The article discusses the use of modern technologies in the learning process. It has been determined that the modern period of the development of society is characterized by a strong influence of computer technologies on it, a new education system is being formed, focused on entering the world information and educational space. This process is accompanied by significant changes in the pedagogical theory and practice of the educational process associated with making adjustments to the content of learning technologies, which should be adequate to modern technical capabilities, and contribute to the harmonious entry of a teenager into the information society. Computer technologies are designed to become not an additional "makeweight" in training, but an integral part of a holistic educational process, significantly increasing its effectiveness

This article addresses the issue of finding optimal solutions using the information technologies of accounting and analysis in modern companies. The aim of the study is to reveal available information technologies for the needs of small, medium and large businesses operating in modern conditions. This goal is achieved by using systematization, comparison, and analysis of information, obtained under the survey and open management statistics. For the first time, the paper systematizes up-to-date information of 2021 about the most popular programs, online services, platforms and cloud services that are used to improve accounting and analytical processes in enterprises of various sizes. The main global trends in software development in terms of COVID-19 pandemic have been identified. In particular, the study defines the countries that occupy the leading positions in the informatization of business processes. An attempt was made to classify information technologies by their use by various volume of businesses. The analysis of research results of the Internet search query frequency regarding the use of information technologies enabled to determine the most popular software products worldwide. The peculiarities of information technologies, their advantages and disadvantages were examined and the common and distinctive features were compared. It was determined that for the new enterprises to implement information technologies, it is necessary to conduct a step-by-step study of all available software products. The software evaluation algorithm was described to help select the optimal software for the specific business processes. The paper also describes the way to solve the problem of using accounting and analysis software for the businesses of a specific kind of activity.

The article considers current information technologies in the organization of educational work in secondary schools in Great Britain. The forms and types of organization of educational work in secondary schools of Great Britain with the help of modern information technologies are covered. The purposes of education with the help of modern information technologies are singled out. Mental, physical, labor, moral, aesthetic and other types of education, merged in a holistic educational process, provide an opportunity to achieve the main goal - the formation of a comprehensive and harmoniously developed personality. All forms of educational work have their pedagogical significance, and each of them is valuable in the process of education. Democratization and partnership development are the leading principles of education in British schools at the present stage; multiculturalism and student independence. This is the ability to promote the role of different types of education, such as: labor, moral, legal, religious, family, environmental, aesthetic, civic, physical, mental education, which is now possible with the help of current information technology. The main purpose of the study is to determine the features of the application of modern technologies for the development of distance education. Thanks to the informatization of society, complex and high-tech devices are being introduced in all areas of human life, and the latest technologies are being actively improved in the modern, globalizing world. The article deals with the issues of using information and communication technologies in legal activities. It also covers the main types of such activities: law-making, law enforcement, and interpretive activity. Since there is an increase in the flow and accumulation of legal information, it is practically impossible to use traditional methods of working with legal information. The article considers and analyzes the role of information and communication technologies in modern legal activity. It is necessary to reveal the principles, concepts, conditions, and factors of their development and develop theoretical and practical recommendations for the use of such technologies in order to solve legal tasks. The authors of the article raise the issues of increasing the efficiency of legal activity, as well as the integration of information technologies into practical legal activity and their use for collecting, storing, searching, and issuing legal and reference information. Much attention is paid to the specific use of automated data banks and information retrieval systems in legal practice that ensure the accumulation, systematization, and effective search for legally important information. The development of such technologies leads to the creation of comfortable conditions for a lawyer in the course of their professional activity. Currently, legal activity cannot exist without telecommunication technologies, legal reference systems, and electronic programs. The authors believe that due to the use of the latest information technologies, the time for making legal decisions has significantly accelerated, the process of searching and systematizing evidence has been worked out, and it has become possible to quickly and efficiently find information on adopted laws and legal acts.

The intensification of the processes of the digital economy development is leading to the transformation of the higher education system. Universities are forced to digitalize their own educational, research, international, marketing, financial and economic activities in order to maintain a competitive position in the global market of educational services. The purpose of the article is to study the role of information and communication technologies in the development of the higher education system and to ensure its adaptability to modern challenges of digital economy. To achieve this goal, methods of content analysis, logical generalization, systematization and a structural-functional method are used. In the article, the authors substantiate the urgency of forming a holistic strategy to ensure the adaptability of higher education to the challenges of digital economy. In the structure of this strategy, the information-technological block is singled out and described. The authors specified a set of positive synergetic effects from the introduction of modern information and communication technologies in the activities of universities. The main information threats to the digitalization of higher education related to the protection of personal data and university systems from cyberattacks and fraudulent schemes are identified. In conclusion, the authors detail the measures for the strategy implementation to ensure the adaptability of higher education to digital economy.

The article emphasizes the features of the modern education system in Poland, reveals the peculiarities of improving the professional competence of a specialist in Poland through the implementation of multimedia technologies. Various forms of innovations implemented in improving the professional competence of a specialist are listed: improvement (rationalization), modernization, innovation. The forms of professional improvement through the introduction of computer technologies in general and multimedia technologies, in particular, primarily include various professional courses, qualification, preparatory, methodological conferences, seminars, postgraduate studies, foreign and state internships. At the same time, the main direction is self-education. The subject of professional improvement in the application of computer technologies by specialists is the updating of existing knowledge, exchange of professional experience, planning, as well as discussion of innovative works in which specialists participate. Professional growth of specialists can occur both during work and in higher education institutions during their studies. Modernization of computer technologies, especially multimedia ones, is a necessary condition for the functioning of specialists in modern society, since specialists are at the center of the educational process, during the improvement of professional competence. The main functions of the educational process necessary for improving the professional competence of specialists through the implementation of multimedia technologies are revealed. These functions not only contribute to the professional improvement of specialists, but also affect their solutions and optimize the maintenance of contacts between specialists. The importance of creating conditions that are consistent with the modern needs of innovative education is emphasized.
