치기공과 대학생들의 입학동기 및 전공학습 만족도에 관한 조사연구 (A Study on the Dept. of Dental Laboratory Technology Student's Motivation for Selecting their Major and the Degree of their Satisfaction in it)

  • With 1002 students around 8 colleges nationwide joining, the survey was on their knowledge before entering their school, and thereafer, the degree of their satisfaction in their major and professors & lectures. 1. When they chose their major, the most influential was their parents and relatives, the largest number of 435(43.5%) replied, About the motivation for selection their jajor, 454(45.4%) answered the most it seemed to be a bright future specialty. On that question, more freshmen(51.0%) answered theyu expected good trend than sophomores and juniors and more women students(48.8%) did so than men ones.(P<.05) 2. While 619(61.8%) were familiar with major before applying, only 68(6.85%) knew their major very well at that time. More freshmen(62.5%) applied in the state of well-knowing what their major is than sophomores and juniors did.(P<.01) More women students(40.9%) applied not knowing it than the counterpart. About the time for choice, 795(79.5%) answered the most one of application days. More women students(81.0%) chose their major during the application time(P<.01) 3. The satisfaction survey shows 438(43.8%) are satisfied and 165(16.5%) are not. More men students(47.2%) are satisfied.(P<.01) The factor their satisfaction is their major come together with aptitude(44.7%), 196ppl), and the dissatisfaction factor is the difficulty of the theory and practice.(30.8%, 171ppl) 4. If they could change their major, 454(46.6%) wouldn't do so, while 541(54.4%) would shift their major to other fields. More freshmen(49.5%) wouldn't change than sophomores and juniors. Neither did more men students(4938%) than women. Within the same grade, there's no meaninful difference.(P<.01) 5. On the satisfaction in the lectures of the professors of their major, 464(46.5%) said the lecutres are excellent, 102(10.2%), they are not. About the lectures of the liberal subjects, 193(19.4%) said are excellent, 365(36.6%) are not.

Motivation based Behavior Sequence Learning for an Autonomous Agent in Virtual Reality

  • To enhance the automatic performance of existing predicting and planning algorithms that require a predefined probability of the states' transition, this paper proposes a multiple sequence generation system. When interacting with unknown environments, a virtual agent needs to decide which action or action order can result in a good state and determine the transition probability based on the current state and the action taken. We describe a sequential behavior generation method motivated from the change in the agent's state in order to help the virtual agent learn how to adapt to unknown environments. In a sequence learning process, the sensed states are grouped by a set of proposed motivation filters in order to reduce the learning computation of the large state space. In order to accomplish a goal with a high payoff, the learning agent makes a decision based on the observation of states' transitions. The proposed multiple sequence behaviors generation system increases the complexity and heightens the automatic planning of the virtual agent for interacting with the dynamic unknown environment. This model was tested in a virtual library to elucidate the process of the system.

간호대학생의 자기결정성동기, 대인관계조화가 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Self-determination Motivation and Interpersonal Harmony on the Academic Self-efficacy of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 COVID-19 시기에 간호학과에 입학한 신입생의 자기결정성동기, 대인관계조화와 학업적 자기효능감의 정도를 확인하고 학업적 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 자료 수집은 2021년도 11월 01일부터 11월 30일까지이며, 연구대상자는 C 시에 소재한 대학교의 간호학과에 재학중인 신입생 220명이다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 25.0을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA 및 Scheffé 사후검정, Pearson correlation coefficients 산출 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 1학기에 대면수업 경험, 전공선택이유, 자기결정성동기와 대인관계조화가 학업적 자기효능감 총변동의 47.9%를 설명하고 있었다, 그리고 11학기 1개 교과목 이상 대면 수업, 자기결정성동기와 대인관계조화가 학업적 자기효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 간호학과 신입생의 학업적 자기효능감을 향상시키기 위하여 자기결정성동기를 지지하고 대인관계를 조화롭게 형성하기 위한 프로그램이 개발되고 적용되어야 할 것이다.

보상 제공 방법에 따른 협동학습의 효과 (The Effects of Reward Methods in Cooperative Learning)

  • 본 연구에서는 협동학습에서 보상 제공 방법의 효과를 학생들의 성취도, 학습 동기, 수업 환경에 대한 인식, 그리고 보상 제공 방법에 대한 인식의 측면에서 조사하였다. 서울시 남녀 공학 중학교에서 1학년 61명을 선정하고 ''물질의 세 가지 상태'', ''분자 운동'', ''상태 변화와 열에너지'' 단원에 대하여 14차시 동안 수업을 실시하였다. 보상 제공 방법은 과제 지향 보상과 수행 지향 보상으로 구분하였다. 연구 결과, 상위 학생들은 과제 지향 보상 집단에서, 허위 학생들은 수행 지향 보상 집단에서 성취도 중 적용 영역의 점수가 높게 나타났다. 과제 지향 보상 집단이 학습 동기 중 주의집중과 관련성, 수업 환경에 대한 인식 중 과제 지향성, 참여도, 질서와 조직성에서 유의미하게 높았다.

인터넷상에서의 개인정보 보호행동에 관한 연구: 보호동기이론을 중심으로 (A study of the User Privacy Protection Behavior in Online Environment: Based on Protection Motivation Theory)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 보호동기 이론을 기반으로 인터넷 사용자의 개인정보 보호행동의 변화를 설명하고, 사용자의 개인정보 권익을 보호하기 위한 방안에 대해 모색하는 것이다. 보호동기 이론은 위협메시지에 의한 보호행동의 변화과정을 설명하기 위한 대표적인 이론으로, 본 연구에서는 개인정보에 대한 위협과 개인정보 보호행동에 대한 개인의 인지적 평가가 보호동기를 형성하고 보호동기가 개인정보 보호행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하였다. 또한 개인정보 권리보장 및 권리구제와 관련된 법제도를 반영하여서 개인정보 권리인지 변인을 개발하였다. 즉 개인정보 관련 법률이 개인정보 보호에 대한 인식이나 행동변화에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 본 연구는 선행연구들과 달리 법제도를 반영한 개인정보 권리인지 변인을 개발하여 개인정보 보호행동의 변화에 대해 분석하였다. 연구의 결과 개인정보 권리인지 변인이 개인정보 보호행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 밝혀졌으며, 법제도를 통한 정보주체의 권리보장이 개인정보 보호행동을 촉진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과가 추후 개인정보 관련 신규정책 확립에 있어서 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이라 생각한다.

여대생의 음주 동기가 음주에 관한 인식과 행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Drinking Motivation on female college student Perceptions and Behaviors of Drinking.)

  • 본 연구는 여대생의 음주 동기가 음주 행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 시행되었으며, 여대생의 음주 행태를 살펴보는 것은 본인의 학업과 건강뿐만 아니라 미래의 출산을 위해서 필요하다. 연구 대상은 20대 여대생 296명을 대상으로 진행하였고, 연구 자료는 SPSS 24.0과 AMOS 22 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구의 결과, 여대생의 스트레스에 가장 영향을 주는 것은 학업과 인간관계였다. 또한, 음주가 학업에 미치는 영향에 따른 인식은 음주 문제의 요소가 더 크고, 음주 문제를 통하여 불안을 인식한 여대생은 음주의 행동을 변화하고자 하였다. 다음으로 음주의 동기 중 개인의 내적, 외적 동기에서 음주가 유익하다고 생각하면, 음주 행동을 유지하고, 음주의 문제를 느끼면 음주의 행동에 변화를 주는 것으로 나타났다. 위 결과를 통하여, 여대생이 선호하는 음주를 파악하고, 음주 동기에 따른 음주문화를 살펴보는 것으로, 음주에 대한 부정적 위험을 줄이는 방법에 이바지하고자 한다.

보상을 기반으로 내·외적 동기가 창의성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation on Creativity Based on Rewards)

  • 21세기의 핵심역량 중 하나인 창의성은 사회구성원의 필수 항목으로 요구되다. 원하는 방향으로 사용할 수 있도록 하는 개성적인 측면에서 그 능력을 강조한다. 그러나 창의성은 새로운 아이디어나 제품을 만들어내는 것뿐만 아니라 변화하는 환경에 적응하고 문제를 해결하는 등 조직의 긍정적인 변화에 기여하는 것으로 간주되다. 이에 따라 선행연구를 검토하여 보상이 창의성을 촉진하거나 방해할 수 있다는 결론을 내렸으며, 이는 보상의 성격과 연구자가 보유한 창의성 개념, 개인차 및 외부 환경에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 우리는 또한 보상이 동기, 인지 및 합성 기능을 통하여 창의성에 영향을 미칠 수 있다고 제안하였다. 분석을 바탕으로 보상이 창의성에 미치는 영향을 구체적으로 모델을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 기존의 연구를 기반으로 하며, 어떠한 외적 동기와 내적 동기가 어떠한 관계를 가지고 있는지 비교를 바탕으로 창의성에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 작용하는 다양한 요소와 메커니즘을 분석하였다. 다음으로, 보상은 사람마다 환경적 상황에서 주어지는 방식에 따라 다른 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 다양한 유형의 창작과제를 보상함으로써 적극적인 보상의 역할을 확보할 수 있다.

  • Previously, we analyzed for nutrition knowledge and the use of nutrition knowledge in the everyday lives of students in order to develop nutrition education programs that focus on desirable behavior change. From this, we found that female students desired to participate in nutrition education more than male students, and regarding their concerns for nutrition education, 73.2% of the females and 50.0% of the males displayed interest in 'obesity and the regulation of body weight'. Therefore, this study showed female students give more attention to the obesity and the regulation of body weight than male students(p=.000<.001). In addition, female students had higher interests($8.63{\pm}1.67$) than male students ($7.45{\pm}2.03$) in nutrition knowledge(p=.000<.001). By investigating the use of nutrition knowledge in everyday life, our research indicated that the actual use of nutrition knowledge was less. To encourage students to persue dietary lives addressing the concerns confirmed above, the following needed to occur. 1) Provide them nutrition information for the main processed foodstuffs encountered when dining out(breads, cakes, cookies, and carbonated beverage). 2) Teach them to read food nutrition labels. 3) Help them find a lifestyle connection through lasting self-management methods and the generation of social support. Accordingly, this required developing effective and practical nutrition education programs that considered regional characteristics and gender differences. The most important factors considered during nutrition education program development were the need for motivation and ongoing education by stage of change, rather than temporal education through specific problem analysis, in order that those being educated may bring about a change of behavior by themselves. Therefore, from this study, we have suggested the use of multilateral operating strategies for successful nutrition education. In addition the phase model of behavior change should be applied. Our programs were aimed at self owned nutritional management so that students could master their own methods for acquiring skills and enjoying dietary life. The research may be summed up as follows. First, the purpose of education at the recognition stage of change was to attempt motivation for nutrition improvement, by analyzing the problems such as food buying habit and the main purchasing viewpoints when dining out. Second, the purpose of education at the action stage of change was to help students acquire of concrete methods for behavior modification by linking the program to their home as well as to teachers with various activities that suited the situation at school. This was done by analyzing the processes and decisions pertaining to dining out the main processed foodstuffs and principal components, etc. through data and experimental practice. Third, the purpose of education for changing of habits and values, or the maintenance stage, was to investigate the various reasons that undesirable behaviors were induced, and then determine a lasting self-management method as well as how to generate social support. If the nutrition education program developed in this study is utilized on site, someone in the primary role as the nutrition educator and trained specifically in nutrition, can help induce the health promotion in the community as well as lasting dietary management, by executing a link with families in parallel with educating teaching staff and students' parents. In addition, this program can playa role in the government policies related to the health promotion for our youth who are the foundation of our nation and who can enhance our national competitive power.

Beating Obesity: Factors Associated with Interest in Workplace Weight Management Assistance in the Mining Industry

  • Background: Rates of overweight and obese Australians are high and continue to rise, putting a large proportion of the population at risk of chronic illness. Examining characteristics associated with preference for a work-based weight-loss program will enable employers to better target programs to increase enrolment and benefit employees' health and fitness for work. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was undertaken at two Australian mining sites. The survey collected information on employee demographics, health characteristics, work characteristics, stages of behavior change, and preference for workplace assistance with reaching a healthy weight. Results: A total of 897 employees participated; 73.7% were male, and 68% had a body mass index in the overweight or obese range. Employees at risk of developing obesity-related chronic illnesses (based on high body mass index) were more likely to report preference for weight management assistance than lower risk employees. This indicates that, even in the absence of workplace promotion for weight management, some at risk employees want workplace assistance. Employees who were not aware of a need to change their current nutrition or physical activity behaviors were less likely to seek assistance. This indicates that practitioners need to communicate the negative effects of excess weight and promote the benefits of a healthy lifestyle to increase the likelihood of weight management. Conclusion: Weight management programs should provide information, motivation. and trouble-shooting assistance to meet the needs of at-risk mining employees, including those who are attempting to change and maintain behaviors to achieve a healthy weight and be suitably fit for work.

공학교육의 조별과제에서 직무배정에 따른 수강생의 학습만족도 변화에 대한 연구 (A Change in Level of Students' Learning Satisfaction due to The Job Assignment in Engineering Education)

  • The necessity of university's educational change is rising up, along with a social environment that keeps changing. This study deals with a newly educational style by recognizing the necessity of variance for engineering education, according to engineers' diversified roles within a company. The study was conducted by 7 members of middle-sized group, replaced from 5 members of small-sized and each was given his task by his job such as CEO, CMO, CSO, CIO, CCO, CQO or Auditor. On the basis of four theoretical backgrounds, this paper investigated students' level of learning satisfaction shown before and after task undertaking through a questionnaire and appraised the result made before and after task undertaking. This study is expected to improve a teaching method of university engineering education.
