저회 되메움재의 열저항 특성 (Thermal Resistance Characteristics of the Backfill Material with Bottom Ash)

  • 본 논문은 화력발전소 부산물인 저회를 뒤채움재로 활용하고자 열저항 특성에 대한 연구내용을 다루었다. 석탄회의 일종인 저회는 공학적 특성이 모래와 유사하여 모래 대체재로 사용 가능하다. 그러나 열적 특성을 무시한 무분별한 적용은 오히려 기존 구조물에 악영향을 미칠 수 있기 때문에 이에 대한 신중한 선택이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 저회의 열전도도를 확인하기 위해 실내시험을 실시하였으며, 뒤채움재로 활용될 수 있는 현장유용토, 성토재료, 모래 등과 열저항 특성에 대하여 비교 분석하였다. 또한, 이들 재료들의 열저항 특성이 함수비에 따라 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있어 이에 대해 분석을 실시하였고 저회가 뒤채움재로 유효 활용될 수 있도록 방안을 제시하였다.

전극직경 크기에 따른 SMD형 PbTiO3계 세라믹 공진자의 전기적 특성 (Electrical Characteristics of SMD Type Ceramic Resonators using PbTiO3 System as a Function of Electrode Radius Size)

  • In this study, the high frequency SMD ceramic resonators with the size of $3.7{\times}3.1{\times}0.385\textrm{mm}^3$ were fabricated using $Pb_{0.88}(La_{0.6}Nd_{0.4})_{0.08}(Mn_{1/3}Sb_{2/3})_{0.02}Ti_{0.98}O_3$ ceramics with the variations of electrode radius size. With increasing the electrode radius size, resonant resistance in third overtone mode was decreased and electromechanical coupling factor($k_{t3}$) in third overtone mode was showed constant values. Taking into consideration mechanical quality factor($Qm_{t3}$) of 5,552 and dynamic range(D.R) of 60.72dB in third overtone mode, the ceramic resonator with the electrode radius size of $\theta$1.13mm was suitable for 20MHz resonator application.

세척과 절연보강에 따른 고압전동기 고정자 권선의 절연상태 분석 (Analysis of Insulation Condition in High Voltage Motor Stator Windings Following Cleaning and Insulation Reinforcement)

  • Diagnostic tests were performed on two high voltage(HV) motor stator windings. These tests included the measurement of insulation resistance, polarization index, AC current, dissipation factor($tan{\delta}$) and partial discharge(PD) magnitude. Surface contamination of HV motor stator windings has an effect on the AC current and $tan{\delta}$. When the stator windings were finished cleaning and insulation reinforcement, the increase rate of AC current(${\Delta}I$) and dissipation factor(${\Delta}tan{\delta}$) were very small compared to those before cleaning. However, the PD magnitude remained the same. These tests show that cleaning and insulation reinforcement of HV motor stator windings can reduce the insulation failure.

  • We designed the flyback planar transformer, which had 8W capacity, with 70V input voltage and 8.2V output voltage for the establishment of design method and the confirmation of application possibility. The numerical value of inductance measured under the switching frequency of 120 kHz was 1650 ${\mu}H$, which was the inductance efficiency of 85~87% against theoretical value. The A.C. resistance of primary and secondary coil was 4.2 ${\Omega}$ and 0.25 ${\Omega}$ respectively. On the other hand, the quality factor for each wound numbers showed quite a high value of 158 and 75 respectively. And the Coupling Factor was 0.96~0.97 under 120 kHz switching frequency. And the shape of the output wave of the planar transformer at 70V input voltage was a stable square wave.

육각형 압전변압기의 전기적 출력 특성 (Electrical Characteristics of the Hexagon-type Piezoelectric Transformer)

  • In this paper, a hexagon-type piezoelectric transformer was investigated to increase the output power. The length of its side was 14mm and 17.5mm, respectively. The piezoelectric ceramics was composed to PZT-PMN-PSN. This composition showed the characteristics which had an about 1500 of the mechanical Q-factor, 0.55 of the electromechanical coupling coefficient, $320{\times}10^{-12}C/N$ of the piezoelectric constant $d_{31}$, 0.3 % of the dissipation factor, etc. The voltage step-up ratio increased with increasing the load resistance, $R_{L}$, so it reached 80 with $R_{L}$ of $1M{\Omega}$ and was proportion to the length of side of the hexagon-type piezoelectric transformer. Also, the output power increased with increasing the size of the hexagon-type piezoelectric transformer.

  • 자동차 선도장용으로 알루미늄 페이스트를 사용하여 6가지 베이스코트용 포뮬레이션이 설계되었다. 알루미늄 페이스트는 pancake 형태의 금속 안료인 #501, #801, #601와 cornflake 형태의 금속 안료인 #750, #770, #790가 사용되었다. 베이스코트의 상대적인 경화 밀도는 #501, #801, #601, #750, #770, #790 순으로 증가하였다. T-bending, 내충격성, 테이핑 부착력은 경화 밀도의 증가에 따라 향상되었다. Cornflake 형태의 안료에 대한 외관(combined factor) 테스트에서 입자가 가장 작은 #790이 다른 두 가지(#750, #770)와 비교하였을 때 가장 좋은 combined factor를 보여 주었다.

  • Insulation diagnostic tests for high voltage motor stator winding were conducted to analyze the insulation characteristics. Test motors were manufactured same factory and year(1996). Insulation characteristics of moisture winding are different from those of deteriorative winding. Insulation resistance and disscipation factor test results are sensitive to moisture winding. AC current, disscipation factor tip-up and PD test results are sensitive to deteriorative winding. Also, Capacitance value for stator winding insulation material has characteristic of increasing in moisture winding.

  • 본 논문은 풍동실험과 정적하중 실험을 실시하여 강풍 설계시 대공간 구조물의 막구조 동적응답을 확인하여 거스트 계수(gust factor)를 산출해 보고자한다. 이를 위해 섬유재료의 변형률에 따라 하중을 구할 수 있는 막재료 성능실험과 4가지(saddle형, wave형, arch형, point형) 막구조 모형에 따른 횡방향 동적하중과 동적변형응답을 측정할 수 있는 풍동실험, 동적변형응답에 따라 정적하중을 구할 수 있는 정적하중실험을 실시함으로써 거스트 계수(gust factor)를 산출하였다.

  • The electrical conductivity of SnO$_2$added ZnO was investigated using the DC and AC methods. The electrical conductivity of SnO$_2$added ZnO was decreased with increasing the concentration of SnO$_2$. The cal쳐lated effective dielectric constants of 3 mol%, 5 mo1%, and 7 mol% are ~7, ~13, and ~120, respectively. The factor of the decrease for the electrical conductivity seems to be the increase of the resistance of grain decreasing the size of grain.

  • This paper presents the basic characteristics of Cr thin-film, which were deposited on glass by DC magnetron sputtering. The optimized deposition condition of Cr thin-film strain gauges were input power 7w/cm$^2$and the Ar working pressure was 9mtorr. GF(Gauge Factor), TCR(Temperature Coefficient of Resistance) and TCS(Temperature Coefficient of Sensitivity) of Cr thin-film strain gauges were 5.86, 400 ppm/$^{\circ}C$ and 0 ppm/$^{\circ}C$, respectively.
