  • The problem of compressed sensing (CS) based multiple access is studied under the assumption of random data traffic. In many multiple access systems, i.e., wireless sensor networks (WSNs), data arrival is random due to the bursty data traffic for every transmitter. Following the recently developed CS methodology, the technique of compressing the transmitter identities into data transmissions is proposed, such that it is unnecessary for a transmitter to inform the base station its identity and its request to transmit. The proposed compressed multiple access scheme identifies transmitters and recovers data symbols jointly. Numerical simulations demonstrate that, compared with traditional multiple access approaches like carrier sense multiple access (CSMA), the proposed CS based scheme achieves better expectation and variance of packet delays when the traffic load is not too small.

  • In this paper, a medium access control protocol is proposed for integrated voice and data services in wireless local networks. Uplink channels for the proposed protocol are composed of time slots with multiple spreading codes per slot based on slotted code division multiple access (CDMA) systems. The proposed protocol uses spreading code sensing and reservation schemes. This protocol gives higher access priority to delay-sensitive voice traffic than to data traffic. The voice terminal reserves an available spreading code to transmit multiple voice packets during a talkspurt. On the other hand, the data terminal transmits a packet without making a reservation over one of the available spreading codes that are not used by voice terminals. In this protocol, voice packets do not come into collision with data packets. The numerical results show that this protocol can increase the system capacity for voice service by applying the reservation scheme. The performance for data traffic will decrease in the case of high voice traffic load because of its low access priority. But it shows that the data traffic performance can be increased in proportion to the number of spreading codes.

  • In this paper, we implemented RS232C serial communication by the 2 wires(Data,GND), and multiple access, by the applying Collision Sensing Multiple Access(CSMA) Protocol. Multiple access is implemented by assigning a unique ID to each controller. The multiple access control operation starts by sending a command packet from a host to another host and the command packet is composed of ID bytes of source and target host computer, data bytes and the check sum, byte. In host computer, after sending command packet, the collision from loop back data. If collision is detected, it means a command packet was collided with another command packet for another host. The packet communication of the controller enables the multiple acces of the controller through the common serial data link. The application of this serial communication through CSMA protocol and the usage of two wires, have an effect on saving the wires and convenient of layout work.

  • We propose a new optical code division multiple access (OCDMA) scheme for reducing multiple access interference (MAI) and enhancing performance for optical subscriber access networks using modified pseudorandom noise (PN)-coded fiber Bragg gratings with bipolar OCDMA decoders. Through the bipolar OCDMA decoder and the modified PN codes, MAI among users is effectively depressed. As the data are encoded either by a unipolar signature sequence of the modified PN code or its complement according to whether the data bit is 1 or 0, the bit error ratio (BER) can be more improved with the same signal to interference plus noise ratio over the conventional on-off shift keying-based OCDMA system. We prove by numerical analysis that the BER of the proposed bipolar OCDMA system is better than the conventional unipolar OCDMA system. We also analyze the spectral power distortion effects of the broadband light source.

  • In general, a measuring instrument of sound noise use only one wired channel by one sensor. Therefor the measuring instrument use wired cables as the number of channels are provided by instrument. In a point of observed target it needs data from multiple sensors and In case of measured point is a large numbers the environment of constitution would be complicated because that is in need of channel and cable. So we need the method that can improve the existing transmission channel and cable environment even the measured point is increased. If we use the Code Division Multiple Access(CDMA) we transmit a large numbers of sensor data by using a common transmission channel. We present the method that transmits data of multiple sensor to wireless by using CDMA. This method can simplify the measurement environment dramatically when collecting data by using multiple sensor. We expect this study to contribute the part of multiple access technology and relation technologies on the measuring environment.

  • In this paper, we proposed the implementation of multiple access serial communications with improved transmission control. For serial communications. RS232 protocol is used and the transmitting data and is merged to form data channel. Multiple host access is configures by using the common data channel and ground channel. 8bit data transfer with variable frame size is transferred by using the 16bit host ID. Packet is composed of HEADER, receiver ID. variable length data frame, TAIL and CRC informations. Multiple hosts are allowed to transfer packet with the other hosts through the common communication channel. Byte-stuffing is used to differentiate the transfer rate of PC is performed.

  • In this paper, an SS-RRA protocol that is based on Code Division Multiple Access is proposed and analyzed under the integrated voice and data traffic load. The backward logical channels consist of slotted time division frames with multiple spreading codes per slot. The protocol uses a reservation mechanism for the voice traffic, and a random access scheme for the data traffic. A discrete-time, discrete-state Markov chain is used to evaluate the performance. The numerical results show that the performance can be significantly improved by a few distinct spreading codes.

  • Cloud storage's elastic expansibility not only provides flexible services for data owners to store their data remotely, but also reduces storage operation and management costs of their data sharing. The data outsourced remotely in the storage space of cloud service provider also brings data security concerns about data integrity. Data integrity verification has become an important technology for detecting the integrity of remote shared data. However, users without data access rights to verify the data integrity will cause unnecessary overhead to data owner and cloud service provider. Especially malicious users who constantly launch data integrity verification will greatly waste service resources. Since data owner is a consumer purchasing cloud services, he needs to bear both the cost of data storage and that of data verification. This paper proposes a verification control algorithm in data integrity verification for remotely outsourced data. It designs an attribute-based encryption verification control algorithm for multiple verifiers. Moreover, data owner and cloud service provider construct a common access structure together and generate a verification sentinel to verify the authority of verifiers according to the access structure. Finally, since cloud service provider cannot know the access structure and the sentry generation operation, it can only authenticate verifiers with satisfying access policy to verify the data integrity for the corresponding outsourced data. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the proposed algorithm achieves fine-grained access control to multiple verifiers for the data integrity verification.
