See about contents... theme of existential dilemma about the good and the evel, characters who is grew more powerful, and deeper than Batman series in old times. the fifth plot, especially dramatic plot by Joker's game, and various irony and motif. About form... efficient use of IMAX camera, prominence of action directing about car chase and fighting... better editing and music and art than former super hero series. The most important merit of is it's a philosophical theme. It is dipicted very seriously and successfully. First of all, the film has more advanced technique power and new directing style.

The purpose of this study is to abstract the image from black dress, which has been favored by many people regardless of the times and examine it throughout the history of drss and thereby clearly define the images that black limplies in dress. Color image is a visual symbol, an image that forms through a combination of visual stimulus created by color, coupled with all the external factors related to it. Black is a one-dimensional color, of which the impact is subjective to its energy, which depends on light reflected on the object, and its texture. Therefore, black projects different images, depending on its surroundings. In general, black has had negative connotations in the Western culture. In dress, however, it has implied other various images different from the general negative ones. By combining general images of black and those exprssed in dress, major images of black were categorized into dignity, elegance, eroticism, asceticism and tragedy. Dignity is a category similar to the sublime. Dress with dignity has sharp contours and is generally made of velvet or silk which can be characterized by their splendor and voluminous-ness, exaggerating the body of a person wearing it. Such costume is mostly found in powerful countries in history such as Burgundy Court in the 15C, Spain in the 16C. Netherlands in the 17C. Elegance evokes grace and beautifulness. It includes elegance, grace, beauty and dandyism as subcategories or silk. Good examples are dandies' black costume and Ladies black and white dressees in the 19C. Eroticism is an image which expresses sexual attractiveness. Costume with eroticism is made of velvet or silk, which project sumptuousness through reflection. Such costumes expose parts of the body or are tightly tailored in order to emphasizes body contours. Asceticism means restraint from physical and mental desires. Costume with asceticism makes a person wearing it look smaller by covering the whole body. Puritan's black dresses and Bourgeoisie's black suit are good examples. Tragedy is anguish. sorrow. Black costume with grievous feelings such as mourning dresses is made of lusterless textile concealing most of the body except for the face.

Movie clothing is what is recreated as a character in work after being worn for actors (or actresses). Especially the clothing in color movie gets to have very psychological effect. Thus Accord-ing to the clothing the effect of the represen-tation style may become large and small. So as to make the gesture or attitude of each character valuable in accordance with the ac-tion and expression of the figure clothing is different from other device essentially One may attain various goals through the color of movie clothing, First movie clothing may show the vogue color of the time and the representative time color, Second the color of movie clothing helps one to able to recognize the socio-econmic position of character easily as the color to symbolize the specific jobs such as nurse soldier and doctor etc. Third the color of movie clothing may show the charcter temperament as to whether one is young or old and whether one has pessi-mistic temperament or one is extrovert or introversive etc. easily. Fourth setting the clothing color of hero as the color to set off helps it easy to distinguish from representation staffs. Fifty the whole color establishment of movie clothing gives help to expressing the at-mosphere of movie. Color is one of the most powerful means that the person in charge of clothing may express the character of movie. He should ex-press the feature of a wearer with the colors of each clothing through showing the lack of taste of characters or hinting the resistant character with the clothing color which is not suitable for situation or the conservative character with suppressed color etc. Thus he (or she) should express the clothing color which is suitable for being able to express each character by analyzing the work whole through script and grasping the character of each character so as to establish the clothing which is suitable for individual character.

The fabrication process of $Al_2O_{3p}/Al$ composite by in-situ process was investigated. The effects of processing variables such as addition type and content of Mg, processing temperature and time on the infiltration behavior of molten Al, microstructure and hardness were investigated. When the pure Al was infiltrated into mixtures of Mg and $Al_2O_3l$ powder, processing temperature required to spontaneous infiltration was decreased, and the content of Mg was the most powerful variable for infiltration of molten Al. But when the Al-Mg alloy was infiltrated into $Al_2O_3l$ particles, infiltration ratio indicated nearly same value regardless of Mg content in alloy and processing temperature, and critical processing temperature required to spontaneous infiltration was $800^{\circ}C$. The $Al_2O_{3p}/Al$ composites which were fabricated by mixtures of Mg and $Al_2O_3l$ powders resulted in high hardness value, but hardness values were scattered due to non uniform dispersion of $Al_2O_3l$ particles by excessive reaction of Mg.

Starting with maritime DGPS base stations of Palmido, Ochongdo which have been operated since 1999, truly our nation has become the most powerful country possessed with total of 17 DGNSS base stations in the field of DGNSS operation infrastructure. This paper examines into the country's DGNSS services as measuring the service range of the maritime DGPS base stations in the domestic ferry lines which sections are from Jeju to Incheon, from Busan to Jeju, from Jeju to Nokdong, the propagation characteristics of the radio waves of 300 kHz bands on sea and land path. As a result of identifying the service range of the DGPS in the sea routes of the southern sea and the western sea, the measured results of the DGPS signals are confirmed more than 100 NM(recommended service range). It can be possible to practical use the position information, which is safe navigation and various marine traffic management systems. It will be useful an expansion of maritime DGPS reference station in the near future.

The aim of the present study was to examine whether green tea extract (CUMC6335) affects the blood pressure and the isolated aortic contractility of the rabbit in comparison with one of the most powerful active catechins, epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). The phenylephrine $(1-10\;{\mu}M)-induced$ contractile responses were greatly inhibited in the presence of CUMC6335 (0.3-1.2 mg/ml). Also, high potassium (56 mM)-induced contractile responses were depressed in high concentration (0.6-1.2 mg/ml), but not affected in low concentration CUMC6335 (0.3 mg/ml). However, epigallocatechin gallate $(EGCG,\;4-12\;{\mu}g/ml)$ did not affect the contractile responses evoked by phenylephrine and high $K^+$. The infusion of CUMC6335 with a rate of 20 mg/kg/30 min made a significant reduction in pressor responses induced by intravenous norepinephrine. However, EGCG (1 mg/kg/30 min) did not affect them. Collectively, these results obtained from the present study suggest that intravenous CUMC6335 causes depressor action in the anesthetized rat at least partly through the blockade of adrenergic ${\alpha}_1-receptors$. CUMC6335 also causes the relaxation in the isolated aortic strips of the rabbit partly via the blockade of adrenergic ${\alpha}_1-receptors$, in addition to the unknown direct mechanism. It seems that there is no species difference in the vascular effect between the rat and the rabbit.

The olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) is one of the most widely cultured flatfish in Korea and Japan. During development, in a process known as metamorphosis, this fish reorients itself to lie on one side, the body flattens, and the eye migrates to the other side of the body. However, few studies have focused on molecule regulation mechanism of eye development in olive flounder. To reveal the molecular mechanism of eye development, we performed the studies on identification of genes expressed in the eye of olive flounder using EST and RT-PCR strategy. A total of 270 ESTs were sequenced, and 178 (65.9%) clones were identified as known genes and 92 (34.1%) as unknown genes. Among the 178 EST clones, 29 (16.3%) clones were representing 9 unique genes identified as homologous to the previously reported olive flounder ESTs, 131 (73.6%) clones representing 107 unique genes were identified as orthologs of known genes from other organisms. We also identified a kind of eye development associated proteins, indicating EST as a powerful method for identifying eye development-related genes of fish as well as identifying novel genes. Further functional studies on these genes will provide more information on molecule regulation mechanism of eye development in olive flounder.

Objectives : The aim of this study is to investigate the possible impact factors on adults' self-reports of dry mouth and to develop strategies to improve oral health education policy. Methods : This study was conducted on a total of 622 self-administered questionnaires adult above 20 and under 65 years of age living in Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces. The final participants consisted of 443 adults without chronic illness, taking medications and wearing dentures. The Hierarchical Multiple Regression model with three stages was used to assess the association for exposure of interest, such as socio-demographics, health-related behavior, mental health and self-reported of dry mouth. Results : The participants reported mean score of dry mouth($6.32{\pm}4.47$), of which 191 were male($6.81{\pm}4.56$) and 252 were female($5.94{\pm}4.37$). Hierarchical Multiple Regression revealed that the score of dry mouth was shown to be significantly higher for the following people: Males, who were employed, unemployed, negative self-perceived general health, perceived stress, and participants who had no experience awareness of distress in two weeks. The explanatory power was 21.9%. The most powerful impact factor regarding to employment was shown to be negatively associated to dry mouth, and self-perceived general health, experiencing awareness of distressful in two weeks was also important factors. Conclusions : Based on these results in order to develop oral health education policy strategies for the prevention and management of dry mouth, there need to be considered for the employee.

Witches' broom of lime is a disease caused by Candidatus Phytoplasma aurantifolia, which represents the most significant global threat to the production of lime trees (Citrus aurantifolia). Conventional disease management strategies have shown little success, and new approaches based on genetic engineering need to be considered. The expression of recombinant antibodies and fragments thereof in plant cells is a powerful approach that can be used to suppress plant pathogens. We have developed a single-chain variable fragment antibody (scFvIMP6) against the immunodominant membrane protein (IMP) of witches' broom phytoplasma and expressed it in different plant cell compartments. We isolated scFvIMP6 from a naïve scFv phage display library and expressed it in bacteria to demonstrate its binding activity against both recombinant IMP and intact phytoplasma cells. The expression of scFvIMP6 in plants was evaluated by transferring the scFvIMP6 cDNA to plant expression vectors featuring constitutive or phloem specific promoters in cassettes with or without secretion signals, therefore causing the protein to accumulate either in the cytosol or apoplast. All constructs were transiently expressed in Nicotiana benthamiana by agroinfiltration, and antibodies of the anticipated size were detected by immunoblotting. Plant-derived scFvIMP6 was purified by affinity chromatography, and specific binding to recombinant IMP was demonstrated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Our results indicate that scFvIMP6 binds with high activity and can be used for the detection of Ca. Phytoplasma aurantifolia and is also a suitable candidate for stable expression in lime trees to suppress witches' broom of lime.

Men's jewelry are thought to have a limited role as assisting women's jewelry or wedding gifts. The variety of designs are limited, and most of them are just copies of Japanese designs. In order to bring out a new kinds of variety in men's jewelry design, I have chosen architectural structures as a motif. Architectural structures have strong symbolical meanings that express man. They are powerful and challenging, and symbolize wealth and authority. Mario Botta, the wolrd famous architect is an architect with this kind of spirit. His architectural style does not lose his own color in a chaotic situation, but keeps the feeling of shape and space on the basis of locality. In this study I have started with a motif that may express specific and modem feelings by compressing the shape and spatial images of Mario Botta's structures minimally into men's jewelry in order to grope the possibilities in all aspects. I have done these in order to rediscover the beauty of the architectural structures by using the shape and spatial images that are found in Botta's structures, so that I may propose a new kind of men's jewelry with stresses on their shapes.
