There is an increasing discussion about new teaching and learning methods in smart education environment due to the dissemination of smart devices. In this trend, in order to understand the smart education system, this study analyzed the domestic and foreign cases in K-12 smart education based on CTLA (Creation Teaching Learning Assessment) model through access to educational contents, environments, methods, and its curriculums. The teaching and learning methods in smart education are analyzed in foreign cases, domestic cases, and teaching-learning models presenting the positive part of the currently being implemented smart education and the further research for its improvement. Accordingly this study contributes to the specific formulation and successful realization of smart education.
Multiple objective programming has been a popular research area since 1970. The pervasiveness of multiple objective in decision problems have led to explosive growth during the 1980's. Several approaches (interactive methods, feasible direction methods, criterion weight space methods, Lagrange multiplies methods, etc) have been developed for solving decision problems having multiple objectives. However there are still many mathematically challengings including multiple objective integer, nonlinear optimization problems which require further mathematically oriented research. (omitted)
A number of consumerists and consumer educators have considered making consumer education courses q requrement at the middle & high school level. But in our country school consumer education have been negelected. The purpose of this paper were to: (1) classify the contents of school consumer education into subject areas; (2) conduct the content analysis of related curriculum; (3) provide the specific methods for strengthening the middle & high school consumer education.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate new nurses' needs for intravenous infusion therapy training by analyzing the current training status. Methods: This study examined the needs for intravenous infusion therapy training with 159 new nurses. The measurement tool consisted of 93 items developed based on intravenous therapy-related studies, and was evaluated on a 4-point Likert scale. For data analysis, SPSS/WIN 25.0 was used, and frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, paired t-test, were performed. Results: The demand for intravenous therapy education was analyzed using a questionnaire composed of 8 areas, 16 sub-areas, and 93 items. According to the findings, post-ward placement intravenous therapy education(83.7%) is conducted more often than in preliminary education (72.2%). The demand for intravenous infusion therapy education did not differ significantly in preliminary and post-ward placement education (t=-.89, p=.376). While therapy skills were preferred in preliminary education, there were high demands for education content related to blood transfusion, central venous catheter, and drug use in continuing education. As for preferred teaching methods, lecture (38.2%) and simulation (26.7%) were most answered for preliminary education, while a range of methods were preferred for continuing education including lecture (31.1%), clinical practice (20.6%), preceptor training (19.8%), simulation (16.8%), and self-study (11.6%). Conclusion: For efficient training, it is required to provide different education contents and methods for each stage.

After the fourth industrial revolution came along, SW education to improve creativity and problem-solving ability began in elementary, middle, and high schools first and then in universities as well positively; however, research on the curriculum or what it has to pursue is not yet enough. Here, this study will investigate the current status of SW education provided in software-oriented schools operated in universities and also given as cultural studies in general universities and examines the curriculum or the standard plan for education. In most schools, it is operated as similar subject names, and diverse methods are tried on- and off-line to cultivate computing thinking skills. Also, to study SW education programs that can be operated in the general cultural courses of universities and find out how to utilize them, this author suggests the goal setting, educational contents, and teaching methods for SW education. As follow-up tasks, it will be needed to apply the suggested programs to the field and find out new evaluation methods in order to cultivate creative and convergent persons of ability.
The National Health Promotion Law passed in 1995 was a milestone for initiating a national health promotion program in Korea, and government officers and health professionals are working on how to approach health promotion issues. The purpose of this study was to analyse methods and use of constructivist paradigm in health promotion and education. The health promotion area needs community empowerment, building community partnerships, and community capacity. To meet these health promotion requirements health promotion workforce should be trained through professional preparation programs that contains communication skills, group process skills, and management of programs in advanced countries such as the United States and Australia. Skills and responsibilities of those who are in charge of providing health promotion services have not yet been clearly defined in Korea because the area of health promotion is a multi-academic field, and needs a different approach, constructivist approach. Constructivist paradigm requires relativism, reasoning skills, collaborating, and motivation. These components are needed for community empowerment. Constructivism also has been applied to the field of education. Problem-based education, outcome-based education, performance-based education came from the constructivism. These educational methods are student-centered method. As the modernizing society becomes more complicated, traditional or conventional teacher-centered education cannot meet the needs of students. Students need to learn skills necessary to make healthy decisions with individual value system. So these interactive, self-learning methods can serve much more to the learner. Constructivist educational methods can be applied to educational programs in computers, too. To expand and differentiate the area of health education and health promotion from other health related fields, it is crucial to devote efforts in application and development of constructivist methods.

In order to nurture creative talent in the 21st century knowledge-based society in elementary education software is carried from the year 2018. The educational content and achievement standards to conduct a software education had been made in the 2015. In this study, the recognition of educational software for elementary school teachers 199 people is investigated. Findings are as follows. Elementary education is the first software required, and is lacking in 17 hours. Second, the idea of a common training software education, teaching and learning methods, evaluation methods, how to develop information materials. Environmental problems became bigger and widely known among all parts of the society in the last decade. The broad and sustainable study of the environment is the most basic and primary solution to the problems. For this reason, International Environmental Project Olympiad (INEPO) was organized in 1993. Many countries have participated in this organization. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to revitalize the environmental education and to realize the value of environmental education by making students aware of the environmental problems through the INEPO and Korean Environmental Olympiad (KEO). To achieve these goals, we conducted as follows First, we introduced aims, major contents and rules of the INEPO and grasped problems related to the applying method of students who want to participate in the INEPO in Korea. In addition, we introduced both results of domestic contest for participating in the 14th INEPO and of the 14th INEPO itself opened in 2006. Second, we analysed participants' themes according to project types such as environment-biology, environment-chemistry, environment-physics, environment-health and environment-social sciences from Previous INEPOs. Third, we had interviews with several participants to gather their thoughts on motivation and impression of participation, the reason of theme selection, and the method of environmental education in school, by visiting each booth of INEPO. Finally, we suggested sustainable methods of the KEO to revitalize environmental education, and proposed various methods to revitalize the environmental education through the KEO and INEPO in the primary and secondary schools.

In the 2015 revised curriculum, "creative and convergent talent prize" was presented as a human resource to be pursued by current curriculum. The core competencies that future talent should have are self-management capacity, knowledge information processing capacity, creative thinking capacity, aesthetic capacity, communicative competence, and community competence. The researcher believes that among the six core competencies, the ability to have more attention today is aesthetic capacity and that mathematics education should pursue it. The mathematical teaching methods based on Rudolf Steiner's anthroposophy education theory is an education that actively raises the aesthetic sensitivity of students. Therefore, this study investigates the features of educational methods based on the Steiner's anthroposophy and examines mathematics education methods based on them.
