In this paper we interface Tangible Devices (i.e. Haptic Devices) for 3D Virtual World based on MPEG-RoSE syntax. We called it Virtual World and Real World Interface (VRI). The VRI Technology project intends to provide virtual world information to real world and tangible experience to user of virtual world through tangible devices.

The concept of social media is top of the agenda for many business executives and decision makers, as well as consultants try to identify ways where companies can make profitable use of applications such as Netflix, Flixster. The social media is playing an increasingly important role as the information sources for customers making product choices etc. With the flourish of Web 2.0 technology, customer reviews are becoming more and more useful and important information resources for people to save their time and energy on purchasing products that they want. This paper proposes the Bayesian Probabilistic Classification algorithm to mine the social media review, and evaluates it by different splits and cross validation mechanism from the real data set. The explored study experimental results show the robustness and effectiveness of proposed approach for mining the social media review.

광대역 통합망에서 방송과 통신기능을 결합한 컨텐츠 소비 환경을 통해 사용자는 컨텐츠 검색, 공유, 발행과 같은 컨텐츠 재분배를 수행해 새로운 컨텐츠 소비 체인을 형성하여 컨텐츠 획득 및 소비에 필요한 도메인을 방송망과 통신망으로 확장한다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 케이블망에 연결되어 방송 뿐 아니라 시청자가 능동적으로 자신이 원하는 컨텐츠를 검색하거나 발행 주체로서의 역할을 수행가능하도록 하는 NDR 플랫폼 개발 중 관련 SW 관점의 설계 및 구현방안에 관해 논한다.

A new approach to design of a discrete-time robust $H_{\infty}$ filter in finite horizon case is proposed. It is shown that robust $H_{\infty}$ filtering problem can be cast into the minimization problem of an indefinite quadratic form, which can be solved by implementing the Kalman filter defined in Krein space. The proposed filter is readily derived by simply augmenting the state space model and has the robustness property against the parameter uncertainties of a given system.

이어폰과 헤드폰의 성능 향상을 위해서는 특성에 대한 정확한 측정과 평가가 요구된다. 이어폰과 헤드폰은 room 과 같은 acoustic channel 을 거치지 않고 청취자의 귀에 직접 소리가 전달되며 ear canal 특성이 포함되기 때문에 스피커와는 다른 기준이 필요하다. 그러나 사람 귀의 canal 특성은 개인에 따른 편차가 심하여 정확한 측정 및 성능 평가에 어려움이 따른다. 본 논문에서는 이어폰과 헤드폰의 특성을 측정하는 적절한 방법을 고찰하고 측정된 데이터를 이용하여 음질 성능을 평가할 수 있는 객관적인 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

Due to advances in electronics very high quality audio reproduction is today possible. But the listening environment causes deviation of the audio system from the expected behavior. Firstly the listening Room significantly changes the audio signal frequencies and their phase. Secondly the position of the user in the room affects the perceived sound. With existing DSP technology it is possible to adequately correct these effects. In our work we developed a room correction system, correcting up to 7.1 channels using dual Motorola 56367 fixed point DSP's, implementing position dependent room effects measurement, real time compensation filter design and equalization filtering procedures.

모바일 단말이 이종네트워크 환경에서 멀티미디어 데이터를 스트리밍 수신받으며 이동할 때, 특성이 다른 링크로 옮겨감에 따라 스트림의 전송률이 링크의 적정 대역폭을 초과하여 정상적인 전송이 되지 않거나 링크의 적정 대역폭을 미달하여 효율적인 전송이 되지 않을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SIP Mobility상황에서의 링크특성 정보 저달 방법을 고안하고, 전달받은 링크특성 정보를 통한 전송 조절 방법을 제안한다. 실제 RTP패킷 전송 실험을 통하여 스트리밍 전송 성능이 개선됨을 보인다.
