This study explores the building process of innovative capability through overseas direct investment (ODI) by taking the camera business of Samsung Aerospace Industry (SAI) as a case. SAI with less than 20 years history has pursued an aggressive ODI and developed its own camera models. It acquired Rollei in Germany and Union in Japan in 1995, for acquiring advanced technology. Several factors leading to the success of SAI's innovative capability building were taken into consideration. Fists, SAI effectively absorbed technological knowledge by exchanging technical personnel with foreign partners. Second, it chose right partners with the complementary knowledge required for advancing its technological capability. Third, it strengthened its competence to satisfy the technical standards of the partner companies in OEM trade relations. Fourth, ti successfully formed a global marketing network in which subsidiary companies plays a central role in each region. Finally, SAI successfully addressed the factors of mutual respect between partners in order to let its partners to be confident in their ventures.

This study is an evaluation research which examines the effectiveness of the Marriage Enrichment Program for Middle-Aged Couples(MEPM), This program focuses on the marital dyadic relationship as a family life education The MEPM was developed to strengthen the marital relationships and to improve the potential for individuals and couples. For the effectiveness of the study the author conducted previous survey research with a literature review. The Marriage Enrichment Program was delivered to eight middle-aged couples at Hotel Hilton in Kyung Joo on June 5-6 1995. Through statistical analysis the effectiveness of the MEPM was significant in the areas of couple communication problem solving ability sexual relationship accptance for the value differences and mutual respect. The study also found that changes in thinking is much slower than learning for the new skills and knowledge.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the model of curriculum supervision that can substantialize the educational value by studying actual condition and problems of present curriculum supervision. And this study focuses on reciprocal actions based on communication and dialogs. As the model of supervision mentioned above, this research proposes the supervision model of curriculum based on narrative. We need to move the view point of bureaucratic administrative supervision to new vision. For the supervision matched with this new approach, the teachers' experience has to be reinforced by dialogs and communication between school members and the person in charge of supervision in the mood of respect. The educative value of school can be recovered by the narrative through interaction, respecting school members' experience and meanings in their life according to personal practical knowledge based on teacher's experience, forming the school community by mutual communication, and constructing school culture coping with change of new environment.

이 논문에서는 최적의 빔패턴을 얻기 위한 비선형 최적 설계 기법을 제시하였다. 제시된 방법을 사용하여 진동체 사이의 자기 및 상호 방사 임피던스를 고려하여 최대 허용 부엽준위가 주어진 경우 빔폭이 최소화된 빔 패턴을 설계할 수 있다. 그리고 37개의 진동체가 X, Y 및 $45^{circ}$축에 대칭으로 배열된 평면 배열에 대해 제안된 기법을 적용한 결과 빔폭은 변화없이 상당히 낮은 부엽 준위를 얻었다.

In order to improve the read-out signal waveform, a shielded magnetoresistive (SMR) head has been designed and studied by applying the transmission-line model. The bias and signal field distribution, the voltage output, the harmonic output signal and resistance value of MR element are simulated as functions of bias current and recording displacement. The results show that the SMR head has good linear character with respect to the medium recording signal in high recording frequency of about 2.5 MHz. The amplitude and waveform of reroduction signal have been obviously improved. The saturation effect on the symmetry and amplitude of reproducing output have also been analyzed.

This study was conducted to investigate the influence of the psychological environment on the psychosocial maladjustment in early adolescence. This study also examined how the psychological environment influenced early adolescents in internalizing and externalizing their problems. Four hundred and eight students from three middle schools in Seoul participated in this study. The participants were divided into two groups by gender, and their psychological environment and psychosocial maladjustment were measured. The data were analyzed using ANOVA and multiple regression. The results of this study are as follows: Mutual intimacy and respect in the psychological environment affected internalizing and externalizing problems among male students; whereas communication affected internalizing and externalizing problems among female students. Based on this analysis, theoretical basics were presented for educational programs to prevent internalizing and externalizing problems.

The practical use of superconducting magnets is limited to medical equipment, energy equipment and the like. Therefore, it does not fully utilize the superior features of superconducting magnet or magnetic force. In order to overcome this blockage condition, The international Forum on Magnetic Force Control (IFMFC) was launched in Tokyo in 2010 by the magnetic separation researchers in Japan, Korea and China. The policy is to hold around the country every year, to apply the application to the engineering field of magnetic force utilization and information exchange about the development of applied science to mutual visit of researchers and to develop the application field of superconducting magnets in particular. The main object is to review the field of application of magnetic force with respect to published papers at 8 IFMFCs, and to introduce the trend of research forum utilizing strong magnetic force which is rare in the world. The United Nations is asking each country to achieve Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) targets for 2030. This IFMFC review will be utilized in this field.

광고는 크리에이션이다. 그러나 순수미술과 같이 작가 개인의 의미 작용 속에서 출발하여 끝을 맺는 종류의 크리에이션이 아니라 사회적 인자로서 타인 및 상징적 기호들의 의미와의 친밀도 속에서 서로 구성하는 공주체(inter-subjective)적 크리에이션이다. 광고 표현에 있는 '말'과 '그림'이 융합하여 나타나는 문화적인 범주를 어떻게 과학적으로 표출할 것인가는 광고크리에이터와 소비자와의 공주체적 상호감수성(Mutual Sensitivity)에 달려 있다. 따라서 소비자와 광고 크리에이터가 공유하는 지평은 욕구, 개성, 경험과 같은 개인적 차원에서 찾아지는 것이 아니라 양자의 라이프스타일에 따른 문화적 차원임을 가정한다 문화는 산발적이지 않고 체계적이기 때문에 본 연구는 이를 '문화적 체계'라고 이해한다. 결론적으로 매체 융합적이고 상호작용적인 오늘날 소비자의 머리와 가슴으로부터 얻어오는 창작의 지평이 곧 광고크리에이터의 라이프스타일과 점점 동일해 진다는 사실을 주장한다.

산업화, 도시화에 따라 관리 주체가 다른 지중 금속시설물들이 크게 늘고 있으며 이러한 시설물의 보호를 위한 전기방식법, 특히 외부전원법의 적용이 전기방식에 대한 인식의 확산과 더불어 크게 증가하고 있다. 그러나 시스템의 설치를 위한 공간 확보의 어려움과 더불어 시설물 상호간의 표류전류 간섭 문제가 개별 관리주체로서는 해결할 수 없는 현안이 되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 개별적으로 적용되던 전기방식 시스템 상호간의 간섭 사례를 현장 진단을 통하여 예시하고 이에 대한 대책으로 공용양극 외부전원 시스템을 설계, 현장 실증을 통하여 하나의 대안으로 제시하였다.

Safety accidents, which are called industrial accidents in construction work, are often caused by unstable physical and personal conditions combined during preparation and execution of work. It is difficult to manage all the construction works, but especially in the field of apartment construction work, complex and many kinds of works are being carried out at the same time. In the current construction, safety regulations such as safety management guidelines are generally well maintained, but the execution of manpower resources that can fulfill them is limited, and it is difficult to reduce the accident rate and loss cost. Therefore, in this study, it is a reality that most of the types of construction work are under contruction by subcontracting contract, so they are limit by methods of manual maintenance and safety education. Currently, the subcontractor is also allowed to perform safety management through the composition of the safety management review body, but it is operated formally. So alternatives to this were studied. As a result, safety accidents occur in the subcontractor's worker due to vertical integration, which is characteristic of the construction industry, together to the contractor, the safety management system is based on a safety construction system in which a worker who has a certain qualification condition such as career experience of the work type, work understanding of the work type, and management experience of the work type among the subcontractor, when we manage based on mutual personality which is the personality of interpersonal relationship that can communicate with each other by work type, process and grouping, it is concluded that effective and practical safety management can be achieved to reduce the accident rate and loss cost.
