The types and characteristics of services that airport service systems provide have recently been diversified and specialized to meet various needs of users and their travelling activities. A service for the mobility handicapped is one of the newly demanded services. However, current services for them, which are provided by most of the Korean airports, are not sufficient to satisfy their needs. Additionally, there exist a lot of constraints in the use of those services, which makes it difficult for the mobility handicapped to use them effectively. Another problem is that a lot of the mobility handicapped do not even know that airports now offer services specialized for them. Considering that Korean airports have been recognized as a top-level service provider for about decades, it can be claimed that such an inferior quality of services for the mobility handicapped should be urgently improved. With this issue in mind, this study aims to propose an approach to improving the quality of airport services for the mobility handicapped. Firstly, we examined the actual conditions of the services for the mobility handicapped and identified the limitations of the current services, based on the results of literature review and questionnaire survey against the mobility handicapped and stakeholders of the services currently provided. Then we established a set of design improvement requirements and suggested several ways to improve the services for the mobility handicapped. Finally, we pointed out several issues to be resolved to design better specialized services for the mobility handicapped.

Background: The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the unmet healthcare needs of older people with chronic diseases in Korea and provide a basic research report to strengthen their access to medical care. Methods: In the 2020 older people survey data, 8,182 older people aged 65 or older who were diagnosed with one or more chronic diseases were the final subjects of the study. According to Andersen's behavioral model used in unmet healthcare needs, independent variables were composed of predisposing factors, possible factors, and necessary factors, and whether or not unmet healthcare needs was set as dependent variable. Results: Of the older people with chronic diseases, 1.6% experienced unmet healthcare needs, of which 55.9% experienced unmet healthcare needs for reasons related to economic burden, 31.6% physical constraints, and 12.5% time constraints. As a result of the analysis, older people with chronic diseases were more likely to experience unmet healthcare needs if they were relatively low in age, low in education level, no spouse, low in household income, poor subjective health, complex chronic diseases, and functional restrictions. However, by major reasons for experiencing unmet healthcare needs, living in rural areas were more likely to experience unmet healthcare needs due to physical constraints, and those who participated in economic activities and who had were more likely to experience unmet healthcare needs due to time burden. These results were not derived when only unmet healthcare needs was set as the dependent variable. Conclusion: This study emphasizes the need for an approach by cause of unmet medical occurrence by suggesting that there are differences in influencing factors by reason for experiencing unmet healthcare needs.

본 연구는 도서관 다문화서비스에 대한 이주민, 다문화전문가, 사서의 인식과 요구조사를 통해 다문화서비스 제공을 위한 기본 방향과 방법에 대한 논의를 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 심층 인터뷰와 포커스그룹 인터뷰 기법을 사용하여 도서관 다문화서비스에 대한 인식과 요구에 관한 데이터를 수집하였다. 조사결과, 이주민들과 사서들의 현재 도서관 다문화 서비스에 대한 주요 요구들과 인식에 있어 의미있는 특징과 차이들을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 도서관 다문화서비스의 개선을 위해 다문화사회와 이주민에 대한 사서의 이해 증진, 수요자 중심적인 도서관 다문화서비스로의 전환, 다문화 유관기관과의 협력 강화, 도서관 협력에 기초한 다문화서비스 지원체계 구축, 도서관 다문화서비스 교육과정의 체계화 등이 요구되었다.

The purpose of this research study is to analyze the effect of servicescape on customer orientation of skin beauty professionals. To attain the purpose, this study conducted self-administered survey of skin beauty professionals who have been working in Seoul cities and Gyeonggi provinces. by handing out total 438 copies of questionnaire. But 400 copies except for 38 ones of those respondents deemed to be unfaithful responses were analyzed and researched. A total of 400 questionnaire responses were used for data analyses. According to the results of factor analysis, Factor analysis revealed five factors of servicescape-surrounding factors, functionality, aesthetics, safety, and convenience- and three factors of customer orientation of beauty professional-understanding customer needs, beauty professional needs to offer services and meeting customer needs of beauty professionals. The result of regression analysis revealed that as for understanding customer needs of skin beauty professionals, convenience and functionality, safety and aesthetics has significant effects. All five factors of servicescape, safety, aesthetics, functionality, surrounding factors and conveniences, have significant effects on meeting customer needs. Regarding beauty professional needs to offer services, safety, functionality and convenience factor were significant factors. The study is to provide preliminary data on information useful in developing the method for managing and improving servicescape.

성폭력피해자를 위한 의료지원에 대한 전문가 의견조사로서, 의료서비스 제공 주체인 의사의 성폭력 피해자 및 진료에 대한 태도, 의료서비스 제공실태 및 필요한 의료지원에 대한 의견을 조사하였다. 남녀의사 83명으로부터 수집된 설문조사 자료를 토대로, 피해자 치료경험여부와 해당 진료과여부에 따라 의사유형을 분류하여 비교하였다. 치료경험이 있는 의사(type1)는 성폭력피해자 치료비 보장과 정액반응검사, 다양한 법정증언지원에 대한 필요도가 높았다. 치료경험이 없지만 해당 진료과인 의사(type2)는 피해여성에 대한 부정적 견해, 진료에 따르는 현실적 어려움을 예상하는 정도가 높았다. 특화의료지원 및 사정지원방안에 대한 필요도는 낮은 반면, 법정증언 지원방안에 대한 필요도는 높게 나타났다. 치료경험이 없고 해당진료과가 아닌 의사(type3)는 피해여성에 대한 이해도가 높았고 성폭력관련 법지식과 관련기관에 대한 인지도도 높았다. 반면, 진료시 예상하는 어려움의 정도가 가장 높았으며, 피해여성 진료에 필요한 의료지원방안, 사정지원방안, 법정지원방안에 대한 필요도가 대체로 높게 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 의사유형별 차이점에 따라 성폭력피해자 진료가능성을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안과 성폭력피해자를 위한 의료지원방안이 제시되었다.

장애인과 비장애인의 동등한 정보접근권을 보장하고자 하는 흐름에 발맞추어 장애의 여부나 장애의 유형과 상관없이 모든 도서관 서비스를 제공해야만 한다. 이에 본 연구는 장애인 931명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시함으로써 국내 도서관 서비스에 대한 장애인 이용자의 이용 실태 및 요구 사항을 파악하였다. 조사결과, 장애인 이용자의 도서관 및 도서관 서비스 이용 경험은 상당히 저조한 편이었으며 그 원인은 도서관 및 도서관 서비스에 대한 정보가 부족하였기 때문이었다. 그리고 장애인들은 도서관에서 제공되는 자료의 다양성, 충분성, 접근성, 최신성 등에 대해 대체적으로 만족하지 못하였으며 장애유형별로 도서관에 희망하는 프로그램과 개선사항에 차이를 보였다. 결국 장애인 도서관 서비스를 개선하기 위해서는 도서관 서비스에 대한 적극적인 안내와 홍보, 전자자료 구축을 통해 이용자의 접근성을 제고하고, 협령망 구축을 통한 자원공유와 서비스 확대가 필요하고 장애인 서비스를 담당할 전문사서의 배치 및 직무교육 제공이 뒷받침되어야 한다.

Purpose: This study is to propose the establishment and direction of a public health-medical cooperation system for rehabilitation medical services for people with physical and brain disabilities in Gangneung, Korea. Research design, data and methodology: The study focused on 30 individuals with these disabilities registered. Data was collected from December 20, 2021, to December 31, 2021, through structured surveys administered by researchers visiting disability-related facilities, utilizing convenience and random sampling methods. Descriptive statistics and cross-analysis were applied for analysis. Results: Specifically, among respondents with physical disabilities, a total of 20 needs were identified, with 'Visiting health services' (25.0%) and 'Oral health services' (20.0%) ranking highest. The survey results regarding visit-based rehabilitation services for disability support showed a high demand, emphasizing the necessity of service provision tailored to the needs of recipients, focusing on disability prevention, health management, and motor function recovery, rather than solely medical or therapeutic concepts. Conclusions: Gangwon National University Hospital, as the regional referral hospital in Gangwon, should collaborate with Gangwon Province Rehabilitation Hospital to provide prompt acute rehabilitation services. Moreover, cooperation and collaboration with Gangneung Asan Hospital, the tertiary hospital in the region, are essential to ensure continued acute and recovery phase rehabilitation therapy for a certain period in the Gangneung area.

본 연구는 장애인 이용자의 실증적인 도서관서비스 이용 실태 및 요구도를 장애유형별로 조사하고 분석함으로써, 도서관 장애인서비스를 제공할 때 장애인 이용자들이 우선적으로 요구하는 구성요소들을 도출하고자 수행되었다. 연구 결과로, 첫째, 장애인 이용자의 실질적인 도서관 이용실태 현황을 장애유형별로 분석하였다. 둘째, 도서관 장애인서비스의 주요 구성항목에 대한 장애유형별 중요도 및 만족도를 조사하여 제시하였다. 셋째, 도서관 장애인서비스의 주요 구성항목별 Borich 요구도를 분석하고 장애유형별 도서관서비스 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 넷째, 장애인 이용자의 이용 목적별 도서관 장애인서비스 주요 항목에 대한 Borich 요구도 차이를 분석하고 장애유형별로 도서관 이용 목적을 충족시키기 위한 방안을 제안하였다. 다섯째, 장애인 이용자의 이용 도서관 유형별 Borich 요구도 차이를 분석하고 장애유형별 도서관서비스 제고 방안을 제시하였다.

Unmet healthcare is an important indicator to measure accessibility of healthcare services. To examine the latest status of unmet healthcare needs in South Korea, the four different data which is composed of nationally representative sample of South Korean population were used; the Korea Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNAHANES, 2007-2019), the Community Health Survey (CHS, 2008-2019), the Korea Health Panel Survey (KHP, 2011-2017), and the Korean Welfare Panel Study (KOWEPS, 2006-2019). The proportion of individuals reporting unmet healthcare needs were 5.8% (KNHANES), 5.3% (CHS), and 11.6% (KHP). Annual percentage change (APC) which identifies trend for the follow-up period was -9.5%, -8.0%, and -6.5%, respectively. The proportion of individuals reporting unmet healthcare needs due to cost were 1.1% (KNAHANES), 0.7% (CHS), 2.4% (KHP), and 0.4% (KOWEPS). The APC was -10.5%, -14.2%, -12.2%, and -19.6%, respectively. Compared to last year, the rate of unmet healthcare needs has declined in general. However, the low-income and the elderly population were reporting the highest rate of unmet health care needs, and the disparity between lowest and highest groups were remained. These results suggest that adequate benefit coverage is needed for low-income and elderly population.

지속적으로 성장하고 있는 CM시장에서 CM기업이 생존 발전하기 위하여 CM고객(발주자)의 수요에 대한 이해는 필수적인 과제이다. CM수요에 대한 이해는 CM서비스 마케팅의 필수 요건이자 CM기업 경쟁력 향상의 출발점이기 때문이다. 본 연구의 주제는"CM고객은 시공이전단계에서 CM기업에게 어떠한 CM서비스를 주로 요구하고 있는가?"라는 질문을 모티브로 설정되었으며 연구의 목적은 시공이전단계 CM서비스 활용수준을 공공 및 민간 건축CM사업을 중심으로 비교 분석하고 주요 특징 및 시사점을 발굴하는데 있다. 본 연구를 통해 나타난 주요 결과는 공공 및 민간 건축CM사업에서 발주자가 요구하는 CM서비스에는 다소 차이가 있지만 공정관리 및 사업비관리에 대한 활용 수준이 공통적으로 높은 것으로 나타나고 있다. 발주자가 CM기업으로부터 어떠한 CM서비스를 제공받기를 원하는지에 대한 이해는 CM기업 입장에서는 어떠한 CM서비스 역량을 우선적으로 강화해야하는지를 이해하고 대응 전략을 수립하는데 있어서 매우 중요한 과제이다.
