본 연구는 최근 건설 산업의 큰 흐름으로 시도되고 있는 건설 공간 정보 모델링을 위한 BIM 핵심 기술 중 하나인 라이브러리와 관련되어 IFC와는 또 다른 관점에서 파라메트릭 모델링 및 알고리즘을 묘사할 수 있는 중립 라이브러리 개발을 위한 기술 요소와 효과적인 개발 방향을 제안한다. 이를 위해 최근 관련 연구를 고찰하고 현재 활용되고 있는 라이브러리를 이용한 대표적인 BIM 모델러인 Revit, ArchiCAD의 라이브러리 기술을 분석하였다. 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 BIM 파라메트릭 모델 구조 및 알고리즘 정의를 위한 기술적 공통 요소들을 분석하고 개념적인 연구를 통해 이런 요소들을 포함한 BIM 묘사 스크립트 언어 기반 중립 라이브러리 개발 방향을 제시하였다.

본 연구 목적은 학교급별 학교도서관에 사용된 색채를 분석하고 색채가 주는 형용사 이미지를 파악하는 것이다. 초등학교, 중학교, 고등학교의 15개 학교도서관 이미지를 KSCA프로그램을 이용하여 색채를 추출하여 색상, 명도, 채도를 분석하였다. 또한 추출된 색을 I.R.I 이미지 스케일을 이용하여 형용사를 파악하였다. 분석 결과, 색상은 초등학교와 고등학교에서는 YR (Yellow Red), N (Neutral), Y (Yellow) 계열 순으로 사용되었으나 중학교에서는 YR (Yellow Red), N (Neutral), R (Red) 계열 순으로 나타났다. 모든 학교도서관에 사용된 색채의 명도는 평균적으로 중명도가 사용되었으며, 채도는 낮은 채도로 이루어져 있었다. 색채의 형용사 이미지는 '점잖은'이라는 형용사가 학교도서관에서 가장 많이 도출되었다. 학교도서관은 학교급별로 공간구성 색채에 있어 특별한 차이를 보이지 않았으며, 비슷한 색채와 형용사 이미지를 가진 것으로 나타났다.

At the present. one of the very important functions of the information center or library is to provide information service on time and to the right person. But it is impossible if the shape of the material is not complete. So it is important to keep the material of information complete. This study is on deacidification of paper materials for enhancing useful life of information. This study can be summerized as follews; The material needs deacidification is all of machine-made paper except neutral paper, and hand made paper which are below pH 6.5. The best way for the deacidification for the small amount of materals is to use aqueous deacidifiers such as Calcium Carbonate, Magnesuim Carbonate and Borax. This study would understand the overall perception of our society about public libraries, analyzing the texts related to public libraries, utilizing the semantic connection network & sentiment analysis. For this purpose, this study collected data from the last five years with keywords, 'Library' and 'Lifelong Learning Center' from January 1, 2016 through November 30, 2020 through the blogs and cafés of major domestic portal sites. With the collected data, text mining, centrality of keywords, network structure, structural equipotentiality, and sensitivity analyses were conducted. As a result of the analysis, First, 'reading' and 'book' were identified as representative keywords that form the social perception of public libraries. Second, it turned out that there were keywords related to the use of the library and the untact service due to the recent spread of COVID-19. Third, in seeking a plan for the development of public libraries through the keywords drawn to have positive meanings, it is necessary to create continuous services that can form a new image of the library, breaking away from the existing fixed role and image of the library and increase the convenience of use. Fourth, facilities and facilities for library services were recognized from a neutral point of view. Fifth, the spread of infectious diseases, social distancing, and temporary closure and closure of libraries are negatively related to public libraries, and awareness of librarians has been identified as negative keywords.

Ships and off-shore plants have very long lifecycles. Design data of ships and off-shore plants are used as master data in the subsequent phases after the design phase. Therefore, it is an important issue how to convert native design data generated from commercial shipbuilding CAD systems into neutral data with the use of international industrial data standards. International standard-based exchange of ship outfitting and off-shore plant data needs the construction of a library for specifications data of equipment and materials and the provision of external referencing mechanism for retrieving data stored in the library. This paper proposes an approach to construct a specifications data library with the use of ISO 15926 process plants. This library is used for providing specifications data through external referencing when translating ship outfitting data from TRIBON system into ISO 10303 STEP AP 227-formed data.

Recent AEC industry, is introducing BIM based design process which mainly focuses on collaboration and integration. Since BIM has characteristic of utilizing several design libraries in various fields across the AEC industry, obtaining BIM libraries are essential for introducing and applying the BIM successfully. Thus, creating BIM libraries and guidelines for various fields are needed. BIM libraries can be categorized into disciplines such as architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical industries. Especially, companies in mechanical industry possesses design data for creating BIM library. Due to the fact, we standardized the property information for BIM libraries. And for BIM library production, we have developed a program which uses neutral format to convert 3D MCAD data designed by $NX^{TM}$ into $Revit^{TM}$ Family. Finally, we developed a program that merges property information to Revit Family file.

A geometric kernel is the library of core mathematical functions that defines and stores 3D shapes in response to users'commands. We developed a light geometric kernel suitable to develop CAD/CAM application systems. The kernel contains geometric objects, such as points, curves and surfaces and a minimal set of functions for each type but does not contain lots of modeling and handling functions that are useful to create and maintain complex shapes from an idea sketch. The kernel was developed on MS-Windows NT using C++ with STL(Standard Template Library) but it is compatible with UNIX environments. This paper describes the structure of the kernel including several components: base, math, point sequence curve, geometry, translators. The base kernel gives portability to applications and the math kernel contains basic arithmetic and their classes, such as vector and matrix. The geometry kernel contains points, parametric curves, and parametric surfaces. A neutral fie format and programming and document styles are also presented in this paper.

본 연구에서는 한국의 공공도서관장을 대상으로 그들의 사회적 의식과 생활전반에 관한 여러 의식을 조사하였다. 이를 위해 도서관장들이 인식하는 사회계층의 소속감이나, 연간수입 및 사서직종의 특성상 여성취업에 관한 의식, 그리고 도서관장으로서의 업무상 능력의 저해요인 등을 조사 분석하였다. 그리하여 이러한 제 요인들은 현직 도서관장들의 의식속에서 어떻게 나타나는가, 그들의 본질적인 특성을 찾아보고. 동시 미래 한국 도서관계가 지향하는 도서관장직의 형태를 고찰해 보았다.

본고에서는 미국의 대통령기록관제도와 대통령기록물 관리방식을 살펴보았다. 기록관리 법령에도 규정되어 있는 대통령기록관을 건립하고 운영해야 할 우리로서는 미국의 대통령기록물 관리 경험에서 다음과 같은 중요한 교훈을 얻을 수 있다. 첫째, 대통령중심제 국가로서 대통령 기록관을 설립하는 것은 법령상으로나 현실적으로 타당성이 있다. 우선 역대 대통령기록을 한데 모아 집중 관리하는 것이 바람직하다. 둘째, 대통령기록관은 전문적으로 운영 관리되어야 한다. 대통령기록관 건립이 단순히 보존서고를 추가로 짓는 것으로 완성된다는 개념을 가지면 매우 안일한 생각이다. 대통령기록관리시스템 뿐 아니라 전반적인 공공기록관리시스템의 전문성과 안정성을 확보해야 한다. 정부의 책임 행정과 투명행정을 위해서 기록관리의 중립성이 요구된다. 셋째, 대통령기록물은 중요한 국정의 증거이자 대부분 민감한 기록물이므로 충분히 생산되고 보호되어야 한다. 넷째, 대통령기록물을 목록만이라도 잘 정려하여 일반 국민에게 공개해야 한다. 미국의 경우처럼 소장 기록물의 온라인 캐탈로그 검색 제도를 잘 연구하여 채택할 필요가 있다. 다섯째, 정부기록보존소는 산하에 대통령기록관을 설립할 실무 추진 팀을 구성하고 미비한 법령을 정리하여 적극적으로 법령에 의해 주어진 과업을 수행해야 한다.

MFGM 당단백질의 하나인 PAS-7을 GPC 및 affinity chromatography에 의해 정제하여 2-AB로 형광 표식한 후, anion-exchange column 및 reversed-phase column을 이용해 5개의 성분을 분리하였다. 그 중 가장 상대량이 많은 성분 e에 대하여 RAAM2000을 이용한 당쇄구조 해석을 실시하여, 성분 e는 RAAM2000 GPC에 의하여 4개의 성분으로 분리되어 각각 calibration standard 12.10, 8.88, 5.84 및 4.86GU의 용출위치에 검출되었다. 이 용출위치와 당쇄구조는 livrary의 component-7457과 일치하며, 12.2GU의 크기로 분자량은 1788로 판단되며 library의 당쇄와 약 85%의 확률로 일치했다. 그 결과 성분 e의 당쇄구조는 환원말단에 $\alpha$1-6결합된 fucose를 1개 함유하며, core부분의 비환원말단에 N-acetyllactosamine branch를 2개 함유한 전형적인 biantennary 당쇄구조인 것으로 추축되어, 이전 HPLC, acetolysis, sequential exoglycosidase 소화, NMR분석에 의해 보고된 성분 7N1A의 구조와 일치함으로써, OGS RAAM2000을 이용한 PAS-7의 당쇄구조 해석의 유용성이 증명되었다.
