인공지능을 활용한 C-Arm에서 수술용 거즈 검출을 위한 데이터셋 구축 및 검출모델 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Dataset Construction and Model Application for Detecting Surgical Gauze in C-Arm Imaging Using Artificial Intelligence)

  • During surgery, Surgical instruments are often left behind due to accidents. Most of these are surgical gauze, so radioactive non-permeable gauze (X-ray gauze) is used for preventing of accidents which gauze is left in the body. This gauze is divided into wire and pad type. If it is confirmed that the gauze remains in the body, gauze must be detected by radiologist's reading by imaging using a mobile X-ray device. But most of operating rooms are not equipped with a mobile X-ray device, but equipped C-Arm equipment, which is of poorer quality than mobile X-ray equipment and furthermore it takes time to read them. In this study, Use C-Arm equipment to acquire gauze image for detection and Build dataset using artificial intelligence and select a detection model to Assist with the relatively low image quality and the reading of radiology specialists. mAP@50 and detection time are used as indicators for performance evaluation. The result is that two-class gauze detection dataset is more accurate and YOLOv5 model mAP@50 is 93.4% and detection time is 11.7 ms.

  • This study analyses the actual conditions and efficiency of supplier relations of If equipment industries of Korea. The fact-finding survey we conducted includes PCs, mobile phone handsets, and public switching equipments. The survey shows that there is room for improvement in the aspect of assignment of roles among suppliers in R&D activities.

  • Recently, the small-size mobile robots with remote-control are rapidly growth which market of mobile is increased in the world. Especially, the smart-phones are widely used for interface device in the small size of a mobile robot. The research goal is control system design which is applied to miniaturization of a mobile robot using smart-phone and it can be confirmed performance for designed system. Meanwhile, the fabrication of mini-mobile robot can also be remote-control operation through the WIFI performance of a smart-phone. The smart-phone is used to remote-control for robot operation which control data transmit to robot via the WIFI network. To drive the robot, we can observe by the smart-phone screen and it can easily adjust the robot drive condition and direction by smart-phone button. Consequentially, there was no malfunction and images were printed out well. However, in drive, because of blind spot, robot was bumped into obstacle. Therefore, the additional test is necessary to sensor for blind spot which sensor can be equipment to mobile robot. In addition, the experiment with robot object recognition is needed.

  • 운송장비의 국제담보권에 관한 협약 및 항공기 장비에 특유한 사안에 관한 운송장비의 국제담보권 협약 의정서가 UNIDROIT 및 ICAO의 공동 후원 하에 케이프타운에서 개최된 외교회의에서 2001년 11월 16일 채택되었다. 케이프타운 협약 및 의정서는 2006년 3월 1일 발효되었다. 케이프 타운 협약 및 의정서는 국제등록에 의하여 지지 될 항공기 장비의 저당, 소유권유보 및 리스 담보권의 설정, 완성 및 우선권에 관한 국제 법적 제도를 규정하고 있다. 이 논문의 목적은 케이프타운 협약 및 의정서의 목적 및 원칙을 설명하고, 케이프타운 협약 및 의정서상 항공기 장비의 국제담보권 및 그들의 보호를 위한 국제등록에 관한 조항들을 검토하고, 그리고 한국의 케이프타운 협약 및 의정서 가입상의 문제점에 관하여 논의하는 것이다. 이 논문의 예상되는 결과로는, 효과적 방식으로 고가 또는 특히 경제적 중요성이 있는 항공기 장비의 취득 및 이용의 금융을 촉진하고, 매년 매우 많은 금액의 금융비용을 절약하는데 기여할 것이며, 또한 항공기 장비의 국제담보권이 전세계적으로 인정되고 보호 될 것이다.

  • Recently, as interest in personal hygiene has increased due to the community spread of COVID-19 and variant viruses, fixed and potable UV germicidal equipment to sterilize indoor spaces and hand-held UV germicidal equipment to sterilize household items such as masks and mobile phones are continuously being developed and sold. However, the development and sales of the product are difficult because appropriate testing methods have not yet been established. In this situation, if an uncertified product is distributed in the market, it can cause serious harm to consumers. In this study, we investigate the photobiological risks and safety devices against UV exposure of UV germicidal equipment distributed domestically, and propose appropriate test methods for portable UV germicidal equipment based on the research results.

THE PERFOMANCE OF GROUNDBASE MOBILE PLATFORM FOR C-BAND MICROWAVE SCATTEROMETER SYSTEM

  • The procurement of a mobile microwave scatterometer platform involved the consideration to ensure a mobile platform and equipment selected full-filled technical requirement and safety standard in Malaysia. Designing, and modification works involved engineering methodology in determining and selecting a suitable hydraulic telescopic boom that suit a selected mobile platform available locally. The mobile platform is a delivery system for microwave remote sensing microwave scatterometer and other accessories to any locations in Malaysia. Total loading to be carried by the mobile platform is 4500 kg and its overall weight must be 16,000 kg as recommended by hydraulic telescopic boom manufacturers. The telescopic boom will elevate microwave scatterometer system including the antenna to a maximum height of 27 m, and can also be rotated through $3600^{\circ}$. A mechanism is incorporated in the system to enable tracking or monitoring angular movement of the hydraulic telescopic boom when positioned towards predetermined target.

지뢰탐지를 위한 궤도로봇의 설계와 가능성 연구 (Design and Feasibility Study of a Tracked Robot for Landmine Detection)

  • Millions of landmines still have been buried in various countries around the world. Unfortunately, landmines make the correct detection of humanitarian organizations very difficult. For this purpose, new technologies such as improved sensors, efficient manipulators and mobile robots are needed. Our effort is to develop a small mobile robot for landmine detection. The mobile robot consists of sensor module, GPS, RF communications equipment, IR camera, motors, and controllers, etc. This paper describes the current configuration of development in landmine detecting tracked robot. Specifically we are concerned with the sensor module of the mobile robot. Our results show that graphs have measured a small metal instead of a real landmine because of the big danger of students experiments on detection with real landmines.

소비자 선호 관점에서 본 차세대 무선 이동통신 단말기의 미래 (The Future of the New Mobile Telecommunication Terminal in the View of the Consumers' Preferences)

  • In this paper, we estimate consumers' preferences for the key attributes of the future mobile telecommunication terminal using conjoint analysis. For statistical model, we estimate the mixed legit model which can reflect the heterogeneity of consumers' preferences, using the Bayesian approach with Gibbs sampling. The results show that there are large variations in consumers' preferences for the attributes of the future mobile telecommunication terminal, which justifies our using of mixed logit model. Also, the results show that most consumers prefer the medium size display and keyboard as input equipment. Additionally, far from general prediction, the results show that many consumers are indifferent to whether the future mobile telecommunication terminal is able to provide high quality internet service or not, and to operate many application programs and programs originally designed for PC. From those results, we can obtain some important implications for the R&D strategies. Additionally, the results on the heterogeneity of consumers' preferences reveal that it is possible that the complete device convergence may not happen.
