미국, 영국, 호주 등의 나라들은 최소의 비용으로 도로시설물의 기능을 유지 또는 개선하기 위한 방안으로 자산관리(asset management) 체계를 기반으로 한 정보시스템을 개발하고 있다. 한국은 아직까지 자산관리정보시스템에 대한 연구가 초보적인 수준에 머물러 있다. 본 연구에는 사용자관점의 서비스 수준(level of service)과 경제성 분석기법 간의 관계를 토대로 도로시설물을 유지관리하기 위한 자산관리정보시스템을 개발하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

It will become necessary for farmers to adopt information technology into commercialized farming system, since its productivity is increasingly linked to how to exploit the agricultural information. The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of information technology and to suggest ways to utilize the information technology for innovative farm management. Internet should become more important instruments which farmers might utilize in order to collect and mine the agricultural information because of its rapidity, reliability and precision. Also farmers should be encouraged to adopt a GIS-based farm management decision support system and to integrate the market information and geographic information such as soil, water, temperature, etc. for optimal decision making. Another way of improving farm management is to make farmers use agricultural accounting software for individual farmers and develop farming simulation system which analyze a farmer's current financial condition and suggest how to improve it. Making home page would be major marketing strategy for farmers to promote the sales of agricultural products.

We are now observing that the information technology environments are rapidly changing toward smart and soft power computing. The main purpose of this paper is to investigate national-level information strategies and to provide suggestions for sustained growth of information technology industry which have played a significant role in upgrading national wealth and brand. In this context we look into the governance structures of the current government, delineate problematic sources, and derive remedial solutions, if any.

This paper confers about the implementation of Knowledge Management (KM) in the National Library of Bangladesh (NLB). The main aim of this study was to investigate how the NLB goes about creating, implementing, disseminating, and applying knowledge within the organization. The other objectives of this paper were to identify the current status of KM in NLB and the understanding of different facets of KM by the staff of the National Library. The paper revealed that the situation of KM in NLB is not satisfactory. The paper also described the fact that the working environment supports the implementation but there needs to be some changes in the policies. Finally the research disclosed that NLB is a great place for implementing KM and has a large amount of possibilities for the adoption of KM. This qualitative research used the questionnaire as the main instrument for data collection. Finally, data has been processed and analyzed using SPSS and MS Excel.

The safety management of the LNG industry which shows huge growth recently, become an essential element. So the necessity of development for the pre-existing LNG storage/transport facility has been shown up and the improvement of information technology (IT) of these days make it possible to synthesize several models for integrated LNG facilitiy safety management system. This system will contains risk analysis/assessment technology, explosion, leakage and diffusion model construction technology, real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis technology, and reliability progression technology of process information through data reconciliation. The final integrated safety management system will contribute the increase of LNG industry's safety and exportation of technique.

This study investigated factors affecting the use intention of podcast service users based on the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). Performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, hedonic motivation, innovativeness, and media credibility were used as independent variables in the model. The survey data from the users of the podcast portal 'podbbang' were analyzed with Smart PLS 2.0 to test the structural equation model. The results revealed that the podcast service user's effort expectancy, facilitating condition, hedonic motivation, and media credibility have a significant influence on use intention. However, the relationship between the podcast service user's performance expectancy, social influence, innovativeness, and use intention were not identified as significant.

The appropriateness of introducing blockchain technology into food safety management systems was evaluated by conducting a survey of experts on the effectiveness and constraint evaluation indicators, and a portfolio analysis was conducted to set the priorities of blockchain application. The food safety management activities considered in this study were issuing documents on food import/export, food hygiene rating scheme, civil complaint management in the food sector, food- related certification, risk information management, and food traceability systems. The sectors that can be expected to be effective in the introduction of blockchain technology were food- related certification, food hygiene rating scheme, risk information management, and issuing documents on food import/export. In the case of food traceability systems and civil complaint management, the introduction of blockchain technology was not recommended due to ineffectiveness. From the evaluation of the constraints (e.g., technical limits, cost, legal amendment, personal information disclosure, timeliness, and ease of connection) to be overcome when introducing blockchain into food safety management, it was found that there are more than average constraints in all six areas. In particular, the food traceability system was evaluated to have the most constraints. Issuing documents on food import/export is very effective with the introduction of blockchain technology, but due to high cost and legal restrictions, it is necessary to improve the institutional system in order to introduce blockchain. Among the evaluation sectors, food- related certification, food hygiene rating scheme, and risk information management on foods were suitable for preferentially adopting blockchain technology since these areas might experience greatly improved reliability and transparency through the introduction of blockchain, with relatively low constraints.

Workforce information is important in production planning because production planning requires matching a production unit's capacity to loads of assignments. However, tracking and managing workforce information such as skills and accident history is not an easy job. This paper describes a prototype database system for a workforce database system that employs RFID technology. This system tracks daily workforce production capacity on sites. A pilot project is described to explore the benefits and possibility of using radio-frequency identification (RFID) to track and manage workforce information, and is followed by the results of a survey to identify benefits. In addition to the survey identifying the benefits of the database system, the paper also presents a list of challenges through a series of interviews.

The result management of R&D projects which carried by national research organization, research institute contributed by government, many universities and enterprises through intra system has not been processed in regular order. To maximize results of R&D products, we must draw up a plan for effective management, spread, and application. In this paper, we argue on the design and implementation of web-based system for managing R&D results(project, paper, book, seminar, intellectual property, technology transfer information, etc) systematically. This system is operated within intranet system, and the data managed by this result management system will be used for related information management through connection with research net based national R&D structure but also it will be major knowledges available for researches executed in many research institutes and organizations.

The study is to propose the reference model of Korean record management for integrated information resources management, based on the Korean regulative and administrative environments. Therefore, the study suggests the reasons why the electronic records must be come to the one of the national knowledge and information resources and reviews several integrated information management systems such as GKMS, KADO, ERA, EUN, and COVAX. Next, the study proposes the integrated records management system architecture, integrated national knowledge and information management environment architecture, and information technology architecture for Integrating resource management environment.
