2개의 기준유량계를 이용한 유량계 교정장치의 측정불확도 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Uncertainty Estimation of Flowmeter Calibrator with Two Master Flowmeters)

  • Comparing to the gravimetric and volumetric method, the flowmeter calibration based on the master meter method is relatively economical and convenient, especially for high flowrate. The uncertainty of flow quantity and flowrate using the master meter method was evaluated according to the GUM (Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement). In order to apply for the wider flow range, two master meters (electromagnetic flow meter) were employed as reference flowmeters. The uncertainty of the master meter was obtained by combining the statistical variation of the repeated measurements and the variation of fluid density and pipe material due to temperature and pressure changes were scrutinized. for a practical application, the uncertainty of calibrator, whose measuring capacity of 1000 ㎥/h obtained by employing two 500 ㎥/h electromagnetic How meters, was evaluated. The uncertainty budget shows the quantitative contribution of each uncertainty component to the overall uncertainty of the calibrator. As a result, it was found that the dominant uncertainties were from the master meter, which was evaluated statistically, and from the process of least squares fitting. On the contrary, the uncertainties arising from the variation of the fluid density and the pipe volume due to the temperature and pressure were negligible.

  • 수소는 차량에 충전 시 급격한 온도변화와 압력상승으로 인해 정확한 충전량의 측정이 어렵다. 수소 인프라 구축을 위하여 상거래 시 민감한 문제가 될 수 있는 충전량 정밀 측정 기술은 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 수소 충전기의 계량 관리를 위한 연구의 일환으로 국내 수소 충전소의 계량정확성 평가를 실시하였다. 실험을 위하여 표준유량계법을 적용한 장비를 제작하고 실제 수소자동차의 충전 환경에서 유량을 측정하였다. 그 결과 평균적으로 10% 내외의 오차가 발생하였으며, 1대 충전 당 수소 손실량은 최대 60g까지 나타나는 것으로 확인되었다.

공동주택의 부부 전용공간 분석 (An Analysis on the Characteristic of the Master-Zone Planning in the Apartment Building)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze space composition and size of the Master Zone in the apartment unit plan. For this, we analyzed 435 samples by searching web-sites of the 5 main construction companies. The major results of this study are as follows. 1) Master Zone is organized 4 spaces such as main room, bathroom and make-up & dress room. Six types of Master Zone are classified with the composition of 4 spaces. 2) The size of the Master Zone is increased in proportion to the square meter. But the range of the ratio is small range of fluctuation as 20%${\sim}$30%. 3)The size and ratio of the each spaces of the Master Zone are analyzed. The size of bedroom is increased but the ratio is decreased. The size of bathroom is increased but the ratio is regular as 4%${\sim}$5%. The size of make-up and dressing room is generally increased but the range of the size and ratio is the most extensive. Through this analysis and research, this study would be provied the basic data for actual housing planning and to contribute to future trends of apartment houses.

무인항공기 비행시간 향상을 위한 무선 전력획득 기술 (Wireless Power Harvesting Techniques to Improve Time to Fly of Drone)

  • 본 논문은 무인항공기 비행시간 향상을 위해 RF 무선 전력 획득 기술을 이용한 self-powered 센서 노드 회로에 관해 설계 연구하였다. 제안하는 센서 노드는 두 가지 경우가 만족하였을 때 동작한다. 마스터 노드의 입력 RF ID와 센서 노드의 ID가 같을 경우와 RF 무선 전력 획득 시스템이 히스테리시스 스위치에 의해 동작될 때다. 마스터 노드의 출력은 263 MHz에서 26 dBm을 사용하였다. RF 전력을 DC 전력으로 변환하는 최대 효율은 마스터 노드에서 2미터 떨어진 지점(4-6 dBm)에서 55 %이다. 최대 RF 무선 전력 획득 범위는 마스터 노드와 센서 노드의 거리가 약 13 m 이다. 센서 노드의 MCU 및 수신기와 온도 센서와 같은 부하의 소비 전력은 10 msec 동안 5.0 V에서 평균 15 mA이다.

백색금 합금용 모합금의 실리콘 함량에 따른 물성변화 (Properties of the Master Alloys for White Gold Products with Silicon Contents)

  • We prepared 8 samples of non-silver and silver-added master alloys containing silicon to confirm the existence of nickel-silicides. We then prepared products made of 14K and 18K white gold by using the prepared master alloys containing 0.25, 0.35, and 0.50 wt% silicon to check for nickel release. We then employed the EN 1811 testing standard to investigate the nickel release of the white gold products, and we also confirmed the color of the white gold products with an UV-VIS-NIR-color meter. We observed $NiSi_x$ residue in all master alloys containing more than 0.50 wt% Si with EDS-nitric acid etching. For the white gold products, we could not confirm the existence of $NiSi_x$ through XRD after aqua-regia etching. In the EN 1811 test, only the white gold products with 0.25 wt% silicon master alloys successfully passed the nickel release regulations. Moreover, we confirmed that our white gold products showed excellent Lab indices as compared to those of commercial white gold ones, and the silver-added master alloys offered a larger L index. Our results indicate that employing 0.25 wt% silicon master alloys might be suitable for white gold products without nickel-silicide defects and nickel release problems.

LTE 통신을 사용한 건설용 굴삭기 원격조종시스템 개발 (Tele-Operation System for Excavator using LTE Communication)

  • In this research, a real-time tele-operation system for unmanned excavator using the LTE communication system is suggested. The distance between the operator and the excavator is limitless as long as the LTE communication available. The motion and video data of the excavator is synchronized using the Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) and streamed to the operator for immersion feeling. The video is played on the operator's monitor and the motion data is used to regenerate the excavator movement on the developed master platform. In general, a excavator is tele-operated using RF signal and the maximum distance for direct control is limited to within a hundred meter. In this research, the immersion tele-operation system is suggested for excavator operation within an 100ms time delay using the developed master platform, the VCU and LTE communication. A successful test run of the suggested tele-operation system has already been performed between an operator in Songpa (Seoul) and a excavator in Ansan (Gyeonggi-do) which is approximately 35 km apart.

2종의 측색기에 의한 도재 색조 재현의 정확성 비교 (Comparison on accuracy of porcelain color reproducibility using two colorimeters)

  • 연구 목적: ShadeEye-Ncc dental chroma meter (Shofu Inc., Kyoto, Japan)와 Shadepilot$^{TM}$ system (Degudent Inc., Hanau, Germany)의 도재색조 재현의 정확성을 비교연구하여 보고자 함이다. 연구 재료 및 방법: ShadeEye-Ncc dental chroma meter와 Shadepilot$^{TM}$ system을 사용하여 Vitapan 3D Master shade guide의 2M2와 3M2 shade tap.을 측색하고, 이 자료를 통하여 shade guide tap. 형태로 도재시편을 제작한다. 시편제작 시 사용하는 porcelain system은 ShadeEye-Ncc dental chroma meter는 Vintage Halo Porcelain system을, Shadepilot$^{TM}$ system은 VitaOmega900 Porcelain system을 사용한다. 모델인 shade tap.과 제작된 도재시편을 spectrophotometer로 측색하고, 그 결과를 토대로하여 ${\Delta}E$를 계산하여, 두 측색기의 정확성을 비교검증하였다. 결과: 1. Shadepilot$^{TM}$ system이 ShadeEye-Ncc dental chroma meter에 비하여 더 적합한 도재색조 재현성을 나타내었다 (P <.05). 2. 모델인 Shade tap.의 shade에 따라서 도재색조 재현성에 차이를 나타내었다. 2M2 shade tap.에 비하여 3M2 shade tap.에서 더 적합한 도재색조 재현성을 나타내었다 (P <.05). 3. 두 측색기 모두에서 제작된 도재시편의 ${\Delta}E$가 평균4.44-6.14로 육안으로 구분 가능한 정도의 색조차이를 보였다. 결론: Shadepilot$^{TM}$ system이 비교적 더 정확한 도재색조 재현성을 나타낸다고 할 수 있으며, ShadeEye-Ncc dental chroma meter를 사용할 때는 치아 전체의 여러부분에서 측색을 하여 정확성을 높이는 것이 필요하리라 생각된다.

수종 도재 색조 선택 시스템의 spectrophotometer를 이용한 색조 재현성 평가 (THE REPRODUCIBILITY OF VARIOUS PORCELAIN COLOR SELECTION SYSTEMS USING SPECTROPHOTOMETRY)

  • Statement of problem: Shade selection has traditionally been accomplished by visual examination, which is particularly relevant to the shade selection of anterior teeth, but the subjective nature of visual analysis can lead to errors in shade matching. Recently shade selection systems have been developed to provide a more objective and scientific approach to understanding and clarifying shade selection. Purpose : The purpose of this study was analysis of various shade analyzing equipment with the goal of providing a more objective shade selection. Materials and method: Visual shade matching system selection(Vita Lumin Vacuum shade guide, Vitapan 3D Master shade guide) and mechanical shade matching method($ShadeEye^{(R)}$-EX Chroma Meter, $Shadescan^{TM}$ System) used for this study. The shade guide tap specimens for 10 extracted maxillary anterior teeth were produced by selecting shades using each shade matching system. The accuracy of the selection of shades for the teeth and fabricated specimens were evaluated by analyzing the calculated shade difference(${\Delta}E^*$), using a spectrophotometer and calculating the output of value $L^*,\;a^*,\;b^*$. Results and conclusion: The results show that the average ${\{Delta}E^*$ value (difference of shade) of the shade tap specimens to the actual specimen decreased in the following order: Vita Lumin Vacuum Shade Guide(VL), $ShadeEye^{(R)}$-EX Chroma Meter(SE) Vitapan 3D Master Shade guide(V3), and $Shadescan^{TM}$ System(55) : and that there are significant statistical differences between the VL and SS (p<0.05). In the analysis of the ${\Delta}E^*$ (difference of shade) value,40% of the VL group was found to be less than 3.3 (limit value of shade tap specimens clinically acceptable), 60% in the V3 group, 50% in the SE group, and 80% in the SS group.

소형 푸루버의 유량계 검증 오차 연구 (Study on Flowmeter Proving Errors of a Small Volume Prover)

  • 본 연구에서는 지금까지 개발된 각종 소형 푸루버의 작동원리 및 장단점을 분 석 비교한 결과에 따라 이중 실린더형의 소형 푸루버를 직접 설계 제작하고, 개발된 소형 푸루버를 사용하여 펄스 주기 변동특성이 각각 다른 유량계를 대상으로 펄스보간 오차 시험을 실시하였다. 실험결과는 통계적 방법을 도입하여 분석함으로써 유량계 각각에 대하여 기대 검증 정확도 수준을 선정하였다. 또 기대검증 정확도가 좋지 않 게 예상되는 유량계에 대해서는 검증 정확도 향상 방안을 제시하였다.

Design of STM32-based Quadrotor UAV Control System

  • The four wing unmanned aerial vehicle owns the characteristics of small size, light weight, convenient operation and well stability. But it is easily disturbed by external environmental factors during flight with these disadvantages of short endurance and poor attitude solving ability. For solving these problems, a microprocessor based on STM32 chip is designed and the overall development is completed by the resources such as built-in timer and multi-function mode general-purpose input/output provided by the master micro controller unit, together with radio receiver, attitude meter, barometer, electronic speed control and other devices. The unmanned aerial vehicle can be remotely controlled and send radio waves to its corresponding receiver, control the analog level change of its corresponding channel pins. The master control chip can analyze and process the data to send multiple sets pulse signals of pulse width modulation to each electronic speed control. Then the electronic speed control will transform different pulse signals into different sizes of current value to drive the motor located in each direction of the frame to generate different rotational speed and generate lift force. To control the body of the unmanned aerial vehicle, so as to achieve the operator's requirements for attitude control, the PID controller based on Kalman filter is used to achieve quick response time and control accuracy. Test results show that the design is feasible.
