  • 최근 탈석유 에너지 이행의 목표가 분명해지는 가운데 천연가스가 가교연료로서 주목받고 있다. 천연가스는 옥탄가가 높아 압축비를 높여도 노킹이 일어나지 않기 때문에 열효율과 출력을 두루 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐 아니라 기존 내연기관 하드웨어 시스템에 천연가스 공급 시스템 적용을 비교적 용이하게 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 승용 가솔린 직분사 터보 엔진을 천연가스 포트분사식 터보 엔진으로 개조하여 터보가 작동되는 운전 영역에서 대상 엔진의 연소 및 성능을 종합적으로 측정 및 비교하였다.

  • This paper presents the utilization of waste concrete as vertical drain material. The materials used as vertical drain material were the waste concrete, obtained from the demolished apartments or concrete structure and sand. In this study, laboratory model test was performed to investigate settlement and bearing capacity between sand compaction pile and waste concrete compaction pile. The results of laboratory model test showed that the improvement efficiency of soft ground by waste concrete compaction pile was better than sand compaction pile.

  • For a perforated plate, it is challenging to develop a finite element model due to the necessity of the fine meshing of the plate, especially if it is submerged in fluid. This necessitates the use of a solid plate with equivalent material properties. Unfortunately, the effective elastic constants suggested by the ASME code are deemed not valid for a modal analysis. Therefore, in this study the equivalent material properties of a perforated plate are suggested by performing several finite element analyses with respect to the ligament efficiencies.

  • A material cloud method, which is a new topology optimization method, is presented. In MCM, an optimal structure can be found out by manipulating sizes and positions of material clouds, which are lumps of material with specified properties. A numerical analysis for a specific distribution of material clouds is carried out using fixed background finite element mesh. Optimal material distribution can be element-wisely extracted from material clouds' distribution. In MCM, an expansion-reduction procedure of design domain for finding out better optimal solution can be naturally realized. Also the convergence of material distribution is faster and well-defined material distribution with fewer intermediate densities can be obtained. In addition, the control of minimum-member sizes in the material distribution can be realized to some extent. In this paper, basic concept of MCM is introduced, and formulation and optimization results of MCM are compared with those of the traditional density distribution method(DDM).

  • In high-efficiency crystalline silicon solar cell, If high-efficiency solar cells are to be commercialized, It is need to develop superior contact formation method and material that can be inexpensive and simple without degradation of the solar cells ability. For reason of plated metallic contact is not only high metallic purity but also inexpensive manufacture. It is available to apply mass production. Especially, Nickel, Copper are applied widely in various electronic manufactures as easily formation is available by plating. Ni is shown to be a suitable barrier to Cu diffusin as well as desirable contact metal to silicon. Nickel monosilicide has been suggested as a suitable silicide due to its lower resistivitym lower sintering temperature and lower layer stress than $TiSi_2$. In this paper, Nickel as a seed layer and diffusion barrier is plated by electroless plating to make nickel monosilicide.

  • Piezoelectric Transformer (PT) was emerged in device and material industry. PT has some advantages such as low profile and mechanical energy transfer with little electromagnetic interface (EMI). But, It is known that the maximum PT efficiency can be obtained when it operates near the resonant frequency of the PT. Also PT's resonant frequency moves according to the load conditions Therefore, As the operating frequency moves further from the resonant frequency, the PT efficiency decreases dramatically due to the increase of the circulating current.   • This study was undertaken to judge the quality of air-tightened exhibition cases and to predict the dynamic variation of the relative humidity in the showcase. We performed a lot of experiments for the a few conditions and we numerically calculated the air change rate and the relative humidity in the showcase with the Artsorb under the same conditions. In all cases we confirmed that the numerical results about the relative humidity in the showcase had a good agreement with the experimental ones. Through the experiments of humidity control, we found out that the adsorption efficiency is varied with the location and the amount of the Artsorb. And the numerical results showed that the adsorption material is always needed to keep on the appropriate humidity condition in the showcase even though any kind of the showcases are used.

  • We studied the influence of cathode material on the stability of organic phtovoltaics (OPVs). OPVs with LiF/Al and Ag/Ca/Ag cathode were fabricated and the stability were evaluated. The sample with LiF/Al cathode showed efficiency degradation from 2.42% to 2.04% during 50 days. On the other hand, the sample with Ag/Ca/Ag cathode showed more steeper efficiency degradation from 2.38% to 0.80% during 50 days. The different of degradation can be attributed to a larger increase of series resistance ($R_s$) in Ag/Ca/Ag cathode sample.

  • The Light brightness is to enhance the luminescence efficiency of phosphor including conductive material. In preparing the anode layer, phosphors mixed with conductive material prepared with pastes of polymer resin using by screen printing method. When the prepared anode layer bombarded by cold electron from emitter of cathode, it give rise to form the secondary electron from those of conductive materials such as ITO powder. Furthermore, we are expect to enhance the luminescence efficiency more than without conductive material.

  • Using a blue emitting DPVBi material and red dopant DCJTB, WOLEDs with and without green emitter C6 added in ETL or HTL have been fabricated. The chromaticity color index of WOLEDs without C6 depends strongly on the doping concentration. In addition, manipulating thickness of emitting layer is similar effect such as controlling weight concentration of dopant. While the white color of WOLEDs with C6 added in ETL or HTL depend on position of C6. WOLED of three colors added green dye have been shown turn-on voltage of 3.25V, and EL efficiency 3.05cd/A @9V, $8102\;cd/m^2$, CIE coordinates (0.30, 0.32).
