크루즈 관광 산업은 21세기 유망 성장 산업으로 볼 수 있다. 그러나 크루즈 관광 산업에 대해 중국에서 개발을 허용하는 입법 프레임워크는 아직 완전히 준비되지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구는 중국 크루즈 관광산업에 대한 산업 정책을 제안하기 위한 것이다. 크루즈 관광 산업의 발전을 위한 성장을 주도하기 위한 중국 중앙 정부의 정책은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정부는 크루즈 인프라 건설을 늦추기 위해 산업 정책을 설정해야 한다. 둘째, 정부는 크루즈 선박의 방문을 유치하기 위한 산업 정책을 개선해야 한다. 셋째, 정부는 크루즈 제품 개발을 지원하기 위한 조치를 취해야 한다. 넷째, 정부는 크루즈 사업과 사회단체를 지원하기 위한 조치를 취해야 한다. 마지막으로 정부는 해외로 관광선별 시스템과 크루즈 카지노 관리를 강화해야 한다.

The individual rotten water purification tank recently discharges wastewater and sewage through the outlet without purification ability. The outlet water and affiliated water purification tank with microorganism cultivator tank cultivates microorganism and then drops the value BOD, COD of sewage and discharges the quality of water into the outlet. The blower and water pump operating continuously prompts the waste of energy and deterioration of equipment. Each room of deposition tank, foaming tank, microorganism cultivator tank is equipment with the sludge detection senses so it can detect the density of each room. The power-drive plant of the blower and water pump which are the system cultivating the microorganism must be made as fuzzy controlization (If the sludge amount of each room become higher, the rate of operation of blower and water pump must heighten, on the contrary, in case of row sludge amount, the total handling amount and microorganism handling amount of each room of control. Tank reducing the rate of operation must be DB. At present, the blower amount in proportion to the sludge and oxyzen demanding amount has to control. Each room mus be checked outlet level of the outlet, also each room must flow backward discharge materials, and must operate feed-back control until we want to be come as a below value of BOD/COD(10PPM ; KS).

It is clearly stated in the current records law that presidential records should be collected and kept. Despite of the significance of this regulation it is also undeniable that there must be some preconditions for the enactment of this legal regulations. First, it needs the compatible device for promoting the production of presidential records. Second, it must be considered that presidential records should be selected and transferred from the Committee for taking over presidency. And last, we are confronted by the problem of establishing presidential archives. After all, from the starting point we should overcome a number of serious problems for the administration of the presidential records. In this article I tried to discuss these problems and to make some suggestions for the solution of these problems. In my opinion, revision of the records law is in some points necessary. Basic principle of management of presidential records must be discussed for the revision and enactment of 'presidential archives and presidential records law'. Just several problems concerning managing agency of presidential records are pointed out here. Presidential records have important historical values. The government must be responsible for the preservation and sound management of them. The citizenship also must support the reform of the records management. It means an open and public discussion on the reform of national records management system.

The education will boil from daily life and as doing desirably, Nammyung emphasized. This fact all people importantly from education, to think. But recognizes this problem the center of life and study of oneself and the case which indicates writes. Nammyung led and recognized the importance of daily life from education. The life of the human being becomes more distant from daily life and when being absorbed in being external makes a valuable territory lose from life. When with the same interest of education becomes more distant from daily life of life, the education makes the meaning lose. When meaning the education is embodied from if human life, must have an educational interest in daily life. And works from the daily life which is repeated, meeting, association, dialogue and relationship, introspection etc. must become the interest territory of education, the education must devise is value from daily life the possibility of experiencing in order to be. Because the work which is ordinary, meeting from ordinary, with human relation and association dialogs, reflective etc. to compose a life. When the education excepts a daily life consequently, will not be able to give the value which is important in life. When saying conclusively, the education must escape from the fact that considers seriously a knowledge acquisition and a compensation. And the education must do to make a value the people experience rather from daily life. The resultant education will be able to accomplish the essential function of the education which loses, daily life will be valuable and there is a possibility which to make feel will do. With being like that, education could be reconciled with the people.

As the first step of risk management, risk identification is inevitable to understand the degree of work safety. However, the safety requirements can be divided in necessary factors and additional factors. Thus, we propose a safety requirements assessment model using Kano model derived from Herzberg's two-factor theory, classifying safety requirements into ideal elements and must-be elements. The Kano model is usually applied to evaluate customer satisfaction divided into three major requirements in the fields of product development and marketing: attractive, must-be, and one-dimensional requirements. Among them, attractive requirement and must-be requirement are matched with ideal element and must-be element for safety requirement classification, respectively. The ideal element is defined as preventive safety elements to make systems more safe and the must-be element is referred to as fatal elements to be essentially eliminated in systems. Also, coefficients of safety measurement and safety prevention are developed to classify different class of safety requirements. The positioning map is finally visualized in terms of both coefficients to compare the different features. Consequently, the proposed model enables safety managers to make a decision between safety measurement and prevention.

The behavior of woman consumer is changing according is its situation and includes its complexity. The complexities are being changed by the economic, psycalogical social, and cultural factors. The influence of group on the behavior of consumer -the primary, secondary, formal, informal, membership and reference group -has a great influence on the buying decision. Though manufacturers have pursued only behavior, now they must pursue the positive promotion behavior on the basis of convert behavior of current consumer's behavior. The research of consumer's behavior must be performed scicntificallyan and it must be more practical approach.

Replacements for natural dentition must fulfil many criteria. An important aspect, especially for the patient, is aesthetic consideration. The shape and colour can be important factors in the aesthetic success of an anterior restoration. In order to allow for proper shape; the outline form, the spatial position of individual teeth and the surface characteristics must be considered. For the colour; translucency, value, chroma and hue must be expressed exactly. The dentist and technicians should catch up these very specific characteristics of the patient and convert them accurately to the restorations with the simplest way.

Red pepper is composed of pericarp and calyx. Calyx must be removed for the producton of high quality powdered red pepper. However, an apparatus to effectively remove calyx is not available. This study was performed to develop a method to remove calyx. According to the result of this study, the following method was found out to be very effective. Step 1 : Red pepper must be compressed by a compressing apparatus such as roller system. Step 2 : Calyx in red pepper must be plucked out when red pepper passes through roller system with relative velocity.

About past 30 years, we don't have enough consideration and investigation about DB-Load. While 30 years, weight of truck is heavier and condition of roads differ, so many conditions of roads and vehicles are changed. We must consider change of many conditions and we must improve laws about maintenance of DB-Load. and now we must consider that low grade as well as high grade bridge can cross heavy vehicle and harmony between changed size of vehicle and bridge while making laws and code. So we can apply to improve design properly.

A large size flat panel LCD-TV must fulfill different requirements than a desktop LCD-monitor: The contrast must be much larger, the viewing angle should be as wide as possible and the switching times must be shorter to allow moving pictures to be displayed naturally. The "Vertically Aligned" technology is most promising to realize such a product. LC-material development for this technology began at Merck about 10 years ago. New materials based on the 1,1,6,7-tetrafluoroindane skeleton were recently synthesized via ortho-metallation and intramolecular Heck cyclization followed by an oxidative fluorination procedure. The materials offer improved properties over liquid crystals currently employed in flat panel LCD-TVs.
