  • In this paper, we present a collaborative method for material delivery using a distributed vehicle agents system. Generally used AGV(Autonomous Guided Vehicle) systems in FA require extraordinary facilities like guidepaths and landmarks and have numerous limitations for application in different environments. Moreover in the case of controlling multi vehicles, the necessity for developing corporation abilities like loading and unloading materials between vehicles including different types is increasing nowadays for automation of material flow. Thus to compensate and improve the functions of AGV, it is important to endow vehicles with the intelligence to recognize environments and goods and to determine the goal point to approach. In this study we propose an interaction method between hetero-type vehicles and adaptive fuzzy logic controllers for sensor-based path planning methods and material identifying methods which recognizes color. For the purpose of carrying materials to the goal, simple color sensor is used instead vision system to search for material and recognize its color in order to determine the goal point to transfer it to. The proposed method reaveals a great deal of improvement on its performance.

  • In this work, a simple four-variable integral plate theory is employed for examining the thermal buckling properties of functionally graded material (FGM) sandwich plates. The proposed kinematics considers integral terms which include the effect of transverse shear deformations. Material characteristics and thermal expansion coefficient of the ceramic-metal FGM sandwich plate faces are supposed to be graded in the thickness direction according to a "simple power-law" variation in terms of the "volume fractions" of the constituents. The central layer is always homogeneous and consists of an isotropic material. The thermal loads are supposed as uniform, linear, and nonlinear temperature rises within the thickness direction. The influences of geometric ratios, gradient index, loading type, and type sandwich plate on the buckling properties are examined and discussed in detail.

  • Recently polymer insulators are being used for outdoor high voltage applications. Polymer insulators have significant advantages over porcelain and glass insulators. With the gradual improvement of their design and material, their reliability has also increased. It is however difficult to establish how they will perform after several years of service. Aging of the insulator weathershed may lead to damages such as excessive chalking and crazing, erosion and tracking which affect the insulator performance. In service insulator are subjected to aging stresses such as humidity, pollution and electrical field which act singly or in combination. There have been numerous accelerated laboratory tests developed with the intention of evaluating suitability of polymeric materials. Some of these are strictly material tests, where as, others evaluate full scale devices. Service experience plays a key role in the utility selection of polymer insulator, but is time consuming, and may not always be available. Hence there is a need for a meaningful and reliable accelerated aging test for polymer insulator. This paper describes multi-stress aging test for reliability of polymer insulator This paper presents the rule of multi-stress aging test and test chamber for polymer insulator in korea electrotechnology research institute.

  • The buckling properties of a single-layered graphene sheet (SLGS) are examined using nonlocal integral first shear deformation theory (FSDT) by incorporating the influence of visco-Pasternak's medium. This model contains only four variables, which is even less than the conventional FSDT. The visco-Pasternak's medium is introduced by considering the damping influence to the conventional foundation model which modeled by the linear Winkler's coefficient and Pasternak's (shear) foundation coefficient. The nanoplate under consideration is subjected to compressive in- plane edge loads per unit length. The impacts of many parameters such as scale parameter, aspect ratio, the visco-Pasternak's coefficients, damping parameter, and mode numbers on the stability investigation of the SLGSs are examined in detail. The obtained results are compared with the corresponding available in the literature.

이중사출 성형을 위한 저온 경화 액상실리콘고무 (LSR)의 경화 거동 분석 (Analysis of cure behavior of low temperature curing liquid silicone rubber (LSR) for multi-material injection molding)

  • In multi-material injection molding, since two or more materials with different process conditions are used, it is essential to maximize process efficiency by operating the cooling or heating system to a minimum. In this study, Liquid silicone rubber (LSR) that can be cured at a low temperature suitable for the multi-material injection molding was selected and the cure behavior according to the process conditions was analyzed through differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Dynamic measurement results of DSC with different heating rate were obtained, and through this, the total heat of reaction when the LSR was completely cured was calculated. Isothermal measurement results of DSC were derived for 60 minutes at each temperature from 80 ℃ to 110 ℃ at 10 ℃ intervals, and the final degree of cure at each temperature was calculated based on the total heat of reaction identified from the Dynamic DSC measurement results. As the result, it was found that when the temperature is lowered, the curing start time and the time required for the curing reaction increase, but at a temperature of 90 ℃ or higher, LSR can secure a degree of cure of 80% or more. However, at 80 ℃., it was found that not only had a relatively low degree of curing of about 60%, but also significantly increased the curing start time. In addition, in the case of 110 ℃, the parameters were derived from experimental result using the Kamal kinetic model.

  • 최근에는 경량화 문제에 대한 합리적인 솔루션을 제공하고 유용한 개념설계를 제공할 수 있는 다중 재료 구조 위상최적화가 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 기존의 MMTO(Multi-Material Topology Optimization)의 경우 후보 물질의 수가 증가할수록 설계변수의 수도 증가하고, 결과적으로 계산 시간이 크게 증가한다. 따라서 PSM(Phase Section Method)과 같은 단일 설계변수를 갖는 MMTO가 제안되었다. 본 연구는 조성비가 면적이나 부피비를 나타내지 못하고, 설계변수가 목표치에 충분히 집중되지 않고, 특정 재료가 요구량보다 적게 생성되는 PSM의 세 가지 주요 제한점을 고려하여 이를 개선하는데 중점을 둔다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 재정의된 조성비와 더 나은 수렴을 위한 조정된 매개변수를 제안한다. 제안된 수정 사항의 유효성을 2차원 및 3차원 수치 예제를 통해 검증한다.
