A organization of social enterprises is to achieve various goals such as private interests, the public nature, and social policy. For fulfilling these goals, we have to understand the various success factors. These success factors were shared among peoples. This study explored a position of structure of social network formed by success factors of Social Enterprises with importance. A position within social network defined a number of link connected other nodes. A position is closely associated with to individual's behaviors, opinions and thinking. We used social network analysis with two mode method for explaining feathers of structure of social network formed by success factors shared among peoples. We choose degree centrality for determining a position within social network. Centrality is a key measure in social network analysis. Results is that shared success factors are operation capital(15.15%) totally, and by Buying experience of products of Social Enterprises, Business Compliance(14.39%) and planning(12.88%), and by usage time of smart devices, Business Support(17.05%) and planning(16.10%). and the dominant success factor was not explored.

Although Internet retailing is becoming a viable channel for apparel retailing, consumers are still reluctant to use Internet for apparel purchasing because at their concerns at Internet security and the difficulties at virtual shopping in unfamiliar shopping environment. The purpose at this study is to examine the nature at perceived risk associated with Internet apparel shopping and risk-reduction strategies used by Internet apparel shoppers. The data were collected via an online survey by a online research company. A total at 4,254 Internet users participated in this survey. Among these Internet users, 1,146 respondents had previous shopping experience in Internet shopping. Within this group, 195 were Internet apparel information seekers, and 589 were Internet apparel purchasers. Descriptive statistics, analysis of variance, and t-test were used to analyze the data. The perceived risks and risk-reduction strategies used by Internet apparel no-interest shoppers, Internet apparel information seekers (browsers), moderate Internet apparel purchasers, heavy Internet apparel purchasers were examined and compared. The results indicated that these tour groups were significantly different in apparel related risk, performance risk, and privacy risk. Internet purchasers tend to perceive more apparel-related, performance, and privacy risks than others. The results also indicated that these tour groups were significantly different in their opinions of risk-reduction strategies.

Since. its first description by Albrecht in 1904 that hamartoma (Greek. meaning "error" and "tumor")is tumor-like malformation characterized by abnormal mixture of normal constituent in any organ it arises, hamartoma involving the lung has assumed the following clinical features.: 1) all the pulmonary lesions presenting as "coin lesions", it occupies about 8% according to various reports. It also constitutes the most prevalent lesion of all the benign lung tumors, appearing in 0.25% of the general population. 2) Peak incidence of the lesion occurs in the 5th and 6th decade as the carcinoma patient do, and the occasional growing tendency and periperal location as in this presentation renders the differential diagnosis from the malignant disease difficult and surgical intervention inevitable for definite histological diagnosis and treatment. 3) Nearly all the clinical investigations such as history, physical exam, bronchoscopy, culture, and cytological exam of sputum sre likely to futile:the only tool for detecting the presence of the lesion is X-ray, butthat's short of telling the true nature of it. 4) Because of its age of presentation and growing tendency in middle-aged adult, it still controversial whether it is developmental anomaly as Albrecht described, or true neoplasm denovo of fibrous connective tissue origin. This is a case report of surgical experience of pulmonary hamartoma which had nearly all the typical clinical features above mentioned and was reviewed with related literatures.

The nature of work which is changing has increased the importance of HRD within organization. Also, these changes are making HRD shift its paradigm : from the segregated, closed, operational & administrative, dependent, utilitarian view to the integrative, open, strategic & facilitative, interdependent, generative view. The shifts of the perspective on HRD cause HRD professionals rethink the purpose and definition of HRD, and the role & competency needed to HRD in 21st century. The findings which are drawn through literature review and researcher’s intuition based on a long field experience are as follows. First, The function of HRD has recently been much more important then that of the past. Second, There is no consensus over the conceptual identity of HRD. Nonetheless, it is apparent that the preferred activities of the HRD function is performance improvement. Third, It is too difficult that we should define clearly the role & competency of HRD because of diverse perspectives on them. But we find much evidence converging to support the fact that the role & competency of HRD should be extended from the sole focus on training & development to adding the additional role & competency of change agent, who includes planning, implementing, and managing change.

Harmony between men and their surroundings has been one of the most profound motives in space and object design for a long time. It is often expressed in design as the concept of 'organic'. Nowdays the term of organic is expanding its meaning in the contemporary sense of organicism. Nature, human 'beings, and digital technology are the key issues in future design paradigms. Karim Rashid is one of the most futuristic and vendible designer and his works show these issues. His designs flow organically and he uses materials that allow his forms to flow like the body, echoing life forms. it's very sensual, very tactile. In his work, a new concept of organic design is expressed in the organic unity of experience. He tries to contribute objects to our physical landscape that inspires, engages, and encourage positive experiences. Also, Technology is at constant play in his design process. With the latest three dimensional design software it is much easier to design and model sophisticated and complex shape and forms. Digital technology affects not only his design processes but also cultural views. New technologies and social shifts are changing our understanding of interior space.

본 논문에서는 공학계열의 1학년 학생들이 자신의 분야와 다른 분야의 공학과의 관련성을 더 잘 이해하고, 공학적 상상력을 향상시킬 수 있는 교수법을 제안한다. 전통적으로 주변학문과 자신의 전공분야의 관계를 이해시키고 공학인으로서의 정체성을 주지시키기 위하여 1학년의 교육과정에 '공학설계' 과목을 배치하고 있다. 그러나 이 교육 목표를 달성하기 위하여, 단순 강의를 통한 설명이 주가 되어 왔으며, 적절한 실습을 통한 학습에는 그 소재나 형식의 선정에 한계가 있어왔다. 본 연구를 통하여, Reverse-engineering을 이용한 새로운 교육방법이 5년간에 걸쳐 시도되었으며, 이를 통하여 공학기초 교육목표를 달성할 수 있었다.

Sou Fujimoto is well known as the 3rd Japanese architect to participate in the Serpentine Pavilion project, especially youngest of all architects. His projects seem very experimental yet inviting, modern yet comforting and these feeling may be resulted in his metaphor of 'Forest' that is very often mentioned in his writings which originally comes from his personal experience of the city and nature. The purpose of this paper is to understand the Fujimoto's metaphor of 'Forest' and design language he uses to express this very idea. The researchers have analyzed Fujimoto's writings and interviews in order to understand his general design ideas and process, then extracted wordings describing 'Forest' in his works. Four main concepts were found and categorized as follows: blurring territorial boundaries, proliferation of parts, manipulating spatial relationships, and ambiguity in function. Then two or three projects were selected and analyzed in each category to understand design methods used. The results show that Fujimoto enjoys using gradation of density to blur territorial boundaries in order to express ambiguous outline of forest, and fractal reproductions in proliferation of parts to uses express wavering whole and modifying angles in manipulating spatial relationships to show hidden order.

There has been extensive experience associated with the operation of SGs wherein it was believed, based on NDE, that throughwall tube indications were present within the tubesheet. The installation of the SG tubes usually involves the development of a short interference fit, referred to as the tack expansion, at the bottom of the tubesheet. The tack expansion was usually effected by a hard rolling process and thereafter, in most instance, by the expansion of a urethane plug inserted into the tube end and compressed in the axial direction. The rolling process by its very nature is considered to be intensive with regard to metalworking at the inside surface of the tube and would be expected to lead to higher residual surface stresses. Alternate repair criteria(ARC) in the tack expansion area have been developed and applied to nuclear power plants in USA, however domestic nuclear power plants have not applied ARC for tubes in tubeheet area yet. In consideration of the degradation characteristics of tubes in the Steam Generator tubesheet, this paper suggests ARC application for tubes in the steam generator tubesheet of the domestic nuclear power plants in order to assure life time of the steam generator as well as nuclear power plants.

Clearing trace of symbol which was gone with a series of pre-modern architecture history since the modern architecture (pursuing true nature from tradition which is repeated and imitated unconsciously). That is, What is the course of deconstruction? In the early part of the 20th century, We still accept the necessity of decoration in spite of its existence at one time being threaten. This means, even though symbolism in architecture has relative importance by situation of Times, it plays an important role to add the past to current style through 'Symbol'. The history of Times, a carrier which reflects Present on New Futures, makes memory by gathering data but we can not amplify our historical imagination with only data. Data is a past memory and evidence but we can not substitute that for historical experience. And it is difficult for future generations who don't live through that history to change their historical recognition with recollecting memories. They have to draw history with data but it is very limited in itself. However, They can collect historical memory through symbol in architecture. In this study, We pay attention to the symbolism of a memorial hall architecture. So We'll analyze dichotomy concept of Barthes's signifiant and signifie, visual sign and course of symbolic meaning on basis of Daniel Libeskind's Jewish Museum.

The aim of this study is to review phenomenological characteristics in Alvaro Siza's works through his design intention, methods and results. As a Portuguese architect, his personal and local background as well as pursuing the essence of architecture made phenomenological characteristics of his works. The emphasis of the placeness of site and the existence of architecture has close relationship with Heidegger's concept of dwelling and the role of architecture. Although Siza has maintained white plat plane of interior space which is one of features of modern architecture, he provides dramatic and dynamic experiences of space using curved and acute angle of plane in his latter part of works. Another his phenomenological nature of buildings is a striking display of space and light which is remarkable especially in his museum designs. He made this character in adopting various shapes of double ceilings, openings and their combination with natural light which he always emphasizes. As a result, Alvaro Siza's phenomenological characteristics comes not from clear architectural or philosophical theory but from continuous practice based on pursuing the essence of architecture.
