CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) has been recognized as a critical method to validate the competitiveness of software development organization since its introduction. CMMI imposes additional requirements on the software development organization which has been established and certified to the ISO 9001 quality management system. This paper reviews the similarities and differences between CMMI and ISO 9001. This paper also examines what ate required to deploy the CMMI on the aircraft software development organization which has been certified to ISO 9001. The results of this study will help software development organization to provide the direction for implementing CMMI. Some suggestions are presented to identify and strengthen the weak portion of the software process quality management system.

The overview of KUH design and development process is presented according to Buede's systems and development "vee" model. The system decomposition and integration activities exemplify KUH specification tree, design maturity and analysis according to design stage(conceptual, preliminary, and detail design), scheduled work breakdown structure, qualification test, ground test, and flight test. This process can be applied to the development of a new aircraft.

Used domestic aggregate for concrete pavement, the splitting tensile strength of concrete were investigated and quantitative analyses for the characteristics of the experimental factors were evaluated. This paper reports the results of curing temperature and age on the splitting tensile strength and it suggests a prediction model based on these experimental results. Tests of cylindrical specimens made of granite as a coarse aggregate, cured in isothermal conditions of 0, 23, and $45^{\circ}C$ and tested at the ages of 1, 7, and 28 days are reported. Based on the experimental result, the relationships between the splitting tensile strength and maturity were analyzed and proposed.

SPI (Software Process Improvement) activities have been considered one of the crucial approaches to achieve high quality, productivity and timely delivery of software products and services. The basic premise of SPI model is that higher maturity levels lead to better performance. In this research, the relationships between SPI results and performance were empirically investigated with Korean software companies. CMM key process areas were categorized into two dimensions, 'Process Implementation' and 'Quantitative Management'. The relationship between process implementation and performance was significant, but the relationship between quantitative management and performance was insignificant. The control variable, size of OU(Organizational Unit), did not have significant impact on the relation ships between SPI activities and OU performance.

소프트웨어 영역이 빠른 속도로 확장되고 있는 시점에서 고품질의 소프트웨어를 생산하는 것이 효과적인 정보시스템 구축을 위한 필수조건이다. 이러한 인식을 바탕으로 소프트웨어 품질을 개선하기 위한 다양한 시도가 이루어지고 있으며 현재 소프트웨어 개선 및 평가에 사용되는 프로세스 가장 광범위하고 효과적인 프레임워크 중의 하나가 바로 카네기멜론 대학교의 소프트웨어공학 연구소에서 개발한 CMM이다. CMM은 조직의 업무 수행능력을 진단은 물론 지속적인 개선을 통하여 소프트웨어의 생산성 향상과 품질을 개선하는데는 큰 성공을 거둔 반면, CMM의 여러 CMM 모델들을 하나의 프로그램에 사용할 경우 분석의 논점을 어지럽혀 혼란을 야기시킬 수 있다는 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 본고에서는 CMM과 그 한계를 극복하기 위해 새로운 대안으로 부상하고 있는 CMMI의 등장배경과 CMM과의 차이점 등에 대해 살펴보고, 국방정보화 평가 영역에서 CMMI의 활용방안에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

정보화발전과 함께 정보시스템의 투자규모가 확대되고 무분별한 점보시스템의 구축으로 인해 체계적인 정보화 투자 및 관리가 필요하게 되었다. 이로 인해 ITA의 도입 및 활용이 의무화되었다. 더불어 ITA의 지속적인 발전 및 고도화방향 설정을 할 수 있도록 하기 위한 도구로 성숙도 모델이 각각 정보통신부와 행정자치부에서 개발되었다. 2종의 상이한 성숙도 모델로 인해 개별기관에서 적용에 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 성숙도수준에 대한 서로 다른 측정결과가 도출되는 문제가 발생하였다. 본 논문에서는 2개의 상이한 모델의 장점을 통합하고 국내관점들 적극적으로 적용하는 등 문제점들 개선한 단일 성숙도모델인 범정부 ITA 성숙도모델을 제안한다. 또한 개별기관의 성숙도 수준들 단일 성숙도모델로 측정하여 ITA 수행 및 활용 능력을 파악하고 문제점을 사전에 발견하여 향후 범정부 차원의 지원방향을 결정하는 등 많은 효용성을 기대한다.

With the progress of IT, the strategic use of information systems (IS) has been applied to the inter-organization business areas, that is called Inter-organization Systems (IOS). Previous IT diffusion researches or IT adoption researches have been focused to newly emerged IT but confined into individual organization. However, IOS such as internet relates with between organizations. In this sense, this research has analysed the IT diffusion factors affected by IOS based on the previous studies of IT adoption. This study employed a research model using the factors of adopting IOS in organization, and conducted an empirical research with questionaries with top domestic 80 firms. And the finding is that the factors of the CIO support, business partners and an industry community have significance but other factors such as the size of firm, the degree of IS maturity, the degree of firm centrality, the complexity or suitability of IOS does not.

최근, 소프트웨어 업체들의 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선(SPI) 관련 인증 여부는 기업 경쟁력의 핵심적인 요인으로 그 중요성이 날로 강조되고 있다. 일반적으로, CMM 인증 획득을 위한 심사 과정에는 많은 시간과 경비가 .소요되므로, 보다 높은 수준의 인증을 효과적으로 획득하기 위해서는 사전에 인증 심사에 대비한 전략적 노력이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 CMM인증 획득 준비를 효과적으로 수행하기 위한 목적으로, EAM(Enabler-Based Assessment Methodology)을 제시하고, 기업에 적용한 사례를 소개한다.

Recently, CMM have been recognized as a critical factor to validate the competitiveness of software organizations, even if the organizations have already achieved the ISO9001 certification. Furthermore, the new version of ISO9001:2000 is being required instead of ISO9001:1994. Both CMM and ISO9001 have a common point 1ha t they pursuit quality improvement fur the organizations processes and products. Therefore, it is important to understand the similarities of specific requirements between the two models in software organizations which attempt to employ both of the models. from this background, this paper compares CMM and ISO9001 by considering the versions in 1994 and 2000 of ISO9001. The results of this research are likely to help software organizations make a decision for a strategy to adopt CMM and ISO9001.

본 논문에서는 컴포넌트 기반 시스템 개발시 시스템간의 상호운용성을 높일 수 있는 방도를 제시하는데 있다. 다시 말하자면 다른 웹 서비스 방식과 분산 객체 방식의 컴포넌트 기반 시스템들의 상호운용 성숙 정도를 측정하려는 시도에 있다. 적용 사례에서는 클라이언트는 .NET 환경을 서버는 EJB 환경 상에서 개발된 EJB와 .NET 컴포넌트는 웹 서비스 방식과 IIOP.NET를 이용한 분산객체 방식 두 가지 방식으로 상호운용 하였다. 본 논문에서는 이 두 가지 상이한 상호운용 방식에 대하여 성숙도 모델인 LISI를 기반으로 상호운용 측정 기법을 적용하여 상호운용 능력을 측정하려 노력하였다. LISI 상호운용 능력을 측정한 결과 웹 서비스에 의한 방식이 분산 객체 방식보다 높은 상호운용 능력이 있음이 나타난다.
