This study aims to inspect national security consciousness of marriage migrant women, and to figure out factors which affect on awareness of national security. Based on this, this study also suggests a way to build up national security of marriage migrant women. As the result of the factors on security situation, there were several things which are necessity of education, trust in the army and government, positivity toward North Korea and so on, while necessity of education, trust in the army and government, national pride and positivity toward North Korea were on the awareness of national security. There are three ways of building up national security consciousness of marriage migrant women. First, security education is needed to be in the social adjustment program of marriage migrant women. Secondly, concern on security is required to them. Third, a necessity of production on security education material is demanded for marriage migrant women.

The purpose of this paper is to consider the expansion of non-traditional security threats and the national-level response to the emergence of emerging security threats in ultra-uncertain VUCA situations. As a major research method for better analysis, the theoretical approach was referred to papers published in books and academic journals, and technical and current affairs data were studied through the Internet and literature research. The instability and uncertainty of the international order and security environment in the 21st century brought about a change in the security paradigm. Human security emerged as the protection target of security was expanded to individual humans, and emerging security was emerging as the security area expanded. Emerging security threatsthat have different characteristicsfrom traditionalsecurity threats are expressed in various ways, such as cyber threats, new infectious disease threats, terrorist threats, and abnormal climate threats. First, the policy and strategic response to respond to emerging security threats is integrated national crisis management based on artificial intelligence applying the concept of Foresight. Second, it is to establish network-based national crisis management smart governance. Third, it is to maintain the agile resilience of the concept of Agilience. Fourth, an integrated response system that integrates national power elements and national defense elements should be established.

본 연구는 국가시험 보안업무 관련분야 학위소지자와 국가시험 보안업무현장에서 출입관리 및 보안검색 등의 종합적인 보안업무를 수행하고 있는 현장전문가들이 현재 인지하고 있는 문제점들을 바탕으로 국가시험 보안업무 운영의 발전적인 방안을 모색하는 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 위해서 관련분야 학위 소지자 5인과 경력 6년 이상의 현장전문가 7인에게 면담조사를 실시하여 자료를 분석하였다. 이들은 국가시험 보안업무운영의 발전적인 방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 국가시험 보안업무에 적합한 교육프로그램이 시행되어져야 한다. 둘째, 재난 및 응급상황 대처교육이 추가적으로 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 국가시험 보안업무에 투입되어지는 요원들은 정신교육과 검색장비 및 첨단장비 관련 교육이 필요시 된다. 넷째, 경비업법에 국가시험 보안업무를 명시하여, 법규와 제도가 적극적으로 대응할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 다섯째, 관계기관(계약상대방)은 용역비용을 재 산정 후 현실에 맞게 인상하여야 한다. 여섯째, 국가시험 보안업무에 경비원 신임교육을 이수한 경비원들이 투입되어질 수 있도록 하여야 한다.

The main purpose of the study is to analyze the features of ensuring the financial and economic security of the state in an aggressive external environment. The concept of financial and economic security should contain the priority goals and objectives of ensuring security, ways and methods to achieve them, adequately reflecting the role of finance in the socioeconomic development of the state. Its content is designed to coordinate nationwide actions in the field of security at the level of individual citizens, business entities, industries, sectors of the economy, as well as at the regional, national and international levels. The methodology includes a number of scientific and theoretical methods of analysis. Based on the results of the study, the key aspects of the system for ensuring the financial and economic security of the state in an aggressive external environment were identified.

Nuclear Power Plants (NPPs) are the most protected facilities among all critical infrastructures (CIs). In addition to physical security, cyber security becomes a significant concern for NPPs since swift digitalization and overreliance on computer-based systems in the facility operations transformed NPPs into targets for cyber/physical attacks. Despite technical competencies, humans are still the central component of a resilient NPP to develop an effective nuclear security culture. Turkey is one of the newcomers in the nuclear energy industry, and Turkish Akkuyu NPP has a unique model owned by an international consortium. Since Turkey has limited experience in nuclear energy industry, specific multinational and multicultural characteristics of Turkish Akkuyu NPP also requires further research in terms of the Facility's prospective nuclear security. Yet, the link between "national cultures" and "nuclear security" is underestimated in nuclear security studies. By relying on Hofstede's national culture framework, our research aims to address this gap and explore possible implications of cross-national cultural differences on nuclear security. To cope with security challenges in the age of hybrid threats, we propose a security management model which addresses the need for cyber-physical security integration to cultivate a robust nuclear security culture in a multicultural working environment.

It is no doubt that information technology is the key factor of national safety. Information technology is positively useful for national security such as crime prevention and detection, criminal investigation, disaster management, and national defense. However, it might be a threat to the security as we saw in the examples such as '3.4 DDoS attacks' and 'Nong-hyup Computer Network Failure.' Although the effect that information technology makes upon the national security is immense, the current legal system does not reflect these changes well. National security should be kept during 'prevention-response-recovery' process regardless it is in the online on offline. In addition, public administration for national security should be based on laws. However, the current legal system is lack of legislative basis on cyber and physical disaster, and the laws on the response to disaster might cause confusing. Therefore, this study examines the limitation of the current legal system on national security, and suggests directions for the development of the system based on the new establishment of the legal concept for 'national security'.

This study is presented a scheme that information security research institutions located within the central area can be participated actively m national defense information security industry. The many of information security company are located in the central region(Daejeon) and there are many research institutes. However, the participation rate of the Defense Information Security Industry is not high compared to other provinces. Although a variety of reasons, there are no the Defense Privacy Office that could have a role in protocol and the information about the industry. In addition, the Department of Defense related to national defense information security industry have not information about research institutions in the central region and are not well to identify the characteristics of institutional technology and research. So in this paper we presented some of the alternatives. 1) Building Pool involved in information security research according to the characteristics of each agency 2) Constitute the research community between Research institutions and the company 3) Build the technology cooperation between research institutions and the defense research institutes 4) Utilization of industry/university/research institutes related to Information Security Industry 5) Make strategic alliances among research institutes based on technical expertise.

In this paper, due to the network security defense is mainly static defense, a dynamic classification network security defense strategy model is proposed by analyzing the security situation of complex computer network. According to the network security impact parameters, eight security elements and classification standard are obtained. At the same time, the dynamic classification algorithm based on fuzzy theory is also presented. The experimental analysis results show that the proposed model and algorithm are feasible and effective. The model is a good way to solve a safety problem that the static defense cannot cope with tactics and lack of dynamic change.
