대학 강의실 좌석이용형태에 관한 연구 (A Study on Preference of Lecture Room by Seating Layout)

  • Basic precondition for effective curriculum on learning activities to take place, the internal and external environment of the school facilities, improve the environment of the classroom space and etc. Specifically, the use of classroom space, hardly learners improve their academic motivation to achievement tend to concentrate within the party regularly scheduled class hours. Physical environment surrounding them is giving considerable impact for behavioral psychological and bodily change of the learners. In this study, we are focused on the form of the learner in the general classroom space and classroom environment that can increase the learning effect will be examined. Consequently, What is appropriate classroom environment for learning increase the concentration of elements are presented.

An Instructional Method for Mobile Technology-Enhanced Collaborative Problem Solving in a Complex Engineering Course

  • The purpose of the article is to address a new instructional approach to a complex engineering course. We design a novel instructional method that combines mobile technology, simulation program, collaborative teamwork, problem-solving process, and a variety of evaluation techniques. We suggested five instructional principles that might be required to change the fundamental educational process by which learning is done. The proposed instructional method is expected to aspire for new perspectives on complex learning environment. Nevertheless we solely began by the research on the development of students' complex problem-solving performance in a complex engineering course, the new instructional method in the article can promote the adoption of new instructional methods and strategies across different knowledge domains. In addition, the instructional method can provide a valuable bridge to acquisition and transfer of problem solving, motivation, and meaning learning.

일개 기업의 40년 소음으로 인한 청력 손실 예방 활동을 통해 본 청력보존문화의 변화 단계 (Safety and Health Culture Change Stages: A Reflection on 40 years of Hearing Conservation History at a Multinational Company)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to investigate stages of safety and health culture change through a reflection on 40 years of hearing conservation history at a multinational company. Methods: The target workplaces were multinational companies with more than 1,000 employees. The research used the clinical case study and system analysis methods based on direct observation of the research from 1994 to 2009. The latter method performed an analysis of the equilibrium state of the cross-section in the given period and the longitudinal profile of the change during the given period. Results: The stages of cultural change are divided into five stages and summarized as follows. In the first stage, workplace noise was not widely recognized as a hazard, while in the second stage, the measurement of noise levels and audiometric testing were conducted under the Korean Occupational Safety and Health Act (KOSHA). The driving force for change in the second stage was the amendment of the KOSHA. In the third stage, noise came to be recognized as a hazard factor through awareness training. The driving force of change during the third stage was the strong executive power exerted by the audit of the industrial hygiene program from the US head office. In the fourth step, there was a change to actually reduce noise. The driving force in this stage was a change in company executives' risk perception resulting from lawsuits over noise-induced hearing loss and the task force team activities for culture change based on the action learning protocol. At the fifth stage, a 'buy quiet policy' was institutionalized. The management's experience that noise reduction was difficult was the motivation to manage noise from the time of purchase of equipment. Conclusions: The activities of a hearing conservation program are determined by the improvement of the legal system and by the way it is enforced. Noise control activities to reduce noise areas may be possible through the shared risk perception of noise-induced hearing loss and by a change agent role as a facilitator to implement noise control.

산촌마을 귀농·귀촌인 정착 동기와 생활만족 요인 분석 (An Analysis of Settlement Motivation and Life Satisfaction of Return Farmers On Mountain Village)

  • This study analyzed settlement motivation, life satisfaction factors, policy requirement targeting return farmers on mountain village. 8 target villages where return farmers live at least 10 people were selected according as cooperation of the local governments through literature by considering the area of the whole country. The return farmers in target villages were conducted a face to face survey with village headman's pre-coordination from February to September 2013. A total of 94 surveys were performed and 87 copies were used in the analysis. According to the results, the most important factor influenced the decision to be a return farmer was "my family health(3.97)". The correlation analysis was performed to examine factors related with satisfaction of "return farmer life in general". The result showed that "change of physical health" was the most important correlativity with 0.544 correlation coefficient and 0.05 significant level and "family relationship" was followed with 0.424 correlation coefficient and 0.05 significant level. According to the "important factor for the successful return-farmer life", 42.7% of respondents chose "harmonious relationships with local residents" and "stable source of income" was chosen by 29.3% of residents. A questionnaire for the analysis of policy requirements showed that "education system related Forestry(Agriculture)" was the highest demand with 4.oo points. The result can be used as a basis for establishing policies with activation of mountain villages to attract to constantly increasing population of return farmers.

마이크로티칭에서 예비수학교사들의 동기유발에 대한 수업 행동과 변화 (A study on pre-service mathematics teachers' teaching behaviors and changes about motivation in microteaching)

  • 본 연구에서는 마이크로티칭에서 예비수학교사들의 동기유발에 대한 수업 행동과 변화를 알아보기 위해 두 차례의 마이크로티칭을 실시하고, 녹화된 자료와 수업 분석보고서를 분석하였다. 예비수학교사들은 동기유발을 위해 다양한 전략을 사용하였으나 사용하지 못하는 전략들도 있었다. 또한, 동기유발에 대한 행동 변화에서 긍정적인 측면도 있지만, 그렇지 못한 경우도 있다. 이는 두 차례의 마이크로티칭의 경험만으로 모든 동기유발 전략에 관련된 수업 개선의 효과를 기대하기 힘들다는 것이다. 그러나 마이크로티칭을 통해 예비수학교사들은 반성에 의한 행동 변화와 미래 수업에 대한 개선의 의지를 보였다. 따라서 예비수학교사들이 자신의 수업에 대한 반성을 통해 수업을 개선할 수 있도록 체계적인 교육 프로그램의 개발과 이를 교원 양성기관인 대학에서 효율적으로 활용하는 방안에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 아울러, 예비수학교사들의 동기유발에 대한 수업 행동의 개선을 위해 마이크로티칭과 같은 다양한 교육 프로그램을 예비수학교사들에게 더 많이 제공할 필요가 있다.

이러닝 직업교육훈련에 대한 학습자 수강동기, 인식, 학습행태 조사연구 (Distance E-learners' Motivation, Perception, and Learning Behaviour in Vocational Training Environment)

  • 정보통신기술 및 교육패러다임 변화와 맞물려 이러닝을 활용한 직업교육훈련은 그동안 몇 차례 굵직한 변화를 겪어 왔다. 이러닝을 통한 직업능력개발의 트렌드는 학습의 모바일화, 짧은 콘텐츠의 증가, 학습경험제공의 민첩성과 현장 밀착성으로 요약 가능한 가운데, 본 연구는 이러닝을 통한 직업교육훈련 대상자들의 학습동기, 교육구성요소에 대한 중요성 인식, 학습 행태에 대한 조사연구를 실시하였다. 6개 훈련기관의 4,021명이 참여한 설문조사 응답을 분석한 결과, 자발적 자기계발 차원의 학습이 회사의 직무교육차원보다 높게 나타났고, 이러닝의 구성요소 중에서는 학습내용이 가장 중요한 것으로 나타나, 기존의 형식에 치우진 교육콘텐츠 개발이나 훈련평가가 보다 내용 중심적으로 변화해야함을 시사하였다. 학습 행태측면에서도 학습장소와 시간 활용이 보다 융통적으로 변화하였고, 시간을 정해놓지 않고 틈틈이 불규칙적으로, 특정시점에 몰아서 학습하는 추세를 확인할 수 있었다.

우리나라 중학생의 과학에 대한 태도 추이 분석 및 국제 비교 (Trends and an International Comparison of Korean Middle School Students' Attitudes Toward Science)

  • 이 연구에서는 TIMSS 학생 설문 자료 중에서 과학에 대한 자신감, 과학 학습에 대한 흥미, 과학 학습 동기, 과학 관련 진로 희망에 관련된 문항을 분석하여 우리나라 중학생의 과학에 대한 태도 추이 및 태도에서의 생차를 알아보았고, 우리나라 학생의 과학에 대한 태도를 싱가포르, 대만, 홍콩, 일본 중학생들과 비교하여 그 특정을 파악하였다. 우리나라 중학교 2학년 학생의 과학 학습에 대한 흥미와 과학 학습에 대한 외적 동기는 TIMSS 1999에서 감소하였다가 2003에서 다시 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 과학 학습에 대한 흥미의 경우 그 하락 및 상승폭이 상대적으로 컸다. 반면에 과학에 대해 자신감을 가진 학생과 과학 관련 직업을 희망히는 학생의 비율은 지속적으로 감소하는 추세를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 과학에 대한 자신감의 경우, 1995와 1999에서는 남녀 학생이 비슷한 양상을 보였으나 1999에서 2003으로 진행하면서 남학생의 자신감은 큰 변화가 없는 반면 여학생의 자신감은 큰 폭으로 하락하는 것으로 나타났다. 과학 학습에 대한 흥미 추이는 남녀가 비슷한 양상을 보였으며, TIMSS 1999에서 하락하였다가 TIMSS 2003에서 다시 상승하는 것으로 나타났다. 과학 학습 동기는 남녀 모두 상승하는 추세인 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 여학생의 경우 상승폭이 컸다. 과학 관련 직업을 희망하는 학생의 비율은 남학생의 경우에는 지속적으로 감소하고 있는 반면, 여학생의 경우에는 TIMSS 1999에서 감소하였다가 TIMSS 2003에서 다시 약간 상승하는 것으로 나타났다. 성취도가 높고 교육에 대한 사회적 가치나 문화적 배경이 유사한 싱가포르, 대만, 홍콩, 일본 등 아시아 4개 국가와 비교한 결과, 우리나라는 과학에 대한 자신감, 과학과 관련된 진로 희망, 과학 학습에 대한 흥미가 가장 낮은 국가인 것으로 나타났다.

일부 대학생의 보건의식과 보건행동과의 개념성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relevancy of Health Consciousness and Health Behavior of the Undergraduate Students.)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the correlation of consciousness and behavior which a group of undergraduate students have toward health. 223 students including 3 universities in Seoul were selected for this study. The results of this study could be summarized as follows. There was not high correlation ($\phi$=0.52842) and health consciousness were not enough motivation of health behavior. In conclusion, health education which were emphasis change of health behavioral formation is required.

An Eye Toward the Next-Generation Vision of Knowledge Management Systems

  • Ubiquitous computing environment accelerates the advent of the IT Ecosystem. In the coming generation, a massive number of ubiquitous devices and services are converged into an ultra-large-scale system. In this context, high degrees of complexity and organization change the paradigm of knowledge and its management levels. The objective of this paper is to explore the Knowledge Management Systems in view of demands in ultra-large-scale systems. We introduce motivation for Next-Generation (NG) usage and their upcoming requirements. The possible applications will be discussed, and summary of different techniques are conducted. The tools and techniques that allow KMS to operate as "Vital Success Enabler" to achieve organizational benefits will be examined. Potential future directions for research are highlighted: these include advances in knowledge capture, storage / retrieval and sharing techniques, in particular with the surrounding role of information technology.

수처리공정의 모델링과 지능제어의 적용 (Modeling and Intelligent control for Wastewater treatment process)

  • The main motivation of this research is to develop an intelligent control strategy for Activated Sludge Process(ASP). ASP is a complex and nonlinear dynamic system because of the characteristic of a wastewater, the change of an influent flow rate, weather conditions, and etc. The mathematical model of ASP also includes uncertainties which are ignored or not considered by process engineer or controller designer. The ASP is generally controlled by a PID controller that consists of fixed proportional, integral, and derivative gain values. The PID gains can be adjusted by the expert in the ASP. The ASP model based on Matlab$^{(R)}$5.3/Simulink$^{(R)}$3.0 is developed in this paper. Various control methods are applied to the ASP model and the control results are disscussed. Three control methods are designed and tested: conventional PID controller, fuzzy logic control approach to modify setpoints, and fuzzy-PID control method.
