복지지위가 복지인식에 미치는 영향: 정부신뢰의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Welfare Status on Welfare Attitudes: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Trust in Government)

  • 본 연구는 복지지위가 복지인식에 미치는 영향이 각 개인의 정부신뢰 수준에 따라 상이하게 나타나는지 실증적으로 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 복지인식의 유의미한 예측요인으로 알려진 복지지위에 주목하며, 각 개인의 복지지위를 단일한 차원으로 측정하고자 복지부담-혜택 간 격차를 '물질적 희생(material sacrifice)'이라는 개념으로 정의하였다. 또한 '물질적 희생'과 정부신뢰가 '복지확대를 위한 비용부담의지'로 구체화되는 복지인식에 가지는 직접효과와, '물질적 희생'이 복지인식에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 기제로서 정부신뢰의 상호작용효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 "한국복지패널 8차년도"의 "복지인식부가조사"에 응답을 완료한 4,185명을 연구대상으로 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 복지지위에서 복지부담(조세 및 사회보험료지출)이 복지혜택(사회보험, 공공부조급여 및 각종 정부보조금)보다 커지는 '물질적 희생'이 증가할수록 '복지확대를 위한 비용부담의지'에 부(-)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 정부가 사회정책을 유능하게 수행할 것이라는 신뢰가 높아질수록, '물질적 희생'이 '복지확대를 위한 비용부담의지'에 미치는 부(-)적인 영향이 완화됨이 확인되었다. 이는 복지태도를 결정하는 일차적 동기인 자기이해 역시 정부기능에 대한 믿음이나 기대에 의해 조절될 수 있음을 의미하며, 복지확대를 위한 사회적 합의를 견인하기 위해 사회정책에 대한 신뢰 확충이 뒷받침되어야 함을 시사한다.

A Plastic BGA Singulation using High Thermal Energy of $2^{nd}$ Harmonic Nd:YAG Laser

  • In this paper, we have studied minimization of the kerf-width and surface burning, which occurred after the conventional singulation process of the multi-layer BGA board with copper, polyethylene and epoxy glass fiber. The high thermal energy of a pulsed Nd:YAG laser is used to cut the multi-layer board. The most considerable matter in the laser cutting of the multi-layer BGA boards is their different absorption coefficient to the laser beam and their different heat conductivity. The cut mechanism of a multi-layer BGA board using a 2$^{nd}$ harmonic Nd:YAG laser is the thermal vaporization by high temperature rise based on the Gaussian profile and copper melting point. In this experiment, we found that the sacrifice layer and Na blowing are effective in minimizing the surface burning by the reaction between oxygen in the air and the laser beam. In addition, N2 blowing reduces laser energy loss by debris and suppresses surface oxidation. Also, the beam incidence on the epoxy layer compared to polyimide was much more suitable to reduce damage to polyimide with copper wire for the multi layer BGA singulation. When the polyester double-sided tape is used as a sacrifice layer, surface carbonization becomes less. The SEM, non-contact 3D inspector and high-resolution microscope are used to measure cut line-width and surface morphology.

An analytical study on the Youngjeob Dogam Sajechong Euigwae of Choson Dynasty(1609 year)

  • To analyze royal nad Chinese envoy procession, and sacrificial rite of Chinese envoy for Choson Dynasty, the author studied historic book-Youngjeob Dogam Sajechong Euigwae of Choson Dynasty(1609 year) in which Chinese envoy procession for sacrificial rite in Choson Dynasty were described. The results obtained from this study were as follows. 1. Sacrificial rite of Chinese envoy for Choson Dynasty were Yellow paper burning and performing a sacrificial rite of chinese envoy. 2. Order of Chinese envoy procession for Yellow paper burng and performint a sacrificial rite of Chinese envoy, was civil and military officers, flag procession, drum, palanquin of incense, palanquin of guneral oration, palaquin of material for guneral expenses, palanquin of rich viands and sumptuous fare and Chinese envoy. 3. Things offered in sacrifice of Yellow paper burning were fried cake made of wheat flour, honey and oil, fried gutinous rice cake, patterned savory cake, fruits, meat fish and others broil, slices of boiled beef, soup, stew, noodles, 3cups of alcohol, rice cake and water. 4. Things offered in sacrifice of performing a sacrificial rite of Chinese envoy were a cattle, a hog, a sheep, 3 cups of alcohol and etc.

유전체 특성에 따른 UWB용 필터 특성에 관한 연구 (The Performance of Ultra-Wideband Filter with regard to dielectric materials)

  • In this paper, we propose an ultra wideband pass filter of ring type with embedded stripline stub. The fractional bandwidth was 98 % at the center frequency of 8 GHz and insertion loss was below 1 dB in passband. Two kinds of dielectric materials with the permittivity of 7.8 and 40, respectively were adopted in evaluating the suggested filter structure. As the permittivity of material became larger, the size of filter smaller as expected without any sacrifice in filter performance. In summary, the suggested filter structure has smaller size due to the embedded stripline stub and can be minimized by adopting dielectric material with higher permittivity again.

  • The spot where bottom foundation of a marine bridge is constructed is deep in depth of water and a bedrock, bearing stratum, is very deeply distributed. So, I analyzed material of soil profile and then evaluate bearing capacity and safety of settlement when a stake of site construction is designed using a projection cast in place concrete pile and a sacrifice steel cast in place pile. Also, I analyzed and researched pratical affairs like a slime processing and plumbing maintenance in supervision of execution.

  • Al-2wt.$\%$Zn 합금은 특히 해수에 대한 내식성이 우수하여 기화기 튜브의 회생양극재료로 사용되고 있다. 그러나 Al-2wt.$\%$Zn 용사코팅재는 모재금속과 코팅층사이의 결합강도부족, 해수의 낙하에너지에 의해 코팅층은 박리 된다. 이러한 용사코팅충의 문제점을 해결하고자 클래드재와 모재금속을 동시압출법을 통하여 클래드튜브 제조공정을 개발하였다. 클래드튜브의 내식성은 용사코팅튜브에 비하여 최소 2배 이상 향상되었다.

창녕 교동 39·63호분 동물순장 연구 (A study on animal SHUNJANG in tombs 39 and 63 in Gyo-dong, Changnyeong)

  • 창녕 교동 39호분과 63호분은 북쪽에 입구부를 둔 횡구식 묘제로 별도의 추가장이 이루어지지 않은 창녕지역의 독특한 묘제이다. 본고는 해당 고분의 매장 프로세스와 함께 고분의 입구부에 별도로 조성된 석곽 2기의 성격과 의미를 이해하고자 하였다. 이 2기의 석곽은 39호분의 석곽 3호(39-3호)와 63호분의 석곽 3호(63-3호)로 대형분 내에 독립되어 조성된 소형 무덤이다. 2기 모두 매장주체부의 북벽 중위에 위치하며 한쪽 벽면을 매장주체부 벽석과 공유하고 있는데 축조상태로 보아 주피장자를 석곽 내부에 안치한 뒤 북벽을 폐쇄하는 과정에서 조성되었다. 석곽 내부에는 동물유체가 모두 확인되었는데 특히 63-3호 동물유체 동정결과 최소 3개체의 개가 매장된 것으로 추정되었다. 무엇보다 이들 동물유체는 주피장자를 등진 상태로 머리를 바깥쪽으로 향하고 있으며 한정된 공간 내에 중첩되지 않고 나란히 안치되어 있어 주목된다. 창녕 교동 39-3호와 63-3호는 매장주체부를 축조하는 과정에서 조성된 것으로 동시성을 가지며 각각의 독립된 유구이지만한 고분 내에서 주피장자를 따라 축조되었다는 종속적 관계를 형성한다. 또한 동물을 살해한 뒤 해체되지 않은 상태로 일정한 방향에 따라 정연하게 안치하였다는 점에서 강제성을 띠고 있다. 이에 유구의 성격은 개(견(犬))를 순장한 순장곽(殉葬槨)으로 이해된다. 삼국시대 고분 출토 동물유체에 대한 연구는 그 위치에 따라 동물부장, 제수매납, 동물희생 등으로 해석되며 이는 일련의 동물희생의례, 즉 동물 부장과 희생(제생(祭牲) 혹은 공희(供犧))으로 알려져 있다. 이러한 인식의 바탕에는 동물을 음식이나 제의 희생물과 같이 물적 대상화하는데 기반하고 있다. 그런데 창녕 교동 39-3호와 63-3호는 장송의례 과정에서 동물을 영적존재로 인식하고 주피장자의 계세사상과 밀접하게 연관된다는 점에서 차이를 보인다. 또한 유구의 위치와 방향성에 대한 다각도로의 분석도 요구되는데, 이 2기의 순장곽이 고분의 입구부에 해당하며, 위치가 입구부의 가장 개방된 공간이라는 점, 바깥을 향해 바라보는 개의 모습 등은 고분 수호와 벽사의 의미로도 해석이 가능하다. 이러한 모습은 고대 계세사상을 반영하는 고구려 벽화고분에 묘사된 개의 그림과 백제 무령왕릉 출토 석수와도 비교가 가능하며 고대 무덤을 지키는 진묘수의 의미와도 상통한다. 이는 차후 동물유체 매장유구에 대해 다각적인 연구가 필요하다는 점을 시사하는 바이다.

Protein Analysis Using a Combination of an Online Monolithic Trypsin Immobilized Enzyme Reactor and Collisionally-Activated Dissociation/Electron Transfer Dissociation Dual Tandem Mass Spectrometry

  • We demonstrated the combined applications of online protein digestion using trypsin immobilized enzyme reactor (IMER) and dual tandem mass spectrometry with collisionally activated dissociation (CAD) and electron transfer dissociation (ETD) for tryptic peptides eluted through the trypsin-IMER. For the trypsin-IMER, the organic and inorganic hybrid monolithic material was used. By employing the trypsin-IMER, the long digestion time could be saved with little or no sacrifice of the digestion efficiency, which was demonstrated for standard protein samples. For three model proteins (cytochrome c, carbonic anhydrase, and bovine serum albumin), the tryptic peptides digested by the IMER were analyzed using LC-MS/MS with the dual application of CAD and ETD. As previously shown by others, the dual application of CAD and ETD increased the sequence coverage in comparison with CAD application only. In particular, ETD was very useful for the analysis of highly-protontated peptide cations, e.g., ${\geq}3+$. The combination approach provided the advantages of both trypsin-IMER and CAD/ETD dual tandem mass spectrometry applications, which are rapid digestion (i.e., 10 min), good digestion efficiency, online coupling of trypsin-IMER and liquid chromatography, and high sequence coverage.

The Environmental Justice in Ecological Immigration A Case Study of Sanjiangyuan Area

  • Recently, there is an increasing criticism both inside and outside China toward the eco-migration projects. The author focuses on the eco-migration of Sanjiangyuan National Nature Reserve as a case study as it is one of the main eco-migration projects. At the end of 2010, government invested 4.47 billion CNY in eco-migration and relocated the immigration 55773 people in 10733 units. Benefits of eco-migration is obvious, however, it needs to be recognized that in the aspect of environment justice, it is unfair to sacrifice a group of people in the process of environmental protection because costs and benefits result from the environmental protection have to share among the people without discrimination. Local herdsmen received extra disadvantages in their level of material possessions, social and cultural values and the social inclusion after eco-migration project. As a part of the eco-social system established within several centuries, the local herdsmen are not only threateners to local ecology system, but also the guardians to the natural environment through religion and habits last for generations. The social and cultural values, traditional religion and Nomadic living habits, as important as the environment, are need to be cherished and protected.

Application of Enzymatic Hydrolysis for the Yield Optimization in Froth-Flotation of ONP

  • Although cleaner and cheaper deinking of ONP could be performed at the neutral or low alkaline condition excessive loss from froth-flotation is unavoidable and so reduction of alkali or caustic soda dosage sacrifices recycling yield. Now the new trade-off regarding alkali dosage versus flotation yield is urgently required in order to set the optimized neutral or low alkaline deinking process of ONP. Lipase from Thermomyces Lanuginosus has an effect on desizing and deacetylation reaction and it could be applied to the stock of pre flotation secondary stage in order to reduce the flotation reject without the sacrifice of optical properties of flotation accepts. Instead of inorganic base, lipase could be applied as a biochemical catalyst for the selective modification of valuable hydrophobic particles in deinking stock, for example cellulose fines and inorganic fillers covered by hydrophobic additives or contaminants. When the enzymatic hydrolysis of ester bond could be made on the surface of hydrophobic particulates, unwanted float of fine particles could be prevented. Now the enhancement of flotation selectivity or the modification of the hydrophobicity of deinking stock is expected to be promoted by the enzymatic pre treatment. And the reduction of recycling cost with the saves of raw material, recovered paper would be possible as a result.
