The significance of the research is to leverage on the policy makers and school education, and research in terms of human rights issues and for the improvement of multicultural education by seeking an effective training plan with the purpose of the present study it. The efforts to address human rights issues through real multicultural care center starts with the question of human rights education in multicultural education methodology that can protect the human rights of migrant workers, immigrant youth in a multicultural society such situation in Korea by. Accordingly we suggest that it is appropriate to human rights education in the moral multicultural care center for human rights education. Cant because the regular students on the basis of morality that respects the human rights of migrant workers, immigrant adolescents 'human rights' training done 'pursue human rights' migrant worker, immigrant youth in their own rights, as well as multicultural education is through morality The Seen to suggest ways through the development of multicultural education issues and the results of these studies.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify factors affecting the mental health status of children from multicultural families in South Korea. Methods: This study was based on Dahlgren and Whitehead's (1991) rainbow model as a conceptual framework and used data from the second phase of the multicultural adolescents panel study conducted by the National Youth Policy Institute. Multiple logistic regression analysis was performed using SPSS version 26.0, with p<.05 considered to indicate statistical significance. Results: In the final model, stress (odds ratio [OR]=0.53, p<.001), life satisfaction (OR=2.09, p=.004), self-esteem (OR=1.73, p=.032), and peer support (OR=1.46, p=.019) affected the mental health status of children from multicultural families. The living and working conditions and general socioeconomic, cultural, and environmental conditions did not significantly influence the mental health status of children from multicultural families in the final model. Conclusion: As components of Dahlgren and Whitehead's model, individual hereditary and lifestyle factors, as well as social and community networks, affected the mental health status of children from multicultural families. Therefore, in order to improve the mental health of children from multicultural families, efforts are needed to alleviate their stress, increase life satisfaction and self-esteem, and strengthen their social support.

The present study examined the cultural competence of university students on migrants and multicultural society in Korea. A total of 11 university students living in Seoul, Gyeonggido and Chungcheondo, were selected for the interview. The participants provided their cultural cognition, cultural knowledge and cultural skill on a variety of issues related to migrants and multicultural society in Korea. Interview results indicated that participants perceived negative and positive affects to Korean society and prejudice about immigrants, thaught economic support as a emergent policy, and didn't experience multicultural society. They wanted to take a trip and learning foreign language. On the cultural skill participants had progressive perspectives about immigrants' right, discrimination and evaluation and had a multiculturism based on assimilation. Implications of the study and directions for future research were discussed. It is needed to educations and programs for development of university students' cultural competence.

This research examines, based on nursing's point of view, the current status and problems of the healthcare-related multi-cultural policy which is one of the major issues of contemporary Korea. Today, Korean society is facing a drastic increase of migrant workers and marriage for migration in Korea that leads to the transition to multiculturalism. Each field of society is providing prevalent supports to solve the problems of multicultural families and to promote adoption to Korean society. The activities and researches for multicultural families in nursing area were found and analyzed. 11 researches and 2 books were published. Among these 13 publications, 10 were on the marriage with immigrant women. 8 researches out of 11 (72.7%) were defined as the descriptive surveys, and 3 researches (27.3%) were defined as quasi-experimental studies. Although Korea Nurses Association (KNA) led various activities, more researches and activities by nurses and nursing scholars are required to contribute in improving the health of multicultural families.

본 연구는 다문화 청소년의 이중문화 수용태도와 교우관계의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과를 살펴보고, 다문화 수용성의 조절된 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국청소년정책연구원에서 실시한 '다문화청소년패널조사' 8차년도 조사(2018)에 참여한 청소년 1,197명의 데이터를 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 다문화 청소년의 이중문화 수용태도는 자아존중감에 유의한 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다문화 청소년의 이중문화 수용태도가 교우관계에 유의한 영향을 미치는 가운데, 이들 관계를 자아존중감이 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 다문화 청소년의 이중문화 수용태도가 자아존중감을 매개로 교우관계에 영향을 미치는 간접효과를 다문화 수용성이 조절하는 것으로 나타나 조절된 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 다문화 청소년의 교우관계를 긍정적으로 형성하고 유지하기 위한 지원방안을 모색하였으며, 본 연구의 함의, 한계점과 후속연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

This study identifies the present status of multicultural broadcasting programs as multicultural phenomenon is spreading throughout Korean society and it discusses how a local broadcasting has to reflect locality and multicultural characteristic. A notion on the local of multimedia and multichannel time is expanding as a concept of emotional and psychological territory over geographical space. Therefore the locality should reflect attachment and interests of its members as well as disseminating multicultural reality. A locality for broadcasting should accept differences, reflect a cultural diversity, and satisfy its dynamics. The purpose of this study is to inquire whether a local broadcasting is performing its function as a local press and a place forpublic opinions by examining how they reflect reality of local, where an inflow of Immigrants and their cultures are altering the place as a multicultural society, and what Programs they propose. This study also presents media education for immigrants, revitalization of community, multicultural education about local citizens, and practical use of multicultural contents and small output radio as a source of supply for local broadcasting program in order to harmonize production of multlcultural media contents In local society.

본 연구는 국제결혼 자녀, 외국인노동자 자녀 등 다문화가정 자녀들의 정보격차 해소를 위한 정책 방안을 모색하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 구체적으로, 정보화를 통해 다문화가정에서 성장하고 있는 초중등학생들의 학교생활 및 사회 적응도를 높이고 학업성취도를 향상 시키는 데 도움을 줄 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 다문화가정의 실태에 대한 다양한 정책자료 및 관련 선행연구를 중심으로 심층적인 문헌 분석을 통해 다문화가정 학생들이 당면한 교육적 문제점을 정리한 후 정보격차를 해소할 수 있는 방안을 탐색하였다. 정책 개선 방안으로 정보 접근성 향상을 위해 개인별 정보 인프라 제공 대신 다중 활용 공간에 대한 인프라 지원을 제시하였으며, 정보 활용 방법으로서 교육환경 자체가 정보격차 해소에 도움을 주는 이러닝 서비스의 확대, 정보격차 해소 교육을 위한 교원 및 학부모의 교육역량 강화 방안을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate dietary behaviors and nutritional knowledge among immigrant women in multicultural families. In addition, this study reveals a necessity for nutrition education, which is apparent to both immigrant women living in multicultural families as well as nutrition education experts. The survey was conducted with 30 immigrant women within multicultural families in Seoul. The dietary behaviors of the women were significantly different by their period of residence. The longer they had resided in Korea, the higher their dietary behavior score. However, there was no significant difference in nutrition knowledge by their period of residence. This study also conducted in-depth personal interviews with 8 immigrant women who lived in Seoul, and with 4 nutrition education experts. These interviews were performed to provide profound insights regarding the content and means of nutrition education for immigrant women. Nutrition education for immigrant women living in multicultural families should proceed at a basic level in terms of language and content, using bilingual (Korean and their native language) education materials. Education topics and content need to be developed differently according to the level of Korean comprehension and period of residence in Korea. Also, this multicultural approach should be adapted when planning nutrition education since immigrant women have various acculturation levels, and the content and means of education should be adjusted to these acculturation levels. Management after nutrition education is necessary for immigrant women who do not have sufficient understanding of the Korean language. Practical educational methods such as real cooking practices and food purchasing simulations must be developed. Finally, the results suggest that the government needs to establish a systematic plan for nutrition education among immigrant women living in multicultural families. Policy support such as training nutrition educators on multicultural individuals residing in Korea is necessary for active and effective nutritional education.

본 연구에서는 청소년의 다문화경험, 다문화수용성, 문화적 공감과 공감능력의 관계를 살펴보고, 다문화경험이 어떤 경로를 통해 공감능력에 영향을 미치는지 밝힘과 동시에 다문화수용성 및 문화적공감이 간접효과를 가지는지를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 바탕으로 연구모형을 설정하고, 청소년 266명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 연구결과, 주요 변수들 간에는 서로 정적 상관관계를 가지고 있었으며, 청소년의 다문화경험은 다문화수용성과 문화적 공감을 매개하는 경로를 통하여 공감능력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 문화수용성 및 문화적 공감을 향상할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하고, 그 제공방식에 있어서도 차별성을 두고, 지속적이고 단계적으로 실시될 필요가 있음을 제언하였다.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 다문화접촉경험과 문화적 공감이 다문화수용성에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 시도되었다. 연구 대상자는 C시의 3개 간호학과 학생 164명이었다. 자료수집은 2017년 11월 15일부터 12월 20일까지 하였다. 자료는 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 빈도, t-test, one-way ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수 분석, 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과 다문화수용성은 정서적 공감(r=.56, p<.001), 인지적 공감( r=.40, p<.001), 다문화접촉경험(r=.16, p=.040)과 양의 상관이 있었다. 다문화수용성에 영향을 주는 요인은 정서적 공감, 인지적 공감이었으며 이들의 설명력은 33.7% 로 나타났다(F=42.47, p<.001). 본 연구에서 정서적 공감과 인지적 공감은 다문화수용성에 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과는 간호대학생의 다문화수용성 향상을 위한 새로운 전략개발에 도움이 될 것이다.
