금속벨트 CVT의 전달함수 도출과 변속비 LQG/LTR 제어 (Transfer Function Derivation and LQG/LTR Speed Ratio Control for a Metal Belt CVT)

  • In this paper, a transfer function was obtained for a PWM high speed solenoid valve controlled metal belt CVT system. The transfer function was defined as the ratio of speed ratio to PWM duty ratio and derived in time domain by linear regression analysis from the experimental results. The transfer function obtained showed different dynamic characteristics for the up and down shift. Also, LQG/LTR controller was designed for the CVT system using the transfer function. It is seen from the experimental results that LQG/LTR control showed good performance for the speed ratio tracking and disturbance rejection. The phase difference and relatively slow response are considered due to the inaccuracy os the transfer functions, which resulted from the inherent nonlinearities of the transmission characteristics of the metal belt CVT.

초경날식 절삭형 완패스정미기의 개발 (Development of One-Pass Rice Whitener with Cutting Blades of Hard Metal)

  • A one-pass rice whitener with hard metal blades was developed to solve the problems of the existing one-pass rice whitener. The developed one-pass rice whitener was tested and improved through various milling experiments. It showed high performance such as the capacity of 3.5 t/h, the energy consumption of $1.0 kWh/100kg$, milled rice recovery of 91.6%, broken rice rate of 2.2%, the crack rate of 1.9% at the 750 rpm of the roller shaft, compared with those other domestic and foreign one-pass rice whiteners. Especially, it could whiten broun rice of high moisture (16~l7%) with water sprayed at low internal pressure of less than $0.2 kg/cm^2$ and low temperature due to the characteristics of the cutting part composed of 24 hard metal blades. The developed one-pass rice whitener was industrilized and distributed to some rice processing complexs in one fourth price compared with that of imported one-pass rice whiteners.

메탈젯용 PZT 액츄에이터 제어기 성능향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Performance Improvement of PZT Actuator Controller for Metal Jet)

  • A metal jet printing system based on ink jet printing technique is one of the effective equipments for manufacturing elements of display devices, electrical devices, information processing systems, and so on. In order to develop an actuator of the metal jet printing system, bimorph type PZT actuator(length 25.2mm, width 7.2mm, thickness 0.5mm, shim thickness 0.2mm) and its controller(voltage range $\pm24v$, built-in fast recovery diode) were suggested and investigated. Performance tests and characteristic analysis, such as displacement, force, hysteresis and frequency, were carried out. The results show that the suggested actuator and controller are suitable for the metal jet printing system.

V-벤딩 금형에서 박판 소재의 실험과 해석을 통한 스프링 백 비교 고찰 (A comparative study of experiment and analysis of sheet matal in V-bending)

  • When the product is removed from the mold after molding during the sheet metal molding process, elastic recovery causes a springback phenomenon. Much research has been done to minimize this phenomenon. In this study, V-bending experiments were conducted using galvanized steel sheets, stainless steel, and aluminum sheet materials, using a total of nine types of thin sheet materials of 1.0t, 1.5t, and 2.0t, respectively. Molding analysis and experimental data were compared and analyzed. In the case of galvanized steel sheets, it was considered that the springback phenomenon occurs more frequently in molding analysis than in experiments. It was considered that the springback phenomenon occurs greatly in the experiment, not the interpretation of the molding of the stainless steel plate and the aluminum plate. It was considered that the springback occurrence tendency of the molding analysis and the experiment was the same, and the springback occurrence error rate of the molding analysis and the experimental result was about 4.0%.

하수슬러지 소각재 중의 인 회수방법의 사례 연구 (Reviews on the Phosphorus Recovery from Incinerated Sewage Sludge Ash)

  • 본 연구는 하수슬러지 소각재에 비교적 높은 함량으로 존재하는 인을 회수하기 위한 국내외 사례를 조사한 문헌연구로서 습식방법 및 열화학적 방법에 의한 인의 회수 및 중금속 제거와 관련한 실험조건과 영향인자 등을 논의하였다. 하수슬러지 소각재의 인 회수 기술 상용화를 위해서는 인 회수과정에서 발생되는 폐수, 잔재물의 처분, 첨가 약품과 에너지 소모의 최소화 등 전체 시스템의 경제성 측면에서 소각시설과 연계한 집적처리공정이 바람직할 것으로 판단된다.

  • 석탄화력발전 부산물인 석탄회의 희유 금속 재활용을 위한 기반 연구로서 9개 발전소의 석탄회를 대상으로 화학적 및 광물학적 특성을 분석하였다. 석탄회의 희유원소 화학조성은 전반적으로 셰일의 평균 조성과 부합하며, 국외 석탄회와 차이도 거의 없다. 그러나 국산 무연탄 비산재와 수입 유연탄 비산재는 무기원소 조성에서 약간의 차이가 있으며, 무연탄 비산재의 미연 탄소 함유량이 매우 높다. 바닥재와 비교하여 친황원소들이 비산재에 부화되는 경향이 있다. 규산염 유리가 주요 고상이며, 석영, 일라이트(백운모), 멀라이트, 자철석, 생석회, 경석고가 광물로 함유되어 있다. 규산염 유리는 Al과 Si가 주성분이고, Ca, Fe, K, Mg가 다양한 비율로 함유되어 있다. 규산염 유리는 다공성 구형 또는 비정형 부석질 입자들이며, 흔히 잔존 광물이나 산화철구, 또는 다른 유리입자들과 융접되어 있다. 산화철구 입자는 급속 성장한 산화철 미세 입자와 유리 기질로 구성되어 있다. 석탄회로부터 유가 금속 재활용을 위해서는 이상의 화학조성, 미세조직, 광물학적 특성들이 고려되어야 한다.

전기로 제강 슬래그에서 자력선별에 의한 지금의 회수 (A Study on the Recovery of a Metalic Fe-particle from the Steelmaking E.A.F. Slag by the Magnetic Separation)

  • I사의 전기로 제강 슬래그(이하 슬래그)는 상당량의 금속철(metal Fe)과 wustite(FeO), magnetite(Fe$_3$O$_4$), gehlenite(${CaAl}_{2}{SiO}_{7}$) 및 monticellite(CaMgSiO$_4$)등으로 구성된다. 슬래그에 함유된 금속철(Fe 품위: 95%이상)을 회수하기 위해서는 금속철을 단ㄱ체로 분리시키는 것이 바람직하며, 매립으로 활용할 수밖에 없는 슬래그를 단계적으로 파쇄하면 대부분의 금속철은 구상의 단체로 분리된다. 구상의 단체인 금속철의 크기에 따라 흡인되는 자장의 세기를 측정하면 금속철이 흡인되는 최소 자장의 세기는 약 100G로 거의 일정하다. 다단계로 파쇄한 슬래그를 100G의 자장에서 회수한 산물은 95%이상의 철분이 함유된 금속철이었으나, 자장의 세기를 증가시키면 철의 산화물 및 알칼리 토금속류의 화합물등도 함께 회수되므로 품위가 저하된다. 따라서 매립되는 슬래그를 다단계로 파쇠하고, 각 입도에서 100G로 자선하면 파쇄된 슬래그에 함유된 대부분의 금속철을 회수할 수 있다. I사에서 매립하는 35만톤의 슬래그를 다단계로 파쇄하는 경우에, 30~4.7mm의 입도에서는 매립되는 전체 슬래그중의 약 0.73%인 2천 5백톤 정도의 금속철이 100G의 자장에서 회수될 수 있고, 4.7~0.3mm서도 약 1.2%인 4천 2백톤 정도가 회수될 수 있다. 그러므로 자력선별로 회수할 수 있는 금속철은 매립되는 슬래그중의 약 1.9%인 6천 7백톤 정도가 된다.

저분자 유기산에 의한 중금속 오염토양의 복원 (Remediation of Contaminated Soil with Heavy Metal Using Low Molecular Weight Organic Acids)

  • For the remediation of the contaminated soil with heavy metals, Cd, Cr, Cu, and Pb, the reaction parameters were optimized. Tartaric acid (TA) and oxalic acid(OA) as a washing agent and recovery of metals, The optimum washing conditions of TA and OA were in the ratio of 1 : 20 between soil and acid solution during 2hr reaction under unbuffered pH solutions. At the optimized reaction conditions, the removal efficiencies were compared with that of 0.1 M HCl and ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA). TA showed higher efficiency on the removal of Pb than that of EDTA, which established for the remediation of contaminated soil with Pb and Cd metals. The recovery of metal ions from washing solution was achieved by adding calcium hydroxide and sodium sulfide by forming the precipitation of metal hydroxide and metal slfied. Optimum amounts of sodium sulgide and calcium hydroxide were Cd = 25g/$\ell$, Cu = 5~10g/$\ell$ and Pb = 5~10g/$\ell$ for the washing solution of OA and 2~5g/$\ell$ for the washing solution of TA, respectively. The amounts of $Na_2S$ and $CA(OH)_2$ for the tartaric acid was less than that of oxalic acid.

박판재의 스프링백 해석(I)-잔류 변형율에 근거한 해석모델 (Analysis of Springback of Sheet Metal(I): Analytical Model Based on the Residual Differential Strain)

  • As the springback of sheet metal during unloading may cause deviation from a desired shape, accurate prediction of springback is essential for the design of sheet stamping operations. When considering the case of a sheet metal being bent to radius $\rho$ that is such that the maximum stress induced exceed the elastic limit of the material, plastic strain in the outer surface will occur and the material will take a permanent set: but since, on removing the bending moment, the recovery of the material is not uniform across the thickness, springback will occur and the radius $\rho$ will not be maintained. Furthermore, when a tensile load being applied to each end of specimen, the tensile stress due to bending is increased and the compressive stress is decreased or cancelled and eventually the whole specimen may be in varying degree of tension. On the removal of the applied load the specimen loses its elastic strain by contracting around the contour of the block, the radius $\rho$ will be determined by the residual differential strain. Therefore in this study the springback is analytically estimated by the residual differential strains between upper and lower surfaces of greatest radius after elastic recovery, and a springback model based on the bending moment is also analytically derived for comparison purpose.

에어로졸 증착한 세라믹/금속 복합막의 금속 함량에 따른 습도 감지 특성 연구 (Study of Humidity Sensing Properties Related to Metal Content of Aerosol Deposited Ceramic/Metal Composite Films)

  • Controlling ambient humid condition through high performance humidity sensors has become important for various fields, including industrial process, food storage, and the preservation of historic remains. Although aerosol deposited humidity sensors using ceramic BaTiO3 (BT) material have been widely studied because of their longtime stability, there remain critical disadvantages, such as low sensitivity, low linearity, and slow response/recovery time in case of the sensors fabricated at room temperature. To achieve superior humidity sensing properties even at room temperature condition, BT-Cu composite films utilizing aerosol deposition (AD) process have been proposed based on the percolation theory. The BT-Cu composite films showed gradually improved sensing properties until the Cu concentration reached 15 wt% in the composite film. However, the excessive Cu (above 30 wt%) containing BT-Cu composite films showed a rapid decrease of the sensing properties. The results of observed surface morphology of the AD fabricated composite films, to figure out the metal filler effect, showed correlation between surface topography as well as size and the amount of open pores according to the metal filler content. Overall, it is very important not only dielectric constant of the humidity sensing films but also microstructures, because they affect either the variation range of capacitance by ambient humidity or adsorption/desorption of ambient humidity onto/from the humidity sensing films.
