소규모사업장에서의 근로자 위장질환 관리 프로그램의 효과 (Effects of the Program for Correction of Eating Habits to Prevent Digestive Disorders of Workers in Small Workplace)

  • The purpose of this study, as a project for health management at small workplace by Korean association of occupational health nurse, was to evaluate the program for correction of eating habits to prevent digestive disorders of workers. The study cases were twenty nine workers who voluntarily participated in the above program and they were from small(under fifty employees) workplace at Youngdeungpo-gu, Seoul. The study was done between January, 2000 and May, 2000. This program was concerned with daily menu for correction of eating habits and was composed of individual health education and distributing guide books and video. Nurses visited the workplace for the program once a week or two weeks. The result of this program was evaluated by paired t-test of digestive symptoms, eating habits, and self-efficacy before and after the fulfillment of the program. The result could be summarized as below. 1) There were decrease in digestive symptoms and improvement in eating habits and self-efficacy from study cases after fulfillment of the program. 2) The most common digestive symptoms were heartburn, upper abdominal pain, indigestion. The symptom which had been improved through the program were indigestion, heartburn and anorexia in the order. 3) The most improved eating habit was to eat flat foods instead of salty and spicy foods. The most improved self-efficacy was 'I can follow any helpful guides for my health'. The result indicated the program was successful for workers at small workplace. The continual management by nurses' regular visit once a week or two weeks was the most important thing for the successful program.

패밀리 레스토랑 이용고객의 제휴 할인카드 사용 성향이 브랜드 에쿼티와 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Propensity Effect of Using Alliance Discount Cards on Brand Equity and Satisfaction of Family Restaurant Users)

  • The purpose of this study was to look into how alliance discount cards affect customers using family restaurants by analyzing and identifying the difference in brand equity and satisfaction according to the propensity of using alliance discount cards. For this purpose, 407 customers who have used family restaurants completed a questionnaire survey. The study findings indicated that (1) there were significant differences in brand equity and satisfaction according to the propensity to use alliance discount cards. Moreover, it was found that groups with a strong propensity to use alliance discount cards had higher brand equity and satisfaction than groups that did not; also, (2) it was found that there were significant differences in brand equity and satisfaction according to the intensity of dependency on alliance discount cards. The group with strong loyalty to alliance discount cards went beyond the level of strong propensity to use alliance discount cards, of preference, and of use, which were previously proposed. This study implied that from mid-to long-term perspectives, it was necessary to operate a policy for more active alliance discounts as well as to ensure sufficient options for partnership benefits. Furthermore, it was essential to maintain the menu and service quality of restaurants, which were intrinsic factors for elevating brand equity and satisfaction in restaurants among dining customers.

미국산 쇠고기 선택속성의 중요도-만족도 분석 - 서울.수도권 대학생을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Selection Attributes regarding American Beef by Importance-Performance Analysis -Focused on the University Students in Seoul and Gyeonggi Area-)

  • The purpose of the study is to examine the importance and performance degrees between Selection Attributes of American beef by IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) for university students in Seoul and Gyeonggi Area. A total of 590 questionnaires were distributed, and 481 questionnaires were used in the study (81.5% of response rate). According to the IPA results of 12 selection attributes for American beef, the selection attributes with relatively low satisfaction but high importance(II quadrant) were 'country of origin', 'safety', 'cleanliness and hygiene'. The factor to be improved relatively through to the results of IPA was consumer confidence factor ('country of origin', 'safety', 'cleanliness and hygiene') and it was confirmed that university students had a low satisfaction in large degrees compared to the significance of American beef. Therefore, recovery of consumer confidence of American beef is urgent as well as the need to increase satisfaction of consumers. From now on, based on these results, it is considered that many efforts are necessary to increase the trust of consumers by planting awareness that American beef is safe by setting institutional conditions to vitalize purchase of American beef. Moreover, it is considered that these efforts would be significant for the vitalization of restaurants with beef as their main menu, and vitalization of consumption of Korean beef as well as American beef henceforth.

법학전문도서관 웹사이트의 콘텐츠 분석 (The Analysis of Contents on the Law School Library Websites)

  • 2009년 법학전문대학원의 개원에 따라 교육기관의 한 곳으로서 25곳의 법학전문도서관들이 개관하였으며, 현재 이용자들에게 시 공간의 제약을 받지 않고 서비스하기 위해 많은 법학전문도서관들은 자관의 웹사이트를 구축하여 운영하고 있다. 이 시점에서 본 연구는 효율적인 법학전문도서관 웹사이트의 콘텐츠를 설계하기 위한 방안을 모색해보았다. 분석결과, 별도의 법학전문도서관 웹사이트를 구축하여 운영하고 있는 곳은 21곳(84%)이었으며, 이 중에서 법학전문도서관의 역할에 준하며 법학과 관련된 특성화된 콘텐츠를 제공하고 있는 웹사이트는 15곳(71%)이었다. 또한 법학전문도서관 웹사이트의 메뉴를 통해 콘텐츠 구성 현황을 분석함으로써 법학전문도서관에서 제공되어야하는 콘텐츠 구성 요소를 7개의 항목으로 제시하였다.

  • In this paper we have implemented and tested TPN which is system to supply sufficent nutrition to nutritionally deficient patient by means of ES (expert system) a kind of A.1 (artificial intelligence) . This system affords to evaluation of nutritional state of patient which is essential to physi- cian. who performs TPN, decision of performing TPN and management of patient-data & calculation of information needing to making TPN fluid. The features were as follolv 1. we input data, take ideal weight of patient and 24hr's creatlnln In urine according to chart in system compare TSF (triceps skin fold), MAC (mid-arm circumference), AMC (arm muscle circumference) to 5th, 15th, 50th percentile and evaluate the nutritional state of patient. 2. Calculation of protein & nonprotein calorie needing to treament of patient can be made exactly by stress factor, activity factor and body temperature. 3. patient's personal recording needing to management of patient date name of chief doc- tor, name of department of admission, chart number, history can by taken very easily. 4. The way of system operating is pull-down Menu one, It can be processing very efficiently. 5. Date processing in system, we can manage memory volume of computer verlr efficiently using of dynamic allocation variables. 6. We can make it very easy to edit & revise the input data, processed data is saved to diskette in 2 files (TDF, THF) , these are semipermanent preservation.

건강가정지원센터의 교육프로그램 운영 실태에 관한 조사 (Research about the Education Program of the Healthy Family-Support Center(HFSC))

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the educational program that is offered on the information menu in the homepage (Familynet) of the Healthy Family-Support Center (HFSC) and suggest developmental directions. For this purpose, first, it deduced that the managerial principles of the education program, from related theories, are included in the family-system, family-structure, family-structure analysis, family life-cycle and ecological system theories. Second, it analyzed the educational programs of 44 local centers that are connected to the homepage (familynet.or.kr) of HFSC. Finally, it suggested developmental directions for managerial improvements of educational programs. As a result, the most popular part in the educational program was parent education, especially the visiting-father education program. The number of couple-related education programs were fewer than those for parent education, because it is difficult for couples to be present at the same time. Family and Self-Cognition programs cover insufficient contents in the parent-education program. Though total program in familylife education is quite large, the number of programs in each separate part is far too small for such a wide subject. So, each part in the program should be made more sufficient. Finally, it suggested the development of an evaluation system and a coaching process as special services for families that are in different development stages and have different family experiences, resources, needs and goals.

군 급식에서 배식서비스에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors Related to Foodservice Satisfaction in Military Foodservice)

  • This study was intended to investigate and analyze the satisfaction of military meals service which was recognized by air force soldiers who were familiar to the society's meals service, and to make suggestions for the analysis results. For the study, the questionnaire survey was conducted for 460 air force soldiers who performed military duties in Chungcheong area for 23 days from June 3, 2003 to June 26, 2003. Total 460 copies of questionnaire were distributed. But, among them, 431 questionnaires except 29 copies which included dishonest and untrustful answers were analyzed for the study. In terms of the soldiers' rank in demographical characteristics, 43.2% (186 respondents) of total respondents were the airman first class, and 29.7% (128 soldiers) of total respondents were the airman second class. In terms of an education level, 66.1% (285 respondents) of total respondents had the undergraduate school or higher education level. Also, in terms of the growth area, 56.8% (245 respondents) of total respondents came from large cities. Among 20 items about the military meals service, in the question of cooking soldier's kindness degree, respondents answered that they were satisfied with the cooking solders' kindness at a medial level. The survey showed the average 2.95 in this item. The satisfaction level of actions taken at the lack of foods, was 2.94 on the average. Respondents answered that the soldiers' satisfaction on the actions taken at loss of foods was in the medial level. The average was 2.94 and respondents answered that this satisfaction was in the average level. In the item of daily menu placement, the average was 3.19. respondents showed the little higher satisfaction than the average. As the result of investigating whether the castor's seasoning materials were frequently replaced, there was the satisfaction of average level with 3.00 on the average. The satisfaction level of hot foods' temperature was 3.52 on the average. Respondents answered that they were relatively satisfied with the hot foods' temperature preservation. Also, the survey indicated that the nutritional satisfaction had the most influence.

전자무역 사이트의 웹사용성 요인이 고객만족과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Electronic Trade's Web Site Usability on the User Satisfaction and Customer Royalty)

  • 본 연구는 웹사이트의 사용성과 전자무역 웹사이트의 기존연구를 통해 사용성 요인을 도출하고 웹 사이트 사용성 요인이 사용자만족도를 매개로 전자무역 사이트에 대한 고객충성도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 실증연구를 통해 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서의 실증분석 결과에 대한 논의와 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 네비게이션, 정보구조특성, 상호작용성으로 나타났다. 즉, 전자무역사이트 이용자는 제공되는 정보서비스나 기능적 중요성, 시각적 배치, 배너나 메뉴 구성보다는 이용자가 얼마나 편리하게 원하는 정보에 접근할 수 있는지, 사이트에서 제공하는 다양한 정보를 통해 다음 화면에 연결성에 대해서 충분히 예측할 수 있을 정도의 편리성에 더 중요성을 부여하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 이용자들은 사이트가 제공하는 인터페이스의 웹디자인 기술이 과거에 비해 향상되었고 이에 대한 사용자들의 이용수준도 높아져서 컨텐츠와 외관의 요인은 사이트 이용에 있어 큰 영향을 미치지 못하는데서 기인한다고 여겨진다. 또한, 고객과의 원활한 커뮤니케이션도 사이트를 이용하는데 있어 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 사이트 이용자의 만족은 고객충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 기존 연구의 분석결과를 뒷받침하고 있다. 이는 사이트의 편리성, 다양한 정보의 신뢰성, 고객과의 커뮤니케이션의 원활성 등 사이트에서 제공되는 서비스를 통해 만족을 얻게 되는 사용자는 재방문으로 이어지고 있음을 알 수 있다.

  • 최근의 건설공사는 대형화되고 있고 복잡한 시설물들을 포함하고 있으며, 공사비와 공기관리를 위해 프로젝트관리시스템(PMIS)을 적용하고 있다. 국토해양부에서도 산하 공공 발주공사의 사업관리를 위해 건설 CALS 시스템을 사용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 사용중에 있는 건설 CALS 시스템의 세부 기능 분석을 통해 적용 문제점을 도출하여 실무 활용성을 확대할 수 있는 개선 기능을 제시하고 있다. 국토해양부 산하 5개청에서 발주되는 공사는 모두 건설 CALS 시스템을 PMIS 대용으로 사용하고 있으나, 사용 기능은 제한적이고 소수의 실무진에 의해서만 활용되고 있고, 특히 CALS에 사용되는 각종 공사정보가 단편적 수치 정보로 구성되어 관리자의 정보 이해도 및 수준별 활용도가 저하되어 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 본 연구에서는 CALS 시스템의 활용성 확대를 위한 새로운 기능들의 구성방안과 정보시각화를 위해 세부 기능별로 4D 객체 연동 방안을 제시하고 있다.

기록관 웹사이트 검색어의 분석과 활용 - 대통령기록관을 중심으로 - (Analysis and Utilization of Search Terms in Archival Web Sites: A Case Study of Korean Presidential Archives)

  • 본 연구에서는 기록관 웹사이트의 검색어 분석 결과를 이용자들에 대한 기록 정보서비스에 효과적으로 활용할 수 있을지 알아보고자 하였다. 특히 검색어 분석을 콘텐츠서비스 등 기록정보서비스 개발의 한 방법론으로 검토해보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 공기록관이자 주제기록관으로서 일반 이용자들의 폭넓은 관심을 끌만한 특징을 가지고 있는 대통령기록관의 검색어 데이터를 수집하여 분석하였다. 대통령기록관의 웹사이트 검색어 분석 결과는 (1) 일반 검색어 분석; (2) 대통령 이름별 분석; (3) 검색어 주제 영역 분석 등 세 가지로 제시되었다. 검색어 분석 결과는 콘텐츠서비스 및 웹사이트 메뉴 설정, 전시, 교육 등 다양한 서비스에 실질적으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다.
