for the DMB environment. It can generate BIFS information tinily and dynamically. The research result can be used by DMB system for a seamless MPEG-4 contents transmission.

As the size and complexity of software systems increase, the design and specification of overall system structures become more significant issues than the choice of algorithms and data structures. Structural issues include the organization of a system as a composition of components; global control structures; protocols for communication synchronization, and data access etc. In this paper we show why the existing software architectural description method is not satisfied, and suggest the necessity of the new architectural description language md the requirements of the software architectural description language.
