본 연구는 영국과 호주에서 실시하고 있는 근로연계복지제도가 사회계약론적 관점에서 어떻게 차별화되는지를 살펴보았다. 사회계약론적 관점은 공통적인 기본 가정에도 불구하고 크게 홉스적 사회계약론과 칸트적 사회계약론이라는 두 가지 갈래로 나누어지는데, 본 연구에서는 이를 바탕으로 영국의 뉴딜 프로그램과 호주의 상호의무 프로그램의 특성을 분석하였다. 수급에 대한 강제적 의무제도의 형성 배경과 사회적 약자에 대한 배려 정도, 그리고 강제력 사용의 방향성이라는 세 가지 기준에서 호주의 경우는 모두 홉스적 사회계약론과 가까웠으며, 영국은 수급에 대한 강제적 의무제도의 형성 배경에 있어서는 홉스적 사회계약론과 가까웠지만, 사회적 약자에 대한 배려 정도 및 강제력 사용의 방향성에 있어서는 칸트적 사회계약론에 상대적으로 더 가까웠다.

Objectives: Among adolescent development tasks, being independent of parents is an essential process for emotional and physical separation. There are many conflicts of separation and individuation between parents and adolescents; however, most clinicians explore the process of separation and individuation only from adolescents' perspective. Whether simultaneously or sequentially, separation-individuation occurs between adolescents and parents, respectively. The authors have already introduced the theory of synchronized individuation in a clinical case to explain the concept of this intersubjective phenomena. This study also attempts to prove the synchronized individuation theory through the interaction of characters in a movie and a fairy tale. Methods: The authors present the basis for the theory of synchronized individuation of adolescence through the growing process of Mason Junior, the main character of the movie "Boyhood," and from the process of the separation of a hen, Sprout, and an orphaned duckling in "The hen who dreamed she could fly." Results: Synchronized individuation was developed and observed from Mason, the son's perspective in "Boyhood," and Sprout, the mother's subjective perspective in the story of the hen. Conclusion: Increasing conflict and mutual impact in the relationship between adolescents and parents, ambivalent feelings for separation, selective identification of each other, mutual respect through mutual recognition, and role changes in relationship position were confirmed. Sons and mothers were individualized with synchronization.

In this paper, a millimeter-wave multi-beam antenna is studied by rotating the antipodal linear tapered slot antenna(ALTSA) with respect to a center is successfully designed. In order to lowering the SLL and enhancing the isolation between the ALTSA elements, a row of metallic via is inserted between the ALTSAs. A 9 beams antenna is designed and experimented at Ka band. The measured and simulated results agree well with each other. The antenna can provide horizontal wide angle coverage up to ${\pm}62^{\circ}$. The gain of each beam can achieve about 12.5 dB. The mutual coupling between ports is all below 20 dB.

Ten years have passed since the establishment of KOSHBA (Korea Small and medium enterprises Hybrid Business Association). KOSHBA is composed of over 400 regional groups; over 4,000 enterprises are participating in the association. This paper deals with a survey on the present status of the participating companies in HBA of Kangwon province including the motivation of participation, participating period, and the purpose of participation. The survey results show that they are participating in HBA for manpower interchange, information gathering, mutual utilization of management resources, and their company's growth. To become a dynamic and vital association, it is necessary to share, learn, and discuss their managerial problems based on mutual trust and respect at the regular monthly meeting.

The concept of intergenerational and intercultural approaches in education and learning are changing nowadays. Intergenerational approach in the third age education and learning programs can be defined as planned activities that link various generations with the goal of exchanging knowledge, experiences and receiving mutual benefits. The goal is to connect people by using mutually beneficial activities that encourage understanding, cooperation and respect between generations, as well as contribute to the society. Intercultural approach in the third age education is connected with activities that link people of various cultures aimed at receiving mutual benefits. This paper discusses the development of third age education in Saint Petersburg, Russia and shows how the intercultural and intergenerational approaches are used in this type of education. The third age universities in Saint Petersburg do not have a lot of experience in this. In the article examples of the using intercultural and intergenerational approaches in the third age education are showed.

The EU holds about 50% of exports and imports in the world trade of services. The insurance markets have undergone a significant consolidation in solvency rule, cross-border registration, and standardized accounts. In the EU-Korea FTA negotiations the EU is interested in mutual certification of qualifications as well as market liberalization of law, finance and distribution and so forth. When the negotiation with respect to the mutual certification of qualifications comes to a settlement, the two countries will drive it in service areas. Korea should examine european certification regulations and improve domestic insurance-related institutions. France is the focal country of the EU. The paper provides a comparative study of insurance markets and agents in France and Korea. The paper argues that Korea should initiate institutional changes and be transformed into an insurance service exporting country for the specialized insurance agents to move to EU countries.

행복이란 필요가 충족된 상태라는 상식적 이해로부터 출발하면서, 이 글은 민주시민이 행복해지기 위해 갖추어야 하는 지성과 덕성을 제안한다. 이를 위해 인간이 가지는 실존적 사실로서 존재, 관계, 그리고 활동을 제시하고, 이러한 사실이 도덕적 가치를 가지기 위해서 각각 독립성, 평등성, 그리고 책임성을 필요로 한다고 설명한다. 나아가 정치영역에서는 시민이 정치권력 앞에서 독립적으로 존재하고 평등하게 관계하고 그리고 책임 있게 활동할 때 행복한 시민이 될 수 있다고 논의한다. 이러한 필요들을 충족시키기 위해 요구되는 것들로서 민주시민의 지성으로서 가치내용의 다원성, 가치형식의 유사성, 그리고 가치실현의 가능성에 대한 이해를 제안하고, 마지막으로 민주시민의 덕성으로서는 자아 존중, 상호 존중, 그리고 법률 존중을 제안한다.

인류의 발전을 주도해 온 과학기술이 만들어낸 자연고갈과 기후변화, 이로 야기되는 경제적 불평등과 빈곤 등의 문제를 해결하고 자연과 인간의 조화를 이루기 위해서는 유아기부터 지속가능발전을 지향하는 과학교육이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 지속가능발전지향 교육의 본질과 유아과학교육의 실천방향에 대해 고찰하여 지속가능발전지향 유아과학교육의 의미에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 이러한 목적을 위하여 관련 전문가 18명과 유아교사 15명을 대상으로 지속가능발전의 의미와 지속가능발전지향 유아과학교육의 실천방향에 대해 심층 면접을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 지속가능발전 지향 유아과학교육은 '유아-교사-생명체간 상호존중', '개별 탐구 기반 공동체 의식 함양', '유아의 눈으로 세상 바라보기', '관심 주제에 대한 심화와 확장', '지속적 탐구와 몰입', '대화와 공유 중심 탐구'로 범주화 되었다. 결론적으로 지속가능발전 지향 유아과학교육은 유아가 관심 있는 주제로부터 출발하여 상호 존중의 탐구 경험을 통해 자신을 둘러싼 자연에 대해 지속적으로 알아가는 과정이라고 볼 수 있다.
