부품ㆍ소재 정보를 위한 분류 체계 설계 (Classification System of material and Component Technology and Industry)

  • In this study, we establish technology classification system for twelve material and component(MC) areas to sup-port systematic information services for MCT-20l0 which is supported by Korean government. We propose some design principles for MC technology classification system. The principles are suggested by considering of the characteristics of MC classification, regarding with scope, originality, hierarchy, relationship between technology classification and product classification, duplication and complex structure, use of information system, and life cycle of the classification system.

소재도서관 분류체계에 대한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Classification System of Material Library)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국내외 소재도서관의 분류체계를 비교 분석하여 다양한 산업 및 공예 소재를 일관되고 체계적으로 분류할 수 있는 분류체계 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이 연구를 위하여 먼저 국내외 소재도서관의 운영사례와 분류체계를 조사한 후 일반분류표인 KDC와 DDC의 소재관련 분류항목을 비교 분석하여 소재자료를 일관되고 체계적으로 분류할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 소재도서관의 분류체계는 주제 중심으로 분류하지 않고 소재명과 형태로 분류하거나, 또는 일반분류표처럼 아라비아숫자를 사용하여 주제 중심으로 분류한 경우도 있었다. 대부분의 소재도서관은 자체적으로 개발한 분류체계를 사용하고 있으므로 소재정보의 접근 및 공유가 어렵다. 그러므로 소재도서관에 소장된 소재정보의 공유를 위한 소재도서관용 표준분류체계의 개발이 필요하다.

  • Most power plants have operated many independent computerize systems for maintenance. Independence of systems have caused complexity of business process and inconvenience of computer system management. Because the equipment and material master data is not standardize and structurize, it is difficult to manage equipment maintenance history and material delivery. Especially equipment classification criterion is important for standardization of every maintenance information. It is necessary to integrate function of independent systems for business process simplification and rapid work flow. this paper provides equipment classification criterion design and system integration method with the case of live system development.

  • To supply the materials the right time, and the right place, it is required some information maintenance system to manage this procedure effectively. In this paper, we represent the standard products classification for EMU and the materials maintenance information system to manage the parts used EMU maintenance efficiently. The standard material classification is matched to G2B code made by the Supply Administration. The implemented material information system can perform various functions such as the inquiry of the number of stocks, the demand of the materials, and etc.

  • Each corporation isn't consistent because of offering specific information for publicity. It spends considerable labor force and time surfing of the material information and choosing need material. That's the reason it's different with material information and choice system between production and marketing corporation. Among lots of material information, some of them are used by offering material information simplify. So it is demanded necessity of reasonable material choice system. That system helps it choose a material more easily. So we studied about the information retrieval system of reasonable material choice through the study about assortment system of material information and material choice method. It's the basic study for the suggestion of reasonable material choice system. According to this study, if that system is suggested and realized, we can overcome from the system of typical and repeatable at every course of architecture during several times. It will be helpful to increase about the productivity of architecture as the minimization of time, labor, resource and cost for the material choice.

뉴로퍼지추론을 이용한 재질온도응답 분류시스템의 개발 (Development of Classification System for Material Temperature Responses Using Neuro-Fuzzy Inference)

  • 본 논문에서는 곡선근사법과 뉴로퍼지 시스템의 열전도도 추론을 이용하여 대기온도의 변화에 관계없이 재질의 온도응답을 분류하기 위한 시스템을 제안한다. 재질의 온도응답은 정상상태에 도달하는데 장시간이 소요되며, 과도상태에서는 잡음을 포함하고 있기 때문에 실용화하는데 문제점이 있다. 제안하는 방법은 온도응답곡선의 과도상태만을 곡선근사법에 의해 지수함수화함으로써 단시간에 계측이 가능하고 측정중의 잡음을 없앨 수 있다. 뉴로퍼지 추론을 이용하여 임의의 대기온도 하에서 재질의 열전도도를 추론함으로써 열전도 특성의 복잡한 성질을 수학적으로 해석해야하는 문제점을 극복하였다. 이를 위해 인간의 손가락과 유사한 구조의 재질 온도응답센서를 제작하고, 하드웨어를 구현하였으며, 곡선근사화와 뉴로퍼지 알고리즘에 의한 분류 소프트웨어를 개발하였다.

KS(한국산업규격)의 3단계분류체계를 활용한 건자재 표준화 방안 연구 (A Study on the standardization of Construction material by the use of three-tier classification system of Korean Industrial Standard)

  • Since 1990s, we have achieved a certain level of success in standardization of design, construction, and material on housing and public buildings with the national-level promotion. A practical connecting device that can synthesize all the serial processes is required to maximize the effect of construction material standardization. However, desired outcome of the standardization is not achieved yet because these serial standards and notification practices are decided by each part of the process and some are congested. In this study, we aim to improve a general organizational system of Korean Industrial Standard (KS) which is the most fundamental tool for the standardization of construction materials moving from a conventional idea that the standard is only for the material and components producers to a concept that can also be shared by the designers and construction workers. To achieve this, we propose an improvement plan for the Korean Industrial Standard in the perspective of three-tier classification system.

장수명주택 인필 정보시스템 구축에 관한 기초 연구 (A Preliminary Study on the Establishment of Long-Life Housing Infill Information System)

  • Purpose: This study aims to set up the classification system for providing infill information and draw detailed infill information required by suppliers, thereby promoting the revitalization of long-life housing and utilizing such information as preliminary data for establishing web system, on which infill information required by users in the long-life housing design process are available. Method: For the method of study, the infill information classification system and detailed information were drawn through the analysis of existing building material information systems; and the survey targeting working-level personnel was carried out in order to verify the drawn information system. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the hierarchical classification system (scheme) was selected by quoting the classification system by material type as infill type, after analyzing existing DB information systems and drawing the hierarchical classification system for infill. Second, the comparative analysis between infill was available to users for the detailed infill information of long-life housing, and the essential information and general information were selected for differentiating information. Third, only approximately 30% of the survey respondents recognized the infill of long-life housing, but they did not recognize its difference from existing building materials. Fourth, through the analysis of paths to obtain infill information of long-life housing, it was confirmed that infill information was obtained mostly through books and research papers regarding long-life housing, followed by the existing information systems. The significance of the study lies in that it is differentiated from the previous information system as the information system specialized in the infill of long-life housing was established, and can be used as a measure to revitalize long-life housing market.

석유화학 플랜트의 효율적 배관자재 관리를 위한 코드분류체계 개선 (Improvement of the Code Classification Structure in Piping Material Management for Petrochemical Plant Projects)

  • 본 연구는 석유화학 플랜트 설계, 구매 시공에 직간접적으로 많은 영향을 주는 배관자재의 관리 효율성을 높이기 위하여 자재 코드 및 자재관리 시스템의 근간이 되는 배관자재 코드 분류체계를 개선하였다. 기존 배관자재 코드 분류체계를 개선하기 위하여 내재된 문제점을 자세히 파악하고 국내외 대형 EPC 기업의 배관자재 코드 분류체계 특징을 조사하였으며, 최근 대형화, 전문화 되어가는 프로젝트의 특성을 고려하여 개선 방향을 설정하였다. 배관 자재별 특성에 맞는 코드분류체계를 정의하고, 표준 속성을 추가하고, 신규 자재 및 재질을 고려한 코드 자릿수 확장 및 계층적 분류 구조를 통하여 효율적 배관 자재관리를 위한 배관 자재 코드 분류체계의 개선 구조를 도출하였다. 개선된 배관자재 코드 분류체계를 수행중인 프로젝트에 적용한 결과, 자재 구매사양서의 재 작업률이 평균 4.98%에서 2.48%로 감소하였으며, 3차원설계에서 요구되는 배관 형상 구축 작업시간이 기존 평균 작업인원 2명이 6개월 소요 되었으나, 1명이 4개월로 67% 감소 효과를 가져왔다. 또한 피라미드 코드 구조를 통하여 전사 자재관리 시스템과 연동되어 구매, 견적 등 유관 부서에서 다양한 데이터를 축적하고 내부 경영관리 의사결정을 위한 프로젝트 분석에 활용할 수 있게 되었다.
