The objective of this study is to examine the speculative efficiency of shrimp futures market. Testing for the speculative efficiency hypothesis is carried out using Johansen's the maximum-likelihood cointegration method and Fama(1984) regressison model. Analysis data are obtained Kansai Commodities Exchange in Osaka and are daily data of frozen shrimp futures and cash prices for all trading days in the time period from September 6, 2002, frozen shrimp futures is introduced, to May 10, 2007. The empirical results are summarized as follows:First, there exists the cointegrating relationship between realized spot India 16/20, Indonesia 16/20, vietnam 16/20 prices and futures prices of the 14 day to maturity. Second, shrimp futures contract prices do not behave as unbiased predictor s of future spot shrimp prices. This indicates that the shrimp futures market is inefficient.

최근 공공기관 및 금융권에서는 경쟁력 향상을 위한 정보시스템의 통합으로 프로젝트 규모가 대형화되고 또한, 프로젝트 수가 증가하고 있어 적절한 소프트웨어 프로젝트 관리 방안이 필요하다. 그러나 프로젝트 관리 영역간의 미치는 영향에 대하여 체계적인 연구가 미흡하였다. 따라서 선행 연구를 통하여 프로젝트 관리에 중요한 영역을 도출하였고, 도출된 "범위, 일정, 품질, 인력, 위험"의 각 영역들간의 상호 미치는 영향도의 분석과 각 영역의 진행 상태를 "계획, 실행, 완료" 단계로 구분하여 수행도를 분석하였다. 분석된 영향도와 수행도의 결과를 종합하여 프로젝트 관리 수준을 평가하는 모델을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 IT 분야의 전문가 그룹을 통해 프로젝트 관리 영역들간의 영향 분석이 실증적으로 연구가 이루어졌고, 또한 각 영역의 진행상태를 측정 함으로써 실무적인 측면에서 더욱 체계적이고 균형 잡힌 프로젝트 관리와 감리 수행 시에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

급변하는 최근의 경영환경 하에서 다수의 기업이 자체개발보다 외주개발을 활용하는 추세이나 이에 따른 프로세스 관리의 어려움이 동반되고 있다. 본 연구는 외주개발과 자체개발의 정보시스템 개발 프로세스 관리수준을 비교하여 효과적인 프로젝트 관리방안을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 실제 프로젝트 관리에 광범위하게 사용되는 소프트웨어 프로세스 관리모형인 CMM(Capability Maturity Model)을 기반으로 정보시스템 개발 프로젝트 수행 경험자를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였다. 분석결과 외주개발 프로젝트의 평균적인 관리수준은 자체 개발 프로젝트에 비해 미흡하였다. 그러나, 외주개발 프로젝트의 관리수준 간에는 표준편차자 컸고, 상위 관리수준 프로젝트는 외주개발 프로젝트인 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 정보시스템 외주개발 여부를 결정할 때에는 단순히 외주개발에 관한 일반적 위험성을 고려하기 보다는 외주개발업체의 프로세스 품질관리 수준을 파악하는 것이 중요함을 알 수 있다.

It is necessary to have measurement and analysis activity for managing software project. At least, every project measures time and cost in order to figure it out whether it will finish within its deadline. CMMI has Measurement and Analysis process in Maturity Level 2. In Measurement and Analysis process, Indicators for decision making in project management are defined and analysis procedure of the measurements to get the indicators are specified. Also, the way of collecting the data and storing them is also planned. Establishing efficient and effective measurement and analysis process in the organization by improving existing process is very important for project success. In this paper, we provide a method for analyzing the measurement and analysis process and improving it based on IDEAL model. It will support the organizations which are trying to adopt CMMI to establish measurement and analysis process.

In recent years, the safety of customers and the demand for rights to be protected from the risk have become stronger than ever day by day, and the function concerning product liability(PL) and quality assurance(QA) has been emphasized. Basically these functions can be obtained by inspection and there is the single rectifying sampling inspection for attribute (KSA-3105) as an existing method. But we can not say this method is good enough because of limitations in the range of applications and the approximate design of inspection methods which can not meet the rapidity and accuracy of quality information transfer according to the maturity of information period. Therefore, in this paper, a new algorithm is developed which can design the accurate inspection method by using the linear cost function that has not been considered in the existing inspection methods. Also in addition to this, a optimal rectifying sampling inspection plan, contributing to minimize the total costs, can be developed by programming the algorithm developed in this study and it can be applied to any field having many processes almost limitlessly.

현재까지 많은 기업들이 정보화를 대세로 인정하고 IT 투자에 막대한 기업 자원을 투입하였다. 특히 닷컴 버블까지 발생했던 지난 몇 년 간 대다수 기업들은 경쟁에서 뒤처지지 않기 위해서 정보화 투자에 대한 효익을 간과한 채 투자에 힘써온 것이 사실이다. 미국의 조사 기관 중 하나인 메타 그룹이 발표한 자료에 따르면 2001년 한 해 동안 전 세계의 대다수 기업들이 IT 투자에 쏟은 투자액만 총 2조 2000억 달러에 달하지만 ROI 등을 고려하여 투자한 기업은 드물었다고 한다. 그러나 세계적인 경기 침체에 따라서 기업 가치에 특별한 효익을 가져다주지 못하다고 판단한 기업들은 IT 투자를 축소하고 있거나 투자 효익에 대한 검증을 원하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 평가 방법론 중 대표적인 방법론으로 성과 중심의 BSC(Balanced Scorecard) 방법론, 프로세스 관점에서의 CMM(Capability Maturity Model) 방법론, 운영 관점의 6 시그마 방법론에 대해서 서로 비교 분석해보고 특히 6 시그마 방법론이 두 방법론들 사이에서 제시해 줄 수 있는 공통 관계 및 인과 관계를 분석함으로써 성과 관리 및 프로세스 관리에 대한 관점을 제시하고자 한다.

소프트웨어 공학이 소프트웨어 시스템에 관한 방법론, 기술 및 툴 등의 유지보수와 개발에 중점을 두어 왔는데 최근에는 프로세스 개선과 프로세스 능력수준의 향상에 초점을 두는 방향으로 발전하면서 CMM 및 SPICE 활동이 증가하고 있다. 이와 같은 심사기법은 대규모의 회사에서 주로 시행되고 있어서 중소규모의 조직을 위한 간략한 심사기법의 도입이 요구되는 있는 상황이다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 심사기법은 CMM 심사를 위한 KPA 설문서의 rating 방법을 응용한 것으로서 SPICE 심사를 받은 국내 기업 중 일부 회사를 대상으로 하였다. 이 방법론에 대한 신뢰성의 평가는 아직 미흡한 상황이다. 이를 위해서 통계학적 접근방법을 도입하였는데 사용된 통계 기법은 상환계수를 통한 가설검정이다. 그 결과 성숙도 설문서(MQ) 선정모델의 적합성을 통계적 기법을 통해서 검증하였다.

We develop a cash management model in which firms face randomly occurred investment projects and retrieve investments upon the maturity of these projects. Using the Markov Decision Problem approach, we examine a control policy which dynamically adjusts the cash balance under the discounted cost criterion. The existence of an optimal policy is shown under some conditions. The optimal solution procedure is developed to find the optimal points and the optimal sizes for adjusting the cash balance. In numerical experiment, we investigate important structural properties of the optimal cash management policy.

Nuclear project company establishes and maintains its QA system in the conformance with applicable Codes & Standards and contract provisions. Certifying agency(e.g., Korea Electric Association) or project owner appraises the effectiveness of the company QA system by surveying or auditing it. However, although the company fulfills the requirements of this survey/audit, the capability level of its nuclear QA system is not appraised numerically and developed in that KEPIC QAP-1, used by the company as a nuclear QA guidebook, does not describe an approach for managing the capability level of the QA system. This study evaluates the characteristics of QAP-1 from the viewpoint of SE-CMM(Capability Maturity Model for Systems Engineering) in order to suggest a possible solution.

The aim of this study is to estimate the seroconversion date of the human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) infection for the HIV infected patients in Korea. Data are collected from two cohorts. The first cohort is a group of "seroprevalent" patients who were seropositive and AIDS-free at entry. The other is a group of "seroincident" patients who were initially seronegative but later converted to HIV antibody-positive. The seroconversion dates of the seroincident cohort are available while those of the seroprevalent cohort are not. Estimation of seroconversion date is important because it can be used to calculate the incubation period of AIDS which is defined as the elapsed time between the HIV infection and the development of AIDS. In this paper, a Weibull regression model Is fitted for the seroincident cohort using information about the elapsed time since seroconversion and the CD4$^{+}$ cell count.The seroconversion dates for the seroprevalent cohort are imputed on the basis of the marker of maturity of HIV infection percent of CD4$^{+}$cell count.unt.
