초음파 팬텀 내 모노필라멘트의 해상력 개선에 대한 연구 (Improvement on resolution of mono-filament wire)

  • 초음파 Q/A팬텀은 조직등가물질(TMM)과 표적물질로 구성한다. 표적물질은 데드존, 거리분해능, 측분해능, 수직과 수평거리 정확성 등을 평가하는 모노필라멘트로 TMM과 조화를 이뤄 선명하게 나타나야 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 금속성 모노필라멘트와 나일론 모노필라멘트를 이용하여 TMM 내에서 최적의 해상력을 표현할 수 있는 선 표적물질을 얻기 위해 탈기수와 C15 g TMM을 합성하여 모노필라멘트를 설치하고 SONOACE 6000C $3.5{\sim}7.5\;MHz$를 주사하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 0.1 mm 금속성 모노필라멘트와 0.12 mm, 180데너아 나일론 모노필라멘트에서 점상의 선명한 에코양상을 관찰할 수 있었다. 2. 0.2 mm 금속성과 나일론 모노필라멘트는 다중반사에 의한 혜성꼬리음영이 관찰되었다. 3. 데드존과 거리분해능은 0.1 mm 나일론 모노필라멘트가 유용한 것으로 나타났다. 4. 나일론 모노필라멘트는 금속성 모노필라멘트에 비해 견고성과 수축성이 우수하여 팬텀제작에 유리한 것으로 나타났다. 5. TMM의 경도 차가 모노필라멘트의 에코 양상에 많이 관여하지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

삼치 유자망 어구의 선택성에 관하여 (SELECTIVITY OF DRIET NET FOR SPANISH MACKEREL SCOMBEROMORUS NIPHONIUS)

  • 1969년 $6\~11$월까지 삼치를 대상으로 Multi-f.망과 Mono-f.망을 사용하여 시험 조업한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 80mm에서 115mm까지 7가지 망목으로 된 유자망에서 어획된 삼치의 어체는 $500\~2,900gr$의 범위였다. 이중 가장 많이 어획되는 체중은 1,000gr 1,300gr 및 1,500gr으로서 그 빈도는 각각 $21%,\;15%$$19%$였다. 2. 상기 세군의 삼치를 어획하기 위한 적정 망목은 Multi-f.망은 80mm 이상 105mm 이하의 망목이고, Mono-f. 망은 80mm보다 약간 작은 망목에서부터 105mm이하의 망목이다. 3. 어체의 헝태가 방추형이고 크기가 거의 동일한 단일 어종을 어획 대상으로 할 때는 Mono-f. 망이 Multi-f. 망의 약 1,5배 정도의 어획 효과를 나타내고, 기타 잡어에 대해서는 Multi-f. 망이 어획이 좋다. 4. 동일한 망목에서는 multi-f. 망은 소형어의 어획율이 높고, Mono-f. 망에는 대형어의 어획율이 높은 경향이 있다.

Bi-(Pb)-Sr-Ca-O 초전도 선재의 기계적 특성에 관한 연구 (A study on the mechanical properties of Bi-(Pb)-Sr-Ca-Cu-O superconductor tape)

  • The critical current density, Jc, of superconductor tape significantly depends on microstructural evolution during mechanical deformation. In this study, we fabricated Bi-2223 superconductor tape by PIT technique, and investigated mechanical properties of mono- and 61-filamentary tapes and their joined tapes. The strength of mono-filament tape was higher than those of 61-filament tape was higher than those of 61-filament tape, respectively. On the other hand, elongation of mono-filament tape, respectively. On the other hand, elongation of mono-filament tape was lower than 61 filament tape. The joined tapes shows lower strength and irreversible strain than those of unjoined tapes. The reduced strength and irreversible strain for joined tape is probably related to the induced damages such as irregular interface and Ag-instrusion in the transition region which acts as a stress concentration.

나일론 필라멘트 방사유제의 제조와 그의 응용 (Preparation of Spin Finish and Its Application to Nylon Filament)

  • Spin finish(SF) for nylon filament was prepared. The influence on the properties of filament obtained by treating the prepared spin finish in this study(SF-2) and foreign-made spin finish(Spinnar N-100) was compared. SF-2 prepared by blending of spindle oil 70g, paraffin wax 10g, glyceryl mono-oleate 5g, POE(6) nonylphenyl ether 4g, POE(10) nonylphenyl ether 4g, POE(10) octylphenyl ether 2g, POE(14) mono-oleate 4g and water 1g was excellent in its characteristics. Some of the properties of Nylon filament treated with SF-2 were better than those treated with Spinnar N-100. Also, optimal physical conditions of nylon filament according to the number of revolution of oil roller were obtained at conditions of 5rpm of number of revolution oil roller, 1.25% of SF-2 oil pick up, and denier 69D.

보강 혼합토의 역학적 특성(II) -섬유 혼합토- (Mechanical Characteristics of Reinforced Soil(II) -Fiber Reinforced Soil-)

  • This study has been performed to investigate the physical and mechanical characteristics of compaction, volume change and compressive strength for reinforced soil mixed with polypropylene fiber, and to confirm the reinforcing effects with admixture such as polypropylene fiber. To this end, a series of compaction test and compression test was conducted for clayey soil(CL) and polypropylene fiber reinforced soil. In order to determine proper moisture contents and mixing ratio, pilot test was carried out for natural soil and PFRS(polypropylene fiber reinforced soil). And the mixing ratio of mono-filament fiber and fibrillated polypropylene fiber admixture was 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5% and 1.0% by the weight of dry soil. From the experimental results, it was found that the optimum moisture contents(OMC) increased with the mixing ratio of fiber, but the maximum dry unit weight and the volume change was decreased with the mixing ratio. It means that the improvement of the workability and the reduction of the weight of embankment was done by the addition of the polypropylene fiber. And, from the compression test results, it was found that the addition of the polypropylene fiber remarkably improved the compressive strength of PFRS. And it was observed in the viewpoint of strength that the fibrillated polypropylene fiber reinforced soil was more effective than the mono-filament polypropylene fiber reinforced soil.

태세사(Thick & Thin Yarn)로 제작된 직물의 역학적 특성 (Mechanical Properties of Woven Fabrics Made from Thick & Thin Yarn)

  • The aim of this work is to develop sense-differentiated textiles using Thick-Thin polyester yarn(T-T yarn) with finer than 1 denier mono filament. The ITY(Interlace Textured Yarn) using T-T yarn with various over feed ratios of PET filament was manufactured with different shrinking percentage of core yarn and then the fabrics were woven on the same weaving 100m using ITY produced. The mechanical properties and the handles of the fabrics were examined with KES-FB system suggested by Kawabata. The shrinkage of ITY was increased with decreasing over feed ratio and increased with increasing heat treatment temperature of T-T yarn. The initial elasticity modulus of ITY was decreased with increasing over feed ratio and heat treatment temperature of T-T yarn. The tensile energy of fabrics was decreased with increasing of over feed ratio, but bending rigidity and shear rigidity of fabrics were increased with increasing of over feed ratio of PET filament. The results indicate that the fabric using T-T yarn with finer than I denier mono filament can be used for the purpose of sense-differentiated textile.

  • This paper presents the results of an experimental investigation on the compaction and compressive strength of polypropylene fiber reinforced soils. This study has been performed to obtain the physical properties of PFRS(polypropylene fiber reinforced soil) such as strain-stress relationships, OMC(optimum moisture contents) and ${\gamma}$$_{dmax}$ (maximum dry unit weight), with four different concentrations(i.e., 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5% and 1.0% weights) of mono-filament and fibrillated polypropylene fibers. The test results indicate an appreciable increase in strength due to addition of fibers. OMC is increased with the concentration ratio of fiber, but ${\gamma}$$_{dmax}$ is decreased. From the viewpoint of strength, the fibrillated polypropylene fiber soil is more effective than the mono-filament polypropylene fiber soil.oil.

  • This study was performed to ascertain the three-dimensional effect of the crack reduction and the restrained effect of crack growth, and to yield a suitable mixing ratio of the synthetic fiber reinforced soil. The results of the study are as follows ; 1) The synthetic fiber has the resisting force for crack because of the adhesion due to the attraction of soil particles. 2) As the synthetic fiber length and the mixing ratio are increased, mono filament synthetic fiber reinforced soil is increased the effects of crack reduction and the restraint of crack growth. 3) The fibrillated synthetic fiber is more effective than mono filament synthetic fiber for crack. 4) A suitable mixing ratio of synthetic fiber reinforced soil is 0.5% of the fibrillated synthetic fiber.

  • We have fabricated and tested a Bi-based high temperature superconducting current lead system. Ag sheathed Bi-2223 mono-filament tapes of $I_c=8.4$ A at 77 K under self-field condition were fabricated using powder-in-tube(P1T) method. Multi-layer current leads can be made by stacking of Ag sheathed Bi-2223 mono-filament wires. The critical current of this 10-layer current lead is about 68 A. The contact resistance across the copper-current lead interface has been studied using current-voltage characteristics. At temperature below critical temperature the resistive contribution of the interface to the total contact resistance dominates. We have measured AC transport losses in a current lead at 77 K, 60 Hz by a transport method.
