Depending on the changing business environment in the traditional markets are experiencing a lot of difficulties. In order to enable traditional markets has been to the brink of a variety of studies in progress. Accordingly, the government has a budget to support the massive effort to modernize its traditional markets. However, traditional market is changing, but the bottom line is the actual appearance of solving performance was still little. Based on these issues, awareness of the current research conducted in this desirable market and the traditional market for the traditional differences in the recognition of the discovery. Recognition of these differences based on the traditional attractions market direction and composition of the present strategy.

Since Seoul was selected as the world design capital at the end of 2007, the endeavors to modernize the Korean unique beauty is becoming more tangible. Especially, the commercial spaces to be used by the general public and tourists have the value for study in the respect that such spaces for the national iconic images and have a large and far-reaching effect to transmit the national identity. Therefore, this study analyzed the design coordination properties in the Koreanity expression found in the modern commercial spaces. the foundation for the analysis was based on Leonard Koren's work on the arrrangement rhetoric theory, 'Arranging things(2003), and the contents of Korean expression were reviewed with professional jounals. the results are as follows: First, the design coordination properties in the Koreanity expression shown in modern commercial spaces are black-white contrast, natural materials, curved shapes, brevity, and simple beauty. Especially, some elements such as wood, traditional Korean papers, stones, mid-to-low chroma natural colors, checked patterns, and crazy patterns are used with overlapping and it is viewed that it is necessay to more aggressively seek for the disappeared traditional elements in the Korean modeling properties. Second, the concrete images of Korean expressions could be summarized as four adjective image groups, Natural, Subtitle, Gentle and Magnificent.

The purpose of this study is to link traditional patterns to man's fashion goods design. Of all the traditional patterns, the bat pattern was chosen for use during the development of a man's fashion goods design as like as neck-tie, pocketchief and scarf. This study is based upon document searches, including research papers. Thought these searches, it investigates the form of traditional bat patterns, tessellation which can be found easily in the Islamic culture as well as in tile and carpet patterns and a modern painting by Gustav Klimt(1862-1918). Based on this investigation, the study attempt to modernize the bat pattern and apply the neck-tie, pocketchief and scarf. The design procedure includes three sub-processes: selection, arrangement and color-scheme. In conclusion, six designs of man's fashion goods were created by using one of Korea's traditional patterns - the bat pattern. Therefore, this study offer invaluable suggestions for multifaced research on how to come up with design concepts which apply Korea's traditional patterns to Man's fashion goods design.

Currently, the Busan cooperative fish market follows a traditional market style. This study first investigates the current conditions and environment of the market, and to modernize the market, it proposes a new automatic unloading system based on the benchmark of Namhae Suhyup. In this system, a Korean-type suction fish vacuum pump is employed to increase the loading time. An automatic grader with an adjusting device for inclined angles and a weighing machine with an automatic alignment device are proposed. In addition, a folding machine is employed to prepare boxes. The specifications for each subsystem are provided. By implementing this system, the freshness of fish can be maintained and the sellers can earn more. This system can also be applied to the cooling system of the fish reservoir of littoral sea fishing boats.

Within the article, strategic guidelines for the modernization of microeconomic systems are identified. Modernization levels of the potential implementation are formalized for enterprises: contractile, extensive technical, technological, progressive, adaptive, steady, intensive, creative, absolute and leader modernization. This allowed to specify the directions and tasks of the enterprise modernization at different management levels. Accordingly, the conditions and criteria for selecting resource tools are set. It is proved that the strategies of the potential modernization of enterprises must be carried out at four main management levels: first, at the enterprise level; secondly, for a particular type of product / service; third, by functional directions of modernization of separate spheres of the enterprise activity or responsibility, fourth, at the level of structural units of the enterprise. It is substantiated that in the processes due to the activation of the potential modernization, the resources are transformed into the results of the innovation implementation and the investment strategies modernization. A system of tasks for the corporate strategies implementation in order to modernize microeconomic systems has been formed. Key vectors of the activation determine the nature and properties of investment resources and necessary innovations to enhance the modernization potential. Therefore, the system of innovation and investment strategies' modernization, based on the vector and resource provision of the modernization process, is specified:

Mobile devices have become attractive learning devices for education. The digitalization of the higher education system in Sri Lanka by 2020 is part of the government's effort to modernize and enhance the country's overall education system particularly in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. Theoretically, this study contributes to the M-Learning model in higher education institutions via the integration of literature on technology adoption (TAM and UTAUT) with the variables of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Condition. The attitude towards M-Learning amongst higher education students was gauged via an online questionnaire survey. The convenience sample comprised 344 students from the Advanced Technological Institutes (ATI) in Batticaloa District, Sri Lanka. Descriptive statistics, a measurement, and structural model, and hypotheses testing were used to analyze the derived data. The findings indicate that mobile learning is significantly affected by perceived ease of use, social influence, effort expectancy, and facilitating condition, but negatively affected by attitude and perceived usefulness. The exhaustive literature review revealed that there are very few M-Learning studies related to digital learning in the context of higher education in the Batticaloa district.

The article investigates the conceptual principles of transformation of industrial parks into eco-industrial ones in the conditions of sustainable development. It is substantiated that the concept of sustainable development in the transformation of industrial parks is to grow industry and jobs, modernize production and introduce innovative technologies, resource and energy efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and waste storage, social protection of local communities and create favorable infrastructure. It is determined that for the transformation of industrial parks, it is necessary to improve regulatory changes, introduce criteria for compliance of industrial parks and the importance of their consideration, ensure park management by the management company and create favorable incentives for industrial entry into industrial symbiosis. It is proved that industrial parks can be an incentive for industrial development and competitiveness of enterprises. The availability of talented human capital, attractive territories, minerals, energy and mineral resources, developed domestic market, agricultural potential, transport networks is becoming an attractive place for investment and development. Industrial parks need investment. Transformation into eco-industrial parks through the implementation of sustainable development goals opens additional opportunities for access to investment funds and contributes to the implementation of growth and prosperity strategies of the country.

Recently the importance of the cargo handling equipments in a port has been increasing to get strong competition from other ports. Many ports are making efforts to modernize their cargo handling equipments. The kernel technology of such equipments is the speed control of DC motor which is used as an essential part of them. In this paper, we discuss the speed control of a DC motor as a basic work for building cargo handling equipments in a port. DC Motors are still widely used in industrial fields, as driving power motor for electrical fields. DC drives, being easy to control, are widely used in many variable-speed and position control drive system. Traditional analog control circuits used in such applications have many disadvantages. Complex control schemes are difficult to implement with analog components. All these factor and invention of the microprocessor has made it possible to use digital control circuits, using microprocessing system. These digital circuits have been found to be reliable, flexible, and also immune to noise. In this paper it presents the speed control of a SCR DC motor driver which using dual converter by 80c196kc microprocessor. We developed a thyristor power amplifier which does not cause damage thyristor because it is designed to prevent triggering the two SCRs in the same arm simultaneously. And it was analyzed voltage and currents wave at reactive load.

Recently, the wooden structure has been revived again as an eco-friendly structure technique. It is the counterattack of the wood material, which has become more recognized as a finishing material pushed by the concrete material in the rapid growth after the Industrial Revolution. However, it is difficult to conclude that this is a tendency of the construction market in the whole country. Perhaps this is a tendency to appear more strongly in Korea. It could be seen by comparing the characteristics of the overseas construction market with Korean's and the advanced constructed case of large-scale wooden structures in overseas. National wooden buildings show own characteristics such as construction methods, materials, and member dimensions of wood structures by country, which could be seen as a result of continuously developing their own technology. However, in Korea, despite its unique wooden structure and technology (Hanok; Korean traditional housing), it has not been developed continuously and treated it only as a living building exhibit. This is evidenced by the fact that only one percent of the building is constructed with traditional wooden building technology. Therefore, there are various efforts to modernize the traditional wooden structure technology, but it still does not reach the level of advanced wooden technology abroad. The characteristics of the Korean wooden building market were analyzed in order to suggest ways to develop the Korean wood structure technology. The characteristics of Hanok construction were analyzed through quantitative criteria to define the main development tasks for Hanok development to propose the long-term development path.

Purpose: This study focuses on the golden banana (Kluai Hom Thong) from the Ban Khok Banana Community Enterprise Group in Sang Khom District, Udon Thani Province, Thailand. Despite its potential as an export crop and minimal disease or insect management issues, the group's products struggled to reach international markets due to lack of marketing opportunities, distribution channels, and proper packaging. The research aims to analyze and develop packaging and logos to test market potential for the group's products. Research design, data and methodology: Data was collected through questionnaires developed in conjunction with three printing and packaging design experts. Market testing involved 100 randomly sampled consumers of the group's products. Results: The new packaging design was perceived as more international, modern, and suitable as a souvenir for adults. Conclusions: Integrating ethnic elements and local materials into packaging design can enhance product appeal. For example, creating cloth bags from fabric scraps for carrying local woven products can impress consumers. This approach could help overcome market barriers and improve prospects for golden banana products in international markets while maintaining the intact ecosystem and environment of the production area. The study highlights the importance of effective packaging and branding in addressing market access challenges for local agricultural enterprises, potentially opening new opportunities for community-based businesses.
