저드파트너쉽 쇼핑센터의 표현 특성에 관한 연구 - 테마파크형 공간구성을 중심으로 - (An study on the Expressive Characteristics of Jerde Partnership's shopping center - Focused on Space Composition of Theme Park-style -)

  • The idea of shopping is changed from a purchase of merchandise to an experience of pleasure. This study is a space composition analysis for the introduction of theme in multi-plex shopping center design to reflect variable consumer trend and company marketing strategy. The study progressed through theoretical consideration and substance analysis about the shopping centers which had been designed by Jerd Partnership from 2000 in Japan. The following is result. The path is a sole main street that is made of curve form, parallel and vertical circulating rout and movement of human being. It leads continuity. The node and landmarks have a circular court with typifier as powerful center, character of transition space and event for experience. It makes locational quality. The districts are composed of retail shops, restaurants and culture facilities and the edge is represented by closed vertical wall and parapet. It induces a domain. The characteristic of Jerde shopping center is an experience of theme environment through the path as betweenness space with a story based on a main theme.

달성군청사 조경설계 (Landscape Design for the New Government Buildings of Dalseong-gun)

  • This landscape design proposal was presented to a design competition for the New Government Buildings of Dalseong-gun which was held by the municipal authority of Dalseong-gun in June, 2002. The site is located at 1313 Gumpo-ri, Nongong-eup, Dalseong-gun, Daegu Metropolitan City and has an area of 50,000$m^2$. The judging criteria for the landscape design set by the Dalseong-gun could be articulated as follows : an environmentally friendly design which respects the surrounding n a locale which functions as a community center of Dalseong-gun, a resting place for the welfare of its employees and visitors, and finally a place with diverse landscape elements reflecting the individual identity of each facility. The main design concepts of this project could be summarized as follows : an environmentally friendly design which respects and utilizes the existing natural landscape resources, a design which features a harmony of nature with architecture and exterior space with interior space, and a design which balances esthetic form and practical function. This design consists of four major outdoor spaces ; the lawn, the entry plaza, a pine grove, and a deck area on the third floor. The multi-purpose lawn area near the main entrance area can be used for flea markets, outdoor weddings, and picnics for its neighbors. The adjacent plaza and parking lots can be unified as one space in case of large events. The entry plaza has three axes. Each of them represents the Assembly, the Administration, and the Culture. A big circle in the paving pattern unifies the three individual axes. A group of Zelkova trees was introduced to reflect local flavor. The existing pine grove was preserved as a symbolic 'park' for the Gumpo district. The outdoor amphitheatre within the grove was introduced by utilizing the existing topography, The flow of 'nature'on the deck area was designed to connect Mt. Gumkae with the 'city'. It is a comfortable resting place for its employees and visitors.

  • 자유경제가 기반이 된 생산체제 하에서 트랜드의 다양한 욕구충족을 위해 만들어진 현대 소비재의 변화는 사회, 문화 전반에 걸쳐서 여러 양상으로 전개되고 있다. 이 현상은 학문적으로나 기타 이론으로 규명하기 힘들 정도로 빠른 속도로 또한 다양하게 진행되고 있다. 이것은 과학과 정보통신의 발달에 기인한 인간 생활의 다원화된 가치관의 형성과 유관하다고 볼 수 있다. 현대인의 가치관의 다원화현상은 여러 다른 학문분야처럼 디자인에서도 다각도로 연구되어지고 있는데 그 중 개념적으로는 '포스트모더니즘 적이다'라고 하며 이때 포스트모더니즘이 시사하는 바는 기존의 개념(모더니즘)을 다원화 시켜 해체시킨 것을 의미하고 있다. 즉, 디자인분야에 나타나는 복합적이고 개념적인 결과물을 비롯하여 다양한 트랜드를 반영한 제품에 이르기까지 기존의 형태와 전혀 다른 상품들을 말하고 있는 것이다. 이와 같이 시대성을 적극적으로 반영하는 패키지디자인 분야는 다양한 기능을 활용할 수 있는 다기능의 형태로 기존의 특정한 디자인 분야라고 암묵적으로 정해 놓은 영역을 자유롭게 넘나드는 것이 현실이며 다른 분야 역시 그러하다고 사료되는데 흔히 '팬시제품'이라고 일컬어지는 분야에서 현저하게 나타난다. 어떠한 경우는 패키지디자인을 '패러디'하여 '제품화'시키는 예도 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 '현상'을 제품 디자인과 패키지디자인 영역간의 탈경계 현상이라고 보고 그러한 것을 실례를 중심으로 고찰하여 유추된 개념과 의미를 토대로 보다 폭 넓게 시대성을 반영한 패키지디자인으로 재조명되어야 한다.

타슈켄트 서울공원 설계과정에서 구현된 한국정원 설계요소 고찰 (A Study of the Implemented Korean Traditional Garden Design Elements on Tashkent Seoul Park)

  • 서울시와 우즈베키스탄(Uzbekistan)의 수도 타슈켄트(Tashkent)시는 2010년 7월에 자매도시협정을 맺고, 타슈켄트 내에 서울공원을 조성하기로 결정하였다. 이후 이를 위한 현상 설계 공모를 2012년 치렀으며, 이때 당선된 작품을 기반으로 하여 2014년 6월 준공 후, 같은 해 9월에 개장하였다. 본 연구에서는 현상 설계 당시의 고민에서부터 아이디어가 실제 설계에 반영되어 준공되기까지 제 전반의 사항들을 한국정원 설계요소들을 중심으로 살펴본다. 타슈켄트 서울공원은 단순히 타슈켄트 내의 공공 공원으로서의 역할을 넘어 해외에 조성된 한국 전통 정원의 새로운 효시가 될 수 있는 곳으로 조성코자 하는데 주안점을 두었다. 지금까지 외국에 조성된 한국정원과 공원들이 대부분 조선시대에 초점을 맞추어 재현했던 한계를 벗어나, 타슈켄트 서울공원은 17만 명 고려인들이 우즈베키스탄에 머무르고 있는 것을 감안하여 옛 고려의 문화와 정취를 느낄 수 있는 공간이 될 수 있도록 하였다. 선행 연구를 통해 한국성 재현을 위한 디자인 요소들을 도출하였으며, 여기에는 고려시대의 정원 요소뿐 아니라, 고려인들 외에 현지인들이 보편적인 한국 전통정원을 체험할 수 있도록 조선시대의 재현 요소들도 재해석하여 함께 설계에 반영하였다. 중앙아시아에 한국의 전통미와 서정성이 담긴 공간을 구현하여 타슈켄트시 현지인들에게 우리문화의 단아하고 소박한 풍경을 느끼도록 하였다. 서울공원의 스토리텔링의 공간경험은 두 가지 시점으로 전개된다. 첫째, 고려인과 외국인의 시점으로 전개되는 공간경험으로써, 서정적이고 다원적인 공간구조를 지나면서 체험하는 경관의 단서들을 통해 고향, 한국의 정취를 더듬어 나가는 연속적 경관 체험의 장이다. 둘째, 타슈켄트 시민을 비롯한 이방인들의 시점에서 전개되는 경험으로써, 낯선 경관에서 느끼는 새로움, 지형과 경관을 다루는 다양한 기법 및 자세를 읽고, 과거 실크로드를 통해 동아시아와 교역을 이루었던 것처럼 한국정원에서 한국문화와 교감을 하며, 우리의 정서를 느끼는 스토리텔링과정으로 설정하였다. 외국도시에 조성되는 한국정원 및 공원은 단순한 조경공간으로서의 의미를 넘어, 외국인들에게 대한민국의 이미지와 '한국'의 문화를 널리 알리는 첨병 역할을 한다. 타슈켄트 서울공원 역시 이를 통해 대한민국과 수도서울의 이미지를 쉽게 알릴 수 있도록 한국 전통조경의 아름다움과 독창성을 반영하여 설계하였다. 더불어 우즈베키스탄 경관과의 차별성을 나타낼 수 있는 디자인, 현지인들에게 한국문화를 알릴 수 있는 계획안을 도출하는데 중점을 뒀다. 타슈켄트 서울공원은 현 시점에서 외국에 조성된 '한국정원'의 가장 최근 사례이다. 따라서 이에 대한 설계 전략과 내용에 대한 연구를 통해 외국 도시에 조성되고 있는 한국정원에서의 한국성의 재해석 과정과 설계 요소 도출에 대한 고민과 과정을 살펴볼 수 있으리라 사료된다.

  • The Italian fashion industry has achieved a remarkable success in the global market with the distinctive features of its industry structure and product quality, and such a system has been subject to many researches. Especially, the retail structure centered on small speciality retail stores rather than the industry structure of medium and small sized companies and department stores is thought to be the most noticeable distinctive feature that differentiates the Italian fashion industry from other countries. This system is thought to be a driving force behind the continuous development and innovation closely associated with the market. In result, As medium and small size companies are the center of the Italian fashion industry, advantages of small companies based on region, that is, flexibility and innovation of medium and small size companies, close cooperation between companies are utilized and it has been progressing closely with the Italian traditional culture and being modernized based on traditional technological skills.

건축문화원형의 디지털콘텐츠화 연구 (A Study on Use of Advanced Digital Contents of Cultural Archetype in Architecture)

  • An architect for Cultural Technology have the most obligation to improve the cultural inheritance into an industrial resources. From an esthetical point of view, it is possible to put digital contents to a multiplicity of practical usage in the moment of its' digital conversion. These are practical resources out of an only duplication from the original. Developing cultural archetype into the most suitable model for one-source multi-use that is the core of the project. If you want to change an archetype, a Korean traditional architecture, into a creative source, you should develope a reappearance and a practical model harmonized with the image set. In addition, development process of cultural archetype digital contents based on ultimate idea and imagnation in our architectural culture, referred from cultural archetype and digital contents technology was offered by the study.

현대복식에 나타난 Asian Ethnic Fashion에 대한 연구-동남아시아 지역 중심으로- (The Study of Asian Ethnic Fashion in Modern Fashion-Focusing on Southeast Asia-)

  • Recently Southeast Asia has developed, so the world concerns about these regions. Ethnic fashion in 90's is mostly the influence of these regions' folk costume. The purpose of this study is to review aes-thetic aspects of folk costume in Southeast Asia, to investigate the influence on modern fashion and to predict the possibility of Asia fashion's adaption to modern fashion and to help the cre-ation of fashion design. First of all, the folk costume in Southeast Asia is classified drapery style and sarong style. These non-west clothing appeal to modern fashion as the oriental tranditional beauty. Ethnic fashion appeared in 1990's is attempted to be more complex and variable than the pre-vious ethnic fashion. Asian ethnic fashion influenced from folk costume of Southeast Asia is-wholly or party-the style, color, motif from each country's folk costume. And each country's unique art became the motive of the creative design. Specially, Aosai and Quan in Vietnam and sar-ong style in most Southeast Asia are important motives expressing minority's nostalgia. These are expressed in variable ways. Which are harmonized with latest other fashion trend : retro style and naturalism, Layered look, hippie look, unfinished sewing technic and manual technic are used one image matched the folk costume of Southeast Asia which is natural. Another characterstic in Asian ethnic fashion is a multi-ethnic. This harmonizes the different culture between the Orient and the West beyond the age and culture, and combines each folk costume. It is involved that the fashion can develop indivisual country's costumes mixed with her own unique characteristics and the fashion break the traditional concept and disagree with a certain coordinate rule and it indicates that the fashion shows various style, mood, volume and room as well as space. Like this recent Asian ethnic fashion comes to us in a strange favor. The people who are tired of traditional western civilization's outcome will receive a great tastes from the Asian ethnic fashion.

옴니채널(Omni Channel) 특성이 소비자들의 지각된 위험과 태도 및 이용의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of omni channel characteristics on consumers' perceived risk, attitude, and intention)

  • Currently, dramatic change had led to the growth of the distribution environment and the retailer's distribution channel. This change had shifted the 'single channel' to 'multi channel', and from 'cross channel' to 'omni channel'. While fashion companies using omni channel are rapidly growing, few research regarding omni channel had been done in academic field. In this study, we examined the influence of omni channel characteristics on consumers' perceived risk as well as consumers' perceived risk toward attitude and intention to use omni channel. We surveyed 696 male and female respondents aged 20 to 40 who lived in Seoul and the metropolitan area. Using AMOS 20.0, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and structural equation model analysis were performed to verify the model of this study. The results were as follows. First, omni channel's instant connectivity, location-based provability, interactivity, and entertainment factors did not decrease impacts on the perceived risk related to privacy and annoyance. Second, omni channel's instant connectivity and entertainment did not increase effects on the perceived financial risk, and location-based provability and interactivity did not increase effect on perceived financial risk. Third, the perceived risk concerning omni channel did not decrease on consumer attitude toward omni channel. Fourth, consumer attitude toward omni channel influenced the intention to use omni channel significantly.

양자컴퓨터 환경에서의 QCA 기반 내용주소화 메모리 셀 설계 (Design of QCA Content-Addressable Memory Cell for Quantum Computer Environment)

  • 양자점 셀룰러 오토마타(QCA: Quantum-dot cellular automata)는 차세대 디지털 회로설계 기술로서 주목받는 기술이며, 여러 디지털 회로들이 QCA 환경에서 제안되고 있다. 내용주소화 메모리(CAM: Content-addressable memory)는 내부에 저장된 정보를 바탕으로 탐색을 진행하는 저장장치이며, 네트워크 스위칭 등 특수한 과정에서 빠른 속도를 제공한다. QCA 환경에서 제안된 기존의 CAM 셀 회로들은 필요 면적과 에너지 손실이 크다는 단점이 있다. CAM 셀은 정보가 저장되는 메모리 부와 탐색의 성공 여부를 판단하는 판단부로 구성되며, 본 연구에서는 메모리 부를 다층구조로 설계하여 개선된 QCA CAM 셀을 제안한다. 제안한 회로는 시뮬레이션을 사용하여 동작을 검증하며 기존 회로와 비교 및 분석한다.

동서양 전통적인 주택 양식의 실내공간 특성 비교분석 연구 - 한국, 중국, 일본, 로마, 이집트, 이태리의 사례주택을 중심으로- (Comparative Analysis on Interior Spaces of the Selected Historical Residences in the Western and Eastern Countries - focusing on case residences of Korea, China, Japan, Rome, Egypt, and Italy -)

  • At the multi-cultural society, research is needed to encourage a social atmosphere for enhanced understanding and respect for different cultures & countries. The purpose was to analyze the characteristics of spatial arrangement, space connection, Interior decoration and the relationship among these three features, which showed each country's unique housing form tradition. Three representative cases of historic residences from each country were selected on the basis of a recognized historic architecture directory. Total 18 residences from 6 countries - Korea, China, Japan, Rome, Egypt, and Italy - were comparatively analyzed. As results, aspects generally found in Eastern countries, were the fence as the semi-open boundary between the inside and the outside of the house, the flexibility of spatial opening and partitions between rooms, and finally simple and movable decoration features. On the other hands, aspects appeared in Western countries, were the outer wall of the building as the boundary to the outside, the closed and fixed properties of the room partitions, and finally complex and fixed decoration features. The research also showed that even within the same culture, the degree of openness varied. Each feature of space was related and could be explained within the same context. Housing, regardless of country and culture, tried to accommodate the exterior space inside the building as much as possible. The common pursuit was transformed to various visible forms and its reason might be due to different socio-cultural and environmental backgrounds that need to be continuously explored in academic area.
