한국사회의 산업화 이후 혼례관행 변화에 관한 연구: 1960년대~2000년대를 중심으로 (A Study on the Change of Marriage Ceremonies Science Industrialization in Korea: Focused on 1960~2000)

  • This study will attempt to show how marriage ceremonies in Korea have reflected marriage custom influences from science and industrialization the study focuses on changes in traditional features. As a result of science and industrialization, the social patterns of Korean marriages have considerably changed, due to the impact of western values. There are three stages of the Korean marriage ceremony: before the ceremony (Sun-rye), the ceremony (Bon-rye) and after the ceremony (Hu-rye). The research examined how these marriage customs were influenced by science and industrialization. The instruments were 750 questionnaires, analyzed through data processing and personal interviews with 25 married women. The data were analyzed by making use of the SPSS program using frequency analysis and $x^2$-test. The results suggested that, since 1960, Korean marriage ceremonies mainly conformed to the marriage customs of traditional society. Since 1970, traditional customs of the before the ceremony (Sun-rye) process have been, in large part, eliminated. The ceremony (Bon-rye) process has been changed to western style, and the after the ceremony (Hu-rye) process has been altered to some degree.

  • This study will attempt to show how the marriage customs is Korea have changed due to fluctuations in Korea society and values related to this fluctuation from the Japanese colonial period to the present. The procedures for marriage consists of preparation union and absorption. Before 1960 these mainly conformed to the old marriage customs of traditional society. Nowadays the processes of preparation in marriage have been eliminated in large part the processes of union have been changed to western style and the processes of absorption have been altered to a adegree. Matching the horoscopes of a prospective bride and groom and the "marriage box" still remain from the procedures of old marriages. The meaning of marriages as familism has changed to a form that emphasizes individualism opportunism and materialism.terialism.

  • This study is about the wedding culture of Seoul and Kyungsangdo. This paper is a qualitative study that is based on interviews. As a result of this study, it became clear that before the industrialization of South Korea, there were different characteristics of wedding culture in each region. However, the unique characteristics of wedding customs in each region have been degenerated or exterminated, in tandem with the influx of customs from other regions, due to the dramatic urbanization of South Korea, and the development of transport and communication that appeared in the process of modernization. Furthermore, wedding customs were transformed from ceremonies based on a regional and kin-based community into those that were no more than mere events, which was derived from the industrialization and urbanization of Korea.

결혼이주여성 관점에서의 다문화가정 여가생활 (The Leisure of Multi-Cultural Family in Marriage Migrant Women's View)

  • This study is to explore the effects of leisure life on multi-cultural family from a view of marriage migrants women. For this purpose, data were collected by in-depth interviews of 24 marriage migrants women who came from 7 countries such as Vietnam, China, Japan etc. They are living in Daejeon city, Okcheon gun(Chungbuk), Gumi city(Gyungbuk) and the length of residence is ranging from 4 and half month to 13 years and 6 months. Data were analyzed by qualitative method. Major findings are as follows: First, individual and family leisure of marriage migrant women had positive effects on adaptation of her family life. Especially, in the early marriage stage, family leisure contributed women's emotional stability. Second, time was the most limiting constraints in family leisure of multi-cultural family. Third, early in the marriage, marriage migrant women who is not fluent in Korean language, customs, and courtesy hinders them from joining their family leisure. Fourth, leisure may seem to contribute to family life satisfaction, but marital relationships and household economy has to be settled beforehand.

조선시대 혼인사치의 금제에 관한 고찰 (A Study on the Taboo of Marriage Luxury of Chosun Period)

  • As for the taboo of dress and its ornaments which was applied to only populace one-sidedly mainly under the power structure of feudalistic centralization of government like Chosun dynasty, the aspect of taboo was diversified all the more by having relation with various phenomenon of social structure characteristics, and the taboo items to be given in accordance with the flow of time shows the diversity. Especially, the structure of dress and its ornaments in Chosun period showed the side of social position relation and luxury control, and the taboo of dress and its ornaments which was derived from the current thought about China was given frequently. To respect the frugal virtue and moderate the life has relation with the stream of the times in individuals or nations. And, that it is externalized is dress and its ornaments. As the luxury about dress and its ornaments was serious in accordance with times, it appeared by having relation with whole economic question of nations. Then, this researcher thought this by relating this to the culture of customs. This researcher thought that the luxury about clothing gets to go to extremes and the law and order collapses, according as public morals get to be very lax. And, it can be said that the way to be able to control this is that the customs should be thoroughly obeyed and that the system to be able to play the role of braking is taboo. So, this researcher thinks that it is significant to examine the achievement which has contributed toward the life of dress and its ornaments by successive kinds on the basis of a true record of the Vidynasty and other all sorts of literatures about the real situation of prohibition order which has been from the first king to Kojong at the last period of nation. The criticism and taboo about luxury which have been discussed at Chosun period may be subdivided into some kinds in accordance with the subjects. But, in this tests, as it sis the real situation that the case to be due to the lavish necessary articles for marriage which is coming to fore as our social problem nowadays is increasing remarkably, this researcher tries to examine the taboo about the marriage luxury at Chosun period in the order of successive generations. Thus, before examining the taboo of marriage luxury, this researcher tries to examine about the taboo of textile luxury and study the taboo of marriage luxury, as the marriage luxury governs almost everything of textile luxury and it is regarded as the origin of marriage luxury, especially. And, this researcher tries to study as to how was the penal regulations based on it at the same time.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the traditional customs of family occasions-New Year Day, Full Moon Day, a marriage ceremony, funeral, first-year birthday, 60th birthday, other birthday, and moving a residence through a literature review. The content of each occasion consists of meaning, process of activities, costume, foods, plays, gifts, etc. The following research is suggested to survey on actual family life and to develop and provide ideal program of the family occasions through formal and informal education.

다문화가정 여성결혼이주자의 한국생활 어려움에 관한 질적(CQR) 연구 (A Qualitative Study on Multicultural Families Female Marriage Immigrants Difficulties Life in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 다문화가정 여성결혼이주자들의 한국생활 경험의 어려움을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도지역에 거주하며 다문화 가정을 이룬 여성결혼이주자 8명을 선택하여 심층면접을 실시하여 합의적 질적 분석 방법(CQR)을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 3개의 범주에서 12개 영역 및 그에 따른 49개의 내용에 따라 빈도분석을 하였다. 여성결혼이주자의 한국생활에서 심리 정서적 경험의 어려움에서 배우자와 관계, 시댁과의 관계, 의사소통 문제, 표현의 어려움, 정서적 어려움으로 나타났다. 사회 경제적 경험의 어려움은 차별적 시선, 경제적 어려움, 다문화가정으로서 위축감, 생활 관습 문화 차이로 나타났다. 이러한 경험들을 대처하는 과정으로는 자조모임, 다문화프로그램 참여, 지역사회체계를 이용하였다. 본 연구 결과에 의하여 다문화 가정 결혼이주여성들이 어려움을 잘 극복할 수 있도록 실질적인 도움이 되는 사회복지 서비스와 지역사회체계를 통하여 지속적인 지원이 필요함을 제언하였다.

도포에 대한 사적 고찰 및 민속학적 연구 -영동지역을 중심으로- (A Study on Dopo Dealt with its History and Folklore -in Young-dong Province Area-)

  • This study dealt with the Dopo, one of the representative ceremonial dress that acclasical scholar used after the middle of the period of the Chosun dynasty. This study represents the period of Dopo's formation and its origin, and the characteristics of the weary of Dopo in Young Dong Province Area is arranged by folkloric method on the base of the exisitng facilities. Dopo has worn since the middle of the period of the Chosun dynasty. It is the kind of Jig young Po that its back is cuffed for convenience and has another cloth as a ceremonial dress. It is thought to be one of the national customs pos formed by the mixture of the big sleeve type which is influenced by confusion life feeling. It seemed that the name of DoPo comes from the Jigchal, an ordinary dress of a high official in China, which is call Dopo. This Dopo is changed and received and so disappeared but it is still used such as ceremonial dress, the necessary articles for marriage of the bride, a bridegroom's liturgical vestments of a memorial service held on the anniversary of the death of a person, mourning dress and a shroud grave clothes. This area has different characters on wearing customs. It is changed into the kind of Dopo, with its back not cutting. The hemp sack is almost used as its subject matter. It doesn't have collar strip for the classification of one's family in any case, and Dopo which is prepared for necessary articles for marriage can not be taken tack after seperating by divorce.

흑아프리카 전통 가족 제도의 특징 (Characteristics of the Traditional Family System in Black Africa)

  • 본 연구는 흑아프리카 전통사회에서 형성된 가족제도의 특징을 살펴보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 우리는 흑아프리카 전통사회의 특징적 요소들, 혼인 풍습(일부다처제와 일처다부제), 부계 및 모계 사회의 모습 등 3가지 소주제를 택하였다. 우선, 우리는 흑아프리카의 전통 사회에서 가족 제도를 지탱하는 흑아프리카 사회의 특징적인 요소들로는 남녀 역할 구분, 토지 소유 및 운용, 혼인지참금, 가축의 사회적 가치 등을 분석하고 있다. 이 요소들은 가족 구성원을 확대하는 데 중요하게 이용되었다. 그 다음으로, 우리는 한편으로는 가족 구성원의 수를 늘리는 데 이용된 혼인 풍습, 다른 한편으로는 노동력의 관점에서 노동력 확보를 위한 혼인 풍습, 즉 일부다처제 및 일처다부제를 분석하였다. 흑아프리카 대부분의 전통사회는 일반적으로 일부다처제를 영위하였다. 예외적으로 바실렐레족과 바히마족은 일처다부제를 추종하였다. 흑아프리카 전통사회에서 일부다처제는 부계 혈족뿐 아니라 모계 혈족사회에서 모든 가족 구성원에게 행사했던 수장의 권위와 위엄을 보여주는 전통사회의 관습에 근거하고 있었다. 수장의 권위와 위엄은 가족 구성원의 수를 유지하고 확대하는 데, 즉 공동체를 공고히 유지하는 데 이용되었다. 마지막으로, 흑아프리카에서 대다수의 전통 사회는 부계 혈족을 따랐다. 반면에 모계 혈족은 일명 "모계 벨트"라는 지역에서 성행하였다. 모계 벨트란 반투족들이 거주하는 사바나 지역을 일컫는다. 즉, 대서양에 접하고 있는 앙골라 해안에서 인도양 연안의 탄자니아 및 모잠비크 해변에 이르는 지역을 말한다. 모계 혈족을 따르는 하위 종족으로는 콩고족, 쿠바족, 렐레족, 펜데족, 야카족 등이 있다. 흑아프리카 사회의 전통 가족 제도는 경제, 사회, 정치, 구성원의 공동체 정신 등을 바탕으로 발전하였고, 이는 종족의 번영과 안녕을 위한 선택의 결과였다.

  • 중국(中國) 광서성(廣西省) 전주현(全州縣) 동산요족(東山瑤族)은 한족(漢族)과의 교류가 일찍부터 활발했던 이유로 그 기층을 이루는 민속문화(세시풍속 통과의례 민간신앙 주거민속 농업과 농기구 등)가 대체적으로 한족(漢族)의 영향을 많이 받았다. 그러나 그 기저에는 요족(瑤族)의 전통적인 문화형태를 보존해 오고 있다. 세시풍속 중 모든 요족(瑤族)의 시조인 반고(盤古)의 탄생을 기념하는 명절, 여러 의례 중에 혼례 때 이루어지는 곡가(哭嫁) 같은 노래들, 상례(喪禮)에서의 의례형식, 요족(瑤族)의 신앙생활을 주재하는 사공(師公) 등이 있는 것들이 그러하 다. 또한 주거에 있어서 환경적인 요인과 생활습관에 의해 한족(漢族)의 것과는 부분적으로 다른 차이도 발견된다. 예를 들어 주택이 기본적으로 2층 구조라든가, 상량의식에 사용하는 도구가 틀리다는 점 등이다. 농업과 농기구는 기본적으로 한족(漢族)의 그것과 비슷하며 단지 지역적 차이로 인한 약간의 변형이 있는 정도이다.
