AGV is very proper equipment for Port Automation. AGV must have Obstacle Detection System(ODS) for port automation. Obstacle Detection System must have some functions. It must be able to classify some specified object from background data. And it must be able to track classified objects. Finally, ODS must determine its next action for safe cruise whether it must do emergency stop or it must speed down or it must change its track. For these functions, ODS can have many different structures. In this paper, we will propose one structure among some possible ones. Our ODS has been being developed using proposed structure since last year. In this paper, we will introduce our system which is under construction.

The application of the knowledge from the Human Genome Project to clinical medicine will be through both industrial drug development and the application of pharmacogenomics (PG) to patient care. The slow uptake of clinical innovations into clinical practice can be frustrating, but understanding the history of acceptance and sustaining medical innovation is critically important to position PG to succeed. This primarily means that PG tests must have legitimacy; they must be thoroughly validated, must be cost-effective, must be widely accepted by medical practitioners, must be supported by public policy, and must have a way of being easily incorporated into current medical practice. They must also lead to actionalble decisions by health care providers for their patients. Innovative PG assays should be tested in the best US laboratories, and reimbursement for testing must be accepted at the federal and state level. The companies providing these PG tests should be capable of supporting the interpretation and use of the test throughout medical practice. Advances such as the addition of PG information to drug labeling and the routine use of validated biomarkers to determine choice of cancer chemotherapy have been made. The PG research community must pay attention to the principles that have been previously described for acceptance and sustaining medical innovations in order for PG to be widely accepted in clinical medical practice.

The world views the sea newly for the supplementation of the limited land resources and extension of the national territory especially the sea is changing from the period of the free availability to that of the sea control y the coastal nations in step with the announcement of the marine laws in November 16.1994. Therefore Korea is changing strang fisheries nation the fact is that korea cannot effectively cope with changing fisheries situation and various fisheries difficulties because the fisheries policy system is dispersed to each parts of the government. The subject of this study was male apparatus gymnastics athlete who had scored high points doing basket with 1/2 turn on parallel bars. Then 3D motion analysis were used to calculate & analyse kinematic variables of Basket with 1/2 turn to Handstand. 1. The total average time spent for Basket with 1/2 turn took $2.16{\pm}.08sec$, at the downward upward phase took $.58{\pm}0.00sec$, $.23{\pm}.00sec$, at flight phase took $.28{\pm}.01sec$, at connected area phase took $.72{\pm}0.21sec$, at rotation area phase took $.35{\pm}.14sec$. To have a successful performance, there should be faster speed and velocity to rotate at the downward upward phase, then the upward velocity and height must be used adequately. Moreover, the speed must be faster at the flight connect phase to stabilize Center of Mass(CM) for the body, and must secure more time at the rotation area to have more stable performance. 2. After handstand on parallel bars while moving CM to right hand side, and It must be performed with big and magnificent performance with putting both hand's center to far away from the parallel bars. 3. Furthermore, CM must be moved fast from downwards to right hand side, and CM must be moved fast in vertical movement at upward and flight phase to avoid CM from moving back and forth, and left and right. 4. At downwards, the subject must rotate as bis as possible using hip-joint as wide as possible and at upwards, must put his body to vertical to have stable performance. While rotating or turning, it is better to do with bigger shoulder angle and have to make sure that trunk angle must be not scattered. To perform better and more positive in basket with 1/2 turn on parallel bars, the centrifugal force must be used big and fast at downward, and at upward and flight phase, downward movement must change to vertical movement as soon as possible while turning movement must happen at handstand position. Time spent must be shorten at connected area to stabilize CM and turning must be natural as possible while securing the necessary time of movement to well-balanced. Also, the body must be vertically closed from the ground.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the necessity, selection, organization and management of Must Books List in middle schools. A great book can change a person's life and future. Especially, reading in the juvenile period is important because of their intellectual curiosity and sensitivity. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The necessity of Must Books can be considered in two perspectives : One is the cultivation of emotion and sense of value and the other is the development of information abilities. 2. The general criteria for the selection of Must Books are whether a book is su n.0, pportive of learning activities, of extracurricular activities, and of activities for school festivals. And whether a book is contributing to the building of good characters of students or not should be considered, too. 3. The special attention should be given to such matters as the organizational and distributional ratio among subjects of the Must Books, the degree of difficulties, the ratio of books for both male and female students, the ratio of foreign books to domestics, the possibilities of further reading and the bibliographical matters. 4. The points to be duly considered for the management of Must Books List are the educational considerations, clearness of objectives, the elimination of commercialism and authoritarianism in the book selection. The Must Books List should be managed autonomously, depending on the characteristics of each school and be updated annually. However, the most important thing is that the teacher should be a good reader himself. 5. It is better to include short stories than the long one in the Must Book List. Students should be guided to read explanatory text first and then to move to the original text. And they should be exposed to books in various subjects and not to be too dependent on the Must Books List. They should be able to develop the problem solving ability through the reading of the Must Books. 6. Finally, the Must Books selection committee should be composed of both teacher librarian and subject teachers. It is desirable that books for the cultivation of emotion, for the establishment of sense of value, and for the development of information ability should be selected by consulting the various reading lists compiled by the Ministry of Education, the Board of Local Education and other authorities concerned.

The component and system of modern Railroad vehicles are advanced and complex. Maintenance policy is scientific and must be performed systematic. A vehicle operation and maintenance must become statistical analysis method. We must apply RAMS and System Engineering. We must apply the RCM theory in the maintenance management. The vehicle failure and maintenance charge must be reduced to a minimum. When we purchase the vehicle or component, we must reflect the technology. Also such system must be constructed. We will do technique development with the deed of such serial.

Poverty directly affects health and well-being, The poor population has a higher rate of chronics illness. higher infant morbidity and motality rates. shorter life expectancy. more complex health problems. and greater physical limitations resulting from chronic disease. In order to activate primary health care for the poverty in urban area the following measures should be taken : 1. Health center must be expended or establish subhealth center. 2. Health center must monitor neighbour's workplace's health management for their working population. 3. Health centers must do active home visiting nursing care for the urban-poor. 4. Health center must carry out flexible problem-centered practice according to the area. 5. For the urban-poor's health care must have organization of the health center & practice according to community's characteristics. 6. Public health care must be closely connected with welfare. 7. For the health care of the urban-poor must demand active community participation. 8. Health center is closely connected with Community hospital. 9. Active management of public health resource system is demanded.
