팀 다양성이 지식창출에 미치는 영향에서 갈등과 흡수역량의 역할 (The Effect of Team Diversity on Knowledge Creation : with Conflict and Absorptive Capacity)

  • Considering how an organization is timely competitive for survival in the rapidly changing environment of today, it is more important to get new information and knowledge continuously by teams. However team system provides organization with opportunities and, at the same time, is provoked into conflict by the diversity of team members. This study examines the effect of team diversity on knowledge creation and investigates the influence of absorptive capacity and conflict as mediators. The sample population consisted of officials who work in teams at two business corporations that have successfully achieved knowledge creation. The result presents team diversity serves as an effective factor for absorptive capacity and absorptive capacity also serves as an effective factor for knowledge creation. In contrast, team diversity brings team members into conflict and conflict has a negative effect on knowledge creation. Another significant finding of this research is the fact that a positive effect of absorptive capacity on knowledge creation is greater than a negative effect of conflict on it. It clearly demonstrates that team diversity can be an important determinant of knowledge creation if an organization tries to reduce team member's conflict.

  • GIS was introduced to spatial information of complex and various facility systematically and scientifically. And, recently, new trend has been spread by Mobile GIS owing to its fast development of information and communication technology However, these Mobile GIS techniques were introduced in maintenances of various facilities. Due to its mismanagement, the use became insufficient in facilities causing database creation to require realism and mobility. Therefore, in this research, to road facility of various facilities, it deduced improving the work process by using a Mobile GIS to analyze work process of the road facility database creation. And, through an experiment, by comparing and analyzing road facilities database creation process by existing method and improving method, could improvement of road facility database creation using a Mobile GIS.

지식창조, 혁신을 위한 블루오션 전략과 트리즈의 전술적 활용 (Utilizing Blue Ocean Strategy and Business TRIZ Tactics for Knowledge Creation and Innovation)

  • This paper describes the Blue Ocean Strategy and Business TRIZ (Russian Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) Tactics as one method for knowledge creation and innovation. The opening new market avoiding keen competition is very popular recently and is not just prosper, but survival problem. As one new strategy for finding new market, the Blue Ocean Strategy gives the big blueprint for new market, but has no enough tools to make more concrete ideas. In this paper, we suggest using the Strategy Campus and other tools in the Blue Ocean Strategy at initial stage and then, compensating the TRIZ principles to make more concrete ideas for new market as tactics. We applied it to find the new market for conventional newspaper industry and EBS (Education Broadcast System) management innovation in Korea as case studies and got better results comparing to using only the Blue Ocean Strategy.

무의식의 창조성에 관한 하나의 고찰: 일련의 꿈을 중심으로 (A Consideration on Creativity of the Unconscious: Focusing on a Series of Dreams)

  • 인류는 대재난(코로나, 전쟁, 지진 등)으로 파괴(혼돈)에 직면하였고, 새로운 복원을 기다리고 있다. 문명과 개체에게 있어서 창조 혹은 창조성은 정신적 발전에 필수적이다. 새로운 의식의 입장과 태도, 실재에 대한 새로운 적응이 인간 정신의 심층에서 절실히 요구될 때, 창조성은 한 개체를 갱신시키는 동인이다. 본 소고는 일련의 네 개의 꿈을 해석하면서, 꿈의 메시지가 제시하는 창조성의 본성과 특징에 대하여 탐색한 결과물이다. 먼저 동서양의 종교와 신화, 역사에서 창조성의 정의와 형태를 탐색하였다. 서양신화는 신으로부터 발화되는 창조 혹은 창조성에 대하여 언급하는 반면에, 고대 중국에서는 도의 움직임에 의한, 음양의 상호작용에 의하여 창조성이 발현되는 것으로 보았다. 동서양에서 창조는 형태적으로 무로부터의 창조 혹은 질료로부터 창조, 모체로부터 해체를 통한 창조 등이 있는데, 이는 심리학적으로 창조성 혹은 창조는 무한한 잠재력과 창조력의 모판인 무의식에서 기원함을 시사한다. 다음으로 두 번째 꿈의 통찰을 따라서 창조성의 특성을 기술하였고, 이는 초월적 기능과 '준거 틀을 넘어서기', 즉 초법성향을 통하여 창조성이 일어남을 살펴보았다. 셋째로, 무의식의 창조성은 재생을 목적으로 하며, 집단과 개인 안에서 자기 원형상의 갱신을 추동하는 것임을 탐색하였다. 궁극적으로 무의식의 창조성은 전체정신의 목표이자 전체가 되어가는 개성화를 지향한다. 무의식의 창조성을 실현하는 일은 두 번째 창조자로서 인간의 숙명이라 할 수 있다.

  • A new level set based topology optimization employing inner-front creation algorithm is presented. In the conventional level set based topology optimization, the optimum topology strongly depends on the initial level set distribution due to the incapability of inner-front creation during optimization process. In the present work, an inner-front creation algorithm is proposed, in which the sizes, positions, and number of new inner-fronts during the optimization process can be globally and consistently identified. To update the level set function during the optimization process, the least-squares finite element method is employed. As demonstrative examples for the flexibility and usefulness of the proposed method, the level set based topology optimization considering lightweight design of 3D shell structure is carried out.

다중이용자 온라인 게임에서 신규 비즈니스 모델의 도식화에 관하여 (Mapping Emerging Business Models in Massively Multiplayer Online Games)

  • The authors map some of the current Business Models in the Massively Multiplayer Online Player scenario. These maps represent Value Creation Systems by resorting to Value Net constructs and notations, and are offered here as a proof of concept and utility. The authors claim that these mappings can enable readers, managers and IT experts, to build new insights onto such Business Models and develop requirements for Information System infrastructure. When approaching the Value Creation System as a Value Net the goal is to think outside the conceptual box of Value Chains and understand how the different activities interact, by exposing the multiplicity of value types and flows. In doing this study the authors are attempting to synthesize a new Business Model proposal that could underlie the development of an infrastructure for the collaborative creation, distribution and exploration of online massively multiplayer games, beyond the traditional producer-consumer roles.

Research on The Application and Expression of Mixed media in Oil Painting

  • With the diversified development of modern art, the application of mixed media in painting has become increasingly prominent, which not only provides artistic creators with new creative ideas, but also magnifies the creators' emotions and re endows the media with meaning and value. This paper systematically introduces the definition, features and connotation of mixed media painting, and expounds three aspects of the aesthetic function of multimedia in oil painting creation, the embodiment of painting individuality, and the combination and application of materials and technique to demonstrate that mixed media presents different understanding and expression in Chinese oil painting, no longer constrained by traditional oil painting materials, which promotes more development possibilities of the art expression form of Chinese oil painting, enhances its international influence, and bring new vitality to the creation and development of Chinese oil painting.

기업가정신 및 벤처경영에 관한 교육과정개발 (Educational Program Development for Entrepreneurship and Venture Management)

  • Inspire of increasing importance of entrepreneurs for successful new venture creation, structured educational programs for entrepreneur development are very limited in Korea. Based on the survey of existing academic programs and interviews with entrepreneurs, this study presents a new education system for entrepreneurial management and new venture creation. Specifically, seven venture educational programs are suggested. As degree programs, ⅰ) new venture interdisciplinary program and ⅱ) venture MBA program are presented. Also, ⅲ) advanced venture management program, ⅳ) venture capitalist training program, and ⅴ) potential entrepreneur training program are suggested as non-degree programs. In addition, special and supporting programs such as ⅵ) technological entrepreneurship seminar and vii) new venture forum are explained. Finally, some examples of typical entrepreneurial management courses are presented and policy implications are suggested.
