간호사의 셀프리더십과 직무만족, 개인성과간의 관계 (The Relationship of Self-leadership, Job Satisfaction, and Perceived Outcome in Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship among self-leadership, job satisfaction, and perceived outcome in nurses. Method: The subjects of study were nurses as a population who were working for the 2 of university hospitals which have over 500 beds in Kyong Ki Province as well as who have been working for over 6 months. The data was collected by questionnaires from 217 nurses and analyzed using descriptive statistics, pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression on SPSS 10. 0 version. Results: The degree of Self-leadership was 3.38 out of 5 as a mean point. There was a significant difference in self-leadership according to age, level of education, working department, and position. There was a significant positive correlation between self-relationship and job satisfaction, self-relationship and perceived outcome, and job satisfaction and perceived outcome. The stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that the most powerful predictor of job satisfaction and perceived outcome was constructive thinking. Conclusion: In conclusion, the result was obtained that self-leadership is much correlated with job-satisfaction of nurse and outcome of nursing practice. Therefore, as a way to promote efficiency of nursing organization, the constant study about self-leadership with the various aspects is needed focusing on self-management and inner motivation as a new leadership paradigm.

외식기업 혼잡 만족 측정 도구 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Developing Crowding Measurement Tools for Foodservice Corporations)

  • This study is to develop a viable measurement tool of crowdedness in restaurants. First, to measure customer’s awareness of crowdedness related to each different environmental factor in a restaurant, 49 factors of crowdedness awareness were selected based on the previous studies and then properties of each factor affecting customer’s satisfaction for crowdedness were analyzed. To analyze effects of each factor upon the satisfaction rate, a Multiple Regression Analysis was conducted with the crowdedness awareness as an independent variable and satisfaction of crowdedness as a dependent variable. The results showed that when an analysis of the environmental factors in the crowdedness awareness was conducted in an effort to develop a measurement tool of crowdedness awareness in restaurants, that would be fit for the domestic food service market, based upon 49 factors of restaurant environment. Focusing on expectation and satisfaction rate, it was found that rating the satisfaction level would be a much more effective tool to measure crowdedness awareness because satisfaction rate appeared to be more closely related to the awareness than the results obtained from the Multiple Regression Analysis with a difference between expectation and satisfaction scores as an independent variable.

임상실습을 경험한 응급구조(학)과 학생의 임파워먼트 관련 요인 (Factors related to empowerment of paramedic students who experienced clinical practice)

  • Purpose: This study investigated factors related to empowerment of paramedic students. Methods: A total of 208 students in the department of emergency medical services who experienced clinical practice at 5 universities were selected by convenience sampling methods. Differences in empowerment by general and major-related characteristics were evaluated using a t-test and analysis of variance. The association between satisfaction with clinical practice and empowerment was tested using correlation coefficients. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed to investigate the factors associated with empowerment. Results: The levels of overall satisfaction with clinical practice and empowerment were 107.48 and 99.46, respectively. In simple analysis, empowerment level was associated with general characteristics, major-related characteristics, characteristics of clinical practice, and satisfaction with clinical practice. Empowerment level was significantly higher in older subjects (${\beta}=5.282$, p = .023), subjects with very good (${\beta}=8.487$, p = .002) or fair (${\beta}=4.879$, p = .010) subjective health status, and high subjective school record (${\beta}=5.837$, p = .008) in multiple linear regression analysis. Satisfaction with clinical practice was positively associated with empowerment (${\beta}=0.250$, p < .001). Conclusion: Empowerment was associated with major-related factors and satisfaction with clinical practice. Increased satisfaction with clinical practice could positively influence empowerment for paramedic students.

산재근로자의 의료기관 서비스 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting the Satisfaction of the Hospital Services among Injured Workers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine factors that affect satisfaction of the hospital services among injured workers. Methods: The subjects of this study were 532 injured workers. The questionnaires were selected as literature suggested for explaining satisfaction of the hospital services, general characteristics of injured workers, characteristics of the hospital services. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression analysis by SPSS 19.0. Results: There were significant differences in satisfaction scores, depending on the types of disease, health status and possibility to return to work among the injured workers. Also, there were significant differences in satisfaction scores, in terms of medical facilities, food service, specialization of doctors and nurses, cleanliness of hospital, convenience of hospital teaching and counselling of doctors and nurses, supporting workers' compensation process, counselling of workers' compensation and unfair treatment. In the results of the standard multiple regression analysis, food service, medical facilities, specialization of doctors and nurses, health status and hospital cleanliness were significant factors for satisfaction scores of the hospital services. Conclusion: It is necessary to promote food service, medical facilities, specialization of doctors and nurses, hospital cleanliness, health status of injured workers for developing hospital services.

헬리콥터 조종사의 상황인식과 교육 만족도의 상관분석을 통한 교육개선연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Education through the Correlation Analysis of the Situation Awareness and Education Satisfaction of Helicopter Pilots)

  • The topic of this paper was analyzed as "t -test" and "multiple regression analysis" for 303 helicopter pilot trainees from aviation schools in the county for "improvement of education through correlation analysis of helicopter pilots' situational awareness and education satisfaction." In addition to the factors for overcoming situational awareness and situational awareness, the level of satisfaction of the instructor and the level of satisfaction of the learning management system (LMS) is the confidence interval p<.05, 95%. It was analyzed to be significant at the level of 05, 95%. Therefore, it was analyzed that in order to improve the "quality of the instructor" in future education, institutional supplementation and "learning management system (LMS)" need to be established including VR and AR so that pilot trainees can use it at all times.

정신요양시설 간호사의 업무활동, 직무스트레스 및 직무만족도 (Nursing Activity, Job Stress, and Job Satisfaction of Nurses in Community Mental Health Facilities)

  • 본 연구는 정신요양시설 간호사의 업무활동, 직무스트레스 및 직무만족도 정도를 파악하고 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 본 연구의 대상은 2012년 보건복지부에 등록된 전국 59개 정신요양시설에 근무하고 있는 간호사 201명이다. 자료수집기간은 2011년 7월 1일에서 8월 31일까지였으며, 수집된 자료는 서술통계, t-test, x 2-test, multiple regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 정신요양시설 간호사의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 지각된 건강상태, 직무스트레스, 간호업무활동 중 일생생활관리 정도로 나타났으며 이들 전체 변수의 설명력은 21%였다. 따라서 정신간호사들의 전문성을 높이고 직무스트레스를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 역량강화프로그램의 개발과 제공이 요구된다.

임상간호사의 긍정심리자본과 셀프리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 융복합적 효과 (Convergence Effects of Positive psychological capital and Self-leadership in Clinical Nurses on Job satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 임상간호사의 긍정심리자본, 셀프리더십 및 직무만족의 관계를 파악하고 나아가 직무만족에 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 2017년 4월 1일부터 4월 15일까지 S와 Y시에 소재하고 있는 6개의 중소병원에 근무하는 임상간호사를 대상으로 하였으며, 120부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test 혹은 one-way ANOVA, Scheffe, Pearson's correlation coefficient, multiple regression을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과 임상간호사의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인은 긍정심리자본과 셀프리더십이었으며 이들의 설명력은 27.5%(F=23.51, p<.001)였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 임상간호사의 직무만족을 증진시킬 수 있는 융복합적 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

간호대학생의 인지하는 자아존중감, 전공만족도 및 진로정체감이 간호사 이미지에 미치는 영향 요인 (The Effect Self-esteem, Major satisfaction and Career identity on Nurse image, in Nursing Students Perceive)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 간호사이미지, 자아존중감, 전공만족도 및 진로정체감을 파악하고 이들 간의 관계를 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 간호 대학생 410명을 대상으로 조사를 수행하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation, 다중회귀분석(multiple lineat regression)분석하였다. 연구결과는 간호사이미지는 5점 만점에 3.82점, 자아존중감은 4점 만점에 2.64점, 전공만족도는 5점 만점에 3.76점, 전로정체감은 4점 만점에 2.59점으로 나타났으며, 변수간의 정적인 상관관계를 보였다. 그리고 간호사이미지에 자아존중감, 전공만족도 및 진로정체감이 유의한 영향을 미치며, 33.2%의 설명력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 따르면 간호대학생들은 자아존중감, 전공만족도, 진로정체감이 간호사이미지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 볼 때 긍정적인 자아존중감, 간호학의 전공만족도, 간호전문직인 진로정체감을 향상 및 개선하는 다양한 프로그램 개발 및 효과검증을 위한 연구를 제언한다.

다문화 청소년의 이중문화 수용태도가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 사회적 역량과 자아존중감의 연속다중매개효과 (The Effects of Bicultural Acceptance Attitude on Life Satisfaction of Multicultural Adolescents : Serial Multiple Mediating Effects of Social Competence and Self-Esteem)

  • 본 연구에서는 다문화 청소년의 이중문화 수용태도가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향과 이들 간의 관계에서 사회적 역량과 자아존중감의 연속다중매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 '다문화청소년패널조사' 2기 1차년도 조사(2019)의 청소년 데이터를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 이중문화 수용태도는 삶의 만족도에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 이중문화 수용태도가 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 데 있어서 사회적 역량이 매개하였다. 셋째, 이중문화 수용태도가 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 데 있어서 자아존중감이 매개하였다. 넷째, 이중문화 수용태도가 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 데 있어서 사회적 역량과 자아존중감이 연속적으로 다중매개하였다. 본 연구결과를 기반으로 하여 다문화 청소년의 건강한 성장과 발달을 지원하기 위한 방안과 함께 본 연구결과가 가진 함의에 대해 논의하였으며, 본 연구결과가 가진 한계점을 제시하고 후속연구에 대해 제언하였다.

고객만족도에 대한 지역간 차이 비교 및 영향요인분석 (The Analysis on the Regional Comparison and Affecting Factors of Customer Satisfaction)

  • The main objectives of this study are to compare the regional differences and to analyse the affecting factors of customer satisfaction. The subjects are 9 hospitals(5 Daegu region, 4 Seoul region) patient satisfaction index that were surveyed the 2004 Hospital Accreditation Program performed by KHIDI(Korea Health Industry Development Institute) and MOHW(Ministry of Health and Welfare). The sample used in this study consisted of 450 inpatients and 454 outpatients. The survey instrument is composed of physical environment items, physician factors, nursing staff factors, ancillary staff factors, administrative procedure items, and quality of hospital stay items. And overall satisfaction, intent to revisit, and intent to recommend as dependent variables are measured. Basically, the reliability and validity of survey items was evaluated. And the T-test was performed to compare regional differences of customer satisfaction. Finally to analyse the affecting factors on overall satisfaction, and customer loyalty(intent to revisit and intent to recommend), the multiple regression analysis was used. This study shows firstly, the Daegu region's patient satisfaction level of inpatients and outpatients is lower than Seoul region. Especially, nursing staff factors and quality of hospital stay items are very low on inpatient's satisfaction. Also all independent variables except the sufficiency of goods in hospital stand are very low on outpatient's satisfaction. Secondly, as a result of multiple regression analysis, ancillary staff factors(Beta=0.281) have a significant effect on overall satisfaction of inpatient cases in Daegu region. In regard to intent to revisit and intent to recommend, physical environment factors have a significant effect. Thirdly, in Seoul region, physical environment factors(Beta=0.430) have a significant effect on overall satisfaction of inpatient cases. In regard to intent to revisit and intent to recommend, administrative procedure items and nursing staff factors have a significant effect, respectively. In conclusion, these results indicate that hospitals in Daegu region make an effort to improve the customer satisfaction level, especially, of physical environment factors on inpatients and administrative procedure factors on outpatients
