In order to apply job performance records to the master craftsman examination, which is an examination to screen the top-rated technician and task manager, the domestic industry has introduced job performance records to the written test of the master craftsman examination. Surveys on master craftsman's field capabilities and applicability are being conducted, and various qualification methods are being tested so as to give satisfaction to consumers in industrial fields. However, these methods have many problems in assessing task managers' qualifications. In order to solve these problems, this research intends to verify the appropriateness of introducing master craftsman's portfolios assessment and the suitability of application methods by conducting interviews and surveys. One big conglomerate and one mid-sized company that has more than 500 employees and covers from 주조(酒造:brewing) 또는 to providing various services to consumers were selected for this research.

With changing systems of wealth creation around the 21st century, crafts(traditional and industrial crafts) are affected by the trend of changes or lead the trend, that is to say, a turning point of paradigm has come. Values of crafts give the value of users, and the tradition and modern coexists in the trend of times changing from the tradition to the modern so crafts artists’ works are diversified and used in design industries. Based on a place of expression showing various beauty of crafts, identity of design is established through ‘Craft Consilience’ of intangible cultural assets, master craftsman, crafts artists, crafts industries, and crafts departments. As master craftsman and furniture designers meet together to mix master craftsman’s idea with designers’ idea, the new Korean crafts furniture is suggested.

본 논문은 국가직무능력표준(NCS)기반 국가기술자격검정의 용접분야 실기시험 평가방법 개선을 목적으로 수행된 연구에 대한 내용을 기술한 것이다. 현행 용접기능장의 실기시험 내용을 체계적으로 분석한 후 최신 용접기술 동향을 반영하고 국가직무능력표준의 능력단위, 수행준거 등을 적용하여 용접기능장 실기시험의 새로운 평가방법을 제시하였고, 자문회의 및 시범평가를 통해 그 효과를 검증하였다. 향후 한국산업인력공단 기술자격출제실에서는 본 연구를 기초로 세부직무분야 전문가를 통한 출제 기준 개정을 완료 한 후 용접기능장 국가기술자격검정에 실제 적용할 예정이다.

In this study, select the Republic of Korea mother-of-pearl lacquerware Lim chung hyu coach, I tried to find out the until the background and coach of his growth. And it was done looking for the elements of the future development of the mother-of-pearl lacquerware through the tendency of his work after the coach has been. Lim chung hyu coach is, unlike other mother-of-pearl lacquer craftsman, confirmed the affection and passion to his mother-of-pearl lacquerware as seen through the work to manufacture in his unique way. Through the mother-of-pearl lacquer-ware production processes and trends of his works of Lim chung hyu coach it increased the overall understanding of the mother-of-pearl lacquerware. The work of Lim chung hyu coach was studied analysis confirmed the superiority of the mother-of-pearl lacquer crafts that are completed through a number of steps. Through the work trend of the traditional while it adheres to craft system in pursuit of modernization together the Republic of Korea lacquerware masters Lim chung hyu coach, has described a vision for the potential of the development of the mother-of-pearl lacquerware to pursue him.

Nowadays, our industries and occupation are increased under the economy development of government. So, this paper introduce to compare with coefficient's of correlation on the time series of the education and the qualification in our country. For this reason, the decision making to qualifications' foresight which will be change to the education category-prospective on the time series. The qualification has claasified 5 degrees-master craftsman, professional engineer, engineer, technician(or industrial engineer), craftsman - and 516 qualification items. Education has classified to 4 degrees(7 degrees) - elementary, middle, high, high scholastic level school(college, university, graduation). This paper has matched to educational classification and qualification classification through the following method. We defined the same level between education and qualification after analysed correlation under the time series, so the craftsman equals high school graduation people, technician equals college graduation people, engineer quals university graduation people, now we could not analyse master and professional levels. This paper will suggest to the qualification's future policy direction and improve the education policy direction.

This study is a review on the relationship between furniture purchasers and producers in the Joseon period. Understanding the relationships in our traditional spirit and the Joseon furniture that reflects a aesthetic sense is a meaningful work. Joseon was to build an ideal country which put emphasis on the order and harmony through Theory of 'Yeak' as the confucianism nation. Human aesthetics, which emphasis on the spiritual value by confirmity to nature and forcus on the relaxed, deficient personality rather than completeness was established as the central formative consciousness of the Joseon Dynasty. The nature of things in the confucian scholar prior to the representations of things is expressed in the form of master craftsman's skill and soul. Formative consciousness of the confucian scholar is to realize ideals by communciation and interchange with master craftsman's soul in the form of the Joseon furniture. The beauty of restraint and brevity in the Joseon Dynasty furniture includes meanings and procedures of art work. It implies an orderer's purpose of production and a producer's products. Understanding the spirit of times in the production becomes the cornerstone capable of getting closer to the furniture ultimate proper function. These problems have a very close relationship with the problems of modern people's commnuication. We expect an even higher growth of the furniture by achieving more improved communication based on the consumer's great insight and the producer's passion.

The purpose of this paper look at the basis of the cultural differences of Korean and Japan by comparing the craftsmanship. Korean craftsmanship and master craftsman making traditional handcrafts and artwork would die out at a critical moment. The craftsmanship and system could not be established because of discrimination in the traditional four classes of society( scholars, farmers, artisans and tradesmen), invasions of other countries and discontinuity of tradition from modernization. On the contrast, in Japan, it was possible to establish traditional handcrafts and artworks, technique and craftsmanship with apprentice system and various social privilege and treatment even in the same traditional four classes of society ( scholars, farmers, artisans and tradesmen). It was common to pass down the family business for a hundreds of years with self respect between Japanese master craftsmen and lots of people succeed the family business will now. Japanese craftsmanship is originated from 'worship to god' Medieval Japanese believed that the thing changes human mind, artistic talent, masterpieces and faith were connected to sacred power. Therefore, master craftsmen and their works were also made by the power of god. In this context, craftsmen were protected and treated in socially and nationally. It is that the social treatments and supports in national level and their own pride and continuous training of techniques and abilities as the main driving force to maintain the craftsmanship in Japan. Korea has the sale level of competitive tradition and technique in comparison any other countries. Japanese craftsmanship study will be a critical data in the protection and maintenance of Korean traditional and technique.

In this study, we have selected the coach related to woodworking and furniture of master craftsmen of the Republic of Korea, to confirm the process of until the background and coach of their growth. 이 연구의 목적은 전자분야의 국가기술자격 운영현황 및 문제점을 검토하여 전자분야 기술사, 기능장, 기사, 산업기사, 기능사 자격의 새로운 발전방향을 제시하는데 있다. 전자분야 자격이 발전되기 위해서는 전자분야 자격에 대한 직무분석 작업을 실시하여 산업현장의 기술변화 내용을 수용할 수 있어야 한다. 따라서 전자분야 자격에 대한 명확한 직무분석 작업을 통하여 시험과목과 출제 기준이 재정비되어야 할 것이며, 검정 내용이 산업현장의 변화를 지속적으로 수용할 수 있도록 지원되어야 한다. 또한 전자분야의 자격종목이 효율적으로 그리고 효과적으로 개선될 수 있도록 하는 정책적 지원 및 노력이 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.
