고분자젤 내에서 분자체 거동현상 연구 (Study of Transport Phenomena of Large Ionic - Molecules Inside Polymeric Gel)

  • Theoretical model has been studied for the transport phenomena of molecules in the system where an electric potential is applied to the system in the axial direction. The effect of electrophoretic convection in the polymeric media is significantly contributed to separate large ionic-molecules because the conformation of large ionic-molecule quickly orients in the field direction. The dependence of the transport in the polymeric media upon field intensity and molecular size aids in understanding the transport of large ionic-molecule in the system, since the convective velocity of large ionic-molecule is accelerated inside a porous material. The transport distance of individual large ionic-molecule can be predicted using the reptation theories.

  • Complex oxide heterointerfaces have been extensively explored in the past due to the novel phenomenon emerging at such interfaces that differ from their individual bulk counterparts. The integration of a ferromagnetic (FM) material with the superconducting (SC) material leading to proximity effect is one of the commonly studied phenomenon in these heterostructures. In continuation, we have stabilized the FM layer La0.7Ca0.3MnO3 (LCMO) on SC material YBa2Cu3O7-${\delta}$ (YBCO) using pulsed laser deposition technique and explored the structural, magnetic, electrical and magneto-transport properties of this heterostructure. ${\Phi}$-scan measurements confirm the epitaxial nature of LCMO/YBCO heterostructure grown on single crystalline SrTiO3 substrate. The FM transition of LCMO and SC transition of YBCO are observed in the magnetization measurements of the bilayer structure. Through electrical measurements, we understood that the proximity effect leads to lowering of the SC transition of YBCO. The role of interface in the bilayer structure is also realized through electrical transport measurements.

  • Temperature-dependent current-voltage characteristics of Organic Light-Emitting Diodes(OLEDs) were studied. The OLEDs were based on the molecular compounds, N,N'-diphenyl-N,N'-bis(3-methylphenyl)-1, 1'-diphenyl-4, 4'-diamine (TPD) as a hole transport and trim(8-hydroxyquinoline) alulninum(Alq$_3$) as an electron transport and emissive material. The current-voltage characteristics were measured in the temperature range of 10[K] and 300[K]. A conduction mechanism in OLEDs was interpreted in terms of tunneling and trap-filled limited current.

High efficiency and long lifetime green OLED with a new electron transport material and a three-component RGB white OLED for full-color display applications.

  • We achieved a highly efficient green OLED with an efficiency of 30cd/A by using a new electron transport material and optimizing the device structure. The luminous efficiency was 16.8lm/W at $3000cd/m^2$ and the lifetime was over 60,000hr at an initial luminance of $1000cd/m^2$. Furthermore, we obtained a threecomponent RGB white OLED by using the highly efficient green material. This RGB white OLED shows more excellent color reproducibility for full color displays with color filters, compared to a twocomponent white OLED.

  • The bilayer organic light-emitting diode using Al (DBM) $_3$ (DBM=Dibenzoylmethane) as an emitting material and poly (N-vinylcarbazole) (PVK) as hole-transport material, emitted bright blue-green light instead of blue light. The blue-green emission is attributed to exciplex formation at the solid interface between Al (DBM) $_3$ and the hole-transport material. The exciplex formation was evidenced by the measurement of the photoluminescence spectra and lifetimes of Al (DBM) $_3$, PVK and an equimolar amount of mixture of Al (DBM) $_3$ and PVK.

Therefore, pallet that is most important function of Pallet is not empled circulation to end consumer from manufacturing plant which is circulation process whole path being done and factory. It is real condition stopping only in extremely determinate part process use of warehouse back. Additionally, it is possible to figure out the flow of all the materials loaded on the RFID pallet; product, material, raw material immediately, so that epoch-making management is possible and it contributes to the reduction of logistics cost because there are little loss or outflow of pallet. The materials flow is getting speedy and inventory is decreasing in the logistics process, and also bad inventory and loss problems are prevented. As a result, not only logistics cost of company but also national logistics cost is decreased. Thus it contributes to the strength of national competitiveness.

  • Due to their better photosensitivity in X-ray, the amorphous selenium based photoreceptor is widely used on the X-ray conversion materials. It was possible to control the charge carrier transport of amorphous selenium by suitably alloying a-Se with other elements(e,g. As, Cl). In this paper, We investigated dopants(As, Cl) composition rate to improve dark resistivity and transport properties of charge carrier in amorphous selenium using by direct X-ray conversion material. Alloying a-Se with As inhibits the recrystallization of a-Se but introduces undesirable deep hole traps. then doping with Cl(in the ppm range) compensates for the deep hole traps. We investigated their composition rate in various doping conditions and then obtained optimum dopant composition rate. The result was Se-As 0.3%-Cl 30 ppm and X-ray Sensitivity was 0.57 pc/pixel$.$mR at 137 $\mu\textrm{m}$ x 137 $\mu\textrm{m}$ Pixel area.

  • Carrier mobility was measured using time-of-flight (TOF) measurements to investigate the transport properties of holes and electrons in stabilized a-Se film. A laser beam with pulse duration of 5 ns and wavelength of 350 nm was illuminated on the surface of a-Se with thickness of $400\;{\mu}m$. The measured transit times of hole and electron were about $8.73\;{\mu}s\;and\;229.17\;{\mu}s$, respectively. The experimental results showed that the hole and electron drifting mobility were $0.04584\;cm^2V^{-1}S^{-1}\;and\;0.00174\;cm^2V^{-1}s^{-1}\;at\;10\;V/{\mu}m$.
