Convergence Effects of Positive psychological capital and Self-leadership in Clinical Nurses on Job satisfaction

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine relationships among job satisfaction and positive psychological capital and self-leadership in general hospital nurses and to provide the basic data for the development of job satisfaction intervention programs. The data were collected from 120 nurses working in the six general hospital located S and Y city using self-reported questionnaires and April 1 2017 to April 15 2017. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA, Scheffe, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression with SPSS 20.0 program. Job satisfaction was found to be in a significant positive correlation with positive psychological capital and self-leadership. The result of the multiple regression indicates that positive psychological capital and self-leadership predict 27.5%(F=23.51, p<.001) of job satisfaction. Therefore it is necessary to develop convergence program to strengthen the job satisfaction of clinical nurses'.
