점성토의 시간의존적 응력 - 변형 특성에 관한 연구 (Study on the Time Dependent Stress-Strain Behavior of Clay)

  • This paper was carried out to investigate the existence of a unique stress- strain behavior by obtaining some factors influencing the time dependent stress- strain behavior of clay. The results obtained from this study were summarized as follows ; 1. The relationship between stress ratro and strain in normally consolidated clay was in- dependent on pre-shear consolidation pressure. Therefore, shear strain could be expressed as a function with stress ratio. 2. The constitutive equation of shear strain on Modified Carn Clay Model coincided better with the observed value than Cam Clay Model. 3. The relationships between deviator stress and shear strain, between pore water pressure and shear strain were unified by the mean equivalent pressure. 4. The shear strain contour in norrnally consolidated clay was increased linearly through origin, but that in overconsolidated clay was not in accordance with the result of the former. 5. Because the effective stress path of normally consolidated clay was unified by the mean equivalent pressure, state boundary surface in (e,p,q) space was transformed into two dimensional surface. But it was considered to be suitable that the unified stress- strain in overconsolidated clay be expressed by a function with overconsolidation ratio. 6. The deviator for constant strain was increased linearly with increment of strain rate ($\varepsilon$) on semi-log scale, but pore water pressure was decreased. 7. The behavior of stress relaxation was transformed from linear to curvilinear with inc - rement of strain rate before stress relaxation test, and pore water pressure was increased in total range. 8. The strain of creep was increased linearly with increment of time on semi-log scale. The greater the strain rate before creep test became, the greater the increment of strain of creep became. And the pore water pressure during creep test was increased generally with increment of time on semi-log scale.

합성단면의 콘크리트 크리프 해석을 위한 이완계수법 (Stress Relaxation Coefficient Method for Concrete Creep Analysis of Composite Sections)

  • 복합구조의 합성단면에서 콘크리트 크리프변형은 합성단면에 추가 변형을 발생시키며, 장기변형의 일부 구속에 의한 응력이완은 콘크리트단면에 도입된 선압축응력의 심각한 손실을 초래할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 복잡한 합성단면의 콘크리트 크리프변형에 대해 공학적인 목적에서 단순 해석이 가능한 이완계수법을 유도하고, 이완계수법에 요구되는 응력이완계수 식을 제안하였다. 이완계수법은 크리프계수와 합성단면의 환산단면특성 및 하중특성을 매개변수로 사용하는 균등 크리프계수 단계별계산법(CC-SSM)과 같은 방법으로 유도되었다. 제안된 이완계수 식에 의한 응력이완계법의 오차는 CC-SSM으로부터 평가된 이완계수법의 평균 응력이완계수에 의한 오차보다 향상되었으며, 자유상태에서 크리프변형에 대한 제안식에 의한 이완계수법 반응의 평균오차율은 3보다 크지 않은 크리프계수에 대해 1.2%보다 작으며, 99% 신뢰도에서 최대 3.3%이었다. 제안된 응력이완계수 식은 크리프변형에 대한 합성단면의 내부구속 정도를 반영하며, 외부구속 효과를 분석하기 위한 전산구조해석에서 응력이완계수가 적용된 유효탄성계수는 합성단면의 요소에 대한 강성 계산에 효율적으로 적용될 수 있다.

심박변위도를 이용한 전동 안마기의 단기적 스트레스 완화 효과 평가 (Evaluation of Immediate Effects of an Electrical Massager on Stress Relaxation Using the Heart Rate Variability(HRV))

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the short-term effects of electrical massager on stress-related parameters including heart rate variability (HRV), heart rate (HR) using the photoplethysmogram (PPG) signal with motion artifact correction. Twenty healthy subjects were randomly allocated to receive a 15-min section of three types ((1) resting mode (control group), (2) light massage mode, (3) strong massage mode). Results indicated that self-report, VAS (Visual Analog Scale) significantly decreased for two massage modes after massage except control group. In strong massage mode, it was associated with significant increases in HF, but significant decreases in LF and LH/HF ratio compared with the light massage mode. For all outcomes, similar changes were not observed in the control group. Also, the result founded that mean HR of all groups decrease. We conclude that electrical massager reduces perceived stress and improves adaptive autonomic response to stress in healthy adults.

  • The continuous deformation , multistage deformation and stress relaxation were carried out to investigate the strain induced procipitation by torsion tests in the range of 1000∼800$^{\circ}C$, 0.05/sec∼5/sec for V-microalloyed steel. The starting temperature and time for the initiation of precipitation were determined by stress relaxation tests and the distribution of percipitates increased at higher strain rate and the mean size of precipitates was found to be about 50nm. The precipitation starting time decreased with increasing strain rate from 0.05/sec to 5 /sec and pre-strain. The effect of deformation conditions on the no-recrystallization temperature(Tnr) was determined in the multistage deformation with declining temerature. The Tnr decreased with increasing strain and strain rae. In the controlled rolling, grain refinement and precpitation hardening effects could be achieved by the alternative large pass strain at the latter half pass stage under the condition of low temperature and high strain rate.

미량원소첨가강의 석출 및 재결정에 의한 제어변형 (Controlled Deformation of Microalloyed Steel by Precipitation and Recrystallization)

  • The multistage deformation and stress relaxation were carried out to investigate the strain induced precipitation by torsion tests in the range of 1000~80$0^{\circ}C$, 0.05~5/sec for V-microalloyed steel. The starting temperature and time for the initiation of precipitation were determined by stress relaxation tests. The distribution of precipitates increased, as the strain rate increased and the mean size of precipitates was found to be about 10~30nm. The precipitation starting time$(P_s)$ decreased with increasing strain rate and the amount of pre-strain.   • Studies on housing concept currently activated by environmental psychology are in its early stage of developement. The trends can be characterized as case oriented, phenomenological, and exploratory. The purpose of this research was to explore empirically the housing concept from residents living in multi family housing complex through their verbal expressions. Subjects were 63 housewives of middle class households in Junggae area. Interview technique with open questions about housing concept and images was used. The responses were analyzed using content analysis in which episode was the analysis unit. Relaxation appeared the most important aspect of housing concept This seemed to imply the need for escaping from the modern city life with too much stimulus or stress. Answers on specific images considered desirable to keep and continue from past traditional housing to future housing showed their strong need for natural green environment such as garden and park. This supported the concept of relaxation as a major function of modern housing and showed a specific alternative mean to satisfy the relaxation concept.

자율훈련법이 심박변이도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Autogenic Training on Heart Rate Variability)

  • Objective : The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of Autogenic Training on autonomic nervous system for normal subjects with Heart Rate Variability(HRV). Then HRV of total subjects were analyzed by Sasang constitution, MBTI type and relaxation therapy experience. Method : Autogenic Training was applied on 39 subjects individually. Then HRV was examined each 5 minutes before and after Autogenic Training application. Results : 1. Mean HRV, SDNN, SDSD were significant different in HRV between before and after Autogenic Training application in total subjects. 2. SDNN, SDSD were significant different in HRV between before and after Autogenic Training application in Soeumin. Mean HRV, SDNN, SDSD were significant different in HRV between before and after Autogenic Training application in Taeeumin. Conclusion : The results suggest that Autogenic Training application have shown anti-stress effects. Autogenic Training application to Soeumin and Taeeumin have shown more anti -stress effects than application to Soyangin.

  • Fatigue damage of 2.2Ni-1Cr-0.5Mo steel used fir high strength pressure tubes and vessels was evaluated using uniaxial specimens subjected to strain-controlled fatigue loading. Based on the fatigue test results from different strain ratios of -2. -i 0, 0.5, 0.75, the fatigue damage of the steel was represented by using a cyclic strain energy density. Mean stress relaxation depended on the magnitude of the applied strain amplitude. The high pressure vessel steel exhibited the cyclic softening behavior. Total strain energy density consisting of the plastic strain energy density and the elastic tensile strain energy density described fairly well the fatigue life of the steel, taking the mean stress effects into account. Compared to other fatigue damage parameters, fatigue life prediction by the cyclic strain energy density showed a good correlation with the experimental fatigue lift within a factor of 3.

축을 중심으로 회전하는 관유동에서 난류열전달의 모형화 (Modeling of Turbulent Heat Transfer in an Axially Rotating Pipe Flow)

  • The elliptic conceptual second moment model for turbulent heat fluxes, which was proposed on the basis of elliptic-relaxation equation, was applied to calculate the turbulent heat transfer in an axially rotating pipe flow. The model was closely linked to the elliptic blending model which was used for the prediction of Reynolds stress. The effects of rotation on the turbulent characteristics including the mean velocity, the Reynolds stress tensor, the mean temperature and the turbulent heat flux vector were examined by the model. The numerical results by the present model were directly compared to the DNS as well as the experimental results to assess the performance of the model predictions and showed that the behaviors of the turbulent heat transfer in the axially rotating pipe flow were satisfactorily captured by the present models.

학령기 아동의 스트레스와 대처행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Stress and Stress Coping Behavior of Elementary School Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the daily stress and stress coping behavior of elementary school children. The subjects for this study were 372 children fourth, fifth and sixth graders from an elementary school in Pusan. We adopted Won - Joo Chung's research instrument (1997) for measuring stress and coping behavior in this study. Statistical techniques such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, order, and Pearson correlation were used to examine the research questions of this study. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The most common instance of stress to be experienced by all children was the stress from school life, followed by social pressures, individual pressures and family environment. 2. A positive revaluation was the most commonly used stress-coping behavior, followed by behavioral mood conversion, spiritual support, problem-facing behavior, an information search for problem-solving, physical separation for emotional relaxation, avoidance, emotional aggressiveness and emotional expression. 3. Stress-coping behavior had a positive and significant correlation with the stress score(r = .4391, p= .000). In conclusion, the stress from school life was the most common experienced by all children. While independent effort in problem-solving was unsufficient, stress coping behavior had positive results. Therefore, this study verified the necessity of minimizing the stress children experience from school life and of helping them attain desirable stress-coping behaviors.
