As the importance of technology forecasting while countries and companies manage the R&D project is growing bigger, the methodology of technology forecasting has been diversified. One of the forecasting method is patent analysis. This research proposes quick forecasting process of emerging technology based on keyword approach using text mining. The forecasting process is following: First, the term-document matrix is extracted from patent documents by using text mining. Second, emerging technology keyword are extracted by analyzing the importance of word from utilizing mean values and standard deviation values of the term and the emerging trend of word discovered from time series information of the term. Next, association between terms is measured by using cosine similarity. finally, the keyword of emerging technology is selected in consequence of the synthesized result and we forecast the emerging technology according to the results. The technology forecasting process described in this paper can be applied to developing computerized technology forecasting system integrated with various results of other patent analysis for decision maker of company and country.

Web 2.0 has become the face next generation Web among the business world and research community. Web 2.0 is instant superficial gratification of people. On the other hand, Semantic Web is deep, meaningful and lasting relationship with data. So, it is difficult to apply the Semantic Web to the real world. In this paper, a platform for educational services using the Semantic Web and Web 2.0 is proposed. The proposed platform is based mix of the Semantic Web and Web 2.0, so it is useful to apply in the real world applications. Two services are presented, one is a semantic email system and the other is a cyber study space. The cyber study space adjusted each student is presented. The study environment is called iStudySpace that has personal scheduler, study status plan table, personalized search engine and several gadgets. Finally characteristics and limitations of the Semantic Web and Web 2.0, the organization and components of the platform, evaluation of iStudySpace are shown.

XML Web Service is a new distributed computing paradigm for combining all computer systems through the on-line standardized open network, so it is expected that companies can get the results of increasing profits and reducing costs through this. Especially XML Web Service is essential in mobile environment. In this paper, a new XML Web Service is proposed and it is based on WIPI-based XML standard technology and mobile web service standard. The proposed XML Web Service embodied XML Parser which can be used in WIPI environment and made HTTP communication. In addition, as an example of the practical application, it was applied to an inventory Management, Book Store using JAVA language for WIPI.

The recent spread of smart devices has led to creating a variety of services based on the smart device, and the needs for the user-centric services that fit the individual users according to their situations and characteristics are increasing. However, current services can not fulfil the individual requirement of individual user, because these services are intended for unspecified individual. This paper, as a key technology of automatic user-centric service mash-up considering the situation of individual user, investigated the similarity comparison method between the Open API parameters by calculating the amount of mutual information of the parameters extracted from the Open API documents.

본 논문에서는 다양한 아두이노 무선센서 모듈과 Raspberry Pi, 웹서버를 이용한 IOT 기반 환경정보 수집시스템과 기상청 API를 통한 기상정보, 상점 서비스를 매시업하여 상품추천시스템을 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 사용자가 주변 환경의 데이터를 정확하게 확인하고 그에 맞는 상품을 추천받을 수 있도록 한다. 상품추천시스템에서는 상점 외부에 부착된 환경정보 수집시스템에서 측정한 데이터와 기상청 API 데이터를 DB에 저장하고 DB에 저장된 데이터를 이용하여 상황에 맞는 기후화면디자인과 환경정보 데이터를 html로 구성하여 보여준다. Raspverry Pi에 연결된 모니터를 통해 실시간으로 정보를 보여주며 일정 시간 간격으로 관련 상품 광고를 보여주며 필요한 물건을 추천해준다.

Recently many of earlier GIS services are changing to the form of user-participated dynamic geoweb service like many new impressive web 2.0 services substitute for earlier old-fashioned web 1.0 services. Many relevant technologies are necessary to be developed so as to integrate a number of geospatial data and functions all around into the useful geoweb services. It is also necessary to make the integration easy and to cope with the rapid changes in geoweb environment. In this study, the trend of relevant geoweb technologies were reviewed before, and the development of open geospatial service platform were carried out. As a result, open 2D/3D map service engine, user-participated mashup engine, Open API search engine and so on were im plemented as the core components of that platform. The platform will be able to be used as the common platform among a number of applications in the fields such as public/private GIS integration, u-city projects and GIS/LBS services etc.

The environment of IT is, currently, on its developing process to the period of web 2.0 and mashup which not only enable computer and internet to be utilized like the water or the air, but also be a new motivating force for its advance. One of the biggest changes of the industry that lies ahead is consolidated transportation. However, no party outstands as the leading party for nationwide improvement of logistics, nor does the right analysis and design for it. Therefore, successful nationwide logistics model is yet to exist. This study provides individual parties, which consider consolidated transportation model as their implementation and design of the framework, with instructions for logistics information system so that they could be competitive in the market. It also helps companies collect user requirements for logistics information system consolidated transportation, and utilize it for its development. Finally, the study provides a implementation and design of pilot system for consolidated transportation model.

Recently, one of the received attraction fields in web based service is 'Human Relationship Service' that is called SNS. This relationship map service is able to deliver information to user more easily and visually because it is intuitive data that is linked with offline real world. While past map service put physical real information in the map, present map service is evolving into new communicative platform that expresses social relationship beyond simple search platform that shows real world. In this paper, we propose smart social grid system using sketch map that is based on online map service structure. This system has features such as standardized interface provision for various SNS, use to governance hub tool in case of establishing a personal network through expanded social grid, a role of bridge to mashup software linked with other SNS, user environment construction that reproduces social grid data, and the faster service setup by improved search technology.

In the homepage of 16 municipal provincial office of education, school information service displays text-based results through search step or presents the simple information of the selected area when an area is clicked on the static image map. And it has several problems such as server load and slow transfer speed by the search of the synchronous transfer. Thus, in this study, we used the open API of Google map to provide location-based school information and implemented the mash up service for school information with the Ajax program of asynchronous transfer to reduce server load and to increase transmission speed. This service gives the efficiency and convenience to students, teachers, parents and education family members of various levels because it includes the location with school information on a dynamic map.

This paper critically investigates the cultural phenomenon surrounding the news mobile phone app in which 'curation', relying on the news editing and adaption, has become much more significant than making the news directly. This study affirms the fact that a copying culture which is basically a combinative effect of duplication (alias) and imitation(mimesis) enables us enrich the human beings' creative activities. However, we need to warn the regressive aspects of copying culture challenging the journalistic principles. This study exemplifies a case of Pikicast, which has become the most rapid growing news content mobile app in Korea. By doing a case study, this paper suggests that 'social gift' should be given to the online users as a whole. The communal and social gift would be an alternative way to the unpaid crawling of the news resources from the digital commons by the news content curating corporation such as Pikicast.
