공동주택관리사의 전문직화를 위한 탐색적 연구 (A Study for Professionalizlng of Multi-family Housing Manager)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the difficulty of doing job among housing manager. It might be Provide the basic opinion which could be used for professionalizing of housing manager. The survey had been made 156 housing manager in managerial situation of multi-family housing for sale(so called condominium). The analytical methods adopted in this study were frequency, percentage, 1-test, one-way ANOVA, post-hoc estimation(Scheffe test), correlation by the SPSS 10.1 for Windows program. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, it was revealed that many housing manager thought about Residents' Committee In the negative. Because housing manager considered that Residents' Committee interfered in housing manager's business, on the other hand they set a low value on Residents' Committee disposition and its knowledge about housing management. Second, it was founded that a lot of housing manager felt uneasy about his employment for the reason mentioned. Actually Residents' Committee exercised its influence over hiring as well as dismissing housing manager in any management alternatives. Third, it was necessary that synthetic plan might be prepared for housing manager to educate, to re-educate, to furnish information etc. about related in housing management for the specialization of housing management.

  • The purpose of this study is to support satisfaction for reasonable management method to elevate the enhancement of management attitude and the satisfaction of management state for Multi-family Housing. This study was intended to find out variables which influence on the satifaction and attitude of resident to the management of Apartment, and to investigate variables influencing on the satisfaction and attitude of resident to the management of Apartment. In this study, survey research method is employed. The sample is taken from 336 APT. resident's living in Seoul, from 13th of Sep. to 20th of Sep, in 1993. Used statistica] method are Frequency, Percentage, 1-test, One-way Anova, Duncan-test, Multip]e Regression. The major finding were as follows: 1) The work of management of Multi-family Housing was classified into three type ; a)administration management b) maintenance management c) community-life control. 2) The management attitude of Apartment inhabitant is very high, especially .the attitude of maintenance management is the higest. But they disagree with the raise of management cost necessary to maintenance management. 3) The satisfaction of administration management, maintenance management, community-life control management is all low in the management condition of Apartment.'1'he management method of present Apartment shows a little problem.

1인 가구 성인 여성과 다인 가구 성인 여성의 건강행태, 의료서비스이용과 건강관련 삶의 질 (Health Behavior, Health Service Use, and Health Related Quality of Life of Adult Women in One-person and Multi-person Households)

  • Purpose: This study was to identify health behavior, health service use, and health related quality of life of adult women in one-person and multi-person households. Methods: It was used data from the 7th Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES VII-2017). Subjects were 2,522 women with age of 19 to 64 years in 2017. Complex sampling design and data analysis were performed using SPSS 20.1. Results: Women in one-person households had higher rates of alcohol drinking (${\chi}^2=13.77$, p=.003), smoking (${\chi}^2=16.07$, p=.001), unmet medical care (${\chi}^2=8.77$, p=.004) and non-practice of cancer screening (${\chi}^2=13.77$, p=.003) compared to women in multi-person households. Health-related quality of life was also lower for women in one-person households (t=-2.46, p=.015). Factors affecting health-related quality of life in one-person households were household income, job status, and unmet dental care, having 32.4% explanatory power. One-person household women with low incomes, no jobs, and unmet dental care showed low health-related quality of life. In comparison, factors affecting health-related quality of life of women in multi-person household women were age, education level, unmet medical care, and unmet dental care, having 10.4% explaining power. Women in multi-person households with age of 60-64, low education level, unmet medical care, and unmet dental care showed low health-related quality of life. Conclusion: Health promotion strategies should be developed based on unique understanding of social, economic, and health of adult women in one-person and multi-person households.

MZ세대의 패션상품 구매채널여정 유형화와 특징 비교 (A comparison of the types and characteristics of the purchase channel journey of fashion products in the MZ generation)

  • The purpose of this study is to reveal and compare the differences in the types and characteristics of purchase channel journeys of MZ generation consumers. In this study a survey was conducted on the purchase channel journey of 20 women in the MZ generation using the ethnographic method of in-depth interviews and observations. As a result, three purchase channel journeys were identified: mobile, multi-channel, and offline. These were variously subdivided according to the characteristics of the MZ generations. Gen Z's journey was categorized into types: fashion platform app, Youtube, multi-channel supplement, multi-channel non-planned store visit, offline loyalty store, and impulsive offline store. Gen M's journey was categorized as: an online community bond, portal site, online loyalty store, multi-channel brand involvement, multi-channel efficiency, a multi-channel conversion, offline efficiency and offline task. The difference in mobile journey between generations was found in the time and length of the purchase. Gen M recognized both online and offline search processes to be tiring, while Gen Z enjoyed the search process using the online path. In the offline journey Gen Z began with their own intention to purchase, while Gen M sometimes recognized that purchasing fashion products necessary for work was a cumbersome task.

유아교사의 다중매체 활용능력, 이야기 들려주기를 위한 다중매체 활용에 대한 인식과 활용도 간의 관계 (The Relationships among Teachers' Multi-Media Application Ability, Perception on the Use of Multi-Media for Story Telling, and Application in Class)

  • 이 연구는 유아 교사들의 다중매체 활용능력과 이야기 들려주기를 위해 다중매체를 활용하는 것에 대한 인식 및 실제 활용도 간의 관계를 알아보고자 수행되었다. 서울, 경기, 인천의 유아반 교사 225명을 대상으로 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다양한 교사 변인과 기관 변인에 따라 교사의 다중매체 활용능력, 이야기 들려주기를 위한 다중매체 사용에 대한 인식, 그리고 실제 활용도에 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 교사의 다중매체 활용능력, 이야기 들려주기를 위한 다중매체 활용에 대한 인식과 활용도 간에 모두 높은 수준의 정적 상관이 나타났다. 셋째, 교사가 이야기 들려주기를 위해 다중매체를 활용하는 정도에 영향을 미치는 변수들은 다중매체 활용의 중요성 인식, 학력, 멀티미디어 활용능력, 학급 규모, 다중매체 관련 수강 경험 순으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 교수를 계획하고 실행하는 교사의 인식이 갖는 의미와 실무능력의 중요성, 이를 향상시키기 위한 교사 교육 및 기관 지원의 필요성을 보여주었다.

A Study on Design Preference for the Sales Spaces of Duty-Free Shops by the Examination of Image Evaluation - Cases of Duty-Free Shops in Jeju Special Self-governing Province -

  • The purpose of this study is to examine design preferences for the sales spaces of duty-free shops (DFSs) by conducting image evaluations. The results will help improve quality by influencing designs for the construction, extension or remodeling of these shops. An image measurement method, the semantic differential method, was used to measure cognitive structure using photos of shops. Photos were collected of the DFS at Jeju Island, as well as photos of brand stores designed by architects. Two sets of 16 photos (32 different photos in all) were selected according to photo classification standards and design concepts, both decided by reviewing previous studies and related materials. The evaluation and survey were done by two sets of subjects: sales employees, who have experience and special knowledge of the evaluation of sales space; and students majoring in architecture. To strengthen the evaluation results, I conducted a preliminary survey and a main survey, verifying and complementing findings. 116 surveys were conducted, of which 14 were of poor quality and rejected, leaving and 102 to be analyzed. The collected surveys were statistically analyzed, using SPSS 12.0 for Windows. Reliability, image profile, factor and multi-dimensional scaling analyses were conducted. As a result, image evaluation structure and characteristics were obtained for sales spaces of DFSs, confirming the difference between them and other spaces.

전국 농가의 읍.면 거주지역별 일반적 특성과 주거환경 비교 : 2008 농촌생활지표 자료를 중심으로 (General Characteristics and Housing Environments of Agricultural Households by Eup.Myun Area : Analyses of 2008 Survey Data on the Rural Living Indicators)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the nationwide general characteristics and housing environments of agricultural households and the differences of them by Eup-Myun Areas. The data were subsample of the 2008 survey on the rural living indicators collected by the rural development administration. Only agricultural households, 73.7% of the original nationwide data (1,461 households out of 1,983) sampled by multi-stage stratified clustering methods and face to face interview in Aug. 2008, were selected and the cross-tabulation(X2) was mainly used to find the difference by Eup Myun areas through spss 12.0 for window. The results showed that the general characteristics of agricultural households such as head of household, family, and economic characteristics were mainly differed by Eup Myun Areas. Agricultural households in Eup area were more likely low in the general characteristics than were those in Myun area. Housing environments were less likely than the general characteristics differed by Eup Myun areas. Improvements of drinking water system, housing alteration, oder, and garbage system were needed to increase the satisfaction with residential environments of agricultural households. This study suggests the use of annual survey on the rural living indicators data would be applicable to various research subjects of home economics.

기존 댐 코어죤의 전단파속도 산정기법 비교 연구 (Study on Comparison of Methods for Estimation of Shear Wave Velocity in Core Zone of Existing Dam)

  • 본 연구에서는 현재 운영 중인 경상북도 영천시에 위치한 Y댐에 대하여 댐 축조재료 중 코어죤의 최대전단탄성계수 산정을 위한 합리적인 전단파속도를 산정하기 위하여 시추공을 이용한 크로스홀시험과 다운홀시험을 수행하였고, 지표탐사인 MASW(Multi-channel Analysis of Surface Wave, 다중수의 수진기를 이용한 주파수영역 표면파해석)와 반사법 탄성파탐사를 수행하였다. 현장시험으로부터 코어죤의 심도별 전단파속도를 산정하고 그결과들을 비교 분석하였다. 또한, 현장시험 결과와 Sawada의 경험적 제안식을 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 댐 코어죤의 심도별 전단파속도를 산정하기 위해 수행된 4종류의 현장시험 결과를 비교 분석하고, 시험결과와 경험적 제안식을 비교하여 경험식의 적정성을 판단하고, 기존댐 코어죤의 심도별 전단파속도를 합리적으로 산정하는 방법을 제안하는 데 있다. 시험결과, 측정심도 내(18m 이내)에서 다운홀시험, MASW, 반사법탐사에 의한 코어죤의 심도별 전단파속도 산출 결과는 유사한 결과를 보였으며, MASW와 반사법탐사의 경우에는 심도 30m까지 그 산출 결과가 거의 같은 것으로 나타났다. 기존 댐 로어죤의 심도별 전단파속도를 산출하고자 할 때 운영 중인 댐 코어죤에 시추공을 형성하는 것은 현실적으로 매우 어려운 사안임을 감안한다면 MASW나 반사법탄성파탐사와 같은 지표탐사에 의한 전단파속도 산정이 가장 현실적인 방법일 것으로 판단된다. 현장조사가 여의치 않거나 예비조사의 경우에는 기존의 방법과 같이 Sawada의 경험식을 이용할 수 있는데, 경험식을 이용할 경우 Sawada의 제안식 중 하한값을 적용하는 것이 합리적인 방법일 것으로 판단되었다.

다목적 그린하우스의 동절기 실내온열환경 특성에 관한 실측 연구 (A Study on the Thermal Environment in the Multipurpose Greenhouse in Winter)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data for passive control and energy conservation strategies of multipurpose greenhouse. Passive design strategies which are appropriate to Jeju environmental circumstance were applied in the multipurpose greenhouse. The field measurement were conducted to examine relationship of micro climate and indoor thermal environment in the multipurpose greenhouse. The result of this study can be summarized as follow ; (1) The indoor temperature was ranged from 5 to $21^{\circ}C$ without a heating system, when the exterior temperature was -1 to $19^{\circ}C$. (2) The multi-purpose greenhouse requires almost no heating energy in winter, when it is used as a greenhouse, an exhibition hall or a cafeteria.

전통시장 아케이드 공간의 리모델링을 위한 이용자 태도에 관한 연구 - 대구서문시장 이용자 설문을 바탕으로 - (User Preference for Improved Remodeling of Arcade in Traditional Market - Based on user surveys in Daegu Seomun Market -)

  • Fifteen years after the modernization of traditional markets, commercial facilities and some 1,000 markets across the country contacted arcade operators, there are no specific guidelines on installation standards, exact guidelines for public facilities, and guidelines on law, maintenance and management yet. Therefore, it is necessary to derive a plan that reflects the mindset of the market project and the users as basic planning data for making arcade remodeling of traditional markets more advanced. As a research method, case studies and surveys were conducted and the details are as follows. Through the case study, this study drew suggestions that were available and needed in Korea on the planning plan of arcade space in the developed traditional market and conducted user preference. The survey participants are 150 users of Daegu seomun market. In addition, the survey contents are approached with the concept of remodeling remuneration, so the total number of questions is 47 including 'accessibility', 'comfort', 'openness', 'safety' and 'integrity', which are five elements of the arcade plan. The survey method assessed the importance and satisfaction of each questionnaire on a 5-point scale, and the survey results were compared with technical statistics and means using the SPSS statistics package. The results of user awareness and image survey, in which the installation and remodeling of the ventilation system of the crosshairs are mentioned in the event of fire or in the case of daily ventilation, are important factors in safety. The user-conscious survey, analyzed in 'integrity', indicates that the use of multi-purpose space is required, and that the layout of street stalls and parking and user movements should be integrated. Mac of this study is going to present direction of remodeling plan and behavior analysis by analyzing user preference data for advanced remodeling of arcade in traditional markets.
