저급 센서를 고려한 GPS/INS 결합기법 연구 (A Study on GPS/INS Integration Considering Low-Grade Sensors)

  • This paper proposes an efficient integration method for GPS (Global Positioning System) and INS (Inertial Navigation System). To obtain accuracy and computational conveniency at the same time with low cost global positioning system receivers and micro mechanical inertial sensors, a new mechanization method and a new filter architecture are proposed. The proposed mechanization method simplifies velocity and attitude computation by eliminating the need to compute complex transport rate related to the locally-level frame which continuously changes due to unpredictable vehicle motions. The proposed filter architecture adopts two heterogeneous filters, i.e. position-domain Hatch filter and velocity-aided Kalman filter. Due to distict characteristics of the two filters and the distribution of computation into the two hetegrogeneous filters, it eliminates the cascaded filter problem of the conventional loosly-coupled integration method and mitigates the computational burden of the conventional tightly-coupled integration method. An experiment result with field-collected measurements verifies the feasibility of the proposed method.

스트랩다운 관성항법시스템 성능평가 시험

  • 본 논문의 목적은 실제 관성항법센서를 사용하여 개발된 스트랩다운형 관성항법시스템 및 이용 알고리즘에 대한 성능 및 오차를 평가하는 것이다. 시험은 관성항법센서의 조합을 두가지로 나누어 수행하였는데, 서로 다른 바이어스를 갖는 중급의 가속도계와 저급의 가 속도계가 사용되었으며, 자이로의 경우는 FOG(Fiber Optic Gyro)를 사용하였다(SDINS-1, SDINS-2). 관성항법시스템의 성능을 평가하기 위해서 두가지의 시험이 수행되었으며, 3축 운동 시험대를 이용한 지상정지시험과 차량을 이용한 단거리 주행시험을 수행하였다. 단거 리 주행시험의 결과는 정확도 20 mm를 갖는 DGPS(Differential GPS)의 시험결과와 비교 하였으며, 결과 및 오차를 나타내었다.

  • 목재 생산 및 공급의 활성화를 위한 목재생산작업에서의 현황 및 문제점과 임업기계화사업의 현황 및 효과 등에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 국산목재 생산 및 공급 활성화를 위해서는 임업기계화 사업의 추진, 정책 및 제도 개선, 임도망 확충, 작업원 양성, 목재생산 및 공급체계 개선, 임업기계 보급, 삼림작업시스템 구축, 교육 훈련 등이 필요하였다. 또한, 목재생산 및 공급의 활성화를 위한 정책은 정책목표의 재구축, 정책의 일관성, 법률 및 제도 정비 등이 더욱 필요하였다. 임업기계화 사업의 성과 및 효과를 높이기 위해서는 임업기계화 정책이 더욱 추진되고, 임업기계 장비의 보급과 더불어 교육 및 훈련과 강사능력 배양, 교재개발, 현장 기술지도 등이 시급한 정책이었다. 목재수요자의 선호도를 높이기 위해서는 전목집재를 통해 장재를 생산 공급하고, 국산재 이용도를 높이기 위해서는 낮은 가격과 생산목재의 길이와 직경 등에서 우량재의 생산 공급이 필요하였다.

  • The study was focused on setting priority for future core technologies in agricultural mechanization using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). A total of 23 technologies was selected by specialists. Evaluation criteria for the priority setting were decided as 'technology', 'marketability', and 'publicity'. Thirteen specialists in agricultural mechanization answered the questionnaire for AHP. As the results, 'technology' was decided as the most important evaluation criterion. 'feasibility' in 'technology' criterion, 'market growth' in 'marketability' criterion, and 'impact to other industry' in 'publicity' criterion were decided as sub-criteria in each criterion. The most important technology was 'Development of portable safety evaluation system for fresh and convenient agricultural products'.

경유의 저온특성에 따른 농용 디젤엔진의 저온시동성 (Starting of Farming Diesel Engines According to Characteristics of Light Oil at Low Temperature)

  • This study was carried cut to get basic data of troubles in starting and supply of farm diesel engines in cold winter. The results of the study are summarized as follows: 1. As the result of farm survey. the proportions of farms which had starting problems or troubles in fuel supply in cold winter for the last 5 years were 38% for the farms with power-tillers and 32% for the farms with tractors. Most of the farms which had starting problems or troubles in fuel supply in cold winter used light oil for summer. spring or fall rather than for winter. 2. As the result of fuel supply test, fuel supply was stopped at -6$^{\circ}C$ and -18$^{\circ}C$ for summer light oil and winter light oil. respectively 3. The lowest temperatures of winter light oil for starting engine were -7.5$^{\circ}C$ for power-tiller. -12.5$^{\circ}C$ for tractor of 38ps, and -17.5$^{\circ}C$ for tractor of 45ps. which were 5~7.5$^{\circ}C$ lower than that of summer light oil. 4. The performance of engine starting and the trouble of fuel supply system at lower temperature were significantly improved by using winter hight oil rather than summer light oil.

홍삼 내공검출을 위한 X-선 영상처리기술(I) - 내공검출에 적합한 전처리기법 - (X-ray Image Processing for the Korea Red Ginseng Inner Hole Detection ( I ) - Preprocessing technique for inner hole detection -)

  • Quality evaluation of red ginsengs is determined by outer shape and inner qualities. Especially, the inner qualities are main grading criteria. Currently, red ginsengs are classified into 3-grades; heaven, earth and good. The best heaven grade must not include inner holes and sponge tissues. This study was conducted to develop a red ginseng sorting system using x-ray image processing technique. Because of lens characteristic, gray values of the central region in the x-ray image are higher and gradually decreased towards the edge regions. This difference of gray values gives trouble in segmentation and detection of inner holes in red ginseng image, so preprocessing technique is necessary. The preprocessing was done by subtracting source image from an empty background image. But, simple subtraction was not quite appropriate because of too small contrast between inner holes and sound part. Scaled subtraction images were obtained by multiplying all gray values by some numbers. However this method could not help to set threshold value because the gray values of root part are generally lower than body part when red ginseng is exposed to the x-ray. To determine threshold value for detecting inner holes, an algorithm was developed by increasing overall gray values of less clear images.

참깨의 비닐피복 기계화 일관작업 체계 연구 (Integrated Mechanization System on Polyethylene Film Mulching Culture in Sesame)

  • 참깨재배의 국제경쟁력 강화와 농가소득 증대에 가장 시급한 과제인 생산노력을 획기적으로 절감하기 위한 참깨 대단위 집단 재배에 적합한 생력기계화 일관체계를 확립하고자 주요작업 단계별로 개발된 농기계를 적용하여 일련의 시험을 실시하였던 바 얻어진 주요결과를 요약하면 아래와 같다. 1. 참깨의 파종작업에 점파기 부착 비닐멀칭기를 개발, 이용함으로써 노력시간이 관행의 ha당 285시간에서 5시간으로 줄어 98%의 생력효과를 가져왔다. 2. 참깨 수확작업에 참깨 예취결속기를 사용함으로써 ha당 관행의 330시간에서 22시간으로 93%의 생력 효과를 얻었다. 3. 참깨의 탈곡작업에 참깨 탈곡기를 사용하여 관행의 ha당 151시간을 23시간으로 단축, 85%의 생력효과를 얻었다. 4. 참깨 선별기를 이용한 선별작업으로 관행의 ha당 54시간에서 12시간으로 단축, 78%의 생력효과를 얻었다. 5. 기계화 일관재배에서 생육은 관행과 비슷했으며 수량은 ha당 1,107kg으로 관행에 비하여 6% 증수되었다. 6. 참깨재배의 전 작업과정에서 비닐멀칭 기계화 일관체계(점파기 부착 비닐피복기 + 참깨 예취결속기+참깨 탈곡기+참깨 선별기)를 적용하였을 때 ha당 472시간의 노력이 소요되어 관행대비 62%의 생력효율을 얻을 수 있었다. 7. 비닐멀칭 기계화 일관재배는 관행에 비하여 인건비가 ha당 1,720천원이 절감되어 소득면에서 관행의 8,680천원보다 26% 많은 10,940천원의 소득증대 효과가 있었다.

HEAT PIPE TYPE EXHAUST HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM FOR HOT AIR HEATER

  • Area of greenhouse increases rapidly up to 45,265ha by the year of 1998 in Korea. Hot air heater with light oil combustion is the most common heater for greenhouse heating in the winter season. However, exhaust gas heat discharged to atmosphere through chimney reaches up to 10~20% of total heat of the oil combusted in the furnace. In order to recapture the heat of this exhaust gas and to recycle for greenhouse heating, the heat pipe type exhaust heat recovery system was manufactured and tested in this experiment. The exhaust heat recovery system was made for space heating in the greenhouse. The system consisted of a heat exchanger made of heat pipes, ${\emptyset}15.88{\times}600mm$ located in the rectangular box of $600{\times}550{\times}330mm$, a blower and air ducts. The rectangular box was divided by two compartments where hot chamber exposed to exhaust gas in which heat pipes could pick up the heat of exhaust gas, and by evaporation of the heat transfer medium in the pipes it carries the heat to the cold compartment, then the blower moves the heat to greenhouse. The number of heat pipe was 60, calculated considering the heat exchange amount between flue gas and heat transfer capacity of heat pipe. The working fluid of heat pipe was acetone because acetone is known for its excellent heat transfer capacity. The system was attached to the exhaust gas path. According to the performance test it could recover 53,809 to 74,613kJ/hr depending on the inlet air temperature of 12 to $-12^{circ}C$ respectively when air flow rate $1,100\textrm{m}^3/hr$. The exhaust gas temperature left the heat exchanger dropped to $100^{circ}C$ from $270^{circ}C$ by the heat exchange between the air and the flue gas, the temperature difference was collected by the air and the warm air temperature was about $60^{circ}C$ at the air flow rate of $1,100\textrm{m}^3/hr$. This heat pipe type exhaust heat recovery system can reduce fuel cost by 10% annually according to the economic analysis.

Development of Automatic Peach Grading System using NIR Spectroscopy

  • The existing fruit sorter has the method of tilting tray and extracting fruits by the action of solenoid or springs. In peaches, the most sort processing is supported by man because the sorter make fatal damage to peaches. In order to sustain commodity and quality of peach non-destructive, non-contact and real time based sorter was needed. This study was performed to develop peach sorter using near-infrared spectroscopy in real time and nondestructively. The prototype was developed to decrease internal and external damage of peach caused by the sorter, which had a way of extracting tray with it. To decrease positioning error of measuring sugar contents in peaches, fiber optic with two direction diverged was developed and attached to the prototype. The program for sorting and operating the prototype was developed using visual basic 6.0 language to measure several quality index such as chlorophyll, some defect, sugar contents. The all sorting result was saved to return farmers for being index of good quality production. Using the prototype, program and MLR(multiple linear regression) model, it was possible to estimate sugar content of peaches with the determination coefficient of 0.71 and SEC of 0.42bx using 16 wavelengths. The developed MLR model had determination coefficient of 0.69, and SEP of 0.49bx, it was better result than single point measurement of 1999's. The peach sweetness grading system based on NIR reflectance method, which consists of photodiode-array sensor, quartz-halogen lamp and fiber optic diverged two bundles for transmitting the light and detecting the reflected light, was developed and evaluated. It was possible to predict the soluble solid contents of peaches in real time and nondestructively using the system which had the accuracy of 91 percentage and the capacity of 7,200 peaches per an hour for grading 2 classes by sugar contents. Draining is one of important factors for production peaches having good qualities. The reason why one farm's product belows others could be estimated for bad draining, over-much nitrogen fertilizer, soil characteristics, etc. After this, the report saved by the peach grading system will have to be good materials to farmers for production high quality peaches. They could share the result or compare with others and diagnose their cultural practice.

농업기계화(農業機械化)의 투자효과분석(投資效果分析)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) -충남논산지역(忠南論山地域) 새마을 기계화영농단(機械化營農團)을 중심(中心)으로- (A Study on Analysis of Investment Effects of Farm Mechanization, Korea -Mainly on the Case Study of Saemaeul Farm Mechanization Groups in Nonsan Area, Chungnam Province-)

  • The Korean economy has been developed rapidly in the course of implementing the five year economic development plans since 1962. Accordingly the industrial and employment structure have been changed from the traditional agriculture to modem industrial economy. In the course of implementing export oriented industrialization policies, rural farm economy has been encountered labour shortage owing to rural farm population drain to urban areas, rural wage hike and pressure on farm operation costs, and possibility of farm productivity decrease. To cope with the above problems the Korean government has supplied farm machinery such as power tillers, tractors, transplanters, binders, combines, dryers and etc. by means of the favorable credit support and subsidies. The main objectives of this study are to identify the investment effects of farm mechanization such as B/C and Internal Rate of Return by machinery and operation patterns, changes of labour requirement per 10a for rice culture since 1965, partial farm budget of rice with and without mechanization, and estimation labour input with full mechanization. To achieve the objectives Saemaeul farm mechanization groups, common ownership and operation, and farms with private ownership and operation were surveyed mainly in Nonsan granary area, Chungnam province. The results of this study are as follows 1. The national average of labor input per 10a of paddy has decreased from 150.1Hr in 1965 to 87.2Hr in 1985 which showes 42% decrease of labour inputs. On the other hand the hours of labour input in Nonsan area have also decreased from 150.1Hr to 92.8Hr, 38% of that in 1965, during the same periods. 2. The possible labor saving hours per 10a of Paddy was estimated at 60 hours by substituting machine power for labor forces in the works of plowing, puddling, transplanting, harvesting and threshing, transporting and drying The labor savings were derived from 92.8 hours in 1986 deducting 30 hours of labor input with full mechanization in Nonsan area. 3. Social benefits of farm mechanization were estimated at 124,734won/10a including increment of rice (10%): 34,064won,labour saving: 65,800won,savings of conventional farm implements: 18,000 won and savings of animal power: 6,870won. 4. Rental charges by works prevailing in the area were 12,000won for land preparation, 15,000won for transplanting with seedlings, 19,500won for combine works and 6,000won for drying paddy. 5. Farm income per 10a of paddy with and without mechanization were amounted to 247,278won and 224,768won respectively. 6. Social rate of return of the machinery were estimated at more than 50% in all operation patterns. On the other hand internal rate of return of the machinery except tractors were also more than 50% but IRR of tractors by operation patterns were equivalent to 0 to 9%. From the view point of farmers financial status, private owner-operation of tractors is considered uneconomical. Tractor operation by Saemaeul mechanization groups would be economical considering the government subsidy, 40% of tractor price. 7. Farmers recommendations for the government that gained through field operation of farm machinery are to train maintenance technology for rural youth, to standardize the necessary parts of machinery, to implement price tag system, to intercede spare parts and provide marketing information to farmers by rural institutions as RDA,NACF,GUN office and FLIA.
