Objective : UMLS is 'Ontology' which establishes the database for medical terminology by gathering various medical vocabularies representing same fundamental concepts. Method : Although Chinese character are represented in the Chinese part of Korean Unicode system in a computer, writing of Chinese characters is vary depending on Chinese input systems and Chinese writers' levels of knowledge. As the result of this, representation of Chinese writing in a computer will be considerably different from an old Chinese document. Therefore, a meaningful relationship between digital Chinese terminology and translated Korean is necessary in order to build Ontology for Chinese medical terms from Oriental medical prescription in a computer system. Result : This research will present 1:1 mapping information among the Chinese characters used in the Oriental medical prescription with analysis of 'same character different sound' and 'same meaning different shape' in Chinese part of Unicode systems. Conclusions : Furthermore, the research will provide top-down menu of relationship between Chinese term and Korean term in medical prescription with assumption of that the Oriental medical prescription has its own unique meaning.

본 연구는 전통의학 분야의 지식자원을 보호 활용하기 위하여 고의학 서적의 필사본을 확보하여 손망실을 방지함과 동시에 서지학적, 어학적, 한의학적 접근을 통하여 고의학 서적의 관리 체계 수립 및 지원시스템을 구축하는데 목표를 두고 있으며 선택된 필사본을 위주로 국역화, DB화 및 전자문서화를 구축하여 향 후 다양한 활용 가치를 제고하고 필사본의 처방 지식의 온톨로지 구축 방법을 제시하여 전통의학문헌의 복원 및 형상화를 설계함과 아울러 다학제간의 연구 시스템을 통한 고의학 서적의 내용을 정리 분석하여 의학적 유용성을 평가하고 현대적인 재해석을 통해 기초 및 임상에서의 실용화 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 한방의료기관의 효율적인 고객정보관리와 분석을 위해 기존의 OCS, EMR, ERP 시스템을 통합.연계한 온톨로지 기반의 한방의료 고객관리 시스템을 설계하였다. 온톨로지 기법을 이용함으로써 고객들을 차별화하여 고객 데이터를 바탕으로 고객의 특성과 건강 상황에 따라 개인화된 한방의료 정보서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 의료전문 시스템 도입을 통한 고객관리 프로세스 표준화에 의해 고객관리, 홍보/마케팅, 서비스관리, 통계/분석의 4가지 한방의료 고객관리시스템 프레임을 설계하였다.

본 논문에서는 시간 개념이 포함된 역사적 지식을 표현할 수 있는 사건 온톨로지(event ontology) 기반의 역사 온톨로지 모형인 Y-HisOnto 를 제안한다. 제안한 역사 온톨로지 모형은 기존의 온톨로지에서 사용되는 이진 관계(binary-relationship)로 표현된 단편적 지식들을 조합하여 다진 관계(n-ary relationship)를 이용하여 역사적 사건 관련 지식을 표현한다. 제안한 온톨로지 모형에 기반하여 사건 중심의 지식을 온톨로지로 구축하고, 사건 관련 질의에 대해 온톨로지 논리 검색 실험을 수행함으로써 제안한 온톨로지 모형이 Q&A 시스템에서 효과적으로 활용될 수 있음을 확인한다.

Objectives : In order to select the key factors of formulae and to identify the relationship of formulae with comparing these factors. Methods : We selected the five key factors that the source, the name of formula, the efficacy, the constituent herbs, and the capacity of herbs. When we compared between two formulae with five key factors, there was 32 cases. So we investigated the example which is corresponded to each cases and analyzed the relationship of formulae. Results : Among the 32 cases, analyzed two formulae was same in 8 cases, altered from same formula in different ways in 14 cases, and different with each other in 20 cases. Conclusions : These five key factors play a decisive role to comparing formulae and analyzing the relationship of them. So these factors and the relationship of formulae would be considerated to construct formula ontology.

간호사는 NANDA, NIC, NOC과 같은 간호과정의 표준 가이드라인에 따라 간호 실무를 수행하고, 간호과정에 대한 정보를 전자의무기록 시스템에 기록하고 있다. 특히, NANDA는 간호진단 분류체계로써 간호진단의 추상적인 개념을 나타내고 있어, 상세한 간호진단 내용의 표현에 어려움이 있다. 그로 인해, 국내 병원에서는 자체적으로 간호진단 목록을 정의하여 사용하고 있으나, 이들은 표준이 적용되지 않아 간호기록의 전산화가 어려운 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 NANDA와 SNOMED-CT와 같은 표준 용어체계를 참조하여 간호진단 개념을 표현하기 위한 온톨로지로 구축 방법론을 제시한다. 제안한 방법은 각 병원 및 분야에서 주로 사용하는 간호진단 목록을 체계적으로 구축함으로써 의료정보 시스템 간의 상호운용이 가능하고 지식의 확장이 용이하도록 한다. 제안한 방법에 따라 경북대학교병원의 여성건강 간호기록 진술문을 분석하고, 간호진단 정보의 추출 및 정련을 통해 112개의 간호진단 용어를 생성하였다. 그리고 이 용어를 이용하여 여성건강 간호진단 온톨로지를 구축하였고, 전문가 평가 및 실험을 통해 개발한 온토롤지의 타당도와 실용성을 확인하였다.

Objectives : To examine changes in Korean Medicine during Japanese occupation through major Joseoneo dictionaries. Methods : Based on the Keun Sajeon, published in 1957 by the Korean Language Society, the most recently published among the major dictionaries under Japanese occupation, key Korean Medical terminology in the Joseoneo Sajeon, published in 1920 by the governor-general of Joseon, and the Joseoneo Sajeon, published in 1938 by Mun Seyeong were analyzed. The differences among the dictionaries provided insight into the situation which Korean Medicine was in. Results : 1) There was a lack of consistency among Korean Medical terminology. 2) Changes in medical policies and legislation were reflected in the Korean Medical terminology without much delay. 3) Korean Medicine was distinguished as a separate category in the Keun Sajeon for the first time. 4) With the exception of Korean Medicine specific terminology, most were explained using 'modern' concepts and ontology. Conclusions : Modernization lead by the Japanese splintered many areas of Joseon society, and Korean Medicine was no exception. This transition period as reflected in the terminology within the Joseoneo dictionaries show that Korean Medicine went through a process of regulation by changes in medical policies and legislation, while new, modern studies brought in by the Japanese started replacing language and ontology of pre-occupation Joseon. A look into Korean Medicine during Japanese occupation through Joseoneo dictionaries allows us to examine the connection between Korean Medicine and the more broader historical context in which it was situated.

생체신호 데이터의 의미와 그들 간의 연관관계를 정의하여 새로운 정보를 획득할 수 있는 형태의 모델링방법으로 온톨로지가 제시되고 있다. 온톨로지를 이용하여 생체신호 데이터를 지속적으로 관리함으로써 생체 신호 데이터의 체계적이고 논리적으로 표현이 가능하고, 이는 나아가 의료정보, 건강서비스 등 다양한 분야에서 질적으로 향상된 서비스를 제공하게 해주는 지식 자원으로 활용된다. 하지만 현재로는 생체 신호간의 연관 관계 중요성에 비해서 관련 연구가 활발하게 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 생체 신호간의 연관관계를 찾아서 정의하고, 생체정보간의 의미표현이 필요하다. 그러기 위해서는 다양한 생체정보간의 연관 관계를 통해 체계적이고 구조화 된 정보를 만드는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 생체정보를 체계적이고 구조화 된 도메인 지식으로 활용하기 위한 모델로써 온톨로지를 이용하여 생체정보 온톨로지를 구축하고, 시나리오를 통해서 생체정보 온톨로지의 유용성을 검증하였다.

본 논문에서는 최근 네트워크를 이용한 온라인 원격 진료 서비스가 논의되고 있는 시점에 맞춰 환자에게 적합한 의료기관을 매칭하는 개인 맞춤형 의료서비스 지원 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템을 설계하기 위해 개인 맞춤형 의료서비스 지원 시스템의 요구사항을 파악하여 데이터를 표준화하였고 서버와 클라이언트 구조로 아키텍처를 설계하였다. 또한 설계한 시스템을 구현하기 위해 서버와 클라이언트, 온톨로지 저장소의 구조를 정의하고 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 설계 및 구현한 개인 맞춤형 의료서비스 지원 시스템을 테스트하기 위해 가정 사항과 시나리오를 작성하여 테스트를 수행한 결과 환자 증상을 선택하면 선택된 증상별로 진료과가 추론이 되고 환자가 원하는 의료기관의 항목에 따라 1차 추론되 진료과에 맞는 의료기관이 추론이 되는 것을 확인하였다.

This paper has been forged to suggest 'Medical Information Searching System'. This system sets itself to conduct searching of medical information stored in a wide variety of medical institutions. This system aims to suggest a flexible, compatible and effective standard on medical information searching through this. So, In this paper, we present a framework to help medical institutions search the requiring medical information in conjunction with analysis on 'medical information request'.
