Creative Imitation as Catch-up Strategy: A Business Model

  • Catch-up is a well-known and familiar terminology for innovation scholars in developing countries such as Taiwan, Korea and China. The strategy, however, is too difficult to perform in each industry. This study looks into a catch-up strategy that Apple and Xiaomi used and examines the results on the creative imitation of business model in the smartphone industry. It is quite surprising that even Apple is based on catch-up strategy. They wanted to catch-up Nokia. Our case study shows that these two companies quickly caught up with the leaders, and the common feature of their strategy is characterized as creative imitation of business model. Creative imitation of business model is different from creative imitation of innovation. Furthermore, this research confirms that the creative imitation of business model leads to aggressive creative innovation.

Effects of the Attributes of Mobile Shopping Apps on Purchase Intention of Fashion Products

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the attributes of mobile shopping apps on the purchase intention of fashion products in the steadily growing mobile commerce market and analyze the mediation effect of shopping flow. Research design, data and methodology : In this study, a survey was conducted on users in their 20s to 50s who had experience of fashion products via mobile shopping apps. The questionnaire was analyzed on the final 507. The research issues were verified using Frequency analysis, Exploratory factor analysis, Reliability analysis, Confirmatory factor analysis, and Structural equation model. Results : Among the attributes of mobile shopping apps, reliability, enjoyment and ease of use were found to have a significant impact on shopping flow and fashion product purchase intention, while shopping flow had a significant impact on fashion product purchase intention. Product diversity and usefulness of shopping apps didn't show a significant effect. After examining the mediation effect, reliability, enjoyment, and ease of use were shown to have indirect effects by showing partial mediation effects. Conclusions : Studies show that consumers are not putting much emphasis on how diverse a product line is available and how useful a mobile shopping app is when they shop for fashion products on mobile devices. Factors that affect consumers' purchase intention are reliability, enjoyment and ease of use of shopping apps. These results shows that it is important to provide reliable information about fashion products, provide reliability to customers by setting up means for safe transactions, and provide a wider variety of services and information to make using the mobile shopping app enjoyable. In addition, there is a need to make it easy to find a fashion product that consumers like and make it easy to purchase when consumers find out fashion products that they like, and to configure how to use the app easily. Consequently, consumers become immersed in shopping which is also able to improve consumers' purchase intention on fashion products when a reliable, enjoyable and easy to use mobile shopping app is provided.

대학생이 지각한 부모의 심리적 통제가 전위공격성에 미치는 영향 : 내면화된 수치심과 거부민감성의 매개효과 (The Influences of Parental Psychological Control on Displaced Aggression -Mediating Effects of Internalized Shame and Rejection Sensitivity-)

  • 본 연구는 대학생이 지각하는 부모의 심리적 통제와 전위공격성의 관계에서 내면화된 수치심과 거부민감성의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위한 연구대상은 대학생 406명이었으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS, AMOS, Mplus를 사용하여 기술통계분석, 상관분석, 구조방정식, 이중매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 첫째, 부모의 심리적 통제, 내면화된 수치심, 거부민감성, 전위공격성은 모두 정적상관을 나타내었다. 둘째, 내면화된 수치심은 부모의 심리적 통제와 전위공격성 관계에서 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 거부민감성은 부모의 심리적 통제와 전위공격성의 관계에서 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 내면화된 수치심과 거부민감성은 부모의 심리적 통제와 전위공격성의 관계에서 이중매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 상황과 대상에 대해 과도하게 공격성을 나타내는 대학생들에 대한 이해를 높이고 전위공격성을 다루는 상담 장면에서 활용 할 수 있을 것이다.

다중온톨로지의 에이전트 통신 (Agent Communication with Multiple Ontologies)

  • 본 논문에서는 이종 분산 지식기반 시스템을 구축하는데에 온톨로지가 어떤 역할을 하는지에 대해 논의한다. 먼저 다중 에이전트 시스템 기반 지식 공유와 재사용의 구조물인 지식사회에서 온톨로지와 에이전트간 관계를 논의하는데 온톨로지는 각 에이전트에 있어 지식사회에 연결되기 위한 최소한의 요구조건이다. 둘째로 지식사회에서 온톨로지가 어떻게 사용되고 있는가를 보여주기 위해 온톨로지에 의한 중재를 설명한다. 중재자라 불리는 특별한 에이전트는 주소가 없는 메시지들을 분석해서 온톨로지와 상의하고 온톨로지와 에이전트간 관계를 참고로 해서 수신후보 에이전트들을 추론한다. 셋째, 개념화 방식을 나타낼 수 있는 각 상황들의 결합으로서 온톨로지를 모델링한다. 상황통합을 의미하는 결합상황 혹은 상황선택을 의미하는 범주 상황으로서 상황들이 결합된다. 상황에 의한 온톨로지는 실세계 현상에 대한 이종 다중 기술을 허용하기 때문에 이종 지식기반시스템에게는 적합하다. 또한 다중상황을 해석하는 방식으로서 메시지 번역을 보여준다. 번역에이전트는 상황들의 종속성을 분석하여 어떤 상황을 가진 메시지를 다른 상황을 가진 메시지로 번역할 수 있다. 에이전트들을 쉽고 자연스럽게 구축하기 위해서 메시지의 중재와 번역은 중요한데 각 에이전트에 대하여 다른 에이전트들에 대한 지식이 덜 요청되기 때문이다.

Facilitator Psychological Constructs for Mammography Screening among Iranian Women

  • Background: While many researchers often use a theoretical framework for mammogram repeat interventions, it seems they do not apply an identified mediation analysis method. The aim of this study was to determine the mediators of mammogram replication behavior in two tailored interventions for non-adherent Iranian women. Materials and Methods: A sample population of 184 women over 50 years old in Sanandaj, Iran, was selected for an experiment. Participants were randomly allocated into one of the three conditions: 1) an intervention based on the Health Belief Model (HBM) 2) an intervention based on an integration of the HBM and selected constructs from the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), and 3) a control group. Constructs were measured before the intervention, and after a 6-month follow-up. Results: Perceived self-efficacy, behavioral control, and subjective norms were recognized as mediators in the HBM and selected constructs from the TPB intervention. Perceived susceptibility, severity, barriers, self-efficacy and behavioral control met the criteria for mediation in the HBM intervention. Conclusions: This study was successful in establishing mediation in a sample of women. Our findings enrich the literature on mammography repeat, indicating key intervention factors, and relegating redundant ones in the Iranian populations. The use of strategies to increase mammography repeat, such HBM and TPB constructs is suggested to be important for maintaining a screening behavior, once the behavior has been adopted.

청소년의 스마트폰 중독과 마음건강과의 관계에서 학교생활적응의 매개효과 (A Study on Relationships between Youth Smart Phone Addiction and Mind Health, and Parameter Effect of School Life Adaptation)

  • 본 연구는 스마트폰 중독에 영향을 미치는 요인으로서 마음건강의 주 효과를 검증하고, 이들 관계에 학교생활적응의 매개효과를 검증해봄으로써 스마트폰 중독 예방을 위한 다양한 실천적 함의를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 스마트폰을 사용하는 지역 소재 초등학교 260명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 스마트폰 중독, 마음건강 및 학교생활적응 간의 관계를 구조방정식 모형으로 설정해 학교생활적응의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과 학교생활적응은 마음건강과 스마트폰 중독 사이의 관계를 완전히 매개하는 변인으로 나타났다. 학교생활적응의 매개효과는 Sobel 검증을 통해서 통계적 유의미성이 검증되었다. 이러한 결과는 마음건강이 학교생활적응과 같은 부정적 정서의 발생을 감소시켜주며, 이는 다시 스마트폰의 중독적 사용 가능성을 낮춰주는데 영향이 있음을 제시하고 있다. 이를 토대로 본 연구는 스마트폰 중독 예방을 위해 마음건강 향상과 같은 보호요인의 강화 노력이 무엇보다 중요하며, 매개 변인으로서 스마트폰 중독에 영향을 미치는 학교생활적응과 같은 위험요인을 관리하기 위한 장 단기적 개입이 필요하다는 점을 시사하고 있다.

진성리더십과 그릿이 사회적기업 구성원의 행복과 직무재창조에 미치는 영향 - 충청북도 사회적기업을 대상으로 - (The Effect of Authentic Leadership and Grit on the Happiness and Job Crafting of Social Enterprise Employee - Focused on Social Enterprise in Chungbuk -)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the authentic leadership of social enterprise leaders on the happiness and job crafting of employees, the mediation effect of job crafting in the authentic leadership of the leader and the happiness of the employees, and the coordination effect by the Grit of the employees. For verification, the relationship between authentic leadership and job crafting, happiness and grit and seven research theories were established. In addition, 47 questionnaires were drawn through prior research on happiness, authentic leadership, job crafting, and grit, and five executives and workers of social enterprises in Chungcheongbuk-do(Province) were surveyed on a five-point Likert scale. The collected survey data were conducted through the SPSS and AMOS for basic statistical analysis. The Macro Process of the bootstrap method was used to verify the mediation effects, the regulated effects. This study has conducted exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, structural model analysis through the survey results and the analysis results verify the hypothesizes. The study found that authentic leadership affects the happiness and job crafting of employees, and that job crafting affects the happiness of employees, and the relationship between authentic leaders and employees affects job crafting. It has also been shown that the Grit of its employees affects their job crafting and happiness and also has a mediation effect on job crafting and happiness. In the policy environment of the changing rural development project, the social economy establishment plan for the virtuous circle of resources in the region should be considered, and education programs should be introduced to improve the authentic leadership of the leaders.

메이크업 아티스트 체험이 신뢰와 브랜드 만족을 매개로 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Make-up Artist Experiences on Brand Loyalty through Mediation of Trust and Brand Satisfaction)

  • This study aimed to determine the factors of the make-up artist experience and establish their effects on brand loyalty through the mediation of trust and brand satisfaction. The step of first surveyed the make-up artist experience level through precedent research and made concept frame of study. The step of second checked up the effects of make-up artist experience through the desires for change. The step of third established to the effects of brand loyalty through make-up artist experience brand through mediation of make-up artist trust and brand satisfaction. The survey was carried out on 440 women aged 20 to 40 who experienced make-up services in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Sejong and Daejeon. The data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0, and AMOS 18.0 using frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, structural model analysis and t-tests. 1)Make-up artist experiences were divided into informational/ relational experiences and emotional experiences. 2)Desires for change influenced positive effects about information/relational experience and emotional experience. 3)The information/relation experiences influenced positive effects about artist trust and brand satisfaction. 4)The emotional experiences influenced positive effects about make-up artist trust and brand satisfaction. 5) The make-up artist trust influenced positive effects about brand satisfaction. Trust in the make-up artist did not directly influence brand loyalty, but influenced it through satisfaction. 6)The brand satisfaction influenced positive effects about brand loyalty. This study identified the roles of make-up artist and the importance of the make-up experience.

상담자의 스트레스, 소진, 삶의 만족의 관계에서 자기돌봄의 조절된 매개효과 (The Moderated Mediation Effects of Self-care in the Relationship between Counselors' Stress, Burnout, and Life Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 상담자 스트레스가 삶의 만족에 미치는 과정에서 상담자 자기돌봄을 통한 소진의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 상담현장에서 근무하고 있는 상담자 416명의 응답 자료를 활용하여 모형을 분석하였다. 첫째, 상담자 스트레스는 소진을 매개로 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상담자 스트레스와 자기돌봄의 상호작용 효과는 유의하며, 자기돌봄 수준에 따라 스트레스와 소진 간의 관계가 달라지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 상담자 스트레스는 소진을 거쳐 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 매개효과가 자기돌봄에 의해 조절되는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구결과는 상담자의 스트레스와 소진을 예방하고 완화하여 삶의 만족을 증진시키는 자기돌봄의 효과 검증을 통해, 상담자의 개인적·전문적 성장, 삶의 질 향상에 기여할 수 있는 자기돌봄 요인의 실증적인 근거를 마련했다는 데 의의가 있다.

즐거운 부부활동과 협력적 부부대처가 성적 친밀감을 매개로 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향: 결혼초기 중국 도시 여성을 중심으로 (The Effects of Enjoyable Couple Activity and Common Dyadic Coping on Marital Satisfaction through Mediation of Sexual Intimacy: Focusing on Urban Chinese Women in the Early Years of Marriage)

  • The present study examined whether enjoyable couple activity and common dyadic coping as daily positive couple interactions have direct or indirect effects on marital satisfaction through the mediation of sexual intimacy among urban Chinese women in the early years of marriage. The subjects were 182 urban women born under the one-child policy, who live in Heilongjiang, Anhui and Beijing provinces of China, and have been married up to six years. Data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire. We conducted a hierarchical multiple regression analysis in SPSS software and tested the significance of the mediation effects using bootstrapping method in Mplus software. The results of the study are as follows. First, both enjoyable couple activity and common dyadic coping had positive direct impacts on urban Chinese women's marital satisfaction and positive indirect impacts on marital satisfaction via sexual intimacy. Second, enjoyable couple activity was the strongest predictor of marital satisfaction, followed by common dyadic coping and sexual intimacy. The path model explained 48% of the variance in marital satisfaction. The results suggest that enjoyable couple activity, common dyadic coping, and sexual intimacy should be considered in the design of interventions to enhance urban Chinese women's marital satisfaction in the early years of marriage.
