The purpose of the present study is to suggest the development direction for the neutral library which can describe the parametric modeling and design algorithm to design the construction spatial information which is known as BIM. To do this, we surveyed the recent research related to neutral library and analyzed the library technology of BIM modeler such as Revit, Archicad. By using this result, we suggested the development direction based on BIM description script language for the neutral BIM library including the parametric design and the algorithm definition.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the colors in the school libraries and identify the images of adjectives derived from the colors. This study investigated the hue (basic color), value (brightness) and chroma (color intensity) in the school libraries through KSCA program. It analyzed 15 school libraries from elementary schools to high schools. Furthermore, with the aids of I.R.I Adjective Image Scale, the adjective images of the colors could be identified. The results are as follows: In the elementary school libraries, the hue was used in the order of YR (yellow red), N (neutral), and Y (yellow), while in the order of YR (yellow red), N (neutral), and R (red) in the middle school libraries. All the school libraries had medium brightness on average, whereas the colors had a low chroma. As for the adjective images of the colors, the adjective 'gentle' has appeared the most in every school library. The school libraries have similar colors and adjective images for all levels, not presenting any particular differences in the colors of every interior space arrangement.

At the present. one of the very important functions of the information center or library is to provide information service on time and to the right person. But it is impossible if the shape of the material is not complete. So it is important to keep the material of information complete. This study is on deacidification of paper materials for enhancing useful life of information. This study can be summerized as follews; The material needs deacidification is all of machine-made paper except neutral paper, and hand made paper which are below pH 6.5. The best way for the deacidification for the small amount of materals is to use aqueous deacidifiers such as Calcium Carbonate, Magnesuim Carbonate and Borax. This study would understand the overall perception of our society about public libraries, analyzing the texts related to public libraries, utilizing the semantic connection network & sentiment analysis. For this purpose, this study collected data from the last five years with keywords, 'Library' and 'Lifelong Learning Center' from January 1, 2016 through November 30, 2020 through the blogs and cafés of major domestic portal sites. With the collected data, text mining, centrality of keywords, network structure, structural equipotentiality, and sensitivity analyses were conducted. As a result of the analysis, First, 'reading' and 'book' were identified as representative keywords that form the social perception of public libraries. Second, it turned out that there were keywords related to the use of the library and the untact service due to the recent spread of COVID-19. Third, in seeking a plan for the development of public libraries through the keywords drawn to have positive meanings, it is necessary to create continuous services that can form a new image of the library, breaking away from the existing fixed role and image of the library and increase the convenience of use. Fourth, facilities and facilities for library services were recognized from a neutral point of view. Fifth, the spread of infectious diseases, social distancing, and temporary closure and closure of libraries are negatively related to public libraries, and awareness of librarians has been identified as negative keywords.

Ships and off-shore plants have very long lifecycles. Design data of ships and off-shore plants are used as master data in the subsequent phases after the design phase. Therefore, it is an important issue how to convert native design data generated from commercial shipbuilding CAD systems into neutral data with the use of international industrial data standards. International standard-based exchange of ship outfitting and off-shore plant data needs the construction of a library for specifications data of equipment and materials and the provision of external referencing mechanism for retrieving data stored in the library. This paper proposes an approach to construct a specifications data library with the use of ISO 15926 process plants. This library is used for providing specifications data through external referencing when translating ship outfitting data from TRIBON system into ISO 10303 STEP AP 227-formed data.

Recent AEC industry, is introducing BIM based design process which mainly focuses on collaboration and integration. Since BIM has characteristic of utilizing several design libraries in various fields across the AEC industry, obtaining BIM libraries are essential for introducing and applying the BIM successfully. Thus, creating BIM libraries and guidelines for various fields are needed. BIM libraries can be categorized into disciplines such as architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical industries. Especially, companies in mechanical industry possesses design data for creating BIM library. Due to the fact, we standardized the property information for BIM libraries. And for BIM library production, we have developed a program which uses neutral format to convert 3D MCAD data designed by $NX^{TM}$ into $Revit^{TM}$ Family. Finally, we developed a program that merges property information to Revit Family file.

A geometric kernel is the library of core mathematical functions that defines and stores 3D shapes in response to users'commands. We developed a light geometric kernel suitable to develop CAD/CAM application systems. The kernel contains geometric objects, such as points, curves and surfaces and a minimal set of functions for each type but does not contain lots of modeling and handling functions that are useful to create and maintain complex shapes from an idea sketch. The kernel was developed on MS-Windows NT using C++ with STL(Standard Template Library) but it is compatible with UNIX environments. This paper describes the structure of the kernel including several components: base, math, point sequence curve, geometry, translators. The base kernel gives portability to applications and the math kernel contains basic arithmetic and their classes, such as vector and matrix. The geometry kernel contains points, parametric curves, and parametric surfaces. A neutral fie format and programming and document styles are also presented in this paper.

The purpose of this study was attempted to investigate the social opinion and their lives and jobs of the public library directors in Korea. The author attained data through questionaires by mail to about 180 directors of public libraries. The Major finding of this study are summarized as follows： 1) The more or higher the director"s revenue and degree of satisfaction for his/her revenur, and rich feeling in content for his/her job, the higher he/she recognize his/her social class. 2) Although many directors make it their principles to support for females to go to work. 87.4% of them also recognize the existence of discrimination by sex in attainment of their job positions. 3) Female directors feel more discriminated than male directors. Male are rather supporting or neutral for those discriminations. 4) The obstracles for conducting their jobs are insufficiency of budget for libraries. insufficiency of their job powers and so forth. 5) The Most disirable type of library directors is the mixed nature of type of research specialist and administrative specialist. Only the research talent is not sufficient for a library director and the administrative specialty is also strongly expected to the director.ctor.

I examined the U.S. presidential library system and suggested some directions of establishment and management presidential library in Korea. To promote the preservation and use of presidential records, it is very important to establish an workable presidential archives system in Korea. Following is my observations and lessons from the study of U.S. presidential library system It is legitimate and reasonable to establish a presidential archives system in Korea under the authority of GARS for professional and neutral management. The presidential archives should be managed professionally and neutrally, free of political interventions and parti san considerations. For accountability and transparency of the government, the neutrality of the presidential archives is a must. The presidential records should be protected for a certain period to encourage their production and preservation. A legal apparatus to protect them is necessary. Archivists should make a comprehensive catalog of the presidential archives available to public, especially provide an online search system. Online catalog system of Ford and Carter Presidential Libraries are examined to help understanding of the issue. Finally, GARS should proceed to make a workable laws and regulations Lo provide the legal foundations for the establishment of the presidential archives. Public awareness and supports will only malle it possible. In sum, the presidential archives should be established as an attached archives of the GARS to guarantee a professional and neutral management.

Glycoproteins PAS-6(50 kDa) and -7(47 kDa) from the bovine milk fat globule membrane share a common protein core but differ in their carbohydrate moiety. We have analyzed and proposed the structures of the N-linked sugar chains of PAS-7 by Oxford Glyco System(OGS) RAAM2000. The N-linked sugar chains were liberated from PAS-7 by hydrazinolysis and, after modifying the reducing ends with 2-aminobenzamide(2-AB), were separated into one neutral(7N, 55%) and two acidic(7M, mono-, 43%; 7D, di-, 2%) sugar chain groups. 7N was finally separated into 5 chains(a, b, c, d, and e), respectively. The structure of this 2AB-neutral sugar chain was determined by sugar analysis, exoglycosidase digestion with OGS glycosidase Kit and OGS RAAM2000 system. The results show that fraction e was the same of reported 7N1A, the biantennary complex type with a fucose on reducing end and two N-acetyllactosamine branch on non-reducing end. Therefore, it was proved that OGS RAAM2000 method is in conformity with conventional analysis of sugar chain structure from bovine PAS-7.
