Purpose : IRMA method for the experimental reagents, as set out in the manual settings for doing and reporting the test results should, in principle. But many of the reagents allows for the setting of the plot does not have a lot of information. Depending on the angle setting of the table make a difference in test results and what settings are best suited to investigate. Materials and Methods : The hospital has Boramae DREAM10, Cobra, SR-300's using the Immunotech TSH reagents have been compared with the measurements. Since then there using EXCEL calculation of the equipment compared with the measurement. Results : In the comparison between each piece of equipment 1.SR-300: DREAM 10 y = 1.1376x - 0.046 (LOG-LOGIT), 2.SR-300: COBRA y = 1.0985x + 0.042 (LOG-LOG) 3.DREAM10: COBRA y = 0.965x + 0.0887 (LOG-LOG) was the result. In all charts the same X, Y axis, X values were good in general when you have. Linear-Logit value of Cobra Dream10 and Excel tends to match the calculated values provided. Conclusion : Is to guide the B / max, B / Total Logit Y axis of the chart is set to draw a look at the value equation when the X-axis LOG a high concentration are disadvantages rising urgently toward the slope. Linear-Logit plots close to the straight line has a curve. If you have a chart to guide on setting AS setting and therefore, set to guide the absence of information on the need to set up the experiment are thought to pass through.

Andaok, a new single cross variety, is a yellow dent maize hybrid (Zea mays L.) developed by the maize breeding team at the National Institute of Crop Science (NICS), RDA in 2011. This hybrid, which has a high yield of grain, was produced by crossing two inbred lines, KS161 and KS162. KS161 is the seed parent and KS162 is the pollen parent of Andaok. Silking date of Andaok is 3 days later than that of the check hybrid, Jangdaok. Plant height of Andaok is longer than that of Jangdaok. Ear numbers per 100 plants of Andaok is more than that of Jangdaok. Ear length of Andaok is shorter than that of Jangdaok. The weight of 100 seeds of Andaok is heavier than that of Jangdaok. It has moderate resistance to southern corn leaf blight (Bipolaris maydis), black streaked dwarf virus (BSDV) and corn borer. It has strong resistance to northern corn leaf blight (Exserohilum turcicum). It has resistance to lodging. Andaok was evaluated for its yield of grain at three locations from 2009 to 2011. The grain yield of Andaok was 7.80 ton/ha. Seed production of Andaok has gone well due to a good match during crossing between the seed parent, KS161, and the pollen parent, KS162, in Yeongwol.

By Using various grinding mill in powder cosmetics manufacturing process; screen milt and pin mill, jet mill, properties of the powder and grinding mills were studied; talc, mica, nylon powder, silica, titanium dioxide. Besides, the experiments fur evaluation of grinding were performed by using iron oxides those are tracers. In powders of plate shape, they were grinded more vertically than horizontally at the screen mill and pin mill, although were all grinded vertically and horizontally at the jet mill. The spheric powders became the primary particles or aggregation by electrostatic interaction at the screen mill and pin mill. But, at the jet mill, they resulted the agglomeration or transformation or damage up to 2bar. Titanium dioxides became the primary particles by all grinding mill. Pin mill has an excellent result in experiments which is a change of the tone of color by grinding. From these results, suggest that the jet mill is used to pre-treat of powders of plate shape in practical cosmetic manufacturing process, and the screen mill and pin mill are used to match the color of powder cosmetics. If industrial process condition is taken into consideration, suggest that 4times of grinding is excellent on grinding effect by the screen mill, and twice grinding by the pin mill and grind air pressure of 1bar by the jet mill.

Purpose: The common deformity after the correction of unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity is nasal asymmetry, and it is caused by the hypoplasia of the pyriform aperture. To correct this, many procedures have been applied, but still many problems are present. Authors performed the inlay and onlay insertion of porous high density polyethylene sheet(1 mm thickness $Medpor{(R)}$ sheet) in the hypoplastic pyriform margin of cleft side and obtained satisfactory results. Methods: 11 cases were performed and the mean follow up period was 15.1 months. Their mean age was 23.6 years. Under general anesthesia, bilateral pyriform margin was exposed. $Medpor{(R)}$ sheets in "match stick" like shaped were inlay inserted, and kidney shaped were onlay inserted fixating with two 6 mm titanium screws. After the surgery, the results was evaluated by photogrammetric analysis. On the basal view, the distance from the subalare and labiale superius' to the transverse baseline connecting the both cheilions was measured from the cleft side and the non-cleft side. Then, the postoperative symmetry was assessed by obtaining the cleft side against the non-cleft side as proportion index, defined as lateral and medial upper lip contour index. Results: There were 2 infections. The cause was because the inserted implant was too long and thus protruded to the base of nasal cavity. The lateral upper lip contour index was from 95.49 to 103.27, and medial upper lip contour index was from 90.92 to 100.49, it was statistically increased, and thus the symmetry was improved. However clinically mild depression remained at nostril floor. Conclusion: Authors performed porous high density polyethylene sheet inlay and onlay insertion for the hypoplasia of the pyriform margin in unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity. It was found that depressed pyriform margin and upper lip were corrected effectively except for the nostril floor, for which an additional soft tissue augmentation would be necessary. The inlay insertion has risk of protrusion, thus the guideline of the use of artificial prosthesis should be observed strictly.
Since enactment of the Product Liability Act(PLA) on July 2002, Enterprises in Korea should be insured the Product Liability under the Act. Therefore they had to make a special team and organize it to match with the Act. However, some enterprises didn't follow and prepare the team for the dispute resolution. For example, in America, many enterprises had been attacked the PLA and in Japan, as well. but Korea is rare for the PLA. Thus, this is to research the PLA for protecting the disputes. Upon this study, 1 would like to suggest some issues and a revision of the PLA. Those are the purpose of my research. In this study, it consists of 5 chapters for achieving the purpose of the research. Introduction of this study is mentioned in Chapter 1, and Chapter 2 is for outline of the PLA in Korea. At Chapter 3, the cases are analyzed in the disputes of importers to address important things we have to check. After the analysis, resolution methods in general on import practices are suggested at Chapter 4. Also, this study is summarized at Chapter 5 including further research. In this research, 1 find out complex of Product Liability insurance and issues related with PLA. For protecting the issues and disputes; importers should prepare a agreement of arbitration during the preparation of contracts. Nothing can be better than prevention on any disputes, but they can be happened sometimes without any intentions or by mistake. Solving these issues, the resolution methods of this research are the most valuable. The mediation and the negotiation do not force any legal matters. So, the dispute through them does not have a positive resolution, and the effectiveness of them is very low. Due to the resolution of issues, arbitration is a desirable resolution. In Korea, most people do not know about the arbitration due to the lack of understanding of arbitration. Currently arbitration related with Product Liability has not been followed up promptly because procedures and judgement from a court take for a long time. In sum, in order to solve the disputes properly, they should be supported by the arbitration system to concrete essential objectives, so to speak, protection of the victim and the improvement of arbitration. In addition, the systematic arrangements would be required to carry out all the methods above mentioned. Those are for manufacturers, importers, and customers for the dispute resolution.
We report multi-epoch, simultaneous 22 GHz water and 44 GHz Class I methanol maser line survey towards 180 intermediate-mass young stellar objects, including 14 Class 0, 19 Class I objects, and 147 Herbig Ae/Be stars. We detected $H_2O$ and $CH_3OH$ maser emission towards 16 (9%) and 10 (6%) sources with one new $H_2O$ and six new $CH_3OH$ maser sources. The detection rates of both masers rapidly decrease as the central (proto)stars evolve, which is contrary to the trends in high-mass star-forming regions. This suggests that the excitations of the two masers are closely related to the evolutionary stage of the central (proto)stars and the circumstellar environments. $H_2O$ maser velocities deviate on average 9 km s-1 from the ambient gas velocities whereas $CH_3OH$ maser velocities well match with. For both maser emissions, large velocity difference (${\mid}v_{H2O}-v_{sys}{\mid}\;>\; 10kms^{-1}\; and\;{\mid}v_{CH3OH}-v_{sys}{\mid}\;>\;1kms^{-1}$) is mostly confined to Class 0 objects. The formation and disappearance of $H_2O$ maser lines are frequent and the integrated intensities of them change up to two orders of magnitude. In contrast, $CH_3OH$ maser lines usually show no significant change in the intensity, shape, and velocity. This consistent with the previous suggestion that $H_2O$ maser emission originates from the base of an outflow while 44 GHz Class I $CH_3OH$ maser emission arises from the interaction region of the outflow with the ambient gas. The isotropic maser luminosities are well correlated with the bolometric luminosities of the central the objects. The fitted relations are $L_{H2O}=1.71{\ast}10^{-9}(L_{bol})^{0.97}$ and $L_{CH3OH}=1.71{\ast}10^{-10}(L_{bol})^{1.22}$.

$^{64}Cu$-labeled diacetyl-bis($N^4$-methylthiosemicarbazone) is a promising agent for internal radiation therapy and imaging of hypoxic tissues. In the study, we confirmed hypoxia regions in VX2 tumor implanted rabbits with injection $^{64}Cu$-ATSM and $^{18}F$-FDG using positron emission tomography (PET)/computed tomography (CT). PET images with $^{18}F$-FDG and $^{64}Cu$-ATSM were obtained for 40 min by dynamic scan and additional delayed PET images of $^{64}Cu$-ATSM the acquired up to 48 hours. Correlation between intratumoral $O_2$ level and $^{64}Cu$-ATSM PET image was analyzed. $^{64}Cu$-ATSM and $^{18}F$-FDG were intravenously co-injected and the tumor was dissected and cut into slices for a dual-tracer autoradiographic analysis. In the PET imaging, $^{64}Cu$-ATSM in VX2 tumors displayed a specific uptake in hypoxic region for48 h. The uptake pattern of $^{64}Cu$-ATSM in VX2 tumor at 24 and 48 h did not match to the $^{18}F$-FDG. Through ROI analysis, in the early phase (dynamic scan), $^{18}F$-FDG has positive correlation with $^{64}Cu$-ATSM but late phase (24 and 48 h) of the $^{64}Cu$-ATSM showed negative correlation with $^{18}F$-FDG. High uptake of $^{64}Cu$-ATSM in hypoxic region was responded with significant decrease of oxygen pressure, which confirmed by $^{64}Cu$-ATSM PET imaging and autoradiographic analysis. In conclusion, $^{64}Cu$-ATSM can utilize for specific targeting of hypoxic region in tumor, and discrimination between necrotic- and viable hypoxic tissue.
As the environment with sensor network and ubiquitous computing is emerged, there are many demands of handling continuous, fast data such as streaming data. As work about streaming data has begun, work about management of streaming data in Publish-Subscribe system is started. The recent emergence of XML as a standard for information exchange on Internet has led to more interest in Publish - Subscribe system. A filtering technique of streaming XML data in the existing Publish- Subscribe system is using some schemes based on automata and YFilter, which is one of filtering techniques, is very popular. YFilter exploits commonality among path queries by sharing the common prefixes of the paths so that they are processed at most one and that is using the top-down approach. However, because partial matching path queries interrupt the common prefix sharing and don't calculate from root, throughput of YFilter decreases. So we use sharing of commonality among path queries with the common postfixes of the paths and use the bottom-up approach instead of the top-down approach. This filtering technique is called as PoSFilter. And we verify this technique through comparing with YFilter about throughput.
Entrepreneurship education has been emphasized worldwide and the number of universities that open related subjects have been increasing. K University, located in Gyeonggi-do, was selected as one of the leading universities in entrepreneurship in 2014, and has continued to grow quantitatively by providing support and education related to entrepreneurship on and off campus. In addition, major issues in entrepreneurship education were derived by conducting written or face-to-face interviews and advisory meetings with instructors, field experts, and education demanders for environmental analysis. Based on this, three major tracks(venture start-up, entrepreneurship convergence, and social venture activation) were derived, and major competency and learning goals for each track were presented. On the other hand, in order for this study to be more effectively accepted, it is necessary to present the objectives of each track, the capabilities pursued, and the courses that help students' progress. Therefore, in the future research, it is necessary to design and present the goals for each track, the curriculum road map, and the detailed curriculum of the convergence major, and at the same time, research to match the appropriate teaching method for each newly opened subject will be required to increase educational effectiveness.
The purpose of this study is to identify the temporal and spatial characteristics of pass accuracy by utilizing the second processing data and official records collected from the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia video data. For a total of 128 games, the success rate of passes based on the results of the game, passing time, and passing position was two-way ANOVA with repeated measure. The results showed no difference between winning and losing groups, and no interaction effects were found for passing time and location. The difference in passing time was high in the first half, with the highest success rate in the middle of the first half (79.2%) and the middle of the second half (77.9%) in the 15~30 minutes and the 60~75 minutes. Pass success rates were in the order of defense-midfield area (83.9%), midfield-attack area (81.7%), defense area (70.6%) and attack area (61.1%). In conclusion, there was no difference in the passing success rate of the winning and losing teams depending on the characteristics of the relative competitive strength of the World Cup games, and it is believed that follow-up research is needed to analyze the game contents rather than the factors of the winning and losing in the future.
