Purpose : The purpose of study was aimed to identify whether the painless dynamic PNF techniques makes any differences in reducing lymphedema by applying this technique to lymphedema patients, and to provide the basic reference data for the purpose of applying to lymphedema patients. Methods : A total of 40 women participated in this study, and they did PNF techniques before applying lymph compression bandages. Group 1 of 20 subjects performed PNF techniques three times a week with 30 minutes each time. Group 2 of 20 subjects only practiced edema reducing massaging for 30 minutes. Results : In addition, the interaction between treatment method and treatment time was significant (p<.0001), which indicates that the changes in edema rates by measurement times appear differently according to treatment methods. In this study, it means that the 'PNF techniques' group has a steeper slope of decline than the 'message' group. Conclusion : In conclusion, both massaging and PNF techniques helped to lower edema rates. Four weeks after the beginning of treatment, PNF techniques was exhibited as generating a large degree of decline in edema rates than massaging.

As the digital environment gets ubiquitous, domestic and international research and development on smart clothing is being conducted actively these days. However, most research is being carried out with its center on upper garment. So research on lower garment is insufficient even though it affects wearer's activity and comfort to a great extent when digital devices are attached or wearers moves their body. Therefore, the type of clothes this research proposes is men's formal pants which have an electrically-vibrating wearable device. These are smart pants which are helpful in easing muscle pain with their massaging effect in daily life. For this purpose, this research intends to develop patterns considering the body shapes and movements of wearers and suggest a tentative structure plan for smart pants where a vibration device is attached, which is mainly composed of vibrating motor, controller, and switch, and considered their bulks, numbers, attaching places.

Nowadays, global interest is being placed on research and development of smart clothing which is expected to create a high added-value industry in the future. The purpose of this research is to develop smart pants with vibrating massage functions that have excellent outer appearances and provide comfort to wearers and assess outer appearance, comfort, and massaging effects of smart pants. As the results of this research, smart pants where vibrating devices which are mainly composed of vibrating motor, controller, and switch are attached were completed. Vibrating motors were fixed on a thin and light non-woven fabric material, covered with a mesh material, and attached by snaps to the experiment pants. Switch was attached to the inside of a pocket, and batteries were positioned inside of pockets. Ten subjects marked their satisfaction of wearing smart pants on a 5-point scale. Noticeable changes in outer appearance when vibrating motors operate turned out to be low. Wearer's comfort in back waist and front thigh parts where vibrating motors were attached turned out to be high-satisfied. Massaging effects of smart pants turned out to be high. Attaching and detaching vibrating devices turned out to be convenient. Lining materials used for smart paints were effective in blocking electromagnetic waves generated from vibrating devices.

본 논문에서는 XMPP(Extensible Massaging and Presence Protocol) 기반 프레즌스(Presence) 정보와 SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) 기반 프레즌스 정보를 모두 처리 할 수 있는 XMPP/SIP 프레즌스 서비스 시스템에서 서버의 부하를 줄이고 네트워크 트래픽을 감소시킬 수 있는 새로운 메시지 제어 방식을 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 XMPP 프레즌스 스탠자(stanza)와 IQ 스탠자에 필요한 요소들이 추가된 새로운 XMPP 스탠자 구조가 설계되었고, SIP 통지 메시지와 PUBLISH 메시지 크기를 모두 줄일 수 있는 새로운 프레즌스 정보 데이터 처리 방식이 제안되었다. 아울러 XMPP 도메인과 SIP 도메인 사이에서 서로 프레즌스 정보를 전송 할 수 있는 메시지 교환 절차가 제시되었다. 제안된 시스템의 성능은 시뮬레이션 실험을 통하여 분석하였다.

최근 인터라넷 환경에서 특정 그룹내 사용자간의 커뮤니케이션을 위한 별도의 메시징 시스템이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 공학의 개발 절차에 따라 비쥬얼 C++ 프로그래밍 언어와 마이크로소프트사의 액세스를 이용하여 윈도우 환경에서 특정 그룹 내 사용자의 커뮤니케이션을 위한 메시징 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 이 시스템에서는 접근 제어를 위한 로그인, 메모 전달을 위한 쪽지 전달, 서로 메시지를 전달하는 대화, 파일을 송수신하는 파일 전송 모듈을 제공하고 있다.

This study is to develop a device of bath-seat with massage which is attached to bath-seat and is able to sustain massage on perineal region and anus effectively. And also develop new programmed driving-seat that is able to protect drowsiness. This seat is operated easily by user controlling time period (eg. 30 minutes or 60 minutes) of vibration. During the vibration, user can make a choice of making n sound which is proved as a better effects for concentration and comfort.

프레즌스(Presence) 정보는 사용자의 온라인 상태, 현재 위치, 네트워크 접속 방식 및 접속 주소 등 사용자에 관한 다양한 내용을 제공하며 XMPP(Extensible Massaging and Presence Protocol) 기반 프레즌스 정보와 SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) 기반 프레즌스 정보의 두 종류가 사용된다, 본 논문에서는 이 두 종류의 프레즌스 정보를 모두 처리 할 수 있는 XMPP/SIP 프레즌스 서비스 시스템에서 서버 부하 증가에 따른 확장성의 제한을 해결하기 위하여 사용자 수의 증가에 따라 동적으로 서버가 추가되고 각 서버의 부하를 효율적으로 제어 할 수 있는 새로운 다중 서버 구조 방식을 제안하였다. 이 방식에서는 부하 제어를 위한 새로운 XMPP 스탠자 구조와 SIP 프레즌스 정보 데이터 구조가 설계되었고, 동적 서버 제어를 위한 각 서버와 사용자 사이의 메시지 교환 절차가 제시되었다. 제안된 시스템의 성능은 시뮬레이션 실험을 통하여 분석하였다.

Elephantiasis, which is the final stage of lymphedema, has swelling, papillomas and discharges in the skin. Although this disease is recorded in literature since 50 AD, the treatment is not yet. After all this time, complex lymphedema therapy (CLT) involving lymphatic massaging, bandaging, exercise, and skin care is becoming recognized as the best approach to care for people who develop lymphedema. The patient was a 30-year-old male who complained of swelling, papillomas, and discharges on left leg. He was received with CLT for 2 months, and the symptoms of him were improved.

사업 영역 확대와 네트워크 발달로 인해 전자상거래(Electronic Commerce)는 점차 국제적 환경으로 확대되고 있으며, 장소나 시간에 구애받지 알고 정보를 전송할 수 있게 되었다. 거래되는 업무가 증가됨에 따라 거래내용, 결제 내용(계좌번호, 카드번호 등), 비밀번호 등 교환되는 정보의 종류도 다양해져 보안의 중요성이 대두되었다. 이에 데이터 사용 효율과 응용 가능성을 높이기 위해 차세대 인터넷 표준으로 대두되고 있는 XML을 메시지 처리 단위로 정의하고, XML 기반의 인터넷 메시징 시스템인 IMSX (Internet Messaging System based on XML)을 설계하였으며, 보안 위협으로부터 대응하기 위해 암호화(Encryption)와 전자서명(Digital Signature) 등의 메시지 레벨의 응용 보안을 적용하였다. 또한 문서 송신, 문서 수신, 검색, 문서 변환, 템플릿(Template) 제공, 보안 서비스 등을 선정하여 구현하였다.

Modeling of systems for intensive knowledge-based processing requires a modeling methodology that makes efficient access to the information in huge data base models. The proposed level access mothodology is a modeling approach applicable to systems where data is stored in a hierarchical and modular modules of active memory cells(processor/memory pairs). It significantly reduces the effort required to create discrete event simulation models constructed in hierarchical, modular fashion for above application. Level access mothodology achieves parallel access to models within the modular, hierarchical modules(clusters) by broadcasting the desired operations(e.g. querying information, storing data and so on) to all the cells below a certain desired hierarchical level. Level access methodology exploits the capabilities of object-oriented programming to provide a flexible communication paradigm that combines port-to-port coupling with name-directed massaging. Several examples are given to illustrate the utility of the methodology.
